My vehicle rj 14 ur 9442 got damaged on 10th of april 2018 far from my home, i contacted mahindra dealer somya vehicle, dewas balance, indore, m. P. The same day that if they will repair my vehicle on cashless basis, they accepted, den from last 4 months they are just making things that parts is not available and when finally the vehicle got repaired they made a bill of approx 3 lac in which their were arts which was not included in any of the two estimate provided by them. I asked them to put it and after that they were asking me to pay all the amount as they had not tied up with my insurance company... Initially they have accepted that the vehicle will be repaired on cashless basis.. But now they are delaying it by saying you have to bear all the expense and will have to take the amount from insurance company... I had a worst experience with somya vehicles.. I strongly advice any mahindra vehicle owner.. Don't bring your precious vehicle to somya.. As they not only miscommunucate every thing,, their staff and support team don't care for your money... They just want to make profit from the customer pocket, by hook or by crook... I am not coming to somya in my life

I had order a kuv 100 tshirt on dated 9august 2018.they also cut payement from my account but its almost running one month did not get product not even any update after mailing 3times.I will complain now to consumer forum against m2all.

    Am started using my scorpio about 3 year
    I boat mahindra vehicle fir my passion and the love for the vehicle
    But am facing series issue about the service quality from my dealer and the product quality from mahindra why because i was complained for ma scorpio top rail rest in my service center and couldn't get any response from them
    And am giving more than 20000 rs in every service and am not satisfied in that service because they are not giving a satisfied service for my scorpio Hope i will get a good response

      On 28/8 I send my 1 year old XYLO ( veh sl no H2C33978) for 50000 km paid servicing to Sikkim Motors Workshop. The vehicle was attended and released on same day after servicing payment. For next two days the vehicle was not used on road. on 1/9 after running for about 4-5 km the vehicle started making knocking abnormal sound from undergear like loose and hanging parts hitting and stated having erratic movement of wheels.The vehicle was parked and checked that the LHS back wheel fasteners were loose, bent and about to come off the axle. This is utter negligence and poor workmanship on the part of Mahindra Workshop and can kill lives i[censored]nchecked. The vehicle was just released after paid servicing from authorized workshop. Such unsafe and risky maintenance practices can lead to breakdown and major accident and can kill passengers. I have send the vehicle back to workshop on 3/8/18. I had hoped that Mahindra would be sorry for the negligence in Maintenance. But again to my surprise they have further billed me extra amount of Rs 2000/- for repair and rectification of the fault (undergear broken bolts and links due to failure on them to fasten before release) which they are responsible. This is causing me mental stress and i am offended by the customer care response. You are requested to kindly take note of the risky maintenance practice followed by Sikkim motors, Gangtok and immediately take corrective action. Further you are requested to refund me the payment I have done, which otherwise should have been borne by Mahindra for poor workmanship and negligence on job by Staff.

        We have a four wheeler Mahindra Scorpio.We have get a problem of your service department.We planed to mantinence of our four wheeler. our car give the problem by clutch plats .company give the all service they install new clutch plat, pressure plate, cylinder. but the main problem with fly wheels, that time service center has not that item. but they no care about it without installation they pack up of our car. it create the big problem with us. regarding they take time for twenty days.They give not full washing service(attach the picture).But they can not give us solution.This mahindra agency Harbir automobile located at Phase-2 industrial area chandigarh.The workshop manager mobile no.           Hi,
          My truck Mahindra supro T4(ap35y3587) oil inlet tube was broked. I was gave my truck on night 31-08-18.but they are noted 1-9-18 in their book. (Before this I gave my truck in vizianagaram neon service centre. They are also not doing my work.they are also keep my truck 3 days) From that day here they are not completed my work and here they don't have a spare parts. I am stayed in a friend room from 31st. From here to my village is 90k.ms.that truck is only one of money source to my family. Sir please told to them do my work fast. Plz Iam begging you. Now also I am in this serviceing centre. Hope you will clear that problem.

