I bought a e2o plus electric car, from mahindra and mahindra in 2017 and from last one and half year my car is in the service center for repair due to multiple issues related performance and electronics.
Every month my car is taken for service to india garage (Bangalore, service center) for repair, but every time when it was returned back it would develop new problems after the service. As per india garage team my car comes under defective or recall serial numbers and the problems in this car are never ending it seems. If you see the list of parts changed till now in my car, then after the warranty period, how can we maintain this car on our own cost. (“ m&m” had claimed that, e2o is a zero maintenance car!!!...)
Also i would like to report that the infotainment system from my car was replaced from blaupunkt to kenwood make under warranty period. The original car infotainment system (Blaupunkt) was with the latest technology and even had car status updates and information. So now an out dated, 20 years old technology music system (Kenwood) is fixed to my car and car status information and navigation system is not available in kenwood system. Initially when i purchased this car, we had paid the cost for the high end technology infotainment system and now it not ethical to fix a low end infotainment system. M&m is famous for reliable automobiles, with an innovative technology and m&m is committed to meet customers’ expectations. Request you to look into this request and fix the infotainment system which has similar features like before (Blaupunkt).
Request to fix the infotainment system which has car status information and navigation system like (Blaupunkt) or it is better to replace my car with the new series e2o car.

I bought new thar crde just two week ago
But it has water leak for dash bord and platfom i went to showroom to complaint and they used gum to clos it but it was done badly i requsted to make it solution for it

    My self prof. Rajender nyathi, would like to bring to your notice in the form of complaint that i constantly receive on my mobile
    ([protected]) about the completing general service and demanding to pay the charges of the mahindra xuv 500 vehicle no ap10bd3717., which is not my vehicle at all and how come the service centre (Hyderabad) keep sending, demanding, bothering and irritating me for the service payments time to time?. When i don’t posses any such vehicle with that number.
    It’s very annoying and disturbing and raise my concern of mahindra company and it’s staff’s sincerity and makes me of your staff’s fraudulent/cheating issues with customers.
    I kindly request you to look in to this serious matter and rectify the issue asap.

      According to me as a customer i think that mahindra should stopped production of e-ricksaw & should refund amount to existing e-ricksaw customers by taken back worst e-ricksaw so far in the market. Why choppal scheme runs by political wing bjp only gave mahindra e-ricksaw to the buyers. Because mahindra wants to end up his e-ricksaw previous stock totally defective one by showing welfare scheme for weaker section. Its like wolf in the sheep's skin to my knowledge no one said he or she is satisfied by putting his/her hard earned money on mahindra e-ricksaw mahindra should not forget its glory its golden page history. Rest destruction role playing by its top officers like cms mr. Lokender bhadauria & ccm mr. Rochak rawat towards customers its like "aankon mai duul jokhna"

      If you think of buying mahindra e-alfa mini /e-ricksaw caution:you have to fight for your rights from sales to service no one going to listen your complaints in mahindra. Even mahindra helpline seems helpless in front of mahindra ccm mr. Rochak rawat & all above mahindra gsm mr. Lokender bhadauria so be aware choppal scheme is introduced to help mahindra by selling there a-z failure product e-alfa mini /e-ricksaw or choppal organisers doesn't know about mahindra worst product so far "e-alfa mini/e-ricksaw. As a customer of 2 e-ricksaw of mahindra who knows better than me or before buying please suryey in the market or talk to existing mahindra e-ricksaw customers you will automatically leave your desicion of buying mahindra e-ricksaw
      Caution :mahindra e-ricksaw will be injurious to your health, wealth, mental peace etc...

      As i told you before our both e-ricksaw are standing at inderprastha auto mobiles pvt. Ltd.33, rama road from more than one month due to pleasure of mahindra gsm mr. Lokender bhadauria & inderprastha employee mr. Thakur. As we rejected their offer of only rs.6000 as compensation now mr. Lokender bhaduria blackmailing us by sending notice that take delivery of your both vechicles without any compensation otherwise we levying parking charges on both of you. Great! Nice they show us that mahindra & his employees still believe in dictatorship in the world largest democratic country india. Today i decided now enough is enough so i will definitely e-mail to transport minister delhi govt. As well as to transport minister (Central govt.) no one yet from the past one month approch us from mahindra company to listen our greviences due to their ccm, gsm officers i telephoned at regular intervals to mahindra helpline "mahindra with you hamesha" every time they said sorry for delay & assures very soon you will receive call from senior most official of mahindra or from area office. Only god knows when?

