Dear sir,
We have send our e2o plus electric car, registration number gj - 05-ra-4537 to president motors, based at udhna, surat on dt: 20.07.2018 to resolve starting trouble.
On date 23/07/2018, we received call from m/s. President motors, that they have resolved the starting problem and we have reached their workshop @ 4.0p. M to take delivery of our car. But the car was not started at their workshop on the said day.
After several time of follow up and phone calls, till date we have not received our car till date i. E.30.07.2018.
As per the statement of president motor staff, they are working under guidance of mahindra technical head.
Request you to do needful on urgent basis, because we have provided you sufficient time to resolve the problem but as per our knowledge, till date you people are not able to find out the route cause.

As on Dt: 03.08.2018, our car is not repaired by Mahindra workshop. It is under maintenance at President motors of SURAT.
My mahindra extra long pick up rim are crack. But how it crack in this very short duration. Purchase time is only 6 to 7 month. I am complaining for this problem because it is very major issue related to safety.

    Sorry to say but we are highly unsatisfied with your services as your authorised seller in Raipur is unable to provide the proper services.
    We had raised the request for parts 2 months back, but still unable to get any updates. On so many visits they are telling that their is power failure, system down etc.
    A lot of time is wasted.
    Please consider.

      I purchase mahindra scorpio s11 on date 16 june 2018 at pratapgarh branch, udaipur jone, rajasthan.
      When delling process was in progress, show room employes said that in offer we provide vehicle dusting cover (Body cover)& charger. They said that whitin 15 days vehicle no. We provide but, upto now nothing get any service.. I asking daily body cover they are saying tomorrow we provide. But tomorrow never come.
      I hope that company will take action as possible.

        I vikas dubey s / o ravindra pratap dubey resident type 3/1 allapur telephone exchange colony allapur allahabad, i on my guarantee manoj kumar sen s / o mahesh kumar sen who lived in alopi bagh matiyara allahabad. A maruti suzuki swift dzire car from mahindra & mahindra finance ltd was on its guarantee. The loan number is 455 22 77 and the car number up70 dq 8088. Because of which many installments were going on due to not depositing the installment, the guarantor had a phone call from the firm and the guarantor was also harassed about the payment of installments by the finance company when the guarantor asked the company if he had the installments. If he is not submitting, then he would tell any other way or remedy, then it was told by the company that if you give the car to the company, then you are responsible after the end, the guarantor searched the car and surrendered the finance company to the customer on 24/05/2018 and in front of the employees working in the finance company, where did the customer have broken up till 25/06/2018? If i do not deposit the remaining money left out of the finance, then the finance company can sell the car accordingly, after a month, when the time taken by the customer is completed if the guarantor wanted to know in the company, then the finance company did not tell anything, and repeatedly asking the guarantor, the employees of the finance company who was looking at that case asked to go away threatening to kill the guarantor are. After the surrender of the car, the guarantor has informed the finance company by the court to both the company's main branch and allahabad branch, where there is a car finance, on both sides, if the customer takes the car without full payment or full settlement, then any guarantor the responsibility will not be the responsibility of the whole company. The 2 months passed by the final company, the guarantor did not get any information, and one day suddenly the employees working in the finance company who are handling this case, their phone comes at around 7:30 in the evening and say that you come to the office. You can not put this vehicle of your sign without sending it to us. I also said that if you come in the morning tomorrow then they said that do not come now and will go by one sign, after joining the main office by mail and going to sell the car till yesterday, i went to the office and went to the office and saw 4 to 5 people with the customer and only 3 employees of the finance company were present in the entire office. A finance manager named shashi bhushan pandey and his junior aditya kumar tiwari were present. About 8-10 people were in the office when i reached the customer and the staff and i saw that the customer was also present, i did not understand anything and i went to aditya kumar tiwari and asked him, what is the point where i have been invited so i'm told to give a plane paper and sign it on. Otherwise you can not escape from here and those people have forced us to sign the plane, after signing, those people left us when i protested that why i asked why i signed a plane on paper, threatening to kill me all this was done with the consent of finance manager shashi bhushan pandey and his junior aditya kumar tiwari. This incident is around 8:00 pm on the evening of 26/07/018, as long as we know that the process of selling surrender after 45 days of surrender in the company is unknown in the process but even after 60 days without the car without the customer financing the money is financed by the finance company, if again, the guarantor has a problem in his civil affairs with regard to the installment, then all his responsibility is the finance company i. E. Mahindra & mahindra finance service limited. So my company is requested to deposit the entire money without paying the customer.

