Respected sir/madam,
as subject mentioned above, i purchased XUV 500 W9 model from your showroom on 24/8/18. soumya showroom indore
Car suddenly broke down on 29/8/18 at around 10.30pm.
We called continuously tor customer care no and sell executive.
No help is provided by you in night.
all call details are with us.
you charged us for roadside assistance.
i took help from local people and pushed by hands (as your executive requested) and brought car from main road to aside.
You assured me to give car as early as possible. but till now i didnt get my car.
Please reply as early as possible to my following questions:-
1) Why did you give us technically defaulted piece?
2) Why did you not helped us in night at 1PM?
3) This was happened in city harda. What would you have done if this could have been happned in remote area?
4)Why should I not spread this my mental harassment done by you to all my social media on facebook and all?
5) Who is responsible for such short term car damage?

In view of all this, you need to reply as early as possible, as you are not cooperating me and not giving me my car back.

Please consider this mail as legal notice and reply as early as possible as i am mentally stressed and I want compensation(Interest plus late fees)
You please return back my all money of purchasing cost and also loan processing fess plus compensation or else I will file FIR of Fraud done to me and need to take further action.

    xuv 500 w10 मैंने नरायन आटोमोबाइल हजरतगंज लखनऊ 21.11.2017 को ख़रीदी। 25.08.2018 को लखनऊ से कानपुर जातें उननाव के पास गाड़ी के बोनट से धुआं आने लगा और घबरा कर गाड़ी किनारे लगा दिया। दी हुई बुकलेट के नंबर पर कॉल किये नरायन आटोमोबाइल में काल किया पर कहीं कोई response नहीं मिला।अपने सुविधा से गाड़ी towing कराकर लखनऊ रात तीन बजे आयीं । 27.8.18मे नरायन आटोमोबाइल पर फोन किया तो गाड़ी का 1000 रुपये मांगें।
    मुझे कहना हैं कि गाड़ी 7000 k.m.चली, गाड़ी को मात्र 8-9 महीने हुये। 21लाख की गाड़ी में मात्र 7000 k.m.ही चलने की capacity है। महिन्द्रा से आपकी सारी गलती बता रहे हैं driven fault हैं। क़ोई भी जिम्मेदारी नहीं लेता, फोन रिसीव नहीं होते।
    गाड़ी का 25 लाख का बीमा है। एक साल गाड़ी को अभी पूरा नहीं हुआ towing, labour, servicing, सब customer se demand कर रहे है। गाड़ी की कोई warranty है नहीं। महिन्द्रा ख़ुद decided नहीं कर पा रही है। very bad services of mahindra ..bad experience..with you hamesha...

    Hi, my complaints from date 30 aug 2018 but no response from mahindra..गाड़ी खरीदते समय all facilities बताते हैं but at a time problem आ जाये तो mahindra performances zero... कोई नहीं सुनता, ap log only defected गाड़ी sell करते हैं, एक बार गाड़ी बेचकर पैसा लेते हैं, फिर life time defected गाड़ियो की मरम्मत का।
    Xuv 5oow10 का बिल Rs. 28182/- का बताया है किस बात का बिल है गाड़ी अभी एक साल की भी नहीं हुयी है only 7000.K.m. ही चली है ।
    Xuv 500W10 की warranty 5 or 3 years ki h.or 500000 lakh K.M. चलने की हैं। road services bhi nahi dete h. Customers se only bills ka payments late h.आपकी दी या बतायी हुयी कोई services आज तक कभी भी provide nahi hui h...

      We wish to bring in your notice that our company tightwell fastners, 154, idc, hissar road, rohtak (Haryana)-124001 has purchased bolero maxi track plus 1.2t bsiv ps, chasis no. - ma1zp2tbkj2a53711, engine no. - tbj4a78891 from lohchab motor company pvt. Ltd. Rohtak tower, delhi bye pass road, rohtak, haryana -124001 vide their invoice no. Inv18a01316 dated 21 feb 2018. Ceat tyres has been fitted in the said vehicle. The soil of one tyre of the said vehicle has defected on 06 aug 2018. On our complain, the said tyre was replaced with new tyre.

