We invite a reference to our email dated 9th june, 2018 wherein we had explained the vehicle condition of mahindra quanto c8 bs4 7str which was purchased from m/s. Utkal automobiles ltd, s3/61, mancheswar industrial estate bhubaneswar (Authorized dealer of mahindra and mahindra ltd). The vehicle was put to the garage for repair on l6.6.2018. Till to day no satisfactory progress appears to have been done. Every time we go and enquire they say that we indented spare parts which will arrive from mumbai/pune. Hence the work is not getting progressed. They are not able to tell when the vehicle will be repaired and will be on road. We have explained our anxiety and hardship in absence of the vehicle during the peak admission session of the college. One of your representative from mahindra called our director sri g. S. Mishra-[protected] and took stock of the situation. There after she conveyed that she will be back to him with the status-quo on 11.6.2018. It is unfortunate that there is no response or communication from any where till date. The vehicle is lying in the garage having stripped off engine. You are requested to look into this matter on priority and see that necessary replacement of the engine is done at the earliest possible date as it is in the warranty period, failing which as a customer we will be constrained to take recourse as per law.

    I bought a e2o plus electric car, from mahindra and mahindra in 2017 and from last one and half year my car is in the service center for repair due to multiple issues related performance and electronics.
    Every month my car is taken for service to india garage (Bangalore, service center) for repair, but every time when it was returned back it would develop new problems after the service. As per india garage team my car comes under defective or recall serial numbers and the problems in this car are never ending it seems. If you see the list of parts changed till now in my car, then after the warranty period, how can we maintain this car on our own cost. (“ m&m” had claimed that, e2o is a zero maintenance car!!!...)
    Also i would like to report that the infotainment system from my car was replaced from blaupunkt to kenwood make under warranty period. The original car infotainment system (Blaupunkt) was with the latest technology and even had car status updates and information. So now an out dated, 20 years old technology music system (Kenwood) is fixed to my car and car status information and navigation system is not available in kenwood system. Initially when i purchased this car, we had paid the cost for the high end technology infotainment system and now it not ethical to fix a low end infotainment system. M&m is famous for reliable automobiles, with an innovative technology and m&m is committed to meet customers’ expectations. Request you to look into this request and fix the infotainment system which has similar features like before (Blaupunkt).
    Request to fix the infotainment system which has car status information and navigation system like (Blaupunkt) or it is better to replace my car with the new series e2o car.

    I have TUV 300 PB46X 7274 it's not working well I do many complaint but i am not setisfied every time the worker do service but our complain not solve the tyre of the car rubbing one side car pull also one side many other complains please solve this
    I purchased E2O plus a year ago and every month there have been issues which even the local Goa service station of Mahindra Electric is not able to solve.

    First was the Safe mode the car would regularly jump to, even though the battery was full. The service centre would solve it and after a few days, back again.

    Secondly there was the driver side door glass not closing. They tried this again and again and finally changed the whole mechanism. This is now fine.

    Thirdly, the charging point lid, which gives problem in opening and closing.

    Fourthly, another recurring problem is the AC, which had stopped working. The service centre addressed it and now again its not working.

    Can there be a permanent solution for our problems. We didn't buy this car to rush to service centre every few days.

    If you cannot resolve this, please replace with any other car from your stables.

      I bought alloy wheel for stepny of my xuv500. When the machanic change the rim to alloy, he told my that my tyre was a repaired tyre. There was a huge cut on the tyre and a big patch was fixed from inside of the tyre. Thank god i got this.
      Think if i use this repaired tyre and run my xuv on this tyre. On a handsome speed if this patch got removed or tyre got brushted. Imagine how chould damage it is to me...
      I ask one question to mahindra.
      Is this your service team???/ whom never mind in play with someones life for just 10000 rs tyre???/
      Now please let me know what to do???

        We have sent for repair the following cars... Wb02a f7531- bolero/ wb66v8808- tuv and wb66u1402- scorpio to mohan motors kolkata and sn motors berhampore.

        But the due to want of minimum spare parts, all the cars remain idle, or sent back for the want of the parts.

        How can we manage then? Plz have a look in to matters urgently...

            I bought kuv almost 02 yrs ago and with the word go there has been issues. My current issue is my security and safety, which is at stake as 02 of the doors got locked as the rod which provides manual locking with it s movement is jammed and i have got them removed.

            Mahindra service centre, itpl, refused to correct the error stating that the part is unavailable and it has been six months.

              Sir it's been around 2 months i am been exhausted, suffered and embarrassed. Shuhul mahindra couldn't repair my car i.in past two months in went to the workshop more than 10 times my car is 1year and some month old 20000 driven only brand new car but problem is related to engine there is no pickup of the car i was nearly safe from one big accident while taking overtake where my car couldn't able accelerate now i will tell you how much time i wasted

              1st time they took my car for a day they removed error code and checklight

              2nd time they removed accelerator pedal
              Took whole day

              3rd time they took almost 2 days for check up and ride and all that

              4th time new accelerator pedal

              5th time again pedal

              6th time took 6 days for whole inspection they looked into vechle. Every part they open all wiring and all they have scratched every thing my car is looking like some old car

              7th time they took 1 day again accelerator pedal changed

              Till this 6 to 7 accelerator pedal have been changed

              And between this much time they have almost exhausted my diesel of around rs. 10000

              They rode my vechle for around 1, 500 km
              For trail, round to check

              I stay 150 km from jammu so every time when i come to workshop it takes around 15 to 20 ltr diesel and i pay around rs 3000 for a night in a hotel so can you calculated how much i have spended on this vehicle

              Who will return this much of amount

              Its not completed yet

              Its been 9 day they took my vehicle now they are saying wiring will get replace. They ordered it and it will take more 5 to 6 working days to get wiring fitted then lock set is also have some issues it is also been ordered but delivered to workshop

              I am so embarrassed, hopeless and helpless i can't tell you

              Now i called them and i asked they said more one week.

