Hello all,

To whomsoever it may concern,

It took me whole day to compile this mail so please do read it as i made it easy for all of you to read it date wise and see how i have got troubled with your product and services.

As per earlier incident of changing my car amt part, the car was going fine for just 2 months, the amt light again started coming on the display of car, so i went and gave the car again to a-40, mohan cooperative area service center, where customer service executive, mr. Raghav and general manager - mr sanjeev arya, gave me a trust of that it is normal thing and it will be gone with minor updation.

But they kept the car from 18th jun'18 till 22nd jun'18. For 5 days and what problem came up that clutch plates to be changed and they changed it and handed over the car to me.

It means earlier in feb 18 - amt got replaced and

In jun '18 - clutch plates changed.

I was like it is my worst decision of life that i took mahindra as a brand.

I was quite sure that i will not keep this car anymore and i should demand a new car from you. But raghav and sanjeev ji, told me not to forward or write any mails to anyone, so i stood by thier words.

But but but...

I was driving your vehicle from 22nd jun '18 till today 27th jun'18, i. E., 5days after changing clutch plates and amt replaced, the car is still not giving me peaceful drive.

As i put my key inside and start the ignition the car vibrates to the hell and stops and it took me 10 times to start the car and it was switching it off on it own.

I am attaching the video below.. Do see it,, you will get to know the correct term of the problem.

And i again went to your service center, a-40, mohan cooperative, delhi.

Where, raghav was there and he was surprised to see me as he also know how badly i am affected with your product and service. When he checked the car he was like it is battery problem we will replace it..

How many times you will just keep replacing the things in my car and how many times i have to come again and again.

Please please please stop it now and dont test my patience.

Change my car and give me a new car or return my money.

This is no more my request to you guys.

I need my money back.

Please do it asap.

Please read my concern and it is your duty to reply and resolve it. It is not about complaining, it is about the trust you try to build while selling your car but cant maintain when it is needed..

I am writing this to inform about mahindra's poor service from the date of my purchase of car. I will tell you all below how i have been made run to your showroom and how i have made fool in your service center and by your guest handling system and it is all to put into your knowledge.

1st. - koncept mahindra showroom - ring road, lajpat nagar

I bought tuv on 29/12/16 by selling my old vehicle hyundai i20 at your showroom.

And was promised that i will get my vehicle transfer paper in 90 days which is not fulfilled till now. I visited your showroom after 3 months and got to know the person named "kuitar singh" his number - [protected], which was switch off from that time and he left the job and there was no person to look after my problem and i was told to come again.. I complained there also to your manager, he noted down my name and number in his dairy and din bother to reply till date about my transfer paper.

I am attaching the paper which was given to me by your showroom in reference of transfer certificate.

* in short, i need my hyundai i20 transfer certificate asap. Thank you.

2nd - koncept mahindra, a40, mohan cooperative, mathura road service center

I gave my car at this service center for all my free services.

But — (Attaching the bills below for your reference)

1st free service charge - rs 4247

2nd free service charge - rs 6311

3rd free service charge - rs 9677

(Are these free servicesss.. If i have to pay 6000 and 9000 for my free services what will be my paid services for, i was with hyundai for last 10 years and never got this much amount in my paid services also but you are fooling us by charging so much)

This was not finished here.

On my last service which was on - 23rd jan'18

The car was picked from my place and i told the service advisor "mr mujahid - [protected]" that normal service has to be done and i am getting "amt light" or "mt warning lamp" on my instrument cluster to be checked why it is coming as vehicle was running normal by that time. My car was sent back with all the repairs and services by evening 6pm at my place and when i checked the vehicle the light was still coming on for amt warning lamp, spoke to mr. Mujahid and sent the vehicle back that same evening with company driver.

Next day, 24th jan'18 - the car was under observation at a-40, mohan cooperative service center, and was informed to me that it is been taken care of and they have found the problem and will solve and will test drive and will give car next day, i. E. 25th jan'18.

