1. I have complain for coolant shortage on 05 july 17. As per technician vehicle found correct and being released vide bill no rbr19h000680.

2. Again i docked the vehicle for coolant shortage on 17 jul 17. On line complain was not accepted. Only hard copy given with written in hand given and full coolant was replaced as per technician advice vide bill no rbr9h000764.

3. Same problem was found again and vehicle docked on 11 aug 17. After one month and 2000km the coolant was changed vide bill no rbq19h000001.

4. Each time coolant change costs rs 2020.42 to customer is too expensive.

5.in the above senario it is obviated that the competency of the service engineer and the trustworthiness towards the customer is questionable.

6. After personnel visit to the service manager and providing the all the copy of bills and requesting him to look in to the matter nothing come fruitful till date.

7. I it is therefore requested that please look in to the matter and take necessary action for cost of harassment and necessary charging putting custom in financial distress, i will be greatful to you.

    Dear sir i am taking about mahindra authorised service centre named (K. S. Automobiles in udaipur). The service is really poor and response is also poor. There is always shortage of spare parts which delays the service schedule. Totally irresponsible response always. Please work in that regard so that we can think of buying mahindra again. The service scares us to buy new mahindra vehicles.

          We are your valuable costumer i. E. As described in tv ads. I am having kuv100 k4. My problem is, my vehiicle alternator is not working. The parts are not available in whole maharashtra. Dhule mahindra showroom are saying that it will not done till 4 months. My vehicle stopped on road and my vehicle is in dhule mahindra showroom 80 km away from my home. But they are not responding at all about alternator problem. With out solve the problem my vehicle is in showroom. Now i am on the road what can i do.

            I m registering the same complaint that i did in june 2018. I have many times with company person here in tonk as well as auto world jaipur but they r not responding at all. My tuv 300 t10 model is having technical problem of whistling sound while driving and outer smells comes inside even the exhaust vent is power on mode, this was communicated to u also in june 2018 but problem persisted. I request u to pls take the problem seriously otherwise i will go to consumer court for justice

              हर इंसान की कुछ बेसिक जरूरते होती है जिसे पूरा करने में ही एक उम्र निकल जाती है| आज रोटी, कपड़ा, मकान जुटाने एवं संसाधनों से खुद को उन्नत करने के इस भागदौड़ में सच्ची ख़ुशी तभी मिल पाती है जब कोई वर्षो के सपनो को पूरा होते देखता है| और हो भी क्यों न, एक वक़्त के बाद जब आप अपने सपनो को हक़ीक़त बनते देखते है तो अंदर से एक आवाज़ आती है "आखिर मैंने कर दिखाया!!"

              मैंने भी एक सपना देखा था, कई साल से जमा की हुई अपनी पूंजी से एक ड्रीम कार खरीदने का | कई डीलर्स से हुई बातचीत एवं मार्किट में मौजूद अन्य प्रोडक्ट्स के स्पेसिफिकेशन के गहन अध्ध्यन के बाद आख़िरकार मैंने "mahindra xuv w9" को अपना ड्रीम कार चुना| हालाँकि, कीमत (Inr 18, 00, 000) थोड़ा बजट पार कर रही थी मगर mahindra कंपनी के ब्रांड एवं "आखिर अपनी ड्रीम कार ही खरीद रहा हूँ न" वाली सोच ने मुझे अपनी पहली xuv खरीदने को प्रेरित की|

              मैं काफी खुस था!! काफी कम दिनों में ही दोस्तों एवं परिवार के साथ न जाने कितने यादगार लम्हों की साक्षी बनी थी मेरी xuv| अभी गाड़ी 4, 500 km ही चली थी और मैं एक ऐसे ही यादगार लम्हे को जीने अपने परिवार के साथ noida expressway से वृन्दावन जा रहा था जब मेरी xuv की टायर अचानक ही burst हो गयी | किसी तरह से गाड़ी को नियंत्रित कर मैंने अपनी एवं अपने परिवार की जान तो बचा ली मगर इसके बाद जो हुआ वो वाकई में काफी दुखद था | गतः डेढ़ महीने से अपने टायर को replace करवाने में असफल होने पर आज खुद को कंपनी का लॉयल कस्टमर बोलते हुए भी बुरा लगने लगा है| डीलर (Koncept mahindra) से बात करो तो कंपनी, और कंपनी से टायर मैन्युफैक्चरर (Appolo tyres), बस यही मेरी दिनचर्या बनकर रह गयी है| आनन्- फानन में कंपनी द्वारा भेजे गए टायर इंजीनियर ने मेरे दलीलों को ही झूठा बना यह रिपोर्ट बना दी कि आपकी गाडी puncture condition में चली है और मैन्युफैक्चरिंग डिफेक्ट न होने के वजह से कंपनी किसी भी तरह की क्लेम देने हेतु बाध्य नहीं है | "we are sorry"

