I gave my vehicle at above said service centre but no response and more than five times I visited office and requested to handover my vehicle but arrogantly purposely refused and avoided my call by unattended.
Last time I brought my lawyer to give legal notice but general manager promised me to handover my car with out any cost as they damaged turbo and sent it to outside workshop mechanics to correct it but failed. So they put new one and they plan to charge the fee on me. Please look in to this matter urgently and do the needful and favour sir
Please arrange to handover my vehicle with out cost as I sent it only for 1 hour oil change but they broke unnecessary on 12.06.2018 more than two months my car is in their custody and no any updates and response
Please help me sir

    Sir,
    I am ajith vl, i have been using mahindra xuv 500 for 4 years. Vehicle number kl-64-c -1551, pothans mahindra aluva which has your authorised service center on 13/08/2018, has been given this vehicle complaint for engine sound. They have not yet been able to find out what problems are. I did not call you at the service center and no one told me that my car work status.in 23/08/2018, mr. Vinod service manager called me back to the service center., because that day at 9:30 am, i will call the service center, the reply was answered afternoon. He said that in the evening the problem could be seen and noticed. But today he was invited by me in the evening of 28/08/2018.
    I have never seen such a worst service center in my 4 years' use of mahindra. They are acting without a commitment. This will erase the reputation of mahindra's service center itself. It humbly asks me to have the right decision and to make sure that my vehicle is as fast as possible

      I have a scorpio s6+ which was bought on may2015 i have lodged a complaint earlier but no response. Nowfrom last year i am facing turbo prob which was fixed and now i got clutch getting pressed automatically, so today i sent the car to the authorised mahindra workshop shree automotive barasat, they have me an estimate of 6100 rupees on clutch prob.

        Dear sir/madam,

        Please note i bought mahindra tuv in nov 2016 from sterling mahindra, faridabad.

        In july 2018 i have started facing issue with the clutch & gear shifting.

        I have given my car to united mahindra, near nhpc metro station, faridabad & they have replaced clutch plates to resolve issue.

        Yesterday[protected] again clutch plates burnt/short, hence my car again broke down & is at united mahindra, faridabad.

        I have spent lots of money in new car and continuously facing technical issues.

        I believe the car i have purchased is having some major technical issue right from the manufacturing time.

        Request you to please urgently look into my problem & resolve the same.

          vouchers for referral of car

          It is intimated that i had purchased xuv 500 from mahindra pathankot. There is scheme from your company for providing vouchers worth rs 7500 to person who refers the car to his known. The problem with scheme i found with pathankot showroom is that they never inform about this scheme when customer comes for purchase. I came to know after i was handed over envelop with vouchers otherwise i would have referred my friend who has told me about...

          Purchased XUV 5OO W 11O from Shree Tirupati Auto Kanpur UP on 24 August 2018 with request for registration of Lucknow number to Mr Abhay Kashyap relationship executive of the dealer. His customer relationship is pathetic since he always linger on things and never call back to the customers.He along with his RTO executive Mr Ratnesh Mishra has submitted wrong registration details to the RTO office Kanpur & Lucknow as well, due to which vehicle registration is delayed to the verge of penalty to the customer and are not concerned whether vehicle registration done or not. They have generated receipt to RTO office Lucknow on 27 August 2018 and again in the evening of 28 August 2018 at 19:40 pm they modified RTO office Lucknow to RTO Office Kanpur due to which vehicle details are not showing to RTO Office Lucknow (as records found in NIC Lucknow) and registration is delayed. Mr Abhay Kashyap also given wrong mobile number to customer care so a feedback could not be obtained from customer Dhananjay Chaudhari.A matter brought to dealer chief Mr Manish Gupta but he is also taking favour of his team.I am also unable to get desired registration number since they have also not entertained my request for attractive number.This problem arises as I have not taken finance from Mr Abhay Kashyap and in retaliation, he along with his team has deliberately made changes to harass me.
          So due to this I am being harassed by the dealer and his team.
          Kindly take strong action against to the concerned dealer and their executives.