Next day, 25th jan'18, - i myself went to your showroom after calling so many times to your customer service number which was giving me all false promise of giving call back regarding my car status, so i went and spoke to mr. Mujahid, who was friendly and helped me getting my car asap on 25th jan'18.. After geting the car i checked the lights were nomore there and car was running fine.

But, very next week. On 6th feb'18 - while i was driving from my home to office, the amt warning light came again and my car stopped on its own and was not starting also.

So had to speak to mr. Mujahid and crane was arranged and sent to a-40, service center. And i was told after 2 days, i. E., 8th feb'18, that some part which is named as power pack box, which is damaged in my car and they are waiting for new one and it is out of order. And they are saying it wont come soon also. I was given the number of your branch manager - [protected], and he was also helpful but whats the use when i have paid so much for tuv and it is standing at your service center. It is already more than one week i am travelling without car and asked many times to at least arrange a spare car for me.

So it was 13th feb yesterday, i got a spare car yesterday night from mahindra, after one week of my problem. But still my own car which is at your service center is still waiting to get repaired just because the part is not available.

What kind of big company and big tag of - "live young live free" - when you are not young enough to maintain your standards and your free services are also not free for normal people.

* such big company has no spare part and delaying it so much and testing my patience.

I din said anything till one week but till now no progress about my car.

I am sorry to say i want a revert asap otherwise i will complain it above and call up the media, file a case, and i dont know what will you do with my car now, but i want a new car, same model from you guys, coz you are no small company, i gave you one entire week, this big problem should not have come so soon, that means you are giving such cheap products in your so costly car. Or return my money, or provide me new car.

15 th feb '18 - my reply to mahindra

Hello,

First of all thank you so much for the reply, which was not expected. And special thanks to mr. Vijay shrivastav, from a-40 mohan cooperative branch, as he is the only one who has opened all his ears all the time listing my complain and working on it.

But that mail was for mahindra company, as why making such parts which go off so easily also i agree that it happens sometime because of technology but why not keeping spare parts ready and send them on asap basis, why to keep someone wait for so long.

And now what if i demand for a new car from your end and i think you should give me a new car by your end to keep your promises as this is not the way to give just a spare car after a week and thinking you have stood up to your commitments... No, that's wrong..

I was quiet for a week time, but i don't want to be fooled more.
All i want you to send me a new car by next week or just send back my damaged car. I will show it in newspaper and media. Because it is no use when you can't afford to keep extra spare parts in your company.

16 th feb 18 - my reply to mahindra

Hello to all,
This is further added to my complain that thank you for giving me a spare car which is a taxi number. And my business is in noida and gurgaon, i have to travel daily to these places, and now your this taxi number makes me suffer so much that daily i have to stand in a queue and pay the tax on the border.
Do you think i should be treated like this..

I am sorry mahindra. You are really testing my patience. I need a call from any responsible person who can take decision from your side on what has to be done next. I need a call by 4pm today, i. E, 16th feb2018. Or else i am filing a complain on consumer court, jago grahak jago, and media and you will be responsible for all that now on.

16th feb 18 - my reply to mahindra

Thanks for the call from mohan cooperative area.
The deal given by you is -
Proving me reimbursement of toll or proving my rs1000 on per day basis.- do you think i am really interested in small reimbursement of toll and what about my time which is getting wasted standing in queue with drivers to pay the toll. Thank you for this advices.
But i demand to give me a new car from your end now.
It's ok if you are not listing to me, then let's hear from court, media only then.

I am putting the mails and records on media, consumer court, and jago grahak jago.

But you gave me no reason to smile or be your customer, rather informing all near and dears to never trust you guys.
And rest when u can't give me free services and extended warranty of the same.

Please provide me rs 1000 per day charges.
Take it as anything or as my fuel charges. But you have to provide this starting from 6th feb'18 till date the car is not handed over to me and also crane charges of rs 1800 on 6th feb from arjun garh to mohan cooperative service center.