      Now the same problem arises in other tyre also. Therefore, we request you to please issue necessary instruction to the concerned ceat tyre dealer located in rohtak, haryana to replace the defected tyre with the new one without paying any charges because the tyres of said vehicle are still under warranty period.
      We shall be very thankful to you for this.

        I hit a kangaroo a few months ago, and king brothers smash repairs in eden nsw says they cant source the parts from mahindra canberra. They need a replacement bull bar and surrounding parts - but here is nothing in the country. I have had nothing but bloody problems with this s10 duel cab ute which is a work vehicle. Normally i deal with village ford in bombala and they are great - but i very annoyed.

          I have mahindra verito. There is an issue in it that in rainy season, my vehical gets immobilize.
          When i gave it to authorized mahindra service center, they took 4-5 days and called me and said the car is ready. now the issue is solved they said. I paid the bill which was quite big. By the time i took my car it was end of rainy season.
          In this season, the problem remains the same. Attaching you the video.
          My verito number is RJ 19 CC 9347.

          Dealer service center is OS MOTORS jodhpur

          Please solve my problem without taking anymore charges from me. Because i have already paid.

              Dear sir / madam,

              We were given my car on 07th july at united automobiles for denting of bumper. But they returned my car without repairing on 11th july by saying that we will repair after some times by saying that insurance is not passed. As discused with tata aig insurance company they said that insurance is already passed by the company and we have to give them my car again for repairing. After that 2 times i had visited with car for repairing. But all the times they had said that they are heavily booked and they will repair my car some other time. May i know the reason why they are troubling me.

              From 07th to 11th july i had travelled with taxi because the car was not repaired now who will bear the loss which has bee occured because o[censored]nited automobiles.

                I gave my vehicle at above said service centre but no response and more than five times I visited office and requested to handover my vehicle but arrogantly purposely refused and avoided my call by unattended.
                Last time I brought my lawyer to give legal notice but general manager promised me to handover my car with out any cost as they damaged turbo and sent it to outside workshop mechanics to correct it but failed. So they put new one and they plan to charge the fee on me. Please look in to this matter urgently and do the needful and favour sir
                Please arrange to handover my vehicle with out cost as I sent it only for 1 hour oil change but they broke unnecessary on 12.06.2018 more than two months my car is in their custody and no any updates and response
                Please help me sir

                  I am ajith vl, i have been using mahindra xuv 500 for 4 years. Vehicle number kl-64-c -1551, pothans mahindra aluva which has your authorised service center on 13/08/2018, has been given this vehicle complaint for engine sound. They have not yet been able to find out what problems are. I did not call you at the service center and no one told me that my car work status.in 23/08/2018, mr. Vinod service manager called me back to the service center., because that day at 9:30 am, i will call the service center, the reply was answered afternoon. He said that in the evening the problem could be seen and noticed. But today he was invited by me in the evening of 28/08/2018.
                  I have never seen such a worst service center in my 4 years' use of mahindra. They are acting without a commitment. This will erase the reputation of mahindra's service center itself. It humbly asks me to have the right decision and to make sure that my vehicle is as fast as possible

                      Please note i bought mahindra tuv in nov 2016 from sterling mahindra, faridabad.

                      In july 2018 i have started facing issue with the clutch & gear shifting.

                      I have given my car to united mahindra, near nhpc metro station, faridabad & they have replaced clutch plates to resolve issue.

                      Yesterday[protected] again clutch plates burnt/short, hence my car again broke down & is at united mahindra, faridabad.

                      I have spent lots of money in new car and continuously facing technical issues.

                      I believe the car i have purchased is having some major technical issue right from the manufacturing time.

                      Request you to please urgently look into my problem & resolve the same.

                        It is intimated that i had purchased xuv 500 from mahindra pathankot. There is scheme from your company for providing vouchers worth rs 7500 to person who refers the car to his known. The problem with scheme i found with pathankot showroom is that they never inform about this scheme when customer comes for purchase. I came to know after i was handed over envelop with vouchers otherwise i would have referred my friend who has told me about...

