I have purchased KUV 100 K6 vehicle from your Kottarakkara Showroom and the same was delivered to me on[protected]Copy of RC attached). The vehicle was delivered with a remote key and with an additional remote less key. Now the outer covering of the remote key was broken because of the poor quality of the rubber used for its manufacturing and I am unable to use the key now (Photo of the damaged key attached). When I contacted Mahindra service center at Kollam (Mr. Sunil), they told me that I have to bear the expense of Rs. 3000/- or something as the value of the duplicate key. It is not justifiable on your part. The damage of the remote key was happened due to manufacturing defect (Poor quality material and poor craftsmanship) and not because of mine. This will underestimate the high esteem of Mahindra and Mahindra and it will tell upon the good name of your company.
So please do the needful to rectify the damaged remote key of my vehicle and supply me with a duplicate high quality key.

      I sent one email to MCFS on May 28, 2018 but no reply from their end. I tried calling different toll free numbers, but it is always saying that " All our customer service executives are busy, your call will be answered in 2 minutes" then it is getting disconnected. I selected "3" for the call back option and received no call back.

      I tried calling "With you humesha ..." support, but it seems that, they are not with me "humesha" during after-sales service.

      Now coming to the point -

      After an unwanted incident, on April 18, 2018, I submitted my car to Tirupati Automotive (ROOM/FLAT NO- 13, MATHESWARTALA ROAD, KOLKATA 700046, Mobile: [protected]/[protected], Email: [protected]@gmail.com). They waited for 2-3 weeks for the insurance company (Tata-AIG) to make the survey and place the Work Order. After that, they could not start their work due to spare parts availability. They also forced me to pay Rs. 30000/- as an advance to them. I also paid that amount.

      As per Mr. Kushal (The owner of MCFS Garage), Mahindra is unable to sent correct parts to their service center till now, though it is already 4 months running after submitting my car. Is Mahindra spare parts availability really so bad?

      Its already 4 months and I have not received any positive response from anyone in Mahindra. I tried to bring their attention by posting in different social networking sites, but none worked !!!

        Dear sir,

        I would like to share my bitter experience from mahindra service show room located at trichur, kerala. I am using bolero zxi because its indian vehicle made for indian roads. My bolero is 2014 last model.in 12 days back my vehicle shown some complaints related to immobilizer and my bolero given eram motors to rectify the complaint. Same day itself the staff informed me the complaint related to immobilizer and it should replace. The same staff informed me the spare should come from their head office and it will take at least 10 days.

        Today they handed over my vehicle after repair. They charged 3000 rupees as labour charge. I am attaching the bill and photograph of immobilizer unit which they replace for your reference

        I need clarification on below mentioned subjects

        1) if the shipment has to come from bom/del is it required 10days for shipping
        2) if it is a showroom they has to maintain the stock of the spare parts
        3) if the technology is so advanced, will they charge 3000 rs for detecting the complaints

        I had similar bitter experience from the same showroom before and it already reported to customer care. I am totally disappointed with your service provided from eram motors which is located in trichur kerala.

          With reference to the above I left my XUV 500 bearing Reg No KA 12 Z 1482 at your service center on[protected] The repair order form enclosed).
          But after servicing I have found out all the problems I have mentioned as it was earlier. I brought my vehicle with 57, 793 K.m.s run I had the following complaints to be rectified
          1. Front Lower Arm Sound
          2. AC Some Times not working
          3. Door Handle repair
          Mr. Chandan My service adviser advised me to
          1. The regular Oil Changing and Service for 60, 000 Kms should be Done Which I have agreed and I was advised to take delivery of the vehicle after a day i.e[protected].
          But after taking the delivery I Noticed the same problems existing and a huge amount of Rs 19, 509/- has been charged to me. I regret to tell you that I have not satisfied by the service done this time.
          As I live in Madikeri I can’t Take my vehicle to Mysore again to rectify the existing problems, I demand you have to send a appropriate service engineer to my place and rectify the problems. Else I will be forced to move this problem legally .
          I have been getting my vehicle serviced regularly at your service center only.