      See how Mahindra along his sole authorised dealer INDERPRASTHA Automobiles PVT .Ltd. 33, rama road refused to open job card even on camera.Because they have full support from MAHINDRA All in one Dictator GSM MR LOKENDER BHADAURIA. ON COMPLAINING MR.LOKENDER BHADAURIA PUT BLAME ON CUSTOMER & HE ALSO NOT INTERESTED TO SEE EVEN PROOF OF EVIDENCE.HOW ! ONE CAN SO IRRESPONSIBLE & that too on High Rank Its REALLY a serious matter of concern atleast new buyers for Mahindra e-ricksaw has to think atleast 1000 times.

      MAHINDRA cheated his e-ricksaw customers by supply out of warranty AMARON battries in its new brand e-ricksaw. How MAHINDRA as we all know a reputed company in auto mobiles sector can do this to his starting valuable customers.We opt for Mahindra e-ricksaw due to mahindra previous reputation /Goodwill We have not get freedom of its e-ricksaw market freedom but still we choose to stand with MAHINDRA.But unfortunately to respect/honour these customers MAHINDRA, ITS GSM MR.LOKENDER BHADAURIA, CCM MR.ROCHAK RAWAT CHEATED, EMBRACE, MOREOVER GIVEN TOO MUCH MENTALLY STRESS TO THEIR CUSTOMERS INSTEAD OF CHANGING FAULTY /DEAD BATTRIES THEY MAKE FOOL THEIR CUSTOMERS BY PUTTING THEIR BATTRIES ON GRAVITY CHARGER. ALAS !SIR GRAVITY CHARGER TEMPERORY improve the battery back up but it effects batteries very badly than why MAHINDRA authorised dealer INDERPRASTHA AUTO MOBILES PVT. LTD.RAMA ROAD USED GRAVITY CHARGER.       Mahindra & its authorised dealer inderprastha play with the lives of their customers & others during trial run of e-ricksaw they authorised drivers to run e-ricksaw on busy road without having e-ricksaw licence. Moreover they compell customers to sit at the back seat.Although enough space on the back side but stillmahindra & inderprastha 2 mechanics sit together at the front seat see in the video of 4/6/2018 its really a serious concern .How willingly one can play with many precious lives.On complaining to gsm mr.Lokender bhadauria& mr.Thakur he as usual support inderprastha & together they put blame on their customer instead of stopping this dangerous practise, on 28/6/2018 too when we met mr.Lokender bhadauria & mr.Thakur at inderprastha service station rama road, that day too same drivers take trial of e-ricksaw in the presence of mr.Lokender bhadauria & mr.Thakur.It shows as e-ricksaw customers usually from poor, backwards class that's why they don't care for their precious lives as according to their mentality poor men life is not valuable otherwise they don't do this to their customers.We can't expect this much none other than mahindra. As you all know rama road is very busy, full of traffic road & even there own mechanics lives too in danger.Mr.Thakur on complaining said it's permissible for mechanics, , they are trained nothing will be happened.How irresponsible thakur is..Hope this will be rectify as soon as possible after all this is the question of somebody life or lives.Please see the video & decided by yourself.

        Dear sir,
        This is to bring to your notice that my car’s ac had not been performing well since last month.
        I had logged in the complaint regarding the same on the 4th of june 2018 to the dealership m/s. Koncept okhla.
        But then due to some family emergency i had to rush out of station. Now when i am back the dealer is asking to purchase additional warranty for 8, 000 or pay for the complete expense for the job i. E. 30, 000. The warranty of my vehicle expired on the 14th june 2018.
        But since my car’s ac had started underperforming well before a month that the warranty was to expire and i had logged in the complaint on the 4th of june, do i need to really purchase the extended warranty? Or pay for the job in complete?
        Request your intervention in the matter at the earliest.

          This is to inform you that i’m a disappointed and harassed buyer of your mahindra xuv500.
          I bought a car from koncept mahindra, m. G road gurgaon, haryana on the name of mr. Rajesh kumar lamba on 26th may, 2018.
          I booked this car on 11th may and wanted a delivery on 26 may. Chass no. - j6a12423.

