I purchased Mahindra TUV 300 T10 Dual tone vehicle on 31 st March at M&N motors KAKINADA . They promised us Bonus of 46000rs as cash back after 45 days for which they took a cheque for 46000rs from us at the time of purchase as we exchanged our old vehicle (Swift Dezire).
But after lot of enquiry during and after 2 months now they are telling that the bonus was rejected. with out any proper reason The response from the showroom person Mr . Govind Rao is very rude

    I am a Higher Secondary school Teacher working under the government of Kerala.I only drive my car not give to anybody else. My car is under constant complaint of the signal "CHECK" and then missing acceleration. I have been submitting my vehicle to your authorized dealer ITL Motors in Kannur(Kerala) and Karnataka Agencies in Mangalore and now at Eram motors in Kasaragod Kerala for the same complaint for the past four years and could not repair it but only empty my pocket. Each time they tell me some thing is damaged and replace it and the vehicle is Ok but most of the time till I reach home. When I call the and complaint they tell me to take the vehicle again to the service center. Kannur is 108 kilometers from my home, Mangalore is 110 kilometers and Kasaragod is 55 kilometers from my home. Here you can imagine the expense of taking my vehicle to the center.

    Three times or so they changed my cars Inter-cooler. Many a times other parts. Still not ok the same problem persists. Now they tell me the Turbo has to be changed and they don't guarantee the solution of the problem. They are almost doing a trial and error method I think.

    from this I come to one of the three conclusions:-
    1. Your technicians are not competent enough to diagnose the problem
    and solve it.
    2. There is some manufacturing defect in my vehicle.
    3. Your dealers are purposefully extracting money from my pocket without
    properly repairing my car.

    You can check the history of repair of my vehicle and find out the truth.
    In this regard I request your kind honor to look into the matter and do something to get my car repaired properly.

      I bought bolero pickup in 22.6.17.Reg no JH01CP5221.Registration date is 08/10/2017.Today vehicle was sent for repairing.The body of vehicle was sacking very much.So my driver said its need some welding.The welder start welding but after completing the welding the vehicle s not getting start.Than we local mechanic they cant solve the prblm after that we called workshop mechanic.He came and checked and said A.C.M is failed.I dont have any knowledge about vehicle parts so.please shortout this prblm and the vehicle insurance is up to date and having in warranty period.What is the price of Acm.

        Hi sir.my vehicle suddenly got stopped on running on 9/7/18(Monday)at 8:00pm approximately in alandur, chennai.i don't the reason for that, my instrument panel indicator shows check engine light.i called the on road assistance, they came&check the vehicle, they checked the fuse, fuel&he suspect a problem of air lock, so he loose the fuel filter assy screw&he pumped the fuel filter assy the diesel came out&he started it's get started &within moving of 300mts the vehicle stopped again&the check engine light shows.so we towed the vehicle to the INDIA GARAGE, guindy, there they checked the vehicle &they tell we can check only morning, we have to plug it to laptop&check, so I stayed in a hotel.in morning I got a call from the service centre &they asked what happened, I explained them all the details they said we will check&I went to the service centre within one hour from the call.they said that want to change the FUEL FILTER ASSY bcoz of leak, 15litres of diesel as there is no diesel in tank, fuel tank floater bcoz it's showing wrongly.
        My doubt is that they changed the fuel filter assy bcoz of leak in that&diesel spilled out in fuel filter assy, I had a doubt here only bcoz while we pumped the fuel filter assy as mentioned above, the diesel came out&it got spilled out at that time itself, so on considering that diesel spilled out I think they changed the parts, if so that was happened by the assistance team, they only pumped &diesel spilled out.
        On conclusion I want to know that there is an really leak in the fuel filter assy, so only vehicle doesn't starts, or the vehicle is run out of fuel.
        I asked to them the reason they said there is a leak, there is no proper explanation.
        If the diesel was not there in the vehicle as they said, why the voice command has not came, my fuel gauge shows it's of 1/4tank.
        I want to recheck up my changed fuel filter assy for the leakage problem.i want to know if vehicle was called on road assistance, if there is no fuel, we have to pay for that r they have to pay.
        I need an genuine explanation from Mahindra regarding this issue.i am asking this bcoz I have recently done my 90k service in Mahindra on 26/6/18.u can check the service history, my vehicle was periodically serviced in Mahindra.
        Personally I lost hope&trust in mahindra.all the service centres are only money minded, they changing the spares as of their wish, if they need money from the customer

          I have purchased a New "TUV300 T8 AMT" as per my JBM Co car pilicy applicable for the employees in the month of Apr from "India Garage showroom" Chennai. After few days I noticed one problem in my car...whenever car is reaching the speed of 80 kmph, it is making some abnormal sound and jerking of the car is increasing. So I have given the car for 1st service 15 days back to India Garage service center in Poonamali Chennai.
          But for last 15 days your service center is not able to fix the problem. Today also I am going to visit to your service center .
          I think this is inherent problem in this particular Car...so request you to change the same.