                We have mahindra thar crde, and we go for regular services with karnataka agencies puttur, who is our nearest authorised dealer for mahindra vehicles.

                When we have taken the vehicle for service last month, we had problem regarding the coolant leakages. The same was reported to the service team there. They have replaced radiator, saying that there is leakage in the radiator. However, even after replacing the radiator and the servicing, the leakage has not stopped. Later we found that the leakage is in the outgoing pipes and not in the radiator. When, we went back to the service team at karnataka agencies at puttur, they told the spare parts are not available and we have to wait.

                We would like to bring your notice that we have been unnecessarily charged by your agent for replacing the radiator, which is wrong diagnosis.

                We need your assistance, in getting the over charged amount to be returned to us and also the vehicle to be serviced to the fullest extend free of charges.

                We here with attach and forward the karantaka agencies invoice for the service charges. We strongly feel, there is a lapse from the service team and we need justice. We hope and strongly believe that, you would get intervene and sort this issue favourably.

                  I was a proud owner of the xuv500 w10 registration number - wb 02 ah 4124 but now i regret why have i bought it due to the service related issue which i am suffering now. I have given my car at your authorized mahindra mohan motors service station at science city kolkata on 18.6.2018 for my cars suspension work and i was confirmed by your service advisor suman das contact details ([protected]) that it will be done within 7 days and it's being past 20 days and yet no response. I have been calling him continuously but don't even response to it as of i am his servant should have such courtesy to call me back despite he cuts my call. This type of service from such a named company like mahindra shame on you. I have spent near 20 lakhs to get this kind of after sales. If you can't afford a good service advisor shut down your company don't fool your customers. I am like father's servant to enquire him every time which he ended up with no response. Please take serious actions against this type of service advisors. Hope the end team will resolve my problem or else you also do the same. Respect your customers

                    While car on run all electrical facility turn off by self (Ac. Music system. And head lamp) engine still on run. And after while in minutes or less everything get back to normal. But yesterday night same problem occurs some how i stop my car in side of the road and waited to be normal again but failed so i turn off engine and try to restart it again, head lamp and music was normal but there was starting problem as if there was no fuel. So i waited for 5mins and restart this time every thing was normal. Model scorpio vlx 2011. Km 70000.

                        New vehicle purchased from nbs international delivery memo no. 5832/5182 dated 2-7-2018.
                        Non-starting of vehicle after 15 days. Sent to service center at sewri on[protected]. Informed that ignition modem is defective. Informed that the spares is not immediately available. After repeated request we are told that alternator is also defective. No proper answer received from service center except excuses.
                        We had to incur losses even after buying a new vehicle from your esteemed company. No concrete answer by the service center.

                          I have taken my car in for service at mahindra goodwood this morning. The car is finalised no problem. I need to fetch it and i promised to fetch it at about 15h00. As the business does not drop and pick up people elsewhere other than the goodwood area, i always hire a car from bidvest n1 city which is only a km away. I once was late to fetch my car and it inconvenienced the driver. Subsequent i made right and there has been no problems. However a gentleman by the name greg continues to make me feel unwanted and harassing me as a customer. I spoke to a dealer this morning about trading my car for a new one and my concern is poor service and harassment suffered from people like greg. My money is as important as everybody else's in the mahindra business and i do not want to feel that i'm sent a middle finger. It is for that reason that i will not trade in with mahindra but a different brand. I bought my car in 2012 when these were fairly new and its been very reliable for me except for these hick-ups i always experience when going for service at mahindra goodwood. I cannot even recommend the brand to anyone due to this sickening discriminatory conduct of greg. I do understand the impact my lateness cause back then but i have since rectified a few times but he keeps harassing me and also gives me a very negative look. Eg. This morning i found him talking to a dealer and i greeted them, the dealer was nice and spoke to me but he gave me a very cold shoulder that sent a message that he was annoyed with me.
                          I do not go to mahindra to be humiliated by greg, but to service my car. I pay cash every time i go there and never owed the business or any mishap. I am seriously angry at his behaviour and wish to have it resolved as i will not stop until justice is served. I am not a less customer to others that he serve without mourning and groaning.