            Hi,
            My car logan 1.5 diesel was broke down on 19 june 2018 near kannur and was towed to eram motors pvt ltd, a mahindra dealer for repairs. Upon arrival the said that the engine belt was torn and has to be replaced. I asked them to clear the same. This happened almost 400 km away from our place. After a long waiting due to the unavailability of the spare (This was claimed by the dealer) the said they have cleared the issue with some other spares that the claimed to be replaced due to the replacement of the belt and pully. And we took the vehicle on 14 july. Since then there is so many unwanted noices and jurking on the engine. We have talked so many times to the dealers and they still dont give any response. We are now afraid to drive the car due to the noises. I request you to please look into thye same and kindly do the needful to get my car repaired correctly by an efficient dealer like tvs or ktc.

              I have a tuv3oo no. Up80dl 3226 since the starting of rainy season the rain water is comming inside the car... When i complained in company the dealer (Atma ram mahindra agra) picked up the car from my house and sent back in evening but again the water came inside the car and again they did the same... They picked my car 6 time from my house for the same problem but problem is not resolved by deale and now they are not picking up my phone... I request you to solve the issue and give me the fule charge rs. 1800 (300 ×6 times) and to change the floor mat (Damaged because of water)... Otherwise i will be bound to take legal action against dealer and company.

                Sir,
                I m a owner of one mohindra tuv 300 vehicle. My veh was met an accident during jan of this year for which airbag of d vehicle was came out. I have claimed insurance also for this and accordingly payment also made by d insurance company. I was handed over my said vehicle to the dealer of assam motors, tinsukia, assam from where i bought my vehicle for repairing purpose. After 3 months they delivered my vehicle to me saying everything has done repaired n ok. I have made full payment of rs. 90000 more to them. But while on returned way to my home with d said vehicle, i have seen that d red light signal of d airbag has been shown in d concerned place. After reached my home, i have informed d matter to d concerned dealer immediately regarding d red light signal shown. They told me to don't worry about this. On 24/8/2018 when i reported for 2nd servicing of my said vehicle at the said dealer of assam motors, tinsukia and told them d problem showing of airbags red light. But, instead of repairing/solve of the problem, they told me that, rs 70, 295/= will be more expenditure to solve d airbags problem. I shocked after heard their comments. So, now i want to know that, why the above mentioned dealer has done too much neglected for fully repairing in well condition of my vehicle. Why they now again asked me to expend such a huge amount for the same repairing works. Hence, i request you kindly look into the matter and arrange to repair my vehicle again fully free of cost as soon as possible please.

                  I have same problem like mr. Kamal k arora. My tuv 300 no is wb16an9413, previously it occurs sometime, but now a days it became regular, i am always in panic in city traffic or any road trip. I feared to stop the engine. When this kind of incident happen on road people cracking jokes at me. I used my previous maruti wagon r for 5 years with zero issues. Literally zero issues.

                  My verito kl 31 d 8299 breakdown inlottayam .I visit ur Kottayam branch .I told ur adviser clutch is not working .we changed full set and clutch MC last week .I told him may be bleeding pipe .but he don.t accept my voice and change full set . What is cost for pipe leaking ? He changed full clutch MC also and welding clucth pipe leaking he is cheating and world worst fellow . If I go local workshop . I save 30000.00 .                     Im very sad that my mahindra bollero maxitruck got complaint on its clutch assembly on 5000 kms.. When i contact mahindra RSA (ROAD SIDE ASSISTANCE TEAM) no response for 4 days.. Then we contact service centre and they told they will pay the crane amount and vl return the vehicle witin 2 days... Now its 4 th day no response... from service team... Very bad experience from mahindra. Also the estimated coast is 11000 for clutch assembly.. Highly expencive in cost /cheating experience from mahindra...

