I’m having a bolero pick up extra long and I have been facing a engine start problem from the last 2 months. I already have visited the service station thrice but the technician over there they failed to fixed the problem. The response that I am getting from the service station is very very poor. Plz do something s that I will get a solution for my problem

I am abhishek avasthi bought a car tuv and work on mahindra dealer gwalior they are not work properly and after 10 days my actual problem related to clutch is born again so this time i go to mahindra dealer jhansi now they done this work. Please take some action on gwalior dealer bexause of irresponsible behavior and less technical support.

I am upset with the vehicle conditions, the service back up, and especially identification of my vehicle fault...

Yesterday (1st may 2018), travelled from kumbakonam to thanjavur about 40 km, and after an hour halt, to start my return to kumbakonam, again (Please read again with lot more pulse), the same issue what ever your service person said is been rectified is arised.

The vehicle, is having a big jerk and stopped while starting.

I have called rsa, and complained that vehicle stopped. But an hour latter after my continuous trying

Again the same issues is back almost out of last 11 months this is happening on 9th time...

I bought a scorpio from punj automobiles hoshiarpur and from first day i heard a noise from driver side door and i told that about to the staff he told me this is a manufacturing fault cames to 4 or 5 cars of this same model and company finds the way to sort out this fault but now it’s about 1 year when i am asking to any staff about this problem they told me that customer is still working on this fault but it’s really bad that company still making fools to their customers
I just want is it true or they making excuses

Sir i purchase kuv 100 on 25 april from harveer auto mobile chandigarh 1 phase on cash but in the document in place of cash there is in favour of pnb after that i gave the document for correction but on date there is also on the temprary number slip there is hypothication so sir i am very harashed withe the bad service of your branch so please sir do sothing or other wise i will take the unaccpted step...

I have put my xuv w10 in mahinfdra showroom godahra gujarat as on date[protected] for back side damage area show room manager committed to me care has been ready maximum 4 working days but till time i am not respond satisfied answer and and ready my xuv w10. I am so many problem facing for transportation without my car. Before 5 days i was go to show room but my damage area paints totally miss match after complain showroom authorized person convince me to wait for 3 days they has complete my car work but still i am not gating any response from showroom or authorized person.

I bought tuv 300 in december'2017. The warranty period of 2 years will expire in december'2019. I wish to bring to your notice that within one year of buying the vehicle i have faced problems such as completely new starter self was to be replaced, vehicle had to be got towed to the service center, entire coolant leaked, hose pipe problem and now latest the clutch lever has got displaced.

The car has only run 19, 000 kms and within 18 months has been to the workshop for 5 times.in normal course it should have been in workshop for 2 times only for routine servicing.

Please look into the same and send me number of a qualified service engineer who can once for all check the entire vehicle in totality.

Never faced such a problem with maruti or hyundai.

I have Scorpio DL7CM 2662, my car is servicing in Shiva auto car pvt ltd in 4 June 2018 for service and A/C problem, i registered my complaint in workshop many times for pick up low and a/c not working when my car covered in under warranty, but complaints not done that time, my car pick up is very low and a/c blower not working, today I m going in workshop for same problems, workshop persons says To me that my car a/c blower and resistance and air maas sensor not working and change immediately, I m socked, please resolved my complaints and take some action

I have got a tuv 300 t8 purchased in 2017 june and driven 18000 km. First 2 to 3 months i use to drive allways with 4 to 5 guys. That time i never experienced such problem but now the problem is the wheel is spinning like anything in a plane road. Where my alto can go easily, it is not going there. Wheel is spinning even in a concrete road also. Please suggest what to do and where this problem will be resolved.

Since i have purchased tuv 300 t 10 model in october 2017 from auto world jaipur, i am having multiples of problem in my tuv for that i have send it to tonk auto world as well jaipur service centre but no body has taken it seriously and my problems kept on multiplying.
I have spent thousands of rupees in sending tuv to tonk and jaipur service cenre but no body cares. This week i ask them to fit rear camera and they fitted it but neither camera is functioning nor camera is fitted in place

I bought a car, xuv5oo w11 opt model 2 weeks ago. I haven’t received the car yet. Now the salesperson is saying that until and unless i clear up my old car loan they won’t give the delivery of the car. The main thing is i haven’t got any information from the dealer that just because of this old loan purpose i am not getting my delivery. Now they are informing me about this after 2 weeks. The sales person have a worst attitude. The worst service i ever got from a car dealer. I want the authority to take a serious action against this. Thankyou.

