    I had purchser 2 Boleros from Unnati Motars Kothrud Pune.
    In month of Dec 2017.
    But i have still not received the Registration copy of Those from them.
    I am calling them from last many days but they are not responding for same.And neither they have given me those copies.
    I NEED those copies on urgent basis because till the time those copies dont get submitted to Finanace vank i cant get statment from them.
    Request you to resolve my issue.As the dealer and Sales perosn Mr Amit and Ajit and non coperarive at all.

      Halo, myself Melwin Tom from kannur, Kerala. In my had time I bought new XUV500 2018 model on 11/7/2018 from eran motors kannur, Kerala dealer. Before delivery of vehicle they told me everything is checked and ready for handover to me. Once it’s get to my hand on the way to home itself I had noticed major problems(Not even a day). They are listed below.
      1. Water leakage from back side quarter glass.
      2. Sound hearing from back boot door while running.
      3. When Driver door is opening some time it’s get jamming oftenly.
      3. Company molded all side bumber beading start coming out from corners.
      4. While running in the rain water is coming out through front fog light edges.
      5. While giving acceleration in automatic vehicle in running some kind of slow voice hearing.
      After that I contact to the dealer regarding this issues and told them to replace the vehicle and provide me another new vehicle instead of this company manufacture defect vehicle.When I report this issue to the showroom they find outed my problem and told me to keep one day in showroom, they will be manually repair and give to me on next day which one is just delivered vehicle. As well they told me they can’t provide new vehicle, they only can do repair the problem and give. Which means they will be manually pluck the glass as well the full body’s side beading and fix with gun it seems. I don’t feel good enough in that. Newly bought vehicle company fixed condition vehicle they will do manually and give to me. As a customer it’s not a good term which company is treating a customer like this. even I don’t want my new vehicle to repair by manually which has fitted by company. If in that case I can choice for second hand vehicle instead of new vehicle. Right now I’m mentally down for buying this vehicle.

        We are a Private Limited Company engaged in the field of mining and allied business located in Koodal, Pathanamthitta (Dist), Kerala and a trustful customer of Mahendra products since a long period. We owned a pool of Mahindra light duty vehicles which are mostly procured through M/s T V Sundaram & Sons.

        Whereas, the after sale service and repairs and maintenance offered by M/s T V Sundaram & Sons from their Service Centre at Pathanamthitta is very poor and unsatisfactory. The Service Personnel are behaving rudely and irresponsible. The parts of the vehicle are regularly losing.

        As a result, we are facing huge qualitative loss and are affecting our goodwill. Therefore, you are requested to do the needful to rectify the behavioral disrupt.