Kindly do the needful.
When i am agreeing to all your false promises and waiting since long. Then bear something for my patience also.

21st feb 18 - my mail to mahindra

Hello,

This is as per my telephone conversation with mr. Kapil garg, on 16th feb'18, friday, and it was about the deal that i offered him :-

1. To give me a new car,
Or,
2. To extend the service of my present car with total of 5years from date of purchase.

But he told that he will ask his superiors to agree on this. But no call on the same has been received yet.
Just holding on the discussion on amt part which is still no idea when it will be delivered.

So hereby, i am again requesting you one last time.
I have given my car since 6th feb18 till today... It is more than 15 days now and the status of car is still the same..
I mean you are also human being just dont think business all the time.. I paid so much for your product, should i be treated like this.
You guys are not taking stand on making me feel comfortable by giving me a better deal.
Just giving me a call alternative day would not solve my problem.. I know you must be trying your best to put the order requisition, but in the end i have to wait.

So please, lets talk about the deal now, i am giving few options to you :-

1. Give me a new car, same brand, model, color,.

2. Give me extended warranty till 5 years.
Free service of car whenever it comes at your service center (No even taxes please)

3. Send back my car as it is, will come back again to you with media and consumer court and lawyers..

The choice is yours.
Please make your decision soon, i dont want to make bad reputation of your company and to all you too.

* and note this down... Per day rs 1000 charges should be paid cash or cheque till my car is with you. Starting from date 6th feb'18, as compensation to my problem.

This has reference to your below mail concerns, i have understood from koncept automobiles that mr kapil garg (General manager) has offered you rs. 1000/day to address your daily commutation. However the same has been refused by you and further to alternate to this, they have already extended the loaner vehicle to you.

I am sure currently you are availing the facility to address your daily mobility. You would also agree that, double gesture will not be possible for us to extend.

Hello sir,
I refused that offer in order of getting a better deal from you.
I had no idea that you will give a loaner vehicle with a taxi number plate and sorry i don't paid so much to drive a taxi number. If you don't have problem please pass your personal car to me and drive this taxi number till i get my car and you will get why i am asking you for this amount.

So please kindly make the payment of rs 1000 per day from 6th feb'18 till my vehicle is with you.

Please don't continue the argument and agree on this deal by today itself in written mail.
When you agreed to do so in starting so you should do it now too.

27th feb '18 - my reply to mahindra

Hello,

This is to further remind you as per your words mr dhiren, the part was supposed to come by 26th feb'18, but it has not reached your service center till now as told by your service provider and now i have to take your taxi number car out of delhi for my personal vacation in taxi vehicle which i never thought of.. I will be coming back on 5th mar18.
Can i get any assurance when will my car be ready and i am. Giving you time till 5th march 18.
At least have some humanity of giving problem to someone to some extent.. It will be almost one month till 5th march and my car still not ready by your end..

So don't you think you and your company should get me a new car and also give me some extra care now. Just giving a taxi number won't fill any gap which is caused by you all.

Please i expect a reply from your end..

Problems :-

1. I have given my car for services 4 times, in which 3 were free and amount is - 1st free - rs 4247, 2nd free - rs 6311, 3rd free - rs 9677.
Do you think this is justify, i have hyundai brand and ford brand too with me, they never charged this much ever in paid service also.
Can you please look into this matter. And do something for all your losing client.