                            Mahindrs although a big name in indian market but surprisingly it appointed so rude, arrogant, careless, lazy, anti-customer, anti-mahindra as their ccm, gsm i feel i take right desicion to announce to denote my kudha (Garbage) ricksaw (Mahindra e-alfa mini) to lift kudha (Garbage) big role has been played by mahindra ccm rochak rawat & mentally ill gsm lokendra bhadauria for my above point of view no assistance yet provides to my friend bharat manocha brake down e-ricksaw on 7th day of brake down how mahindra & bjp govt thinks they will help poors to give them employment by arranging easy loan scheme under "choppal kesaria" bjp govt shouldn't forget under this scheme only mahindra e-ricksaw are available for poor community & you can see how efficient mahindra & its team especially their gsm ccm just got call received from mahindra helpline representative mr. Jai i explain him all facts he too apologies for delay & sufferings he again phone me & informed he call durga parshad incharge service of inderprastha to whom bharat forced to meet by gsm lokendra bharat went there on 3/8/18 but durga was not available at his office bharat by getting his number from inderprastha reception phoned him he said "as i am outside don't worry i will send assistance as soon as i reached my office you can go" but he's soon from 3rd aug to 5th aug hasn't arrived yet anyhow jai said durga excuses for today (Means today day also has been washed out)& promised to send technician tomorrow morning by 9:30 a. M. Jai also assured that he will personally monitor the case i knew helpline representative try their best to resolve customers complaint but unfortunately their bosses ccm rochak rawat, gsm lokender rawat & dealer inderprastha employees especially mr thakur who too played villain role in bharat episode are sick & spoiled all the efforts of mahindra helpline representative s which they apply for customers satisfaction i can't understand why why? Mahindra bear these type of persons they supposed to lead helpline & by their behaviour helpline representatives has to say sorry to customers for negligence, delay etc if they are in my company i will definitely kick them off.

                              Please refer to not written by rajan wader is response to a case of xuv crash in gurgaon where airbags did not deploy.

                              I am a xuv owner and am completely worried with this news!!! I have 2 kids and i have taken the topmost variant to provide safety to my family. How do i be confident that the equipment in my car will work?

                              I definitely do not want to hear post facto that airbags did not deploy because i did not crash well!!! If that is a standard response, please provide all users a training on how to crash so that we can survive it.

                                Myself rahul rathee i left my car mahindra kuv 100 k4 diesel at evergreen motors kota on 5th july 2018 for engine work and also given rs 45000 advance amont for ordering parts.

                                They committed me to deliver my vehicle on 23th july at 1pm. Also attaching message which i received..

                                But now they day after day giving random reason for not delivering my car.

                                I am a happy customer of mahindra but this kind of service is not acceptable at all.

                                Please look into matter and help me.

                                  I would like to inform you that we have repaired our bolero at your workshop on following dates for the same problem of engine start almost three times and the problem persists.

                                  Sl no date bill detail amount
                                  1 05th may to 10th may’18 ro19b000031/32 rs 17745.39
                                  2 15th june to 21st june’18 ro19b001433 rs 4025.00
                                  3 27th july to 01st aug’18 ro19b002292 rs 19458.00
                                  Total rs 41228.39

                                  But till now the problem has not been solved and we have spent rs 41228.00 and on all the occasions have towed the vehicle to your workshop incurring an additional expense of rs 12000.
                                  After getting it repaired yesterday, there is another problem of engine which is being reflected on the display. I would request you to get the same repaired and without any charge. Also, make sure that same is repaired properly this time.
                                  This is causing a lot of hardship and trouble, whereby we will have no option but approach consumer court for such callous approach on your part. It is evident from above that you are not repairing the vehicle properly and is making huge amount of service bills and spare parts bill.