              Sorry, उस गलती के लिए जो मैंने की ही नहीं, टायर इंजीनियर द्वारा बनायीं गयी रिपोर्ट गलत है | मैं पिछले 10 साल से गाड़ी चला रहा हूँ यदि टायर पंक्चर होती तो अपने गाड़ी से स्टेपनी निकाल उसे replace करने का हुनर भी मुझमे है| पिछले डेढ़ महीनो से हो रही इस मानसिक, शारीरक एवं आर्थिक नुकसान के बाद यह एहसास हो गया है कि भारत जैसे विकसित देश में भी अपने कस्टमर के प्रति कंपनी की कोई जवाबदेही नहीं होती| एक लॉयल कस्टमर होने के नाते क्या मैं यह सवाल नहीं कर सकता

              क्या टायर इंजीनियर ने रिपोर्ट बनाते वक़्त अपने काम के प्रति ईमानदारी बरती थी?
              क्या खुद को multi billion dollar की कंपनी (Mahindra) कहने वाली एक संस्था before एवं after sell वाले अपने वायदों पर वाकई में खड़ा उतर रही है? और
              क्या कंपनी अपने एक लॉयल फैन बेस के अधिकारों को बचाने में थोड़ी सी भी दिलचस्पी दिखाती है?
              आज सरकार भले ही "जागो ग्राहक जागो" जैसे जागरूकता अभियान में करोड़ो खर्च रही हो मगर जागरूकता आने के बावजूद भी यह रवैया कहा तक प्रासंगिक है?

                I bought your so called tougher and stronger bolero maxi truck in 2017 after using it for 2year around 40k kms there was a problem with gear box and i don’t know how strong your vehicle is and i got repaired it in automotive service centre which is in anandapuram visakhapatnam last month... After using it for one again complaint was raised with gear box... This is the quality of service which your service centre provided... Again there are charging for this complaint... I’m not rich like your company ceo... This is 3rd vehicle i’m using from mahindra... After this issue i want to give up with mahindra 🙏🏻🙏🏻...                     My car showing abs sign always and speed up and down automatically and automaticlly come in neutal position on road. Many times i save myself and family from accident. I complian many times with showroom service advisor of sterling motors co sec 18 gurgaon. But they are unable to rectify the problem. And give me advice that's the normal problem. But thats the huge problem for me.in

                      Myself Kunal Wakhare from Pune, I am Manager at Sofcon India Pvt. Ltd, I have dream from 6 years to purchase my own car basically made by mahindra. After Six years i saved much money to buy a car from yourside and i booked finally on 30 Aug 2018, KUV NXT 100 Black Color. The Dealers Executive committed me i will get my car on 10 Sept 2018 which is my fathers birthday date, but unfortunately i didn't get my car and proper reply by your dealers executives, so request them to give me car on 13 sept 2018 because on the same day Ganesh Chaturthi was their and it is biggest ritual festival of Maharashtra, but i didn't get my car. Its very sad when from 6 years i trusted on one company, without looking any different company i choose Mahindra. but its really unfair. I am very disappointing with the Pre -sevice by Mahindra

                          I would like to raise a complaint for employees of mahindra service center hyderabad uppal branch where i taken my mahindra quoto c8 for servicing 10 days back.
                          My key complaints of indicator issue and sterring hardness was mentioned at the time of submitting the vehicle. They told me to keep the vehicle at workshop for 2 days we have to arrange the spare parts, they kept vehicle for 7 days but the problem wasnt aolved and they charged unnecesaarily for some other parts telling me that was required and even the sterring hardness has increased more now. Both the issues are not solved and they charged me 4954/- for spare parts and other things.
                          The manager name is charry and his another rm (Didnt recall his name).
                          If this issue will not be solved jn next 7 days i need to take bigger actions