                      On 8th May 2018 I had made a booking for Thar Di 4X4 from Potion Autos Pvt. Ltd Muvattupuzha, Kerala. And because of the delay I canceled the booking and purchased it from TVS Mahindra Thodupuzha, Kerala. Then I have given booking cancelation request on 17th May 2018 and also they took booking dockets and receipts from me. Now I have the copy of all those documents. But till now the dealership is not even giving a proper replay. They says that sales person is resigned and the booking docket is missing so and so. Within this 3 months I have contacted them so many times.It seems like they are trying to fool me and there attitude is very much irritating. I appreciate if any one can help me on this.

                        My mahindra Quanto Q8 is showing check signal and when it persists the acceleration reduces. This complaint is reported and my vehicle is repaired by the 'Expert' mechanics of the Mahindra and Mahindra authorised dealers in Kannur, Kasaragod and Mangalore for more than four years.But still recently they could only extract money from my pocket and not clear the complaint of the vehicle. So I had complained about this and the company requested me to surrender my vehicle to the Eram Motors Kasaragod so that they will thoroughly make a technical check up and report to the company so that company could make a permanent solution to the problem. The Eram motors after much consultation with the company informed me that the vehicle will be repaired by replacing the Turbo and the Engine control system costing about one lakh rupees. The company offered 30% discount on the repair. I consulted with the Eram Motors and they informed me that it will take almost one lakh rupees to repair but with no guarantee of permanent solution.

                        I am sorry to say that after repeated complaints to the company no company personnel contacted me to hear me. Any way I Took away my vehicle from Eram Motors after 15 days without repair.

                        I don't have much money to simply throw away like the company wishes. So I with personal contacts inquired about a place where I can repair my vehicle without the exploitation of the Mahindra and Mahindra Company. I found one and consulted with him about the problem. He then checked my vehicle with computer help and found the problem and solved the problem within three hours and charged me ONLY Rs. 500/-. now its more than 10 days my vehicle is running comfortable with full acceleration without any signal.The company demanded rupees One lakh for this simple repair.

                        Now I realise that a problem which could be solved within three hours time without replacing any spare parts, was repaired by so called expert mechanics of the company replacing many spare parts even by replacing Turbo and extracting money from my pockets and not solving the problem is the company secret of their success.

                          as subject mentioned above, i purchased XUV 500 W9 model from your showroom on 24/8/18. soumya showroom indore
                          Car suddenly broke down on 29/8/18 at around 10.30pm.
                          We called continuously tor customer care no and sell executive.
                          No help is provided by you in night.
                          all call details are with us.
                          you charged us for roadside assistance.
                          i took help from local people and pushed by hands (as your executive requested) and brought car from main road to aside.
                          You assured me to give car as early as possible. but till now i didnt get my car.
                          Please reply as early as possible to my following questions:-
                          1) Why did you give us technically defaulted piece?
                          2) Why did you not helped us in night at 1PM?
                          3) This was happened in city harda. What would you have done if this could have been happned in remote area?
                          4)Why should I not spread this my mental harassment done by you to all my social media on facebook and all?
                          5) Who is responsible for such short term car damage?

                          In view of all this, you need to reply as early as possible, as you are not cooperating me and not giving me my car back.

                          Please consider this mail as legal notice and reply as early as possible as i am mentally stressed and I want compensation(Interest plus late fees)
                          You please return back my all money of purchasing cost and also loan processing fess plus compensation or else I will file FIR of Fraud done to me and need to take further action.

