This is to bring into your notice that my vehicle mahindra xuv 500 having registration number rj14 uf 2333 has been given to m/s auto world, sitapura workshop dated 7th march, 2019. The employee who took the charge for repairing of my vehicle committed me for giving back in 20 days and also i have received a text message regarding the same (Sending in the last of this) saying that it will be delivered to me by 27th march, 2019. I have contacted the workshop on 27th march 2019 but the reason provided to me that few remaining parts are taking time and it will take 5 more days for delivery.
After having five more days again i called them up and they again asked for more 15 days. Now i myself don't know whether i will get it done or not, if yes, then when?
Therefore, it is requested to kindly provide my car repaired by auto world within 3 days or else i have to get it repaired by some other workshop. If failing to do so, i have to go for legal help.
Kindly do the needful on urgent basis.

    Firstly, it is very important to note that it is the second time i’m writing this grievance letter.

    I, sanoj sabu varghese mailing this to inform about the company, certain lacunae’s that i faced after i bought mahindra xuv 500 on august 6th 2018 from tvs mahindra kollam. When i bought the car, i also received a purple kit which includes a lot of coupons. Among that their is free 7500/- worth coupon for buying any product of titan. Also there is a 5000/- rupees customer reference amount. Again there is a coupon for free 4days stay in club mahindra. While i’m looking this, it is showing no rooms available and the expiration of this free stay in club mahindra coupon is only on may 11, but is showing in the site that it is there only upto the month of march so totally the purple kit i received is a total waste.
    Besides all these things, the car which i bought has certain complaints and also the service of the car is also very poor
    I decided to buy this car by seeing all these amenities. But i haven’t enjoyed these amenities yet. So it’s a pure case of deceit which definitely needs to face legal consequences. And also the manager of kollam tvs mahindra branch is a pure waste and simply sitting without doing his duties
    So i kindly request you to redress my grievances failing which legal procedings will be instituted against the company and it will be liable for all the cost and consequences thereof.

      Dear Sir/ Madam,

      I am writing to complain about the poor quality of the product purchased from the company (Mahindra). While i believe this is a isolated incident where in i met
      with a car Accident with a heavy truck my car was Mahindra SCORPIO and it is fully damaged from front where in my Speed was 90KMPH and i was wearing the seat belt as well.
      Even that the AIR BAGS was not opened and my car was not evening having the front Bumper guard and under run scenario.
      And after the incident my brother called to Mahindra customer support team to explain the whole scenario and the advisers were giving us silly excuses several times( that may be you were not wearing the belts and all).

      You only tell me if i would have not wore the seat belt how would i able to get protected with the major accident.

      Hopefully i am alive and completely well.
      Just for your concern we are having FIR copy & Verification reports from Police with which you guys will be able to help me in getting my Claim settled.

      It was a very bad experience, if we are not safe in one of the expensive Mahindra suv's, so there is no point of buying any mahindra car's and i
      will not recommend any one to buy Mahindra product apart from this i am using Honda and Maruti suzuki Cars as well.

      I hope i will hear from you soon regarding the issue i have addressed in this letter, i[censored] have any more questions or concerns please feel free to contact me at any point of time.

          We have purchased s11 scorpio on 3rd august 2019. Within six months the clutch disk got damaged, people from service center asked us to replace with new costing rs.18100.00. So far running km is 8170.00. No. As02w7919. This vehicle is owned by a sos children's villages of india hojai who takes care children lost their parents and runs with donation.

            I purchased mahindra tuv300 in january 2018, and meter reading was just 13000kms. My vehicle is under warranty and we have on time services, no electrical wire on device tampered.
            On 28th feb 2019 after traveling for 2kms distance from shapur nagar to jeedimetl i parked my vehicle near my home, in less than 1min there was huge blow from engine compartment and total engine compartment caught fire, i was just narrowly escaped from the blow. Immediately putting some huge efforts we controlled fire and it stopped. Then we called to customer care and we explained the issue and they sent towing vehicle and took our car to the nearest service centre dealer. They said mahindra official team will inspect my vehicle, in 2-3days we will be getting the vehicle inspection and diagnose report, directly from the company.