          After so many problems created by your sales team, i received the car finally on 26th may at 9:50 p. M. Without even pdi and cleaning.
          Scratches on bonutt and white spots on all unpainted and some painted parts of the outside body. But because i have to buy to that car on 26th may only, so after getting confirmation from the showroom dealer, that they will remove all these scratches and whatever the problems are their in the car, they will solve them anytime, you have to just give the car for few hours.
          I took the car at night, next day i had to go somewhere, when i left i realised
          1.ac was not working
          2. Some sounds were coming from dashboard
          3. Mirrors of the windows were giving a hard whistle sound.
          4. Outside smell was coming inside, obviously there was a leakage problem.
          5. Music system was not working.
          6. Inside lights were not working.
          7. The car was full of dust
          8. Scratches on bonnet
          9. Rubber near the glass was scratched.
          10. White dots on the painted and unpainted parts of the exterior body.
          11. A blacklisted fast tag.
          And more were there i don’t even remember.

          So, i handed over the car to your workshop on 29th may and they promised to solve all the problems and will give me the car in 4-5 five hours but later they refused, they gave me the car on 30th may in the evening, and then they refused to give me the job sheet also whatever work they have done in the car. After so much of arguments they agreed to write the works they have done on a blank paper along with their stamp and signature.
          So when i checked only ac was repaired, all other problems were as they were earlier.
          So. After so many of requests and calls they again called my car on 9th june and promised to clear all the issues, but as it became their habit to harass a person on regular basis, i got my car back on 10th june and this time they just removed the sound of the whistle from the mirrors. And yes this time after so mich of arguments, i received a job sheet from them, which i will share with you, whatever work they have done.
          So, again after pleasing so much they again called my car on 25th june and promised to give it back with all the works on 26th june but as its their habit they returned my car, day before yesterday on 27th june.
          Now the scenario is
          1. They removed the scratches from the bonnet along with the paint of the bonett, now its completely dull and looking as i got it painted with a different colour.
          2. The condition of the side dots and white part of the car is same.
          3. They recharged my fast tag with 200 rupees which they promised as your car will be free for a month on all toll gates all over india, now they are saying that 200 will be enough to travel india.
          4. Outside smell is still coming.
          5. And yes this time again they didn’t gave me any job sheet or any letter of work they have done in my car in the three days time.

          I’m a proud owner of your xuv500. Thanks to your sales and service team. Thanks a tone guys. You all made me proud after buying this xuv500.
          I can provide you the signatured paper received as a receipt of work and the job sheet of second time.

          I can’t write more than this, many more things are there, i think this is enough to get it in your notes.

            Please don't waste your precious time by reporting any complaints on mahindra helpline with you hamesha. I complaint on above help line from 5th june approximately since 1 month but they doesn't care so avoid purchasing mahindra failure completely failed product e-alfa mini e-ricksaw although mahindra tried their best to satisfy or rectify his failure regarding e-ricksaw but unfortunately their top officials like mr. Lokender bhuduria (Gsm) & mr. Rochak rawat (Ccm) along with inderprastha top officials like mr. Thakur mr durga parshad & mr. Ravi tries their best to malign the precious goodwill of mahindrs although they are mahind ras employees but act openly against the welfare of mahindra

            Alas!!!

              Me & my wife
              Purchased 2 e-alfa mini e-ricksaw from yiur sole authorised dealer in delhi inderprasta auto mobiles pvt. Ltd.33, rama road from that day our painful journey starts sir we waited approximately 2 months for mahindra e-ricksaw as its then not available as we consider mahindra as a gaint king in auto mobiles industry. But sorry to say sir mahindra has been totally failed in e-ricksaw segment and rest worst role play by mahindra top officers like rochak rawat (Ccm) mr. Lokender bhadauria (Gsm) mr. Thakur (Inderprastha) & mr. Durga parshad (Inderprastha) rochak ji hasn't time for customers although we request them many times sir please meet us we have sufficient evidence how mr. Lokender bhadauria & mr. Thakur harras us deliberately how mr. Lokender bhadauria over ruled his promise/commitment? Why mr. Lokender bhadauria takes one month to replace 2 dead battries sir we complaint on helpline too several times from 5/6/2018 regarding this and requested them please arrange our meeting or phone call by a mahindra officer above mr. Rochak rawat & mr. Lokender bhadauria but sir nothing outcome yet..
              Sir our both e-ricksaws red sanjay manchanda name registered dl 10er1248 & blue simmi manchanda name registered dl10er 1280 are still standing at inderprasta service station from 1month
              Red e-ricksaw is there for battery check up and surprisingly inderprastha has taken 8 days for battery check up and we collect blue e ricksaw battery checkup & report with in 1 hour after fully charged battries