                                    I have done my last car full service form mahindra g3 motors limited-malad west mith chowki branch on 15.12.2018 as per attached service charges invoice of rs. 60653.00 but car ac was not working properly since service done. I have informed after 3 days from service to adviser miss. Kavita also about ac problem but no proper response
                                    And when i showed my car outside about the ac i came to know the airfilter there was a leakage and this problem was from day 01 we purchased the vehicle but no one rectified the issue and i lost so much money paying ur service station, all data can be checked online

                                      I have bought bolero in the year 2015. Afterward every year as per the cycle, we are getting our vehicle serviced from authorized center in delhi. On 26th july 2018, vehicle have suddenly stopped cooling and motor fan have also stopped. Later found that part nos 1801au300730-wiring harness engine is faulty. Can you please share the warranty and guarantee of this part. As mechanic has shared an estimation of 50, 000/- for replacement.

                                        As my & my wife e-ricksaws are at inderprastha rama road service station from the last 56-60 days due to commitment failure, delaying in the check up of battries, delaying to change the dead battries after big tantrum, embarassment & harrassment i repeatedly register my complaints with your helpline & send e-mails to customer care too regarding rude, negligence awkward, unprofessional behaviour by mahndra ccm mr. Rochak rawat, mahindra gsm mr. Lokendra bhadauria & yours authorised dealer inderprastha auto mobiles pvt. Ltd 33, rama road & its employees especially service staff mr. Thakur mr. Durga parshad mr. Ravi mr. Ashwani etc since 5/6/2018 from your helpline representative & from customer care i just got assurances that very soon you will attended by senior officials but till today no assistance has been provided by neither your helpline nor by your customer care
                                        Moreover my alligations against your ccm & gsm, proof right by themself. I recommended mahindra e-alfa mini to my 2 friends bharat manocha & rajesh kumar i'm not aware of your newly launched product capabilities, your service team quality etc. On 30th july bharat vehicle has brake issue but mr. Thakur said to me & bharat that we will not fixed any problems of your vechicle nor service your e-ricksaw in future why? Because he's friend of mine mr. Thakur said to me that mr. Lokendra too wants all this. I phoned atleast 100 times to mr. Lokendra & rochak rawat but not even single call hasn't be picked bharat too tried many times your helpline as usual gives only assurances very soon brake-down will be resolved we felt sorry etc. But now we understood your helpline tuned on the fingers of your gsm & ccm they both wants to harrass bharat so no assistance has been given yet fortunately bharat call has been picked once by rochak rawat ji, he assures for speedy solution lokendra bhadauria as usual acts smart by saying ok we arrange to fix your break down but you have to tow your vehicle yourself to inderprastha rama road branch. Lokendra bhadauria tourcher mr. Bharat because he's friend of mine & i felt myself responsible for bharat sufferings as i reccommended him to go with mahindra e-alfa mini
                                        Even your ccm send message through your helpline representative that first pick your both disputed vechicle than we will assist bharat vechicle ccm should understand bharat sanjay simmi are different names & officer like ccm statement not appropriate he can't torchered or stands barriers to mahindra customers he should remind hes customer care manager but his behaviours, his mentality is full of anti customer care.
                                        Note:when above complaint has been written i my wife & bharat approches mahindra helpline "with you hamesha"& they promised to send help by 9:30 before this promised they made same promise from the last 3 days it seems mahindra helpline is with rochak rawat, lokendra bhuduria & inderprastha 33, rama road especially with its immature employee thakur who is dummy of lokendra bhadauria very unfortunate incident & moreover gsm ccm involved in this whole suffering drama. Alas!

IN 8 DAYS THEY ARE NOT ABLE TO SEND ASSISTANCE THAN WHAT'S THE USE OR MEAN OF ABOVE E-MAIL OR 365 DAYS 24×7 SUPPORTS FROM THE POINT OF MAHINDRA HOW AREA OFFICE & BREAKDOWN TEAM MANAGER ARE BECOME SO CARELESS THEY SHOULD ATLEAST KEEP CUSTOMER SUFFERINGS, MAHINDRA TERMS & CONDITIONS, MAHINDRA GOODWILL IN MIND UNFORTUNATELY HORRIFYING EXPERIENCE FOR THE CUSTOMER SO FAR