            I want to ask only one to the service centres of mahindra are yours techniquins trained about every parts of vehicles properly.or do you recruit them as granted.i am facing problem since two months.i took my nuvosport at every 2 days for check up always the same issue occurs .when i visit service centre they check every time and says now its ok.again i move to home and after just it again shows the issue.is it right to buy a car which mentally distrubs me everyday please look into the mattes.as soon as possible, or clearly mention it are you going to solve it or not.

              Dear Sir,

              Our vehicle Mahindra KUV 100 got damaged in Davanagere City in last week. We are having passing of Maharastra. For that reason the MAHANTH MOTORS didn't checked our vehical and after when we contacted Maharastra people and then they informed them to check the vehicle.

              But it took 2 days.We need to stay in hotel for that reason.

              They inspected and told that Turbo stopped working and they need to order Turbo AND it will take 6 days which is very long.

              Please help us in repairing our vehicle.

              They also charging 22500 for the same.

              Please let me know is that really costs that much or simply they are lieing.

              Please help us.

              I book one Scorpio car at Mehsana Shreeji Motors location and give him a 51, 000 check they can deposit my cheque and take booking amount. when I am cancel the Same booking car they are not providing me the booking amount 51000 i am asking for my booking refund they are not giving me proper response and not providing my booking amount.

                It is very sad to inform you that your branch in Nagpur (proviential automobile Nagpur ) didn't cooperate when we were struck in Nagpur flood calamity on 6/7/18. as we purchase vehicle by this branch when we call for troll vehicle for help but they didn't respond on it and ignore us. due to this we suffer from lots of problem and causes damage to our kuv 100 which is under warranty period .

                  i just take it to my xylo H4 car register no TN 36 AR 7180 for water wash to ERODE(Tamil Nadu) service showroom there is an service Advisor Mr.Boopalan i just ask him maintain my car while return back to with good condition, because last three services i done in the same show room but every time head bulb will burn. i told him this this should not happen please mind it.but Mr.Boopalan is telling me to remove your head lamp and bring for service in next time.who is the one to telling me like this.Is it your company response to the mahindra customers. i want be to get the proper explanation in my home from Mr.Boopalan with his service Manger erode branch.
                  How can i being with the customer of Mahindra and refer to my friends.

                    We have ordered a Mahindra powerol silent DG 20 KVA from Ritika Engineering on 29 March 2018 (invoice attached").
                    Though the product should be free delivery, Ritika engineering asked us to pay the delivery charge instead they promise to bear the Cable required for installation.
                    For the last 1 month we have been calling them but no one response to our call.
                    We then called Rajesh Kumar Behera([protected]) from Ritika Engineering but he is also not responding.
                    This kind of service from Mahindra company is not accepted at all. Request you to take immediate action in this regard.

                      My XUV- 500, W-10, bearing number- UP-14 CP 6061. Met with an accident on 18th May 2018, at a place near Muraina (M.P.).
                      1. Both the passengers on the front seats (i.e. Driver and Front rider seat) were wearing the seat belts.
                      2. The collision was with a "Nil gai" from the front.
                      3. There was no extra front guard attached as per the instructions of the company.
                      4. The radiator, bow-nut, front wind screen were badly damaged with significant damage to the other parts attached to the engine.
                      5. Dispite all this the airbags did not work.

                      currently the vehicle is at Royal Mahendra at Gwalior M.P.

                      you are requested to look in to the matter and provide me the reason

                      1. why the airbags did not open-up despite a front collision
                      2. what is the guarantee that in any such situation again the airbags will work.

                      Hello Anup,

                      Sorry for what happened to you. Last week I also meet with with an accident damaging upto the radiator. The air bags deployed, When I took the estimate from service center they gave me a bill of approx. Rs 700000, its just half the cost of my car. I was really surprised to see that. They are telling me that if air bag is engaged then the ECU should be changed.

                          Our accidental xuv 500 vehicle no dl8CAR2387 which is given to royal automobile private limited, shivpuri link road, gwalior on 31/05/2018 is still not repaired by them.They are taking so much of time, first they told us their internet was not working and so they are unable to place the order for the parts, late they ordered the parts but the parts ordered were not received by them, Now when the parts they have received around 10 days back the vehicle is still not repaired. Don't know why they are taking so much of time. The vehicle belong to Delhi and so nobody is their to have a watch on them only we can contact on phone and most of the time mobile phone are switched off ( of concern persons) . Please look into the matter its been more than one month.

                            i was brought a mahindra TUV 300 dated 24/nov/2017 (UTKAL AUTOMOBILES PVT LTD .BARBIL .
                            sales manager convinced to me if you buy luxury kit we are gives you
                            seat cover, chrome and music system with navigation system .music system not work proper speaker fult, navigate show error .
                            they are not give the navigate card till today . navigation showing error .
                            i have complain more times they are not response . this is my commercial use so who use the vehicle compiling me regular .