              Sir kindly arrange our meeting with senior officer from mahindra so can we get justice & satisfaction each passing day means a lot for us

              Mr. Lokender bhadauria & mr. Thakur met us on 28/6/2018 & felt sorry for delaying etc they both said its due to mis-understanding sir both promised that the ywill give suitable compensation & will change 2nd dead battery of blue one they changed the battery on 29/6/2018 but now blackmailed us in compensation although they both promised in the meeting how sir officer of the rank of gsm doesn't regards his own commitment & that too on 2nd time? How ccm doesn't meet & see evidence of proofs while we requested them several times?
              Sir we suffers to much by trusting mahindras name we have very much to tell what what problems we faced by purchasing mahindra e-alfa mini e-ricksaw read please

              1. Cracking front body & body available after 2 months and our ricksaw were held up for 2 months no compensation was given yet
              2. Expired out of warranty from amaron dealer side battries has been fitted in all customers vechicles include ours
              3. On complaining of batteries back up they held up our vecihles for 3 days & put them on gravity charger
              4 later we came to know that gravity charger is very harmful for batteries & amaron strictly instructed not the use of gravity charger
              4 front tyre & front brake problem
              5 hood cover torn problem
              6. Unskilled mechanics employed at inderprastha rama road service station we used to go there 4 times atleast to sort out for same problem
              5 deliberately dealying and work thats why they won't opens job card so how much days spend for that particular work wasn't highlighted
              6 ego, attitude, dictatorship problem with higher rank officers like rochak rawat ji, lokender bhadauria ji & from inderprastha mr. Thakur mr. Durga parshad & mr. Ravi

              Sir we felt cheated by trusting & purchasing e-ricksaw of big name "mahindra"
              Hope our nightmare will ends soon

                1.Cracking front body & body available after 2 months and our ricksaw were held up for 2 months no compensation was given yet
                2.Expired out of warranty from amaron dealer side battries has been fitted in all customers vechicles include ours
                3.On complaining of batteries back up they held up our vecihles for 3 days & put them on gravity charger
                4 later we came to know that gravity charger is very harmful for batteries & amaron strictly instructed not the use of gravity charger
                4 front tyre & front brake problem
                5 hood cover torn problem
                6.Unskilled mechanics employed at inderprastha rama road service station we used to go there 4 times atleast to sort out for same problem
                5 deliberately delaying in work thats why they won't opens job card so how much days spend for that particular work wasn't highlighted
                6 ego, attitude, dictatorship problem with higher rank officers like rochak rawat ji, lokender bhadauria ji & from inderprastha mr.Thakur mr.Durga parshad & mr.Ravi

                sir we felt cheated by trusting & purchasing e-ricksaw of big name "mahindra"
                hope our nightmare will ends soon

                  I am totally got frustrated after getting bill for 80k for my brand new XUV and Mahindra claims that it is quite normal to get Clutch and Flywheel damage and need to replace at the maximum 40k kms. It’s the normal for Mahindra product particularly for XUV 500. Replacement of clutch and Flywheel for every 30k kms clearly explains the quality of the Mahindra product.                   My vehicle XUV 500 is in authorized service center for one month. So please don't buy Mahindra & Mahindra cars get into trouble like me. I sent legal notice also but no use till now.

I am not comfortable with the knocking sound from the engine. I visited the service center and the service manager has no justification about the same.                     I have a Mahindra Scorpio 2013 Model. After being driven and the engine is warm, I come to a stand still with the engine still running and whilst idling, I hear a "doef-doef" noise. The noise continues for n few minutes and then goes away.