                            xuv 500 w10 मैंने नरायन आटोमोबाइल हजरतगंज लखनऊ 21.11.2017 को ख़रीदी। 25.08.2018 को लखनऊ से कानपुर जातें उननाव के पास गाड़ी के बोनट से धुआं आने लगा और घबरा कर गाड़ी किनारे लगा दिया। दी हुई बुकलेट के नंबर पर कॉल किये नरायन आटोमोबाइल में काल किया पर कहीं कोई response नहीं मिला।अपने सुविधा से गाड़ी towing कराकर लखनऊ रात तीन बजे आयीं । 27.8.18मे नरायन आटोमोबाइल पर फोन किया तो गाड़ी का 1000 रुपये मांगें।
                            मुझे कहना हैं कि गाड़ी 7000 k.m.चली, गाड़ी को मात्र 8-9 महीने हुये। 21लाख की गाड़ी में मात्र 7000 k.m.ही चलने की capacity है। महिन्द्रा से आपकी सारी गलती बता रहे हैं driven fault हैं। क़ोई भी जिम्मेदारी नहीं लेता, फोन रिसीव नहीं होते।
                            गाड़ी का 25 लाख का बीमा है। एक साल गाड़ी को अभी पूरा नहीं हुआ towing, labour, servicing, सब customer se demand कर रहे है। गाड़ी की कोई warranty है नहीं। महिन्द्रा ख़ुद decided नहीं कर पा रही है। very bad services of mahindra ..bad experience..with you hamesha...

                            Hi, my complaints from date 30 aug 2018 but no response from mahindra..गाड़ी खरीदते समय all facilities बताते हैं but at a time problem आ जाये तो mahindra performances zero... कोई नहीं सुनता, ap log only defected गाड़ी sell करते हैं, एक बार गाड़ी बेचकर पैसा लेते हैं, फिर life time defected गाड़ियो की मरम्मत का।
                            Xuv 5oow10 का बिल Rs. 28182/- का बताया है किस बात का बिल है गाड़ी अभी एक साल की भी नहीं हुयी है only 7000.K.m. ही चली है ।
                            Xuv 500W10 की warranty 5 or 3 years ki h.or 500000 lakh K.M. चलने की हैं। road services bhi nahi dete h. Customers se only bills ka payments late h.आपकी दी या बतायी हुयी कोई services आज तक कभी भी provide nahi hui h...

                              We wish to bring in your notice that our company tightwell fastners, 154, idc, hissar road, rohtak (Haryana)-124001 has purchased bolero maxi track plus 1.2t bsiv ps, chasis no. - ma1zp2tbkj2a53711, engine no. - tbj4a78891 from lohchab motor company pvt. Ltd. Rohtak tower, delhi bye pass road, rohtak, haryana -124001 vide their invoice no. Inv18a01316 dated 21 feb 2018. Ceat tyres has been fitted in the said vehicle. The soil of one tyre of the said vehicle has defected on 06 aug 2018. On our complain, the said tyre was replaced with new tyre.

                              Now the same problem arises in other tyre also. Therefore, we request you to please issue necessary instruction to the concerned ceat tyre dealer located in rohtak, haryana to replace the defected tyre with the new one without paying any charges because the tyres of said vehicle are still under warranty period.
                              We shall be very thankful to you for this.

                                I hit a kangaroo a few months ago, and king brothers smash repairs in eden nsw says they cant source the parts from mahindra canberra. They need a replacement bull bar and surrounding parts - but here is nothing in the country. I have had nothing but bloody problems with this s10 duel cab ute which is a work vehicle.                                   Dear sir/madam
                                  I have mahindra verito. There is an issue in it that in rainy season, my vehical gets immobilize.
                                  When i gave it to authorized mahindra service center, they took 4-5 days and called me and said the car is ready. now the issue is solved they said. I paid the bill which was quite big. By the time i took my car it was end of rainy season.
                                  In this season, the problem remains the same. Attaching you the video.
                                  My verito number is RJ 19 CC 9347.

                                  Dealer service center is OS MOTORS jodhpur

                                  Please solve my problem without taking anymore charges from me. Because i have already paid.

                                      Dear sir / madam,

                                      We were given my car on 07th july at united automobiles for denting of bumper. But they returned my car without repairing on 11th july by saying that we will repair after some times by saying that insurance is not passed. As discused with tata aig insurance company they said that insurance is already passed by the company and we have to give them my car again for repairing. After that 2 times i had visited with car for repairing. But all the times they had said that they are heavily booked and they will repair my car some other time. May i know the reason why they are troubling me.

                                      From 07th to 11th july i had travelled with taxi because the car was not repaired now who will bear the loss which has bee occured because o[censored]nited automobiles.