          Hello,
          I am umesh have purchased the mahindra scorpio s6+ model
          Mh12mb 0927 as on april 2015. From the date of purchase the vehicle has ran around 26000 km
          During this period all the servicing has been done in the mahindra authorities service station in pune. Few days ago i comes to know that their is some leakages from oil cooler body as the vehicle is appointed to service station they have given me the advice to change the entire assembly which cost around 7 to 8 k. Now, the my question is that why should i pay for the this part as vehicle is under warranty and all the services was conducted in tge authorities service station.
          I am complaining tge above issue since as none management was take care of this by giving the answer this is not under warranty. And noticeable thing is that the failure of this part only happens if oil filter get wrongly fitted on the assembly and this all work done by service station of mahindra.
          So, i am requesting you to please look into this matter. Your one concern will be helpful to me and the other customers like me. If not let me proceed through consumer forum.

            I am mr. Gopalkrishnam raju and i have given my bolero for servicing in your servicing centre. The vehicle number is od 18c 7191. I wasn't even a bit pleased with the servicing. And even they have delayed the delivery by 36 hours. Even the supervisor who have received my vehicle was very irresponsible while speaking to me. (The name of the supervisor is ramana and his ph no is [protected]). There was same problem like this even in the month of march this year but neon motors haven't rectified this yet.               Sir, i have sold accidental car by your dealer in march 2012. By goyal motors. I got bumper few day for repair of horn and found main girder having big bend. That's why it's one front tyre have more wear and rear needs frequent replacement of tyre. I am banker has run 38000 km till date. And all the tyres has been badly damaged due to the bend in girder.                 Now mahindra take help of bjp central government to sell its dumped, worst product of mahindra so far mahindra e-alfa mini/e-ricksaw. They started choppal scheme for the beneficial of poor class but unfortunately bjp government not realiases that instead of helping poor they are going to throw them in a deep dark well. I myself a sufferer of mahindra by purchasing 2 e-ricksaw of them. I met atleast 50 owners of mahindra e-ricksaw all of them feels cheated. Why under choppal scheme only mahindra has been chosen, as now nobody wants to buy mahindra e-ricksaw. Its mahindra new launching product, unfortunately mahindra is totally failure in its quality, mechanically & technically. Mr. Nitin gadkari should avoid to help mahindra in this segment under choppal otherwise poors hard earned money will be wash out. If bjp government really wants to help poors in this way they should choose yatri, sarathi, etc these products are 1000 times better than mahindra e-ricksaw. My & my wife both e-ricksaw are at inderprastha auto mobiles pvt. Ltd (Their authorize dealer) from the last 2 months as for battery replacement & others mechanical failures their ccm & gsm behaviour was very unprofessional i hardly protest bjp government this move & wants to request mr. Nitin gadkari please boycott mahindra e-alfa mini /e-ricksaw for the sake of poor class. They had supplied expired warranty batteries, their front tyre is so broad that why very difficult to handle, front, back brakes problem moreover their service after sale is very poor. No one listen customer greviences as they knows e-ricksaw owners /drivers belongs to poor class & mostly are illiterate. Sorry to say but as a existing customer i can firmly say mahindra e-ricksaw is worst product from all e-ricksaw existing products so far i appeal to customers please for god sake don't opt mahindra e - ricksaw take lesson from myself & my wife we both registered our complaints to their helpline from the past 50 days but no result, no action has been taken so far to resolve our matter.

                I CAME TO KNOW JUST NOW FROM AN EXISTING MAHINDRA E-RICKSAW CUSTOMERS THAT MAHINDRA SERVICE STAFF REPLACE THEIR DEAD BATTRIES BY TRONTEX MARK INSTEAD OF AMARON ITS INDICATES THAT THEY KNEW THAT THEIR AMARON BATTRIES WERE EXPIRED AND NOT UPTO MARK THAT'S WHY THEY PROVIDE TRONTEX BATTRIES BUT UNFORTUNATELY THIS FACILITY WAS GIVEN TO THEIR NEAR & DEARS OR YOU CAN SAY "CHOOSE & PICK" ITS NOT APPROPRIATE FOR COMPANY LIKE MAHINDRA & THEIR CCM ROOCHAK RAWAT & GSM LOKENDRA BHADAURIA STRATEGY BY ABOVE MOVE IS COMPLETELY ANTI MAHINDRA AS WELL AS ANTI CUSTOMERS WELFARE.THEY BOTH WEELINGLY HELD UP MY BOTH VECHICLE FOR NOW 2 MONTHS FOR BATTERY REPLACEMENT ETC & MR.LOKENDRA BHADAURIA OFFERS ONLY RS.6000 AS COMPENSATION FOR BOTH VECHICLE I NOW DECIDED TO MOVE OUR COMPLAINT / GREVIENCES TO HONABLE CONSUMER COURT.AFTER LISTENING OUR COMPLAINTS LAWYER ASSURES US THAT WE WILL CERTAINLY GOT JUSTICE FROM HONABLE CONSUMERS COURT.MOREOVER LAWYERS AFTER LISTENING OUR GREVINCES WERE VERY SURPRISED THAT COMPANY LIKE MAHINDRA CAN BEHAVES/CHEATED LIKE THIS TO THEIR CUSTOMERS

