I have faced the steering lock problem during normal driving on 08 Sep 2018 at Gurgaon.
I called the Tow vehicle through mahindra service to drop nearby service center.
They drop my vehicle at night at Sterling motors Gurgaon against repair center no RO19C006429.
They told driving belt worn out & one screw damaged.
They repair and take the 8000 cost from us & drop my car at my Flat as I am out of station.
I came back next day & when we start the car it start to take jerk & suddenly it hit the parallel car due to this problem. lot of scratched happened on copilot side.
Its really wonder how they do they service pass through testing, quality & drive through test.
I again log the complain on 14 Sep 2018 and they send my vehicle to Sri Durga Automobile Maya puri Delhi against repair order no RO19C003587
They update me that in previous repairing he left the all pipe to be tighten for that they are sucking air.
I am continuous follow to both RM but they are not responding.
This is really direct threat to my life by negligence repairing the vehicle & I had almost three days suffered from job.
I need the complete RCA for the above issue & I need the compensation what loss I have suffered.
I am owing this car since last four year & my experience is very good till now with response & hope so the same with you.

    Good evening, mr. Anand mahindra and keshub mahindra
    Sub: pathetic and horrible service of mahindra.
    Respected sir,
    I would like to inform you that on today i have not any word for writing to you but still i would like to inform you about your product and service level.
    I had purchased one mahindra tractor on 30th march 2018 from dev tractor palwal haryana, model: mahindra 265 di mkm, reg no: hr50g3726.

    Today i visited to dev tractors palwal (Pls refer the attached receipt of the service) for free service of the tractor but my experience was very bad, i can’t expect the such service from mahindra group.
    1st the behaviour of the service manager and emp was very rud and unprofessionalism.
    2nd: they asked the surf and cloths from our side only for washing the tractor - i can accept may be this is your policy but i need your answer on this.
    3rd: service centre have changed only filters, except of filter they had not doing any greesing and oiling in the running part of the tractor which is just surprise and making fool to customers.
    4th: i have signed dissatisfied on the job sheet and told them that i will escalate on top management then they replied that we don’t care you can go anywhere.
    Whom image effect, on mahindra or chairman or dev tractor??
    Is this mahindra service?/is this level of mahindra?? If yes then no problem...
    I will wait for your positive response.
    Note : just we were planning in family for purchasing a new car and review for all brands but not think a single time for mahindra.
    Mahindra is a indian company and i love to all indian companies but now its on your hand.
    I was very happy on the time of purchasing the tractor but after service of dev tractors - feeling very bad.
    I would request you kindly send this message to mr. Anand mahindra and keshub mahindra so that they also aware about the poor service backup.
    I hope you will take strick action against of your foud agency-dev tractors.
    Awaiting reply from mahindra otherwise i will escalate on social media.

    There is no concern from the motorline mahindra warangal.they had given on time service but concern is from the mahindra manufacturing regarding tyre issue

      I have purchased a new Scorpio on 6th April 2017 at SHIVA AUTOMOBILES KARUR . Totally 11, 148 k.m only i have driven till date. Also till date services done by the dealer where i have purchased (Shiva automobiles). On 10000 k.m itself I have done the proper service there but suddenly now they informed me that your vehicle's clutch plate is spoiled and you have to replace it. I am asking whether the mahindra Scorpio is manufactured only for 10000 km? whether the clutch plate life time is only 10000 k.m? its really hurt to me. I am having the following doubts
      1. What the services are made upto 10000 k.m?
      2. Whether they didnt notice the depreciation of the clutch plate while doing the test drive at the time of service?
      3. I have did 10000 k.m service on date, then how it is spoiled suddenly the 1000 k.m itself?\
      And the dealer responding that they only notice the general services not in depth services for the new cars. This is SHOWS THAT THE "PERSONS WHO IS KNOWING CAR MECHANISM THEY ONLY HAVE TO PURCHASE THE MAHINDRA VEHICLES ". Really i am telling that the worst worst product. More than 20 days my car is there only but they telling that we are adding parking charges. Upto taking a deliver of a new car the company persons behaving as SO GOOD AND THEY ARE THE BEST BUT AFTER DELIVERY THE SHOW THEIR ORIGINAL FACE. Hope this complaint will help me the solutions . If not means I dont have option directly I will left the car at KARUR TO SALEM BYE PASS ROAD AND PUT THE STICKERS ON FULL CAR AS "THE WORST CAR AND WORST SERVICE ". MY KIND REQUEST DONT CHEAT THE CUSTOMERS WITH IN 10000 K.M ITSELF. DO IT AFTER 50000 OR 100000 K.M. Dealers response is so bad like a terrorist if they shows it before purchasing definitely I may treat... Expecting valuable reply soon.