            Dear sir i have given my scorpio with complaint of power steering not working at raga motors, jalandhar. After examine my car they given me call that i have to change whole power steering sytem at cost of rs.25000. Now u tell me that if any problem comes in engine then u say that whole engine to replace. This is not called defect rectification, this replacement is done by non technical staff. This shows that u donot have well qualified technical staff who do defect and rectification. Mahindra is big name in iindustry.

              Kuv is most # dame car.
              It has engine problem it has gear shifting problem. Most worst car of the year.
              When i purchase it 2-3 month before it its gear box is crased. Before that engine is seesed. Now the gear is not shifted. It has gear shifting problm too. I am going to complaint in consumer court. Mahindra’s worst car now what can i do.

                My cousin purchased bolero in july 2017, driven only 10000 km. On 15 aug we went a trip to ladakh. On d way to leh the bolero broke down. Somehow we towed the car to leh service centre where they said there is fault in turbo and engine. We contacted the shimla automobile mandi but their response is very poor. Very disappointed with the service and machinery of mahindra.

                As per Mahindra Udhay Card kit, Mahindra is committed to provide discount 5% on spare parts and 10% on labour. but as now my vehicle met with an accident, Authorised Dealer of Mahindra is dening to provide discount because its fall under accident insurance.
                is it favorable for Mahindra to denied to give me disocunt.
                Sir, we have given our vehicle Mahindra Maxximo Plus TN43E6188 for service in Rajshree auto Pvt Ltd in thudiyalur Cbe.They are demanding extra charges regardless of estimate.More over they didn't do service over break functioning not considering it is accidental case. They didn't work upto estimated time. They are demanding extra time and charges.

                  Third class mahindras workshop of satara no body helping regarding issues. I own bolero camper gold vx before 6 months ago i have problem with ignition it's relay problem persuing last 15 days i went to satara work shop before that over communication went to wai workshops person was there but still problem not solved... Meet kulkarni sir then he told me to go sandeep pawar manager of workshop i met him he told me ok we will see and i wait till 1and half hours, then someone came and just checked it and told me you have to come tomorrow... Even my vehicle comes under warranty... It means once you buy the vehicle the agents and others duty finished. Customers duty starts to visit there workshops often.

                      Sir,

                      We are using tuv 300 for the past 2 years and kindly note that we had given our vehicle for servicing at tvs sundaram and son ltd paravoor alappuzha.

                      Our complaints were uncomfort engine sound, tilting and pulling towards left, and gearbox sound.

                      On 20th morning we kept it for servicing. The uncomfortable sound and gearbox problem got rectified but still the tilting and pulling towards the left were prevailing. So we asked them to clear it. So on 23rd we came back to take it up!

                      And unfortunately it couldn't be rectified and we had lost 4 days running behind this servicing problem!

                      The service team mentioned that the pulling towards left is rectified and so i took it for test drive and still that same problem exist.

                      We purchased it as we put value on the strength and pulling. But now regretting our decision. We know the service is very bad with mahindra! Badly distressed with the service.

                        I had booked a mahindra thar crde 4x4 from vimannagar unnati mahindra on jul 13 2018. 35 days of commitment period was promised and i have paid 20, 000 as booking amount. Now the dealer is not responding to any phonecalls and communications and last information i got was that vehicle is not still dispatched from plant. This is unacceptable for myself being a customer who values mahindra products. Being in service to the nation, i had the wish for an indian made vehicle and this lack of professionalism from the dealer is unacceptable. They will tarnish mahindra image amongst the faithful customers.

                        Please take immediate action and ensure my delivery. If not i will be forced to proceed legally for my time wasted on this endaveour. And i am very particular about my time and you will be answerable for this supervisory lapse on your part.

                          Sir,

                          I, sujit kumar biswas, owner of above car, have got very much bad experience about your service.

                          A representative of rayal motors service centre of jagatipotta, post-dhanua, kolkata-700099, pick up my car from my garage on 06.08.2018 for servicing. I have told them that i travel to digha (Up & down near about 450 km.) on 14.08.2018 & do necessary servicing of my car.