            I G.R Pant son of Lt. Shri Tulsi Ram Pant, principal ST JOHNS CONVENT SCHOOL, B-4659/112 SANT NAGAR BURARI (NORTH DELHI) one of the prior customer of your Mahindra & Mahindra ltd. want to bring it to your kind notice that I am very disappointed with your staff members & services at Mahindra workshop kotdwar due to irrelevant employees work and behaviour. Your employees [Mahindra workshop kotdwar, (UTTARAKHAND)] are defaming the quality of your customer satisfaction that directly affects your company’s reputation. I tell you what happened there
            I was going to my village on 2nd July 2018 from Delhi via Kotdwar(UTTARAKHAND) but before reaching there (kotdwar) my car (Scorpio) was automatically shut down in front of Akash Vani Bhawan that is situated between Bijnor(UP) and kotdwar . That time I tried to start my car but it didn’t. I faced too much trouble that time because my family was with me and the car was not starting. I tried to call Mahindra road assistance they picked my call but they didn’t reach there for assistance. After some time the car got start but it was creating problem now and then while driving. Any how we reached kotdwar Mahindra workshop within 1 hour. They checked my car and they firstly said, “The pump is not working “. Then they said, “Some other parts are also damaged as Kerosene is mixed with diesel in diesel tank of your vehicle, We have to order new parts from Dehradun But due to rain it will reach us on next day”. They gave us estimation around 15-20k for repairing and said, ”it will take atleast 2 days”. They removed diesel tank and vacated it. That time I stored 5 litre diesel for laboratory test. I had urgent work in my village so I left my gunman and driver there along with my car and I took taxi for my village near about 200km away from Kotdwar. My gunman and driver hired a hotel for 2 days. Next day they said that the part was not present in Dehradun so they have to buy it from Bijnor workshop(UP). Along with gunman & driver one of its employee visited to Bijnor(UP) in your workshop by our car(scorpio). There it was told that only pump was not working and there was no other problem . While billing Negi ji (manager) Mahindra workshop kotdwar said, “Make bill in favour of Negi ji (manager)” but our gunman decline it and said that the bill should be made In favour of his name (gunman). The bill was amounting Rs 3080/- But for the same Mr Negi was demanding Rs. 12000. After that our gunman and driver came back to kotdwar and paid there also RS 2459/- just for putting us in trouble and giving wrong information about the vehicle. On 3rd July in the evening Mr Negi made call to me and said that there was nothing wrong except the pump. The fuel (diesel) is also ok and again the same fuel (diesel) was refilled. On questioning that whether they don’t have any proper checking machines and tools to find the fault, Mr Negi replied that the company doesn’t provide them proper machines, tools and laptop. He had complained many times but the company is not listening to him. On listening this I said “I shall drop a complaint /mail regarding this matter”, He said “NO NO!! SAHAB ESSA MAT KIJIYEGA VO LOG MERI NAUKRI KHAA JAYENGE, MERE BACHE BHOOKE MAR JAYENGE. MEIN KHUD HI COMPLAINT KARUNGA. ”.
            Sir during this period I went through financial torcher, mental torcher and I had to run here and there to hire/catch taxi in my village. My two employees had been staying in hotels running from one workshop to another just for a simple fault. During this period all these expenses were near about 15-20K. I want to ask you whom should I make responsible for this fault, your system/administration or Mr Negi manager at Mahindra Workshop Kotdwar.
            In my opinion that Mr Negi is not an employee but a dacoit. He was not able to cheat me because of the following reason
            1. My employees said that whatever the part is to be purchased they shall purchase it themselves.
            2. At Bijnor workshop Mr Negi made a call to make billing in his name but my employee didn’t allow him to do so otherwise he would have cheated us near about Rs 12000 instead Rs 3080/-
            3. I kept 5 litre fuel (diesel) with me for laboratory check. Here he was afraid and the next day he said the fuel is ok and refilled the same fuel(diesel) in our vehicle.
            Sir I want to bring it to your kind notice that just before we reached your workshop at kotdwar on 2nd July. Mr Negi showed me 1 tank filled with diesel and said “ABHI ABHI EK GADDI THIK KRKE BHEJI HAI HAMNE. ISME DEKHO DIESEL KE SATH KEROSENE (MITTI KA TAIL) MILA HUA HAI.”
            Sir I don’t know for how long has it been happening there but it is very very bad and a black spot on your system if you can’t vigil your employees.

              I got my XUV serviced from shiva mahindra sahibabad one week ago and went for a trip, i got stuck at night on highway eating outlet with my family when my car went dead, after getting stuck there for more than an hour, local people helped me and i found out that acidic residue on battery thimble was causing this issue. on cleaning it car started and i was able to reach home. In service they don't even clean such major parts of car then what else they ignore?

              I have mahindra scorpio(s4+) just 9 month ol. when I got delivery showroom paint this car body colour all side cliding bumper and mirror.but I face some problem paint quality very poor and some place of the car paint goes up.showroom didn't work properly after this problem.

                My name is abdul kareem. My mahindra optimo which i have bought 1 month back is having a major issue. The engine warning light does not go off after starting the engine and is always on. The techincians from tvs sundaram thrikkakara came thrice to solve my issue. But they where no able to solve the it If my issue is not be solved i wil directly file a case against you in the court.

                  One of our vehcile was sent in for a clutch replacement at the Karnataka Agencies dealership in Mangalore. And after the repairs the driver noticed that there was some slippage under load conditions. When informed it was told that the vehicle needs to run a bit for the new clutch to adjust, this continued for a while until it got worse and the vehicle was sent in for a check again at Karnataka Agencies, Mangalore, upon which we were informed that the clutch assembly will need to be replaced again as the clutch had burnt and bits disintergated.
                  The clutch assembly was replaced at 49, 390kms and was sent again to the dealership at 53, 501kms after recurring slippage issues.
                  we have been customers of mahindra for more than two decades and it is really sad to inform that if this rip off continues i will be forced to repair my vehicles at a local garage than repairing them at the dealership.