                            Respected sir/mam that i hariom singh vehicle kuv 100 trip dl 12 cn 3002 i serviced at mohan state branch on 11 se 2018 that i have a big issue that they not attended me approx 1 hour after that mr prahlad attand my vehicle and then after second service my vehicle clutch was not proper working then i m coming on 13 sep they reagain wait me 1 hour approx this is not satisfied service. Please do some thing about all this.

                            Your kind attention is invited towards that i was purchased the car model mahindra kuv 100 k6 mfalcon80, chassis no. Maiva2rbcg6d85212 and engine no. Rbgzd 21078, invoice no.1nv 17a000344, regn. No. Dl10ct3197 and invoice dated 12 may, 2016 in the name of subhash chander yadav s/o sh. Dhan singh yadav r/o rzg 110 re ii z & g block, prem nagar, najafgarh, new delhi-110 043 from m/s sri durga automobiles (A div. Of lido commercial co. Ltd.) k-28a, raja puri opp. Sector-5, dwarka, new delhi-110 059 on dated 25.08.2018 during driving, the car has been stopped suddenly on the way due to some defects then by crane, i brought my car to your workshop at 55, rama road, new delhi-110 015. After examine the car, the staff of your workshop said that the chassis of car has been thaw / liquate due to which the car could not be run and further ultimately the staff of your workshop has assigned me an estimate amounting to rs.68, 261/- apprx. On dated 04.09.2018 (Copy enclosed) for repair of above said car. It is requested to elaborate the reason that how the chassis of car has been thaw in the short period of time / guarantee period from 12.05.2015 to 25.08.2018 (Apprx. 3 years 3 months). It seems that it is a manufacturing defect otherwise chassis of car could not be thaw / liquate in apprx. 3 years 3 months as per your specification.

                            It is requested to repair the above said car free of cost because it is under guarantee period / manufacturing defect, otherwise i shall appeal in the consumer court for reimbursement of repair charges.

                            I hope company will cooperate in this matter.

                              I have a mahindra gusto. Recently i got the servicing done from amon motors (Kolkata). As the vehicle was in bad shape, it needed a lot of change of spare parts. The handle of the vehicle was creating some issues. I paid a hefty amount to get it repaired. But the problem has increased. I had pointed the same at that moment itself. But i was told that the ball bearing is changed and it will take some time to settle down. But it has been more than a month and nothing has changed.

                              I have already paid for RSA for my Mahindra Bolero power plus BR01PH8083 on 23August2018, but not yet received certificate. Immediately after purchasing RSA my with you hamesha a/c was blocked for a few days. Kindly ensure release of my certificate for which I have paid RS. 4810.86.

                                Iam given my scrpio vehicle in poineer automotives (Mahindra authorised showroom) guntur. The service is the worst, all the mechanics are from local road side people only. They don't know minimum mechanisam of vehile and some of don't know the driving also. And the behavier of supervisors is too bad. They are responding well also. They are always simply sitting and chit chating always. Maxsimum staff are busy with their mobiles. Nobody is responsible.
                                Please as a customer iam telling don't give your mahindra vehicles in guntur for serviceing or any repair. They are fully cheating in spares also. It is my personal experience.

I was pleased with the service at the beginning but the car does not start now, i just had to take my friend to the hospital and the car gave up on me. Get it fixed i have already spent 60000+.

                                    I understand that problems can appear after servicing however this is when the true service levels of a company is tested, please do no let me down.

                                    The service of thrissur Mahindra is worst like anything. I request the Mahindra team to take care and do the needfull. When I purchase an new car, they had given me a damaged one. PDi was not done
                                    The vehicle was fully mud. And not cleaned the underbody.means underbody washing was not done

                                      Above owner have chited me amount of rs 3000/- on 24/06/2015 for booking of vehicle..
                                      At the time of sales pitching he has completed me if you will not buy the vehicle i will return the amount. But after long follow up he is not returning the amount.. Still he is giving me fake commitment..