                Mahindra authorise dealer inderprastha auto mobiles pvt. Ltd 33, rama road employees mr. Ravi & mr. Vipin misbehaving me & use very bad language in bjp government choppal program where mahindra e-ricksaw are given to poor class under loan scheme. According to me bjp should gave choice to customer to choose their favourite or rising brand but here bjp government willingly or non willingly impose mahindra e-ricksaw as existing customer of mahindra e-ricksaw i know well that this very product is big failure in all aspects their & its authorised dealer inderprastha staff treated customers as "bandua-labour" & act as dictator. On listening my views mr. Ravi & mr. Vipin starts shooting at me & abusing me moreover mr. Ravi trying to physical with me but thanks god people stands there intervene & stops ravi ji to doing so. Its really shows how unprofessional they are. Everyone has right to speak or share his experience. I want to appeal bjp government please if you really interesting to give employment or help poorer give them choice to choose their personal favourite brand. By distributing mahindra "kooda-ricksaw" your aim to help poors will not be fulfilled as a customer i highly criticized the behaviour towards me of mr. Ravi & mr. Vipin (Both from inderprastha) its second time mr. Ravi abuse me he spoke very rudely at their office inderprastha auto mobiles pvt. Ltd 33, rama road too.

                    I have booked mahindra tuv300 t8 red from "sona wheels", siliguri. For that i have given advance on 10/07/18 by chq. Sales persons confirmed that my car booking has confirmed. After that again i have given rs.50000/- on 20-jul for the same (Receipt yet not received). Also i ask them to give me the quotation for the same for bank finance & my preparation to ready the amount. But thererafter several times i have contact with the sales executive...

                    I purchased a mahindra loadking optimo bs-iv just one month ago and got crashed the cabin in a aggregate sliding. I am trying to buy the cabin but the authorised dealers of mahindra in jammu and kashmir is not helping they are not ordering even i am ready for advance payment. As in the region tata service is very good the dealers of mahindra are working for tata. I am suffering from last 20 days. Please help me to get a cabin assembly. Or but my vehicle at a reasonable rate.

                      Sir we have purchased tuv-300 top model dual tone in the month of january-2018 from raj vehicles, head office at patiala and branch office at mehlan road, sangrur - punjab and the registration no. Of vehicle is pb-13 bb 8100.

                      On 7th of july 2018 the vehicle met with an accident and it was sent to raj vehicle showroom on mehlan road, sangrur for repairing.

                      Its been more than 15 days now we are not getting satisfactory reply from the dealar, raj vehciles, sangrur as they are making excuses that one of the spare parts required is not available in any dealership of mahindra in punjab.

                      Sir, we being a businessman have to travel a lot for our business and therefore in the absence of the vehicle we have to hire taxi resulting in loss to our business.

                      You are therefore requested to kindly look into the matter at the earliest and we should get back our vehicle as early as possible.

                        Dear Sir,

                        Our vehicle was sent to OS Motors Jodhpur with Stephanie .The RO copy was not handed over to driver. After complaints today i received a mail from OS motors stating that stephanie was not handed over to them.

                        If the stephanie was not with the vehicle at the time of receipt of vehicle in workshop then why you have given in written on bill that " vehicle standing 1 month, searching and will call and give the stephny". (Copy attached) .

                        Not handing over the RO copy and statement on bill clearly indicate that the stephanie was received in your workshop.

                        Once the vehicle reached in workshop with stephanie and misplaced during servicing then its your duty to provide the same to customer Why customer should bear this loss. Customer having faith on Mahindra brand and complaints of such nature will spoil the name of Mahindra as well as OS Motors. .

                        Secondly the vehicle entered in your workshop at speedometer reading 123127 kms and out at speedometer reading at 123265 Kms. The vehicle was used at your workshop by 138 Kms. Why the vehicle used for such long distance.

                        Why your RO copy not indicating the fuel availability during receipt of vehicle RJ 15 CA 1814??