            When the fire occurred there were some dry leaves in from ofmy vehicle, they also caught fire, now after 26days mahindra dealer and some mahindra employee declares that fire is initially from the external source, for which thay could not explain properly. They are findig excuses saying that, there were dry leaves under vehicle, vehicle was driven since 1hr, once engine is stopped no electrical system will work, and stopped vehicle cannot be fired, which are irresponsible and silly statements.
            Despite of all these issues they personally put some words on me and my father which are really painfull and disgusting.

                I have purchased a new tuv-300 from your dealer utkal mahindra, bhubaneswar, odisha. They have wrongly taken 11.63 lakh from me which they later admitted that by mistake they have taken excess of money. But till now they have not refunded my money though vehicle purchased on 8th of march and till now accounts has not been clarified how much money, they will refund, from 10th onwards every day, i am following up but they keep on pushing the day of repayment.                   Dear sir,

                  Our vehicle mahindra xuv had affected with flood at bangalore during 2017 and serviced at m/s. Anant cars, bangalore and payment have been settled through online. We have claimed the cost with insurance agency and the claim process is completed and ready to release the payment at this situation insurance agency is demanding the receipt of m/s. Anant cars payment. Inspite of several reminder mails, verbal requests m/s. Anant cars not responding properly and they are reply for online payment there is not receipt. I have surprised to hear such type of reply from reputed concern also mahindra dealer. The payment may be released through online/neft/e transfer/main tansfer/demand draft/cheque or cash. Customer is having the rights to get the receipt his payment. Kindly take action and arrange to issue receipt with out any further delay.

                    Worst servicing and high maintenance
                    This is regarding servicing of mahindra xuv 5oo.

                    I am unsatisfied with extremely poor servicing and high maintenance given by mahindra authorized service centre ‘mahindra auto word jaipur’.

                    If go for servicing to repair one thing then serviced car comes with another problem.

                    In may month got repaired ac. After two months of repairing again ac stopped working, in current service they told me complete ac coil will be change bocz now my car is out of warranty,
                    Than why they resolve this problem in previous service…………..?

                    No work is done properly they cant resolve a back noise in dickey,. I have mentioned in every service……but who care?

                    Or might be they change my car parts other wise ac completely stop is possible? Is mahindra
                    Provide this type part in their vehicles.

                    My car will show over heat indication also, they suggested that completely fan assembly will change………………. Is this right? Again is mahindra provide this type part in their vehicles.

                    These all thing are develop by their negligence

                      This is aravind from salem.
                      I gave my xuv 500 vehicle tn 18 af 7700 to sks automobile salem on 25/03/2019. All the service which they did was good but they disappointed me one thing. The person who changed my airfilter he had broken the air filter cover. But he didn't even changed to new one. When i took my vehicle from service center i have noticied tat cover was broken. At that time itself i have informed to relationship manager. He said he will change it tomorrow.
                      Same way one person and came and changed it and he costed me rs 50 for that part. Here is the problem when i gave my car for service that air filter cover was not broken. The person who did service only broke.. Due to their technician mistake why should i pay the money for that part. Money not a matter here. Whatever they do damage to my vehicle how they can ask me to pay the money. This is really bad experience. This is how mahindra treat the customers???

                        My son owned a mahindra zylo - h4 abs (* str) with engine no mlh4e14599 and chassis no maipt2mlxh2e49547. Veh no tn 72 bh 3399.in the name of my son mr. Balaji r
                        Body type saloon. Purchased on 7th august 2017 and for the abs lighting fault was there during mid - february 2019.
                        As the vehicle is under warranty, on 18th feb 2019 i have been informed that the abs cable sets will be replaced at foc and they are arranging to get the cables. On receipt of the cable it was replaced. When the replacement is over, a new issue raised and i was informed that the intermittent services are not conducted and hence the computer is ot accepting the warranty. I am just asking, for the sake of arguement, when the service centre was closd at tirunelvely for few months, what was the alternate arrangement done for cstomers service requirements. I request, do not link with your service with your warranty deals. I feel it is unfair.

                            Dear sir,
                            I have booked a mahindra xuv300 w8 aqua marine diesel in the last week of feb 2019 approx date 24/25 from star mahindra showroom jabalpur. Agent rajdeep sing booked the car with amount 20000/- and told that white color they can provide now and my selected colour will be delivered in first week of march 2019 or upto 12th march 2019. I said ok, i also talked to gm mr santosh singh. When i called them on 10th march they told they dont know and gave me tentetive date 28 feb. Now today i called once again and mr santosh singh said that it may be delivered in 1st week of april but this is not a gurantee.