I’ve given my vehicle at kirti nagar workshop on 18th of may. I was told the date 5th june for delivery.in this period of time advisor called me only once on 21st may regarding approval. He also informed me that they can repair only roof and side body and will not be able to repair a small dent on bonnet. I didn’t argued and agreed the same.
Other than that i called many times but my phone was never picked up.
Day before i visited personally at the workshop and came to know that my vehicle is done and parked in the parking area. No one informed me about any progress of the work.
Yesterday i got call from mr tyagi, he told me that vehicle is done and properly cleaned, and he asked me to pick vehicle at 10 am.
Today i reached workshop at 10:45 am. I’m at the workshop and i don’t see my vehicle. It is still in the parking area. Not cleaned and rubbed.
I’m highly irritated the way mahindra advisor has handled this case from the very first day. Totally irresponsible and careless... Very disappointing

Worst service getting from mahindra at dibrugarh in assam - r d automobiles. All staff and the mechanics are not trained and they cannot solve the problems or they may not want to solve the problems. They are not at all honest. For the same problem i have to visit the service centre 3-4 times and then also they give excuses without solving the problem and they never call for problem solving but to raise the bill they will call frequently.

Respected sir/ madam, I went to Bhavin wheels workshop Nashik for repairing of brake noise(chur chur) and the same was resolved at the time of servicing. Then I came to home but still the same problem appears. Today when I was coming to Niphad at that time screw bolt were loose and fallen down of brake calibre. Your executive or labour’s are so irresponsible regarding fitting. If major accident would have taken place who will be responsible for that. I expected a minimum 50% service and satisfaction from your khammam dealer m/s vvc motors pvt ltd., but they proved that is also a dream.
Given my bolero ap 28az 8765 on 26/05/2018.. Giving complaints that engine is not starting in the mornings due to air entering in the fuel system, and other small complaints. The third day i got a message from your official app (Im-mnmsms) stating that the vehicle is ready with zero bill. I felt happy for the prompt response. And the second day i got a call from your service, requiring diesel to start the vehicle works. I wondered and little bit confused, told them to fill the required diesel and start the work, diesel expensen will be paid by me at the time of delivery. Surprisingly they refused and insisted me to provide the diesel. After a discussion, i have to came from the hyderabad to provide diesel to your service station for my vehicle repairs. Two days back they informed me that after cleaning&renewing of the fuel filters also problem not been solved, so asking my approval to injectors tuning, i refused as a technical person i know that the injectors are in good tuning. After one day informed me to replace the filter carrier along with the kicker. But they don't have stock. Yesterday they called me for vehicle delivery. After my reaching they found no fuel in the vehicle and then they filled by taking money from me and started air bleeding from the pipes. I got angry and came back. Today again i got a call for vehicle pickup. I went tn the evening and found the battery has no power. I told them that the battery is new one purchased on 25/05/2018, just one day before to the service. They delivered the vehicle by push starting, and i came home, then again it is not starting. After fifteen days they delivered the vehicle with a worst condition.

I was pay full n final amount of this vehicle but the dealer are not give one document. Its document name are SPEED GOVERNER, the dealer are not give...ist document are mandatory in ajmer to registration..please help me

I bought Mahindra TUV 300 during Dec 2015. And just 2.5 years passed . Now the Remote portion of Key got damaged. I a m surprised, a remote key of 10 lakhs cost vehicle is damaged in just in 2 years.

Please advice me on same. how can I got a new remote control system.
Apart from this, there is a common complaint that while we driving to a slight hump or elevation the back wheels got slipping. Peale look into this as a common complaint and the Remote issue is of my personal vehicle and do the needful as early as possible.

I have given my car for service so many times to rectify my small problem, they are not capable to do service properly they are keeping my car in thair Shed for few days giving back to me with out repairing, now this time it has been more than 15 days not done, and not responding .
IAM not at all satisfied with your worst service.

I have been using scorpio since july 2017. My vehicle no is kl13ak 1059. Total running of my vehicle is 17346km. Clutch was damaged two times with in this period. Last time i paid around 15000 for repairing work. Now i am again in trouble. Sir always like this issue really troubling me. I am kindly requesting you to take suitable action against this.
The following complaints happened with in couple of time.
1. Sensor complaint of buying time. Solved after 2 months
2. Alloy wheel complaint. Solved after 1.5 half month to took to solve the issue.
3. Clutch complaints two time with in 11 months last months paid full amount.

Hope you will take immediate action for the above matter.