        Good morning. This is vadivazhagan from karaikal and my mobile number is [protected]. I had taken rsa for my vehicle. Yesterday one of wheel bolt damaged and approached sri arn motors tiruvarur branch where my vehicle sent for regular service and taken rsa. They simply replied that rsa will cover towing, purchasing of diesel, puncture break down. No service is at spot.in this why i have to go for rsa. There are so many road side mechanic to attend the problem. Muruganantham the service manager gave me irresponsible reply. I had 2 bmt and one is already in rsa and i plan to put rsa for another. By god's grace i escaped from spending useless add-ons. I was cheated by m&m through sri arn motors.in my friends circle there are more than 25 bmt which all are new and operating long distance. Due to this i never suggest my friends even rsa or mahindra products. I will go any extreme level until i get a solution. If need i will also go for legally and in social media also. Waiting for reply or else i will go for legally.

                I had given my mahindra xuv 500 to silver jubilee hadapsar. They have not done my work and raised bills of rs. 50000 uninamiously. My vehicle is in the more worst condition than i had given my vehicle.
                They have overcharged the amount and they have charged the amount for the work they have not done.

                When i asked what was the work done, they have started abusive language and threatens. They are ruining the brand name of mahindra in the market.

                  Around 7 months back my sunroof began leaking with water dripping from overhead light area. I informed the garage but after several visits and attempts they have not been able to rectify the problem. I am not totally disgusted as every shower results in my car getting drenched inside with probability of electrical short circuit.                     I have taken delivery of xuv 500 in August since from there I have noticed many issues regarding my car Some my issues are cleared by dealer like there's a gap in headlamp housing same problem in wheel arches also and in tailgate too,
                    Still im facing some issues in my car rust in lower part of boot door and there's some issue gearbox when im chance it in to 5th gear also the wheel arches issue is still not cleared expecting solution for all my queries as soon as possible

There was shocker problem in my car but they are not condidering this part to be covered in the extended warranty. Please solve this issue urgently.                         Dear mahindra team i buy a new thar from patwa indore but just after left mahindra showroom and reached office indicator or car and power window is working then i go to patwa and patwa staff make it repair just after i again bring car for ride it again giving problem and smoke appear in car so left car at road and call your staff... So please told dealer to make it proper in one shot. Either i compliant in consumer forum.

                          Dear sir/madam, i purchased this new plush xuv500 28days back, but the beginning itself i facing hell lot of problems in it, first i faced a problem related to clutch & gear, where clutch pedal was not releasing, they took the vehicle for check up & took 2 days to resolve the problem, now its not starting at all, no ignition, doors r not opening, remote is not working, road side assistance fellows visited & telling the battery is dead & has relay problem also, but the issue is not resolve yet, i bought this car from india garage, please help me resolve this problem.

                            1. I have complain for coolant shortage on 05 july 17. As per technician vehicle found correct and being released vide bill no rbr19h000680.

                            2. Again i docked the vehicle for coolant shortage on 17 jul 17. On line complain was not accepted. Only hard copy given with written in hand given and full coolant was replaced as per technician advice vide bill no rbr9h000764.

                            3. Same problem was found again and vehicle docked on 11 aug 17. After one month and 2000km the coolant was changed vide bill no rbq19h000001.

                            4. Each time coolant change costs rs 2020.42 to customer is too expensive.

                            5.in the above senario it is obviated that the competency of the service engineer and the trustworthiness towards the customer is questionable.

                            6. After personnel visit to the service manager and providing the all the copy of bills and requesting him to look in to the matter nothing come fruitful till date.

                            7. I it is therefore requested that please look in to the matter and take necessary action for cost of harassment and necessary charging putting custom in financial distress, i will be greatful to you.

                              Dear sir i am taking about mahindra authorised service centre named (K. S. Automobiles in udaipur). The service is really poor and response is also poor. There is always shortage of spare parts which delays the service schedule. Totally irresponsible response always. Please work in that regard so that we can think of buying mahindra again. The service scares us to buy new mahindra vehicles.