                            I want to register a complaint against them for missguiding me every time and i am not satisfied with your service and employees. I also want to know the exact delivery date.

                              xuv300, new car producing smoke

                              Yesterday after a drive of 10 minutes only it started producing smoke from front beneath the bonet area.. Few days back car was sent for esp alarm issue also..
                              Now the car was sent via road side assistance to your company in lucknow.. I didn't understand how a new car is giving so much serious problems..

                              What you people can do for this issue?

                              I bought tuv 300 on 24th feb under my wife's name. The day i bought till today showroom sales team keep calling me and unnecessarily harassing and creating trouble for me. They are supposed to pay back more than 27000 rs which they took extra from me when i asked them to give invoices against all my payment.. They keep telling me stories.

                              I must say that they misguide customer before sale and after that when customer ask to give proper invoices they dont have proper documents to present.

                              I want to raise big question that why they took extra money from me for which they cant give me proper invoices???

                              They sell extended warranty to me without telling and making me aware about term and conditions???

                              Their accessory team fix reverse camera without checking its functionality and veryfying that placement is correct or not. Now this issue is resolved but sharing with you just to make you aware how efficient and intelligent team works for you. Top of that when i raise question they told me they fixed camera as per mahindra guideline. If this is the case then i must say its totally wrong because that particular placement gives wrong view on screen. Sharing 2 images which is self explanatory to explain my concern.

                              I am escalating and sharing all these issues with you just to ensure that you should be aware what is hapenning and just to ensure that proper action will be taken. Anticipating that now i will get immediate solution.

                              Not sure why they are creating trouble for me or may be its their strategy to delay the process in order to frustrate me more.

                              Totally frustrated with team handling my issue!!!

                                The head lights of my new xuv 500 (W11) bought in december 2018 are not working properly. Even after adjustment from service centre, the dipper beam is like a scooty light. Unable to see anything when using the lights. This can cause fatal accidents. Also i complained about this to the showroom n service centre, but no steps were taken. It was told to me that this is the problem with most of the xuv cars and till now nobody's problem is solved. I am a mahindra user from last 10 years and still i get an answer like this.

                                  Hello,

                                  I own a mahindra scorpio up 14 dc 0983. Recently around 2.5 months back. I met with a small accident. I took my car to shiva mahindra sahibabad. They said the chassis needs to changed, so i gave them my car. After hell lot of efforts and chasing everyone at the service center i got my car back after 2 months. As i got my car. As i drove out of the showroom the breaks were not working and the body shop manager who fixed my car said there is some problem with the disc pad. I said him there was no problem earlier. So i decided to fix it right away as no one can drive without breaks. I was astonished as the mechanic opened up the front disc pad. There were no breakshoe inside and the calliper was completely rubbed the discpad which made the discpad useless. So the service manager apologized and got a old used discpad and charged me another 4500/- for break shoe and fixed the issue. However it is still making noise when i apply breaks.

                                  2nd issue:
                                  Then i took the car home. Next day i went to the fuel pump and asked to full the tank. As the guy opened the tank to put petrol it was all loose completely shaking with no screws in it. Then i went to shiva mahindra they apologized and fixed it.

                                  3rd issue:
                                  After 2-3 days i was on my way to haridwar. As i drove approx. 50-60kms my car started shaking. I ignored at first instance. Then suddenly my car became uncontrollable and started moving left and right. I somehow tried to stop it. Then i searched for a local mechanic nearby and we towed the car there. Then he checked the car and entire suspension was loose. All the nuts and screws were loose with no split pins anywhere. The diesel pipe and other pipes that are below the car were hanging. This could be major accident.

                                  I would request mahindra to get all these things fixed and take proper action of this against the concerned people.

                                    Sir,
                                    I poulose m. V serviced my scorpio on 26 feb 2019 at tvs cochin, after 5 days i got my vehicle serviced. After two days i notice that my vehicle's engine oil guage lever's pipe is broken into two pieces. I asked about it and they admit its their fault and assured free replacement on one condition i have to give 10 point on service feed back call. I done so after that i called them several times but they are not cooperating