                    I didn't get a feedback call from mahindra and one of mahindra service centre which is located in mahoba is wrost service centre i ever visit in my life customer satisfaction is 0 percent they didn't have the right wrokers and the behavior of the workers is also rude
                    They didn't know how do deal with customers and the washing is also not available when i visit for servicing of my car

                            I was recently injured while using my Mahindra Tractor. I was out bush hogging under trees & used my bucket to lift the trees up. This is something I always do and have never had a problem. This time my bucket was turned the wrong way and the trees caused my bucket to release. The bucket fell and by the grace of God I was not seriously injured or killed. My left arm and tractor took the hit. My steering wheel was destroyed. I feel a safety step should be added preventing the bucket from releasing unless you want it to release. I like the easy hook up but a safety step needs added. My husband felt this may not get addressed until somebody is killed but I wanted to prevent that. I have pictures of my tractor damage and the injury to my left arm and would be happy to send to you. We had to use another Tractor to lift the bucket off my Mahindra tractor. This is my 2nd Mahindra Tractor. I got my 1st one for my 25th Wedding Anniversary and my 2nd one for my 37th Anniversary. I love bush hogging and working on my land. I am a RN and my husband is a Dentist. We have horses, dogs, cats and wild animals on our land. Please get back with me. Thanks, Jeanie Stoy[protected].

                              Hi,
                              I bought a XUV 500 W6 in Nov 2015 and since W6 was the most affordable model for me, I bought it instead of a higher model W8/ W10. Im a geek freak and to keep my vehicle inline with current models, I want to at least upgrade my car's black and white music player to Android auto infotainment system which is sadly not provisioned for W6/ W4. Please understand that a vehicle purchase by a middle class person is at least for 10 years utility and such upgrade options are necessary for keeping a car inline with current models and to keep interest of the user in the car and the brand. It is requested that the same be provisioned for W6 models too so as to keep the customer of such models satisfied.

                                Recentlyr bonnet color started developing bubbles.

                                  Never ever buy Mahindra powerol DG. They cheating customer by saying all ###. And after the payment is done they don't listen at all, even to respond to our call. Same issue happened to us, after we purchased the product from Ritika Engineering.
                                  They took the delivery charge by saying they will provide installation cable. And we agreed. But now when we contact them, they don't respond to us.

                                    I have booked routine service through WYH app for 14th July from M/S Supreme Mobiles Bhiwani. Unfortunate to say as per the history i faced worst experience once again and it was the 5th time with same dealer. Pick up was scheduled for 10AM on that day but till time nobody respond back. During chat a number [protected] was given to me but that person picked my phone in 7th attempt and speak roughly & give another no. of any Mr. Jain who told me to revert back but he neither reverted nor picked my phone again. I had a good experience from my Last XYLO car from Karnal so why I prefer to buy this TUV HR16Q 1700. But now never i will buy any Mahindra car nor recommend to anyone due to these kind of worst experiences. If car is not under guarantee i will not choose to prefer this service dealer.There are so many good options available in market.

                                      I have purchase Mahindra Alfa from Rudra Automart in the month of April, I have used it for 25-30 days thereafter send for 1 Service. After 10 days (approx) from the date of 1st Service there was some issue with Clutch plate and Gear Box. I have received my Tempo almost after 20-25 days and paid the repairing Bill. From the next days there was issue with gear shifting, a service person came and told me that send the tempo tomorrow and will fix the issue within 1-2 Hr. From that day today is around 20 days i have not received my TEMPO. First of all they did not provide correct information and while we call them they did not response. I have paid 2 installments with out using a new Vehicle.

                                        worst service in kottayam ettumanoor

                                        I would be apprecited if you solve the issue of my vehicle kuv 100,
                                        Last week (08th july 2018) my vehicle have an issue of stuck the vehicle while running and i hand over my vehicle to the nearest service centre at etumanoor on the same day, still now (14 june 2018) they didnt find the issue. Is this the responsible of mahindra team?
                                        I brought the vehicle on March 2017, just over 1 year.
                                        Do the needful action ASAP!...