2. I gave my car on 23rd jan'18 for 4th service and there was amt light which was coming and mr. Mujahid told me it will go but when i got my car late evening it was still coming. So i sent my car back to service center that night and i got back my car after 2 days that it 25th jan'18. And the light was finaly gone. But on 6th feb'18, while driving to my office the car stopped mid way on road and was not starting also it was sent to service center on crane and after 2 days i. E., 8th feb i got to know some part of gear is not working properly and it has to changed and they have put the order and it is not in stock and this was going on and on evryday and it is showing not in stock till date. And after daily calling to mr vijay shrivastav, he finally managed to gave me loaner car on 13th feb which was taxi number, i. E. Kuv100.. I was managing from 6th feb to 13th feb from cab. And now i have small car with taxi number and it is was not in proper condition also the rear seat was so bad that it use to fall on it own. I was paying toll taxes every day to travel to gurgaon standing in line with drivers, should i be treated like that... Then after few days, i. E. On 24th feb'18, i got a new loaner in exchange by mr. Kapil garg help, but what is the use.. It is also taxi number just driving is easy but problems are still same
(Who will pay for my trouble who will do the compensation for all this)

3. I told mr dhiren desai, mr. Kapil garg. Mr. Shrivastav, that i need a new car now i dont want such car which keeps giving me trouble again and again and it is just 1 year i have bought this car.
But they refused to do so. So i gave them other offers :-
* give me extended warranty of 2 years froom your end of this same car.
Or, * give me free service of my car through out tilll it with me.
Or, * give me a new car, same brand, color, model.
+ rs 1000 per day charges of my petrol taxes and problem suffered by you all.

4. Today it is 1st mar'18,... And my car is with you since 6th feb'18. It is about to 1 month, and still the status is part is out of order.
You only tell me what should i do. Should i travel in this taxi number and pay the car emi of no use. I din paid so much for driving a taxi number sir.
Please do something asap... I need a new car now as it is month now and want you to give it a smile now and make your customer also happy and make it a win win situation.
Because you know at your end it is your mistake and your low quality product so please dont make me feel more bad that why i joined mahindra family, give me some relief now by giving new car and make it soon now.

Greetings!!

I am glad to note that your vehicle had been delivered back to you on dated 6th march’18 post complete resolution of concerns in your tuv300. The vehicle had been repaired under m&m observation and guidance, hence we request you to kindly not keep any apprehension regarding the performance of the vehicle.

Further to regain your confidence, we have extended the warranty of the vehicle for one more year in addition to the vehicle standard warranty of 3 years. Please be note that, this has been done as a special case and without setting any precedence in the future.

I am sure this would definitely recuperate your confidence in our product and service extended by our dealer.

6th mar 18 - my mail to mahindra

Hello to all,

Finally got a call on 5th march yesterday that part has come and it is being assembled and they will test drive the car and hand over it to me on 6th march 18.
Finally i will get my own old car after a month which went on 6th feb'18 and will come on 6th march 18.

But don't you think mahindra people and family, that you should really look about your products and availability of the spare parts. And also i want to ask you-

You made me waited for 1 whole month.
What are you giving me in return just my old car with your spare part changed, what is the gaurantee that it won't create a problem again. I don't want to be fooled again.
My demand was new car, but you guys can't make your customer happy by listening to their demand.. But now at least do something in compensation.. Or you extend the warranty period till 5 years and give me rs 1000 per day cash as long as for a month which i traveled one week in cabs and then in your taxi car.. Which i din expected.

Please do the needful.
At least stand somewhere to make the client happy.. I don't want to put this all in social news and blame you guys or create a page and throw it all on your good will..
So please return my old car with proper checking and cleaning now with some good deal for creating so many problems which was created from your end in my daily routine.

8th mar 18 - my reply to mahindra

Thank you for delivering my own car after a long wait of 1 month from 6th feb to 6th mar.

The condition when i got the car was a crack on front window of the car.. Which as promised will be replaced when i next give my car.

But i am giving you a feedback today because i drived the car on 6th night and 7th full day and then on 7th night while coming back from gurgaon in traffic area this car while pick up was giving lot of trouble it is not the same as it use to be. I don't know the problem but it is giving lot of jerk moments throughout the drive till home.. So again i am sitting here at your service center.

Sir i am really upset now and i don't want to ride this car and future also never will buy any of your product,
Or you please make a arrangement of new car now or please help me selling this car.. I won't drive it for sure.. Can't take so much trouble.