              And this complaint m writing to you
              This is a warning weather you give me the whole amount i have given for this tuv 300 or a brand new car else ready for legal action

                My bolero reg. No. Rj-23ub-4356 model-2012 does not cover speed and rpm by pressing full excilator. I have already checked at gehlot motors, sikar, rajasthan by three time but my problem is as a tiz. They could not solve my problem.

                      I am upset with the vehicle conditions, the service back up, and especially identification of my vehicle fault...

                      Yesterday (1st may 2018), travelled from kumbakonam to thanjavur about 40 km, and after an hour halt, to start my return to kumbakonam, again (Please read again with lot more pulse), the same issue what ever your service person said is been rectified is arised.

                      The vehicle, is having a big jerk and stopped while starting.

                      I have called rsa, and complained that vehicle stopped. But an hour latter after my continuous trying

                        I bought a scorpio from punj automobiles hoshiarpur and from first day i heard a noise from driver side door and i told that about to the staff he told me this is a manufacturing fault cames to 4 or 5 cars of this same model and company finds the way to sort out this fault but now it’s about 1 year when i am asking to any staff about this problem they told me that customer is still working on this fault but it’s really bad that company still making fools to their customers

                            I have put my xuv w10 in mahinfdra showroom godahra gujarat as on date[protected] for back side damage area show room manager committed to me care has been ready maximum 4 working days but till time i am not respond satisfied answer and and ready my xuv w10. I am so many problem facing for transportation without my car. Before 5 days i was go to show room but my damage area paints totally miss match after complain showroom authorized person convince me to wait for 3 days they has complete my car work but still i am not gating any response from showroom or authorized person.

                              I bought tuv 300 in december'2017. The warranty period of 2 years will expire in december'2019. I wish to bring to your notice that within one year of buying the vehicle i have faced problems such as completely new starter self was to be replaced, vehicle had to be got towed to the service center, entire coolant leaked, hose pipe problem and now latest the clutch lever has got displaced.

                              The car has only run 19, 000 kms and within 18 months has been to the workshop for 5 times.in normal course it should have been in workshop for 2 times only for routine servicing.

                              Please look into the same and send me number of a qualified service engineer who can once for all check the entire vehicle in totality.

                              Never faced such a problem with maruti or hyundai.

                                I have Scorpio DL7CM 2662, my car is servicing in Shiva auto car pvt ltd in 4 June 2018 for service and A/C problem, i registered my complaint in workshop many times for pick up low and a/c not working when my car covered in under warranty, but complaints not done that time, my car pick up is very low and a/c blower not working, today I m going in workshop for same problems, workshop persons says To me that my car a/c blower and resistance and air maas sensor not working and change immediately, I m socked, please resolved my complaints and take some action

                                  I have got a tuv 300 t8 purchased in 2017 june and driven 18000 km. First 2 to 3 months i use to drive allways with 4 to 5 guys. That time i never experienced such problem but now the problem is the wheel is spinning like anything in a plane road. Where my alto can go easily, it is not going there. Wheel is spinning even in a concrete road also. Please suggest what to do and where this problem will be resolved.

On my first trip to hilly area i faced problem of clutch plates as my car was not giving necessary pick up and i had to switch off engine for safety. I called up for on road assistance as i had availed it for one year but when i required it most it was not provided.

                                    Since i have purchased tuv 300 t 10 model in october 2017 from auto world jaipur, i am having multiples of problem in my tuv for that i have send it to tonk auto world as well jaipur service centre but no body has taken it seriously and my problems kept on multiplying.
                                    I have spent thousands of rupees in sending tuv to tonk and jaipur service cenre but no body cares. This week i ask them to fit rear camera and they fitted it but neither camera is functioning nor camera is fitted in place

                                    My vehicle breake down and we are very disturbted due to my vehicle . Agency required 3 -4days to provide battery and demand rs 100/-per day this is a fraud charges against customer.

                                      I bought a car, xuv5oo w11 opt model 2 weeks ago. I haven’t received the car yet. Now the salesperson is saying that until and unless i clear up my old car loan they won’t give the delivery of the car. The main thing is i haven’t got any information from the dealer that just because of this old loan purpose i am not getting my delivery. Now they are informing me about this after 2 weeks. The sales person have a worst attitude. The worst service i ever got from a car dealer. I want the authority to take a serious action against this. Thankyou.

                                        My xuv500 registration no is dl10t 0136.
                                        I’ve given my vehicle at kirti nagar workshop on 18th of may. I was told the date 5th june for delivery.in this period of time advisor called me only once on 21st may regarding approval. He also informed me that they can repair only roof and side body and will not be able to repair a small dent on bonnet. I didn’t argued and agreed the same.
                                        Other than that i called many times but my phone was never picked up.
                                        Day before i visited personally at the workshop and came to know that my vehicle is done and parked in the parking area. No one informed me about any progress of the work.
                                        Yesterday i got call from mr tyagi, he told me that vehicle is done and properly cleaned, and he asked me to pick vehicle at 10 am.
                                        Today i reached workshop at 10:45 am. I’m at the workshop and i don’t see my vehicle. It is still in the parking area. Not cleaned and rubbed.
                                        I’m highly irritated the way mahindra advisor has handled this case from the very first day. Totally irresponsible and careless... Very disappointing
                                        Mahindra And Mahindra customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                        Today I got call from service advisor Mr Ankur, he explained me that he got hand fracture, and was on leave . He also apologised for the inconvenience caused to me .
                                        I’m convinced with his explanation.
                                        I hereby take my complaint back