                          Respected sir/madam,

                          I dr. Ankith aagarwal a resident of nizamabad city of telangana state, have purchased a lava red xuv 500 w6 from your registered supplier named automotive manufacturers private limited, bardipur village, dichpally, nizamabad on[protected].

                          Since after 2 months of the vehicle used. I have been continuously facing issues with my new vehicle because of which iam very unhappy with my vehicle. Kindly note the details of the problems i am facing.

                          Poor response and a very long waiting time and its been 3 months and my problem is still not solved. Iam now doubtful if i was given a faulty vehicle and am i at mistake buying mahindra.

                          This is my 1st mahindra vehicle.

                          After the 1st free service i was driving the vehicle at hyderabad when my fuel meter reading shower 3 points and still my vehicle got switched off mid road.

                          After this very incident i did inform the exeecutive mr. Raghu of the showroom to look into the matter. I sent the vehicle to the workshop and they said everything was fine and then immediately after 1 month date 10th june 2018. My vehicle was coming back from office and immediately all the lights and horn and powerwindows etc stopped working.

                          I called up mr. Raghu for the same matter and he said he will see the vehicle at the showroom. The vehicle was showing battery indicator warning since long and i had informed mr. Raghu about the same. He said it was fine. Next day at the showroom they said the fuse box has a major problem and they need to replace the fuse box and the company officials said they do not have the same model and they to order it. After waiting for 12 long days we finally recieved the fuse box and they fixed it. Even after which the problem of the vehicle switching off after having 3 points diesel is still persisiting.

                          Mr. Sudhakar, the manager, ampl nizamabad has assured the work will be taken care of.
                          18th july, again with the same problem i have sent my vehicle for similar problem.
                          I have attached service prrofs of the same.

                          Please kindly replace my vehicle or give me a money refund as i am totally unhappy with vehicle.
                          I have 3 other vehicles and i do not expect such things happening jus within 3 months of purchase of the vehicle.
                          It is very embarassing for me to answer my father. Who on my wish has purchased a mahindra.

                          Kindly look into the matter and get to me asap.

                            Dear team,

                            I have sent my vehicle mahindra kuv100 k8 to your mohan motor service center here in kolkata on 14/07/2018.

                            My car was due for its 3rd service. My car got serviced that day and on 16/07/2018 i found out that there was rust under the door panel which is in really bad shape.

                            The same matter was immediately referred to my service advisor at mohan motors and he advised to send the car to there service center for inspection.

                            A pick up of the car was arranged on 26/07/2018 from my premises and since then i have been running after mohan motors for an update.

                            I just have a few questions regarding this?

                            1. Is a company like mahindra manufacturing its cars with inferior quality components that an important part like the door gets rusted within 1 year?

                            2. What did the service center check when my car was serviced on 14/07/2018? I was also handed over a bill of rs.3467/- which was cleared instantly the bill of which was received approximately 4 days after.

                            Request your intervention in this regard and also request you to replace the rusted right door asap.

                              We are using M&M Bolero ZLX since 2015 for our entities Engine Sales & Service Support of our customers. And we are doing all maintenence work in your Authorised dealer OSL Autocar, Sambalpur, Odisha.
                              Last month we had a complaint for heavy smoke from exhaust, so hand over the vehicle for troubleshooting.
                              Based on that quotation(QTN19D000029) has made for Rs.47, 273/- for the following job & also made the payment on NEFT.
                              1.Replaced Piston rings & upper engine gasket kit and etc.,
                              2.After work done while starting workshop manager informed injector need to be check due to engine not starting & informed injector needs to be repair.
                              3.Said job was done with supplementary amount Rs.3847/-.
                              4.We suggested the dealer Service manager & workshop manager to check on injector & turbo charger. But they informed us there is no such issue's in both while giving vehicle for troubleshooting.
                              5.And finally during delivery i have done test drive and found abnormal sound in engine & same has been informed dealer but they have not taken seriously & hand over to us forcefully.
                              6. Due to no optional way we have taken our vehicle & having a lot of issues which we are not able to drive the vehicle even for less distance also.

                              So, I request you to take necessary action to solve those issues for that we don't like to give our vehicle again to m/s.OSL mahindra, Sambalpur.

                              Currently, our vehicle has been kept in bhubaneswar office idley even after spending lump sum of amount within 43, 000km.

                              Requesting to recover our situation from this idle status.

                                I have a Mahindra XUV500, purchased from Anant Cars, Bangalore in 2012. I have been very happy with the vehicle and its performance but recently I noticed that all the door inside panels are showing severe rusting and the rusted pieces even started falling off. What kind of inferior quality of Steel is used in by M&M? Is it not compromising customer safety by using such bad quality raw materials? How can a user be confident of the vehicle if such major quality issues are seen within a matter of years?

