This should come into your venture that we have purchased your tuv 300 (Model no. - t10 amt) on 26th april 2018 from your outlet : ralas motors, raipur, c. G.

No doubt, tuv 300 suited best for us but the service of ralas motors is regretful as the digital car key (Digital key number : 6087) is not working at all.

Firstly, the staff refused to accept their mistake and afterwards they made a commitment of providing a key. Commitment was made on 11th july, it has been 40 days but still the issue is not resolved.

I hope this issue can be resolved as fast as possible.

    Dear sir/ madam

    My name is vikas and i recently visited premier motors dehradun to enquire about xuv500 w11 at model as i am intending to buy the same next month.

    It gives an impression by premier motors dehradun that people are not interested in explaining the technical details, safety features, other specifications also. Overall not interested in showing vehicle or selling xuv 500.

    I was promised by mr jaskiran for a test drive on 16 aug 18 however no one has turned up till date giving all kinds of false excuses.

    Mr jaskiran is not interested in his job, not present initially at showroom, on asking about his whereabouts he is giving excuses like a kindergarden kid.

    It's of course a terrible experience and definitely not expected from mahindra at least..
    Now my leave is over and going back to my work without any test drive and without knowing fully about xuv500.

    Request instruct primer motors dehradun not to treat custom like a #.

      I am chandan arora from ghaziabad and i am owner o[censored]p16 au 6947 mahindra scorpio and i am regularly will having service of my car by concept mahindra add - a-25 sec-64, noida as always but branch manager doing misbehave with us and denied for doing service of my car and also last time i have done services by his branch but also not doing properly and already raise this issue in branc but nobody taking action against my issue and now i am having this issue so pls team take a nessary action against him and resolve my issue.

        Our xuv 500 w 10 was serviced at 40, 000 kms on 28th july 2018.
        The service centre people deliberately tampered with the wheel alignment ins pite of no complaint and now the tyres are wearing out
        This has caused a lot of problems in our travel and the bill also was hiked up by the service center even when there were no complaints regarding it.
        The driver door is also causing problems in proper shutting and the bonnet sensor keeps asking us to check the bonnet door when it is shut. We have complained about it many times but no attention is paid to our complaints
        Kindly instruct your service centres to not unnecessarily hike up the bill taking problems and even when there are no problems

          Dear sir,
          I vikram singh parmar (Sr. Citizen) resident of bungalow no.1, century estate, gulmohar extension indore owner of 2 mahindra cars scorpio and verito. On 6 th may 2018 my car broke down at bhopal city and as a nearest workshop i have called win win auto bhopal as soon as my car reached the workshop they demanded rs 5000 as advanced but after one month regular follow ups for estimates they have not responded. Buy at very fine day they called me for delivery of the car and demanded rs 65, 000 which i have made but when i reached win win auto i found my car in a very bad condition there was oil on all over my car seat and the doors. When i demanded they my car was not washed they took a excuse that there was no power supply in our workshop and at the time of the delivery they took almost 2 hrs at that my family was in other car in a hot day of may they have not asked for any water or for sitting in a lounge. When i demanded job card and bills they gave an excuse that we can give you at this moment we will send you the same at your place but after regular follow ups more than 2 months we have not received the same even they have not refunded excess amount that was paid earlier when we demanded the work

            I have registered the complaint regarding my vehicle mahindra jeeto ka 21 b 3736 stuck near arakalagudu taluk since i have availed your towing facility by paying fee for it i requested them to tow my vehicle to the near by show room when the customer service people assured us of doing it we stayed more then 24 hours in the place expecting them they were telling us that they 'll reach by 1 hour since 7pm and now at 9.30 when we call them they are telling that they will come next day morning first of all learn to respect the time and be the company of words forgetting about money don't ever waste precious time of others by just bluffing i have experienced this since i bought this vehicle i will never ever be your customer

              I am not satisfied with your car service
              Even small parts like mud flaps are not available in the workshops like koncepts mahindra
              Alignment & balancing are never done properly
              I have to visit again & and again to get it corrected
              Even after complaining they dont take customers seriously.
              I am feeling guilty for purchasing mahindra product
              Last friday i got my scorpio serviced and paid 11k and still my vehicle is not working well.
              I hope mahindra will take my complain seriously and take strict action for these dealers.

