Sir,
I, sujit kumar biswas, owner of above car, have got very much bad experience about your service.
A representative of rayal motors service centre of jagatipotta, post-dhanua, kolkata-700099, pick up my car from my garage on 06.08.2018 for servicing. I have told them that i travel to digha (Up & down near about 450 km.) on 14.08.2018 & do necessary servicing of my car.
One representative of royal motors, called to my mobile & gave me two options, one was for general service, a estimated cost about inr 9, 000/- & another opltions was for better service & send me a massage the estimated cost will be around 21, 245 + taxes extra on 06.08.2018 at 14:54 hrs. I agree for better servicing.
They assured me that the car is now well condition to travel any where & made a bill of rs. 16, 000/- on 08.08.2018 & drop the car at my garage.
After servicing, i have driven out my car from my garage for travel to digha with my friends on 14.08.2018 at morning & i reached digha on same day. When i have came back from digha to kolkata on 16.08.2018, the car has broke down near krishnanagar bazar, medinapur, west bengal (Just 51 km from digha) near about 16:00hrs. Then i called to nearest mahindra workshop in contai city (20 km away from krishnanagar bazar), they told me that they were not able to repair mahindra xuv 500. Then i have made a call to another mahindra workshop in tamluk city (50 km away from krishnanagar bazar), they talk with the mahindra workshop in contai, then the mahindra workshop in contai agreed to repair my car, but they did not able to towing my car from the breakdown zone. Any how i hired a car for towing my car to mahindra workshop in contai @ rs. 1, 200/-. When i reached at workshop, it was about 21:30 hrs., the workshop has closed, the security of the workshop agreed to keep my car over there without any receiving documents. I have no other option, that is why i leave my car over there & come back to kolkata after hiring another car @ rs. 4, 500/- at 02:30 hrs on 17.08.2018.
Today, at 12: 35, i have made a call to workshop, they told me that they will contact me after some time. Now it is about 18:10hrs., i do not get any information about my car, they do not contact me, even do not give any estimate about charges.
I want to know that the royal motors has charged rs. 16, 000/- on 08.08.2018 for what purpose.
I want to ask mahindra & mahindra ltd. That how their workshop refuse to take responsibility of break down car.
I want to ask mahindra & mahindra ltd. That why i became sufferer for this incident.
I want to know that why i have harassed after doing servicing from your authorized service center (Royal motors).
I am surprise about your service & it is horrible to me when i think about the last day incident. I just ran away from here & there but your nearest work shop manager did not extend their hand for help me.
I do not know what is my fault. Is it my fault that i bought your car?
Please explain above & repair my car as early as possible. Otherwise i will take legal step against you for harassing me.