                                I am wondering how this can be fixed? I own two other cars Maruti and a Nissan which are much older and with similar usage but there is no such rusting issues. Surprisingly my XUV is always given more care and always parked in covered dry parking where as my other vehicles are 24X7 parked in open parking but still no such issues. Also I am just using this car in Bangalore city which is not a coastal place or flooded area to have such a severe rusting issue within a span of 5+ years.

                                Can M&M suggest me the next course of action? This is serious mistake o[censored]sing poor quality of steel. I can be contacted at [protected]

                                    Hello,
                                    I have purchased mahindra kuv100 nxt in the month of april for which i was promised to receive a mahindra holiday kit. After repeated enquiry i have been assured to receive it in a month which did not happen.
                                    The complaint which i have lodged regarding the fuel pump which was replaced after i personally found out the problem was also not answered by the company till now.
                                    I also found out that there was some sound coming from the suspension which was attended by the mechanics of the service station here in visakhapatnam and have explained that due to not completely tightening the bolts at the bottom the sound must have come.
                                    I really appreciated the style and comfort of the vehicle and i would have been an extremely satisfied customer if these problems would not have arised.
                                    Some how i feel that i have been delivered with a car which wasn't upto the quality checks of the company which really reflects a negative impact on the matter.

                                      निवेदन यह कि प्रार्थी महेन्द्र सिंह S/o श्री चन्द्रमा सिंह ग्राम:- गाँधी नगर, पोस्ट:- बबुरीगाँव, बाराबंकी, पिन:- 225301 ने महिन्द्रा के शोरूम Mahindra TUV 300 T8 MHAWK100 White कार[protected] मे खरीदी। तथा इस कार की सर्विस भी नियमित रूप से करा रहे हैं। 26 June 2018 को अपनी कर सर्विस के लिए A. Automovers Pvt. Ltd. Opp. Akashvani Chinhat, Lucknow के यहाँ छोड़ी सर्विस का बिल 11091.00 बनाया, सर्विस कराके गाड़ी लाते समय रास्ते मे गाड़ी जलने सी लगी, समय रहते पता लग जाने से बड़ी दुर्घटना होने बची। जब सर्विस सेन्टर बात की गयी तो गाड़ी पुनः लाने को बोला गया। गाड़ी पुनः 2 जुलाई 2018 को उसी सर्विस सेन्टर पर पुनः दी गयी जोकि हमे 05 जुलाई 2018 को वापस की गयी, जिसका बिल 42631.86 रु. बनाया। गाड़ी सर्विस के बाद घर तक भी नहीं पहुंची रास्ते मे ही खराब हो गयी। जब सर्विस सेन्टर पर बात की गयी तो गाड़ी फिर से लाने के लिए बोले, गाड़ी खिचवा कर के फिर से 05 जुलाई 2018 को ही फिर सर्विस सेन्टर पहुंचाई गयी, जोकि हमे पुनः हमे 24 जुलाई 2018 को सर्विस सेन्टर से प्राप्त हुई जिसका बिल 125975.00 रु. बनाया। गाड़ी अब भी सही नहीं चल रही है। चलाने पर बहुत आवाज कर रही है। तीन-तीन बार गाड़ी सर्विस होने के बाद भी गाड़ी सही से न चलना सर्विस सेन्टर मे उचित टेक्निकल स्टाफ न होने को दर्शाता है। जब सर्विस सेन्टर पर बात की गयी तो आज 25 जुलाई 2018 को फिर से गाड़ी खीचकर पुनः सर्विस सेन्टर ले कर गए हैं।
                                      तथा गाड़ी खरीदते समय गाड़ी की गाड़ी की शील्ड वारंटी 3वर्ष व 100000 Km बताया गया था। गाड़ी को अभी तक न 3वर्ष हुआ है, तथा गाड़ी 96083Km ही चली है।
                                      अतः श्रीमान जी से निवेदन है कि उक्त मामले को संज्ञान मे लेते हुए सर्विस सेन्टर के टेक्निकल स्टाफ की कार्यशैली की जाँच करा कराके, हमारी गाड़ी की महिन्द्रा के किसी अच्छे सर्विस सेन्टर मे, आयी तकनीकी खराबी की जाँच करा कर निशुल्क सही कराने की कृपा करें। तथा पूरे एक महीने का बिना गाड़ी के जो हानि हुई है उसको मुआवजे के रूप मे सर्विस सेन्टर से दिलाया जाय। तथा सर्विस के नाम पर 179697.86 रुपया जो लिया गया है उसको भी वापस कराने की कृपा करें।