                I have purchased xuv w10, with extended additional warranty of 5 years, one year back, having leather seats and leather is peeling out from the head rest and when i went to dealer to show, the service centre people are saying its not our fault though the sales person are accepting that there is a fault in product but they are saying once products sold, we are not liable, u contact either to service centre or company directly. I am surprised such a low quality seat covers have been installed in a top model and surprised to see such a careless attitude of sales and service team. I have been using mahindra vehicles and services for such a long e. G. Scorpio, club mahindra. I have never expected such a careless attitude of mahindra.

                I had booked a sheduled service at 10000 km for today 08/08/18 and when i reached here on the sharp time the service centre labours are on strike and i am force to go back without service. i lost my time, my sheduled events, i have a loss today..!!! i dont know why mahindra is doing such worst experiences to the costumer..!!

                  I had issue in the car oil was mixing in the coolant
                  Service adviser anuj had told me that it would cost me around 60, 000/-
                  & i said proceed when i got the car
                  It was not in the working condition it was stopping all the time i called back & they said you have to send the car back which i got it towed & i paid a price & send them back they informed it was fuel pump & informed me extra expense
                  Later doing that i was not happy there was knocking spoke to me feroz khan supervisor he said there is some coil issue which will cost 5 to 6 thousand
                  Later when i got the bill it was 11 thousand, still i paid & he admitted it was his mistake, still me car is having issue oil is still getting collected in the coolant

                      We have given our mahindra genio pickup for repairing & servicing job on 03rd july 2018, your team has committed to deliver after repairing the same on 05th july 2018, but still we have not received our pickup, after so many follow-ups your team has promised us within two days will complete the job, since 7th july whenever we are asking for pickup delivery same repeated commitment is given from your team, and still our pickup repairing job has not completed, due to delay we are losing around 2000/- rs. On daily basis.

                        Car registered number dl12cn6686, i have been facing issues since the delivery of the car in july 2018, very next day the car needs to be taken to the workshop for 1. Infotainment system faulty, gear box issue, front biding pasting issue, suspension and wheel alignment and now led light issue.
                        I asked the team to replace my vehicle which was only 1 day old and the registration number was not issued by that time however it was denied. Till date i have been facing lot of issues and no action has been taken.

                        Very poor service and experiance, non cooperating team, i will be compel to file legal case as well

                          I have purchased KUV 100 K6 vehicle from your Kottarakkara Showroom and the same was delivered to me on[protected]Copy of RC attached). The vehicle was delivered with a remote key and with an additional remote less key. Now the outer covering of the remote key was broken because of the poor quality of the rubber used for its manufacturing and I am unable to use the key now (Photo of the damaged key attached). When I contacted Mahindra service center at Kollam (Mr. Sunil), they told me that I have to bear the expense of Rs. 3000/- or something as the value of the duplicate key. It is not justifiable on your part. The damage of the remote key was happened due to manufacturing defect (Poor quality material and poor craftsmanship) and not because of mine. This will underestimate the high esteem of Mahindra and Mahindra and it will tell upon the good name of your company.
                          So please do the needful to rectify the damaged remote key of my vehicle and supply me with a duplicate high quality key.

                              I sent one email to MCFS on May 28, 2018 but no reply from their end. I tried calling different toll free numbers, but it is always saying that " All our customer service executives are busy, your call will be answered in 2 minutes" then it is getting disconnected. I selected "3" for the call back option and received no call back.

                              I tried calling "With you humesha ..." support, but it seems that, they are not with me "humesha" during after-sales service.

                              Now coming to the point -

                              After an unwanted incident, on April 18, 2018, I submitted my car to Tirupati Automotive (ROOM/FLAT NO- 13, MATHESWARTALA ROAD, KOLKATA 700046, Mobile: [protected]/[protected], Email: [protected]@gmail.com). They waited for 2-3 weeks for the insurance company (Tata-AIG) to make the survey and place the Work Order. After that, they could not start their work due to spare parts availability. They also forced me to pay Rs. 30000/- as an advance to them. I also paid that amount.

