I sent one email to MCFS on May 28, 2018 but no reply from their end. I tried calling different toll free numbers, but it is always saying that " All our customer service executives are busy, your call will be answered in 2 minutes" then it is getting disconnected. I selected "3" for the call back option and received no call back.
I tried calling "With you humesha ..." support, but it seems that, they are not with me "humesha" during after-sales service.
Now coming to the point -
After an unwanted incident, on April 18, 2018, I submitted my car to Tirupati Automotive (ROOM/FLAT NO- 13, MATHESWARTALA ROAD, KOLKATA 700046, Mobile: [protected]/[protected], Email: [protected]@gmail.com). They waited for 2-3 weeks for the insurance company (Tata-AIG) to make the survey and place the Work Order. After that, they could not start their work due to spare parts availability. They also forced me to pay Rs. 30000/- as an advance to them. I also paid that amount.
As per Mr. Kushal (The owner of MCFS Garage), Mahindra is unable to sent correct parts to their service center till now, though it is already 4 months running after submitting my car. Is Mahindra spare parts availability really so bad?

I am really so much frustrated and it seems that, I have done a great mistake by buying one Mahindra Car ...
I also don't know whether I will receive some positive update by posting this message in this portal or not. But, being so much frustrated, I am posting it here ...
Its already 4 months and I have not received any positive response from anyone in Mahindra. I tried to bring their attention by posting in different social networking sites, but none worked !!!