                          1) i purchased a bolero from sanjay automotive hr 55ac 0696
                          We paid amount in march first week delivery was committed by 10th march. Just before delivery they further delayed the date. The body was also fabricated from dealership. Final delivery was made approx 20th march. But as no rc, permit veh was just kept at our location.
                          2) they took almost a month for arranging permit and rc.
                          3) when chacked rc was made wrong. Instead of close body it was open body.
                          4) we requested for correction, which is not done till date, they provided a slip which is valid till 4th july. This much delay is not acceptable.
                          5) 2 days back our veh stopped in running condition and did not start our driver was out of station near bhilwara rajasthan, where we got the help from mahindra service onsite assistant team. Around 6 hr veh was on highway. Finaly they started the veh and suggested to get it cheacked once we reach at our home town gurgon.
                          6) from today morning we are at sanjay automotive they found the fault. After connecting laptop. Some cable need to replace.
                          7) now they are saying to take back veh as it is condition as the approval is not with them to change the faulty cable.
                          8) even knowing the severity of fault, how can they return the veh with-out solving the problem permanently. Veh can stop at any time.
                          9) the team at sanjay automotive is not at all professional and committed for their job.
                          10) please arrange a call from senior management person, i want to explain some the the nexus of your local dealership.

                            This is to inform you that i rama chandra rath, a customer of mahindra bearing mahindra bolero spl edition, no od 02z 4500, do hereby intimate you that i had taken my vehicle for paid repairing to utkal automobile, pahal, bhubaneswar, odisha. my vehicle was repaired and wheel alignment and balancing was done to it, the most strange part is dat they hadn't tightened the screws to the tyres which led to sudden removal of the tyre in the heart of the city, al though my car was an speed of 30km/he, it was my fortune that i escaped. hence it is ur responsibility how u treat and hear the complainta of the customer. if no such action is taken against the dealer, service advisor then i wl move to the concerned appellate.

                              I purchased XUV 500 W 11 AUTOMATIC (O) from bathinda showroom on 28 Jun 18
                              and within one day found that the wheel alignment /balancing was incorrect and the car was going towards left.
                              Being a reputed company I had expected that the new car would be perfect. I am utterly disappointed.
                              On taking the various next day, the car was checked and the service centre did not have the requisite tools for alignment. They also dirtied the car leather seats.
                              I've demanded for a new piece as the car has undergone repair within two days of delivery and the fault is still not rectified.

                                Hi there my name is andrew syiemiong i am from meghalaya shillong i have purchased a mahindra bolero zlx on the 27/11/2017 but i am sad to say that the service i received was very slow and very bad after making all the vehicle papers in order a bill of rs 702 which was ment for engin coating was taken but no work on engine has been done this i came to know on the 1st free service check up from one of the staffs and again no engine coating was done on inquiry the staff said the coating machine broke down kindly do the needful to such staffs so they do not cheat others thank you

                                    I have recently purchased the subject car on 29th may'2018 from salasar mahindra thane west.
                                    I reported since beginning:
                                    1) faulty in built car deck speaker, needs immediate replacement
                                    2) a/c vent not concealed despite inner air circulation mode. All surrounding foul smell while going through stinky area and high smell of diesel fumes on highway enters into car.
                                    3) poor average not more than 10 km/litre is reported whether in city or on high speed highways.
                                    4) faulty plastic accessories fitted by the accessory section of salasar mahindra, which needed either refund or replacement with quality accessory.

                                    With all these complaints, i am struggling with various sections of salasar mahindra representatives in the showroom as well as in workshop, but no quality response received so far.
                                    Even my car was taken to workshop twice, but no improvement in the above said complaint qualities.

                                      I am devaraj and i am having mahindra quanto car and i gave my car to sri arn motors, thanjavur, tamilnadu, i gave my car for just oil change alone and the the car in good condition and the car smooth to drive before gave for service, now after a week a call came and they said the wiper motor was damaged and after a week they called and said there is a engine problem, then after a week they called and said there is a sound coming from the engine, they changed everything without asking permission to me and i am very disappointed with the service and they are not giving quike response and now they asking me more amount but they gave quatation for lesser amount and the car was in the service center for more than a month and my programes are pending due to the car service delay

                                        I have taken mahindra & mahindra fd of two lac (One lac on 1/3/.18 and one lac on 5/3/18) through icici direct on line mode as advice by your representative. I filled fd form for quarterly interest but on receipt shown me cumulative. I want quarterly interest. The hard copy of fd is also not received till date.
                                        There is no serious follow up by icici direct representative with us for resolving the issues till date.