                            i hope you can take a good step for good service and my problems
                            shutout .

                              Allready owns mahindra XUV 500, bolero, thar and 2 bolero pikups

                              I have a serious issue with my bolero zxi 2016 model, just run 45000km problem was engine over heat reppetedly.3 times i had taken the vechicle to your service station at thrissur erram motors and they couldnt clear it.
                              Now at last i told them to rectify the issue and gave it again for service on[protected]
                              Today is[protected] still the update is tat the engine is taken off for chekups itseems, i dnt have a car to use now wen i asked for a spare car till my car get ready the dealer is not ready for that too
                              Please take it up seriously and pls do the needfull

                                Punjab Automobiles, Ahmedabad are goons, they delivered a vehicle (XUV 500) to me which already had a broken bumper and the internal rod was broken. Moreover the vehicle had a majority of problems, like fog lights not working, wiper blades were bent and what not.
                                Lodged formal complaints with Mahindra but of no use.
                                I think entire Mahindra Automotive sector needs a overhaul.
                                A matter of shame for Mr Goenka and Mr Mahindra that they don't have control on their automotive sector.

                                  I bought a Mahindra Bolero SLX vehicle from TVS Kottayam on 2010.Because of the continous accidents due to manufacture defect of the vehicle, I returned that vehicle back to the TVS showroom for a replacement. Registration no of my vehicle is KL 38 A 6930. I filed a complaint regarding this on 2012 in Idukki consumer forum. I got an order from the forum by extending the vehicle warranty to six months. Before to this itself I saw my vehicle in Peerumedu while using someone else. At that time I informed about this to TVS Kottayam. After that also TVS filed an appeal on state consumer forum. But the forum rejected that appeal.When I visited the showroom along with the notice sented from their office to get back my vehicle, my vehicle was not there. I complained about the missing of my vehicle from the showroom, forum took a criminal case aganist the managers of TVS Kottayam and Mahindra & Mahindra as Case no ST 45\13. Both the managers took bail on that. Now the advocate of TVS always giving an explanation as they need to present some documents in the court. Through this they are giving more trouble to me by extending the case. This vehicle is still using by some one else within Peerumedu region. When I am trying to get back the vehicle with the help of police using the order from the forum, advocate of TVS always trying to block that. As a customer your company have the responsibility to protect my interests kindly request to inform your dealer TVS Kottayam company to make a final decision on my case .

                                    Dear sir/madam,
                                    I (Sashikant dash) am a mahindra employees (Emp id-494764) and owning kuv 100 k6+ vehicle. The complain is regarding my 2nd free service, which was being given by shayadri motor, wakad, pune.

                                    Complain - while servicing, they have e stolen my key ring, and till now i have no follow up regarding the same. The same complain has been intimated to service center on the same day. This is really a panic issue. If such kind of things are happening in renowned service center. Then it is a big question mark on security of car and accessories.

                                    Note - if i am not getting any response on this, i have to take it forward to the senior management.

                                      Hi sir /ma’am
                                      I done my service of my tuv 500 at mahindra workshop dehradun.
                                      It’s very poor quality service.
                                      I had paint my bumper and some body parts also but after few later paint had been coming out because paint had done without any base.
                                      If as soon as possible i don’t get solutions i will go for consumer court.

                                        I bought a e2o plus electric car, from mahindra and mahindra in 2017 and from last one and half year my car is in the service center for repair due to multiple issues related performance and electronics.
                                        Every month my car is taken for service to india garage (Bangalore, service center) for repair, but every time when it was returned back it would develop new problems after the service. As per india garage team my car comes under defective or recall serial numbers and the problems in this car are never ending it seems. If you see the list of parts changed till now in my car, then after the warranty period, how can we maintain this car on our own cost. (“ m&m” had claimed that, e2o is a zero maintenance car!!!...)
                                        Also i would like to report that the infotainment system from my car was replaced from blaupunkt to kenwood make under warranty period. The original car infotainment system (Blaupunkt) was with the latest technology and even had car status updates and information. So now an out dated, 20 years old technology music system (Kenwood) is fixed to my car and car status information and navigation system is not available in kenwood system. Initially when i purchased this car, we had paid the cost for the high end technology infotainment system and now it not ethical to fix a low end infotainment system. M&m is famous for reliable automobiles, with an innovative technology and m&m is committed to meet customers’ expectations. Request you to look into this request and fix the infotainment system which has similar features like before (Blaupunkt).
                                        Request to fix the infotainment system which has car status information and navigation system like (Blaupunkt) or it is better to replace my car with the new series e2o car.

                                        I bought new thar crde just two week ago
                                        But it has water leak for dash bord and platfom i went to showroom to complaint and they used gum to clos it but it was done badly i requsted to make it solution for it
