Your kind attention is invited towards that i was purchased the car model mahindra kuv 100 k6 mfalcon80, chassis no. Maiva2rbcg6d85212 and engine no. Rbgzd 21078, invoice no.1nv 17a000344, regn. No. Dl10ct3197 and invoice dated 12 may, 2016 in the name of subhash chander yadav s/o sh. Dhan singh yadav r/o rzg 110 re ii z & g block, prem nagar, najafgarh, new delhi-110 043 from m/s sri durga automobiles (A div. Of lido commercial co. Ltd.) k-28a, raja puri opp. Sector-5, dwarka, new delhi-110 059 on dated 25.08.2018 during driving, the car has been stopped suddenly on the way due to some defects then by crane, i brought my car to your workshop at 55, rama road, new delhi-110 015. After examine the car, the staff of your workshop said that the chassis of car has been thaw / liquate due to which the car could not be run and further ultimately the staff of your workshop has assigned me an estimate amounting to rs.68, 261/- apprx. On dated 04.09.2018 (Copy enclosed) for repair of above said car. It is requested to elaborate the reason that how the chassis of car has been thaw in the short period of time / guarantee period from 12.05.2015 to 25.08.2018 (Apprx. 3 years 3 months). It seems that it is a manufacturing defect otherwise chassis of car could not be thaw / liquate in apprx. 3 years 3 months as per your specification.
It is requested to repair the above said car free of cost because it is under guarantee period / manufacturing defect, otherwise i shall appeal in the consumer court for reimbursement of repair charges.
I hope company will cooperate in this matter.