I don't like to keep calling or emailing you guys for such things.. When u know the product is not fine then why giving trouble to the client..
Please take back your product or lose me as a customer..
Now this is my final decision to you.
Request you to help a person who is calm and doing as you all are saying.
Why you want that i come with my family and people and we all shout then only you will listen to the problem.
When i am agreeing to all your things you should this time agree to my things too..

Dear mr anand,

Thanking you for sharing your feedback and accept my sincere apology for inconvenience caused to you. I had already words with mr kapil this morning on concerns you have reported to him and in the trailing mail.

I would like inform you that post replacement of actuator pack assembly, it has required some adjustment as per the user requirement in the creep function of the vehicle. Currently our dealer’s technical expert are working on it and we will have a resolution very soon.

Request you to kindly bear with us meanwhile.

    I was very proud when i purchased xuv500 w6 at on 4th january 2017 from angel auto boisar. Vehicle registration : mh 48 ak 7342
    Regularly i travel a distance of about 125 kms each day.
    From the time i bought the vehicle all timely services were done at the authorized service stations of mahindra. About rs 85, 000/- are spent by me on paid services till 60, 000kms.
    During the course of about about 18 months from the date of purchase i faced problem in getting the vehicle serviced on time due to non availability of spare part at the service station.
    Incident 1. The gear box chamber was damaged: it took 8 days to replace the part & till such time my vehicle was at the service station.
    Incident 2: the coolant hose was damaged: it took 5 days to replace the part & till such time my vehicle was at the service station:
    Incident 3. Currently i handed over my vehicle to angel auto service station at vasai east for servicing at 60, 000 kms on 21.06.2018.
    Now the service station advisor says that the oil pump part number 0303dam000kt is damaged resulting in the engine oil mixed up with the coolant and the said part is not available any where. They have sent the defective part to mahindra chakan plant for investigation and as of today its about a week that my vehicle is at the service station and it might take another weeks time to get the part replaced.
    Its really very pity that after we spend lakhs of rupees in purchasing the vehicle & also on servicing the vehicle to keep it defect free for our own comfort we suffer on our regular transportation.
    If this is the way mahindra is going to handle their customers after purchasing the vehicle i am afraid the reputation of mahindra is going to get reduced.
    With the above incidences about non availibilty of part on time i have now decided to sale the vehicle i own after i get it back serviced & purchase another vehicle of another brand since my confidence is shaken on the availability of the part in future for any other problem.

      I have purchase one mahindra bolero pick-up on 28th may from m/s makkar motors jalandhar. The vehicle was billed to my address of panchkula, which means it will be registered in panchkula permanently. However i am facing lot of problems with its registration related issues and detailed below.
      1) first the vehicle was purchased on 29th may, whereas its first temporary number was issued on 8th june. The said number was for private car at place of commercial vehicle due to which it couldn't be registered.
      2) after continuos follow-up with dealer a new temp registration certificate was issued on 25th june but was marked to registering authority panchkula (Hr3), which deals in registration of private vehicles only, thus again denied the registration.
      3) haryana distt have two different registering bodies at all places i. E. One for registering private cars and other for commercial vehicles.in my case panchkula hr3 registered private vehicles (To which my temp number is marked), whereas panchkula hr68 is for commercial vehicles registration.
      4) now the dealer is showing his inability for providing me the registration recommendation to hr68, whereas everything being online, my vehicle is not reflecting with hr68 authorise, hence they are not able to register it.
      5) i have approached the helpdesk of ministery and they advised that it can only be rectified at dealer's end only.
      6) since the deadline of one month for registering new vehicle is expiring very soon, i am in big trouble.

      I have already registered my concern with customer care numbers and asm punjab in this context but still the issue is not resolved.
      With the hope that mahindra motors is very much concerned with customer service has made me to approach through this mail as i am an old customer of mahindra driving xuv 500.

