I bought a e2o plus electric car, from mahindra and mahindra in 2017 and from last one and half year my car is in the service center for repair due to multiple issues related performance and electronics.
Every month my car is taken for service to india garage (Bangalore, service center) for repair, but every time when it was returned back it would develop new problems after the service. As per india garage team my car comes under defective or recall serial numbers and the problems in this car are never ending it seems. If you see the list of parts changed till now in my car, then after the warranty period, how can we maintain this car on our own cost. (“ m&m” had claimed that, e2o is a zero maintenance car!!!...)
Also i would like to report that the infotainment system from my car was replaced from blaupunkt to kenwood make under warranty period. The original car infotainment system (Blaupunkt) was with the latest technology and even had car status updates and information. So now an out dated, 20 years old technology music system (Kenwood) is fixed to my car and car status information and navigation system is not available in kenwood system. Initially when i purchased this car, we had paid the cost for the high end technology infotainment system and now it not ethical to fix a low end infotainment system. M&m is famous for reliable automobiles, with an innovative technology and m&m is committed to meet customers’ expectations. Request you to look into this request and fix the infotainment system which has similar features like before (Blaupunkt).
Request to fix the infotainment system which has car status information and navigation system like (Blaupunkt) or it is better to replace my car with the new series e2o car.

As my scorpio no. UK 04 AA 1000was accidentally damaged and I have given to your service center in haldwani on dated 29 th of may 2018 . The car work is done by the company but they are not hand overing to me. kindly resolve the issue .