                          One representative of royal motors, called to my mobile & gave me two options, one was for general service, a estimated cost about inr 9, 000/- & another opltions was for better service & send me a massage the estimated cost will be around 21, 245 + taxes extra on 06.08.2018 at 14:54 hrs. I agree for better servicing.

                          They assured me that the car is now well condition to travel any where & made a bill of rs. 16, 000/- on 08.08.2018 & drop the car at my garage.

                          After servicing, i have driven out my car from my garage for travel to digha with my friends on 14.08.2018 at morning & i reached digha on same day. When i have came back from digha to kolkata on 16.08.2018, the car has broke down near krishnanagar bazar, medinapur, west bengal (Just 51 km from digha) near about 16:00hrs. Then i called to nearest mahindra workshop in contai city (20 km away from krishnanagar bazar), they told me that they were not able to repair mahindra xuv 500. Then i have made a call to another mahindra workshop in tamluk city (50 km away from krishnanagar bazar), they talk with the mahindra workshop in contai, then the mahindra workshop in contai agreed to repair my car, but they did not able to towing my car from the breakdown zone. Any how i hired a car for towing my car to mahindra workshop in contai @ rs. 1, 200/-. When i reached at workshop, it was about 21:30 hrs., the workshop has closed, the security of the workshop agreed to keep my car over there without any receiving documents. I have no other option, that is why i leave my car over there & come back to kolkata after hiring another car @ rs. 4, 500/- at 02:30 hrs on 17.08.2018.

                          Today, at 12: 35, i have made a call to workshop, they told me that they will contact me after some time. Now it is about 18:10hrs., i do not get any information about my car, they do not contact me, even do not give any estimate about charges.


                          I want to know that the royal motors has charged rs. 16, 000/- on 08.08.2018 for what purpose.

                          I want to ask mahindra & mahindra ltd. That how their workshop refuse to take responsibility of break down car.

                          I want to ask mahindra & mahindra ltd. That why i became sufferer for this incident.

                          I want to know that why i have harassed after doing servicing from your authorized service center (Royal motors).

                          I am surprise about your service & it is horrible to me when i think about the last day incident. I just ran away from here & there but your nearest work shop manager did not extend their hand for help me.

                          I do not know what is my fault. Is it my fault that i bought your car?

                          Please explain above & repair my car as early as possible. Otherwise i will take legal step against you for harassing me.

                              There r 2 girls who talk with us for vacancy,
                              Punjabi tone, both of less educated, they talking in hindi
                              Mahindra And Mahindra customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                              For the brakes problem servicing is done twice at Sahyadri Motors Pvt Ltd, Sus Gaon, Pune. But they are not able find root cause of issue and are giving vague answers. So I am expecting the resolution of the same in satisfactory manner.

                                हमारी पिकप UP 56 T 8696 जो की उदय योजना के द्वारा फ्री सर्विस में थी I पहली सर्विस आनन्दनगर में किसी तरीके से सर्विस किया गया I दूसरी सर्विस महाराजगंज में 20/08/2018 को करने के बाद हमारी गाड़ी को चार घंटे तक यह कह कर रोक लिया गया की आपकी गाड़ी का उदय योजना में सेल्स द्वारा फीडिंग नहीं किया गया है I

                                    Purchased mahindra xuv last month and there was a crack found on dashboard when i received the vehicle and i informed immediately to the concern showroom and they said will change the vehicle or else change the dashboard.

                                    Later on i dropped my vehicle to the showroom and they changed the dashboard but now i found the knocking sound on dashboard which is really irritating and when i informed the service center, they failed to rectify the same and given very unprofessional response that this knocking sound will remain in the vehicle and we can't do anything. You have to bear this sound.

                                    The brand like mahindra and as a owner of the high end luxurious vehicle, i can't bear this knocking sound and such a poor response. Requesting you to kindly look into the matter and change the vehicle coz i am not going to bear all this irresponsive response.