            I have mahindra xuv 500. I took my car for servicing thrice for same problem of some sensor problem but always serviceman said "aap bahr se hi krlo". What is all this??

            Now m fetching a gear problem as well as vehicle alignment problem after servicing...

            I think the company employee knws why vehicle came for servicing. They just done anything to car & give it back as servicing is done...
            I dont trust mahindra anymore...

              I bought new xuv 500 on 2015 december and i am not happy with the maintainance within the short period.

              On march, when i planned to take my vehicle for a drive, i could not put reverse gear and first two gears so i took vehicle to zulaikha service center, ambattur.

              On my way to service center itself the gear problems are solved but still i took my car to the service center. They inspected my vehicle and said this might be due to some oil problem and they did oil lubrication and gave my vehicle back.

              Again i got the same problem last week so, i took my vehicle to the service center on 21st june 2018 and they inspected my vehicle and said the clutch plate is an issue so they wanted to replace it.

              I am really confussed and worried a lot, within short duration i am facing this kind of issues.

              I also came through in internet that many are facing this issue and by looking at that i am quite confused and worried that why mahindra & mahindra not taking any steps to resolve this kind of issues.

              I would like to hear response from mahindra for this clutch issue.

                I drive a mahindra kuv 100 wich i bought from mahindra vaal. It is a demo model. Still in its warentee. I had a problem with the concentric cylinder on the clutch. It was leaking badly. It had to be replaced. Mahindra vaal requested that i pay for the spare and labour. I send a request to customer care 5 weeks ago. Till now no reply.in the meenwhile i took the car to mahindra heidelberg. They said this part is still under warentee and they replaced it for me. Very good service from them. I have a problem with this. Mahindra did nothing from their side to help and mahindra vaal have poor service.

                  i have a Scorpio S10 model during the last service at koncept motors pvt ltd situated at Begampur Katola, Distt Gurugram, Haryana. I told to the executive to change the lock set because both of the key i not working properly and the main gate and the back door are not open by the key. He said that he make a demand for the lock set because that time they donot have new one and he will inform me about that but till date he not call me about that and I called me twice about he not said about that when the part being changed. Now my car complete 73000km and after 75000km the warranty will complete. I am also visit at deewan fourwheels at Rewari, Haryana but the also said that they do not have the part. so do some in favour. i shall be thankfull to you.

                      brake not working properly

                      I am using xuv 500 from last 4 years and i am facing brakes issues. Whenever i pump the brake for 2 to 3 times, the break pad gets locked and its hard to stop the car. Its very dangerous and needs urgent assistance. I had already try to repair it in 2017 from sahyadri motors but it lasted for some months and the problem has arise again.

                      Had given my car for service 10days back, the service was not satisfactory and had also informed the service provider about the same for which they offered me free car wash the next time which was like a joke actually. Yesterday i happened to go to vadalur for work and my car broke down due to some issue in clutch and my car was immobilised, i called mahindra call centre for help, they claim to be with you hamesha, but what a lie they say to their customers. They denied to help me saying your roadside assistance has lapsed. I told them plz charges me whatever it is but help me as i'm stuck in the middle of a village at night and no rescue is available here. But mahindra did nothing to help me. The car broke down due to the negligence of them, they failed to service my car when it was due for service and check and change the parts required. And also they deny to provide assistance when needed and claim to be withyouhamesha. I have toed the vehicle and left it in mahindra service centre in pondicherry. I request mahindra to give me a proper justification for this unprofessional response and do the needful to service the vehicle and send it back to me.

                        I had purchased kuv100 car from ddpm dehradun in year 2016. There was petrol smell inside car, gear was not smooth, noise is in engine, extra vibration in engine and gears, problem in suspension, abs wasn't working, ac isn't working properly.
                        I had complain so many times to company officials and show room representatives but the couldn't resolve the problems... And due to this the warranty period has expired.. The engineer /technician takes so many times to remove the problems but they couldn't.. Finally warranty period passed and problems are still there.. Now another problem creates in car that it is heating and getting stop... Now company salesman and other person are suggesting me to sell the car. The selling value of car is too low.. By which i will get great financial losses.. The car company didn't provide me proper service... I am disappointed by this.. So it is requested to you kindly help me..