The parts are not available in whole maharashtra. Dhule mahindra showroom are saying that it will not done till 4 months.                                       I m registering the same complaint that i did in june 2018. I have many times with company person here in tonk as well as auto world jaipur but they r not responding at all. My tuv 300 t10 model is having technical problem of whistling sound while driving and outer smells comes inside even the exhaust vent is power on mode, this was communicated to u also in june 2018 but problem persisted. I request u to pls take the problem seriously otherwise i will go to consumer court for justice

                                        महोदय,
                                        हर इंसान की कुछ बेसिक जरूरते होती है जिसे पूरा करने में ही एक उम्र निकल जाती है| आज रोटी, कपड़ा, मकान जुटाने एवं संसाधनों से खुद को उन्नत करने के इस भागदौड़ में सच्ची ख़ुशी तभी मिल पाती है जब कोई वर्षो के सपनो को पूरा होते देखता है| और हो भी क्यों न, एक वक़्त के बाद जब आप अपने सपनो को हक़ीक़त बनते देखते है तो अंदर से एक आवाज़ आती है "आखिर मैंने कर दिखाया!!"

                                        मैंने भी एक सपना देखा था, कई साल से जमा की हुई अपनी पूंजी से एक ड्रीम कार खरीदने का | कई डीलर्स से हुई बातचीत एवं मार्किट में मौजूद अन्य प्रोडक्ट्स के स्पेसिफिकेशन के गहन अध्ध्यन के बाद आख़िरकार मैंने "mahindra xuv w9" को अपना ड्रीम कार चुना| हालाँकि, कीमत (Inr 18, 00, 000) थोड़ा बजट पार कर रही थी मगर mahindra कंपनी के ब्रांड एवं "आखिर अपनी ड्रीम कार ही खरीद रहा हूँ न" वाली सोच ने मुझे अपनी पहली xuv खरीदने को प्रेरित की|

                                        मैं काफी खुस था!! काफी कम दिनों में ही दोस्तों एवं परिवार के साथ न जाने कितने यादगार लम्हों की साक्षी बनी थी मेरी xuv| अभी गाड़ी 4, 500 km ही चली थी और मैं एक ऐसे ही यादगार लम्हे को जीने अपने परिवार के साथ noida expressway से वृन्दावन जा रहा था जब मेरी xuv की टायर अचानक ही burst हो गयी | किसी तरह से गाड़ी को नियंत्रित कर मैंने अपनी एवं अपने परिवार की जान तो बचा ली मगर इसके बाद जो हुआ वो वाकई में काफी दुखद था | गतः डेढ़ महीने से अपने टायर को replace करवाने में असफल होने पर आज खुद को कंपनी का लॉयल कस्टमर बोलते हुए भी बुरा लगने लगा है| डीलर (Koncept mahindra) से बात करो तो कंपनी, और कंपनी से टायर मैन्युफैक्चरर (Appolo tyres), बस यही मेरी दिनचर्या बनकर रह गयी है| आनन्- फानन में कंपनी द्वारा भेजे गए टायर इंजीनियर ने मेरे दलीलों को ही झूठा बना यह रिपोर्ट बना दी कि आपकी गाडी puncture condition में चली है और मैन्युफैक्चरिंग डिफेक्ट न होने के वजह से कंपनी किसी भी तरह की क्लेम देने हेतु बाध्य नहीं है | "we are sorry"

                                        Sorry, उस गलती के लिए जो मैंने की ही नहीं, टायर इंजीनियर द्वारा बनायीं गयी रिपोर्ट गलत है | मैं पिछले 10 साल से गाड़ी चला रहा हूँ यदि टायर पंक्चर होती तो अपने गाड़ी से स्टेपनी निकाल उसे replace करने का हुनर भी मुझमे है| पिछले डेढ़ महीनो से हो रही इस मानसिक, शारीरक एवं आर्थिक नुकसान के बाद यह एहसास हो गया है कि भारत जैसे विकसित देश में भी अपने कस्टमर के प्रति कंपनी की कोई जवाबदेही नहीं होती| एक लॉयल कस्टमर होने के नाते क्या मैं यह सवाल नहीं कर सकता

                                        क्या टायर इंजीनियर ने रिपोर्ट बनाते वक़्त अपने काम के प्रति ईमानदारी बरती थी?
                                        क्या खुद को multi billion dollar की कंपनी (Mahindra) कहने वाली एक संस्था before एवं after sell वाले अपने वायदों पर वाकई में खड़ा उतर रही है? और
                                        क्या कंपनी अपने एक लॉयल फैन बेस के अधिकारों को बचाने में थोड़ी सी भी दिलचस्पी दिखाती है?
                                        आज सरकार भले ही "जागो ग्राहक जागो" जैसे जागरूकता अभियान में करोड़ो खर्च रही हो मगर जागरूकता आने के बावजूद भी यह रवैया कहा तक प्रासंगिक है?