                        Purchased XUV 5OO W 11O from Shree Tirupati Auto Kanpur UP on 24 August 2018 with request for registration of Lucknow number to Mr Abhay Kashyap relationship executive of the dealer. His customer relationship is pathetic since he always linger on things and never call back to the customers.He along with his RTO executive Mr Ratnesh Mishra has submitted wrong registration details to the RTO office Kanpur & Lucknow as well, due to which vehicle registration is delayed to the verge of penalty to the customer and are not concerned whether vehicle registration done or not. They have generated receipt to RTO office Lucknow on 27 August 2018 and again in the evening of 28 August 2018 at 19:40 pm they modified RTO office Lucknow to RTO Office Kanpur due to which vehicle details are not showing to RTO Office Lucknow (as records found in NIC Lucknow) and registration is delayed. Mr Abhay Kashyap also given wrong mobile number to customer care so a feedback could not be obtained from customer Dhananjay Chaudhari.A matter brought to dealer chief Mr Manish Gupta but he is also taking favour of his team.I am also unable to get desired registration number since they have also not entertained my request for attractive number.This problem arises as I have not taken finance from Mr Abhay Kashyap and in retaliation, he along with his team has deliberately made changes to harass me.
                        So due to this I am being harassed by the dealer and his team.
                        Kindly take strong action against to the concerned dealer and their executives.

                          Dear sir i have given my scorpio with complaint of power steering not working at raga motors, jalandhar. After examine my car they given me call that i have to change whole power steering sytem at cost of rs.25000. Now u tell me that if any problem comes in engine then u say that whole engine to replace. This is not called defect rectification, this replacement is done by non technical staff. This shows that u donot have well qualified technical staff who do defect and rectification. Mahindra is big name in iindustry.

                            Kuv is most # dame car.
                            It has engine problem it has gear shifting problem. Most worst car of the year.
                            When i purchase it 2-3 month before it its gear box is crased. Before that engine is seesed. Now the gear is not shifted. It has gear shifting problm too. I am going to complaint in consumer court. Mahindra’s worst car now what can i do.

                              My cousin purchased bolero in july 2017, driven only 10000 km. On 15 aug we went a trip to ladakh. On d way to leh the bolero broke down. Somehow we towed the car to leh service centre where they said there is fault in turbo and engine. We contacted the shimla automobile mandi but their response is very poor. Very disappointed with the service and machinery of mahindra.

They didn't work upto estimated time. They are demanding extra time and charges.

                                Third class mahindras workshop of satara no body helping regarding issues. I own bolero camper gold vx before 6 months ago i have problem with ignition it's relay problem persuing last 15 days i went to satara work shop before that over communication went to wai workshops person was there but still problem not solved... Meet kulkarni sir then he told me to go sandeep pawar manager of workshop i met him he told me ok we will see and i wait till 1and half hours, then someone came and just checked it and told me you have to come tomorrow... Even my vehicle comes under warranty... It means once you buy the vehicle the agents and others duty finished. Customers duty starts to visit there workshops often.

                                  I'm writing this mail to bring to your notice the series of problems faced by me. I am an owner of the car: mahindra xuv 500 since more than 6 years. I'm very happy with the performance of the car.
                                  Recently, i had given the car to an authorised service centre named nbs international ltd located at udyog nagar, goregaon west, mumbai 400062.

                                  I purchase a car kuv100 k2 on 18 may 2018 fromjammu shuhul automobiles and from company they give me insurance of bharti axa to my car having insurance number mhr/s6208272 and on 20th of august my car got accident and i went to service centre and the survier comes from insurance company refused to provide inaurance because he said your car doesnot have permanent number but i already have temporary number jk/12/tmp/2018/1806 validupto 17 sept 2018. So kindly help to provide me cashless claim or replace of my new car of my hardcore money.

                                    Sir,

                                    We are using tuv 300 for the past 2 years and kindly note that we had given our vehicle for servicing at tvs sundaram and son ltd paravoor alappuzha.

                                    Our complaints were uncomfort engine sound, tilting and pulling towards left, and gearbox sound.

                                    On 20th morning we kept it for servicing. The uncomfortable sound and gearbox problem got rectified but still the tilting and pulling towards the left were prevailing. So we asked them to clear it. So on 23rd we came back to take it up!

                                    And unfortunately it couldn't be rectified and we had lost 4 days running behind this servicing problem!

                                    The service team mentioned that the pulling towards left is rectified and so i took it for test drive and still that same problem exist.

                                    We purchased it as we put value on the strength and pulling. But now regretting our decision. We know the service is very bad with mahindra! Badly distressed with the service.