                              This letter is to complain about service i recently received from a mahindra service center name “krishna automotive” plot no. Bl/8, s. Revenue plot no. 494 (P) m industrial estate, kalunga, ps brahmanitaranga, rourkela steel city, odisha-770031 for my kuv 100 (Variant: k8 (D) 6str, grey, sr no: g6d92811, eng no: nagzd18791, dos:[protected], chassis no: ma1vb2nacg6d92811), i had purchased from angul showroom.

                              This is my 2nd 4-wheeler in my family 1st was bolero. I am a great fan of mahindra than i owned this kuv 2 years ago. I frankly recommend mahindra to all fellows.
                              The day was friday[protected], sunny day. As a daily life, we were ready for a trip. After 28 kms kuv was broken down. It was not the started. No reason i find behind it. The whole trip was ruined.
                              We did alternate and reached home left kuv on the midway.

                              I called the pickers company. The next day[protected] they make the kuv reach to nearest authorised service center.
                              The next day i reach to the service center travelling 50 km to bamra from kuchinda, than change a train and reach rourkela, travel by bus another 20 mins to reach the destination.
                              Till my reach, they didn't even check it. I waited till 2: 30 pm they, not able to tell the fault and intimate me to leave it in the service center and they would let me know the fault on the next day.

                              It was quite long time really and i 've not at all patience to wait.

                              Today i called him, as per conversation they are saying the crankshaft is broken. How it was. Without an accident how the crankshaft is broken?
                              Till now i don't even change a single bolt outside rather than an authorized service center. Recently 500 km before i did the servicing of my kuv100.

                              I am not really happy with their delay services. As a customer and businessman, a lot of works are hampered and i expect a proper quick resolution as soon as possible.

                              If waiting 7 days if they quote me a 1 lakh service costing than what i will do?
                              They even at least told me the approximate service cust i veto bear.
                              Today i talked with him they still repeating the same. We are analyzing the issue. Pls take a necessary action that may matter will get resolved soon.

                                    I am proud owner of mahindra xuv500 w10 automatic since 9th may 2016 and have completed around 53000 kms driving. The vehicle is great.

                                    I need your help and advice regarding the alloy wheels.

                                    I have got the company fitted alloy wheels with the xuv but i want to install after market alloys on it, please let me know whether i can put the aftermarket alloys replacing the company fitted alloys and will it have any effect on the tiretronics.

                                      We invite a reference to our email dated 9th june, 2018 wherein we had explained the vehicle condition of mahindra quanto c8 bs4 7str which was purchased from m/s. Utkal automobiles ltd, s3/61, mancheswar industrial estate bhubaneswar (Authorized dealer of mahindra and mahindra ltd). The vehicle was put to the garage for repair on l6.6.2018. Hence the work is not getting progressed. They are not able to tell when the vehicle will be repaired and will be on road. We have explained our anxiety and hardship in absence of the vehicle during the peak admission session of the college. One of your representative from mahindra called our director sri g. S. Mishra-[protected] and took stock of the situation. There after she conveyed that she will be back to him with the status-quo on 11.6.2018. It is unfortunate that there is no response or communication from any where till date. The vehicle is lying in the garage having stripped off engine. You are requested to look into this matter on priority and see that necessary replacement of the engine is done at the earliest possible date as it is in the warranty period, failing which as a customer we will be constrained to take recourse as per law.

                                      As my scorpio no. UK 04 AA 1000was accidentally damaged and I have given to your service center in haldwani on dated 29 th of may 2018 . The car work is done by the company but they are not hand overing to me. kindly resolve the issue .