                              As per Mr. Kushal (The owner of MCFS Garage), Mahindra is unable to sent correct parts to their service center till now, though it is already 4 months running after submitting my car. Is Mahindra spare parts availability really so bad?

                                Dear sir,

                                I would like to share my bitter experience from mahindra service show room located at trichur, kerala. I am using bolero zxi because its indian vehicle made for indian roads. My bolero is 2014 last model.in 12 days back my vehicle shown some complaints related to immobilizer and my bolero given eram motors to rectify the complaint. Same day itself the staff informed me the complaint related to immobilizer and it should replace. The same staff informed me the spare should come from their head office and it will take at least 10 days.

                                Today they handed over my vehicle after repair. They charged 3000 rupees as labour charge. I am attaching the bill and photograph of immobilizer unit which they replace for your reference

                                I need clarification on below mentioned subjects

                                1) if the shipment has to come from bom/del is it required 10days for shipping
                                2) if it is a showroom they has to maintain the stock of the spare parts
                                3) if the technology is so advanced, will they charge 3000 rs for detecting the complaints

                                I had similar bitter experience from the same showroom before and it already reported to customer care. I am totally disappointed with your service provided from eram motors which is located in trichur kerala.

                                  Sub : Service of My Vehicle Reg No KA 12 Z 1482

                                  With reference to the above I left my XUV 500 bearing Reg No KA 12 Z 1482 at your service center on[protected] The repair order form enclosed).
                                  But after servicing I have found out all the problems I have mentioned as it was earlier. I brought my vehicle with 57, 793 K.m.s run I had the following complaints to be rectified
                                  1. Front Lower Arm Sound
                                  2. AC Some Times not working
                                  3. Door Handle repair
                                  Mr. Chandan My service adviser advised me to
                                  1. The regular Oil Changing and Service for 60, 000 Kms should be Done Which I have agreed and I was advised to take delivery of the vehicle after a day i.e[protected].
                                  But after taking the delivery I Noticed the same problems existing and a huge amount of Rs 19, 509/- has been charged to me. I regret to tell you that I have not satisfied by the service done this time.
                                  As I live in Madikeri I can’t Take my vehicle to Mysore again to rectify the existing problems, I demand you have to send a appropriate service engineer to my place and rectify the problems. Else I will be forced to move this problem legally .
                                  I have been getting my vehicle serviced regularly at your service center only.

                                    I have booked xuv 500 w5 in vvc motors kondapur hyderabad they told that they will delivery on 2nd of august but till now they have not delivered and they are not even giving correct information of delivery date. From last week there are saying that your vehicle will be delivered tomorrow but till now not yet. If we call to them they are not at all responding our call. So i please request you to enquiry about it and take a action on them

                                        Dear sir/madam,

                                        We have mahindra thar crde, and we go for regular services with karnataka agencies puttur, who is our nearest authorised dealer for mahindra vehicles.

                                        When we have taken the vehicle for service last month, we had problem regarding the coolant leakages. The same was reported to the service team there. They have replaced radiator, saying that there is leakage in the radiator. However, even after replacing the radiator and the servicing, the leakage has not stopped. Later we found that the leakage is in the outgoing pipes and not in the radiator. When, we went back to the service team at karnataka agencies at puttur, they told the spare parts are not available and we have to wait.

                                        We would like to bring your notice that we have been unnecessarily charged by your agent for replacing the radiator, which is wrong diagnosis.

                                        We need your assistance, in getting the over charged amount to be returned to us and also the vehicle to be serviced to the fullest extend free of charges.

                                        We here with attach and forward the karantaka agencies invoice for the service charges. We strongly feel, there is a lapse from the service team and we need justice. We hope and strongly believe that, you would get intervene and sort this issue favourably.

                                        I put a complaint to pondichery mahindra showroom. I cancelled my xuv 500. I alredy paid.. booking advance amount 50000. Now.. They Didnt refund my money. They say... More reasons.. They dont have money.. They want to more time
