We have financed MAH SCORPIO in favour of Sh Jula Mohammad son of Sh Abal Hassan ro yamuna nagar as per the quotation received from KBS MOTORS Pvt LTD VIll Tepla. We have remitted the amount of cost of the vehicle, Insurance and regd to the dealer. Later on we observed that the insurance premium has been issued for the less amount than tha actual amount mentioned in the quotation. The dealer failed to give any satisfactory explaination. please look into the matter. However, we reserve our right to lodge a complaint against the dealer at an appropriate forum.

    I had a problem of jerks which have been there in my car for about a month... After which i complained it to your service centre in ks motors pvt ltd jaipur.
    When we reached there with the car they inspected it and directly said to us that the injector of the car is faulty will which need to be changed... Which are about 32000 per unit... And the car has 5 set of injectors in it... So we said that the car is under shield warranty that we took after the end of official warranty was over... So they reinspected the car for about 15 days and then they simply gave us the car back saying that injectors are ok there was a house pipe issue... So they have fixed it now and the car will run smoothly... We belived on there words and
    Without any hesitation we took the car...
    Just after few days the car started to give the same problem... So we took bacj the car and now its been like 40 days and we are not at all getting and responce by your team and staff.. They are just giving us unreasnable excuses like part is not availabe... Its has been ordered etc... On top of it they are asking us for charges also...

      We requested to make a duplicate key for our xuv500. We ordered this on 7/05/18 reciept no. 1106. They asked to pay 3000 rs. For that key. We were told the key will come in a month. We got that key and even we paid the said amount. After that we were asked to bring the vehicle to the showroom for pairing up the key. Now for pairing up they are asking us to pay 2000 rs. More. This whole conversation was done with mrs. Sarita ma'am. This is not the correct way. Please take the necessary actions regarding this. Do update me regarding the matter on my e-mail [protected]@gmail.com.

        I own one xuv 500, vehicle no kl 7 ce 9527 bought from tvs mahindra cochin maradu. Just did service for 30000 km. (Did before reachn 29500 km)
        I reside here in cochin, i had to travel to trivandrum as i had sme consultation, am a dentist. On the way when turning the vehicle strtd listening a knocking sound. So showd the vehicle in tvs mahindra service centre @ tvm. There they found that gear differential something is broken. A complaint i have never heard before for any other car. Atleast not for a car driven below 75k km. Here my car yet to reach to 30 k kms. They havent given a loaner car. And they r saying, to correct my car they ll take atleast one month. I need a car. Any car is ok bt i need one. When i call the service centre either they wont take the call otherwise they ll say some lame excuses.
        Please do the needful.

          We are to inform you that we purchased the vehicle mahindra quanto c8 bs4 7str from m/s. Utkal automobiles ltd, s3/61, mancheswar industrial estate bhubaneswar (Authorised dealer of mahindra and mahindra ltd) on 31.10.2016 by paying a price of rs.9, 42, 221/-on road. The vehicle was registered with rto bhubaneswar. The chassis no. Of the vehicle is ma1yg2huxf2f41753 & engine no. Of the vehicle is huf6f12711. It’s registration no. Is od33k3275. The vehicle developed some problem which was repaired on 24.4.2018 in utkal automobiles pvt. Ltd, workshop, bhubaneswar. Recently the engine started giving problem and the vehicle has been put into utkal automobiles workshop on 6th june, 2018 for repairs. We are told by the officials that the vehicle is having major engine problem which is to be identified by your expert and thereafter the repair work will take place.
          This is to bring to your notice that the engine has developed snag during the warranty period which is unfortunate. We request you to kindly look into this matter and instruct the authorities to set right the problem and take steps to repair the vehicle as early as possible. The vehicle belongs to engineering college, as you know this is the peak season for admission and in absence of the vehicle we are facing lot of problems for hauling the students and the parents who are coming for admission into the college.
          As the engine is under warranty, we expect that suitable repair work/replacement should be done without any expenses to the college. It may not be out of place to mention that the vehicle was also covered under extra warranty for 4 years and we paid fees for the same as demanded by m/s. Utkal automobiles.
          Your expeditious action in this matter is highly solicited.

            One of my car speaker is not working properly and person from the dealer cum service center are not resolving it by telling it is due equalizer.
            Untrained and unskilled workers are here, and they start arguing instead of resolving the problem.
            The told me to play music on very low sound, then why are mahindra providing the speakers if i can't play music at audible sound.
            Want quick action because one of my complaint is already pending because the dealer provided me a wrong key which even don't unlock my car.

              My car xuv 500 was brought only in august 2016. Mhk47 8644. Car has run only 10.000 kms and before completion of the second year this 19 lac worth machinery, model being the highest variant w10 broke down in the middle of a highway. Mahindra nbs goregaon claims it is a clutch issue. I have had other brands of cars but none which have broken down within 24 months. Shouldn't the company reimburse this? A search on internet (Unfortunately i should have done this before) reveals many clutch issue complaints and even a friend of mine has had this. So please take it up with the company and provide a resolution. Apparently there is a 3 year warranty on few things but not for the real problem.

                  Greetings, wish all fine at your end. Sir I am a proud owner of the above said vehicle and t is with me for the last four years and has given me good service. Only on the mileage part it has not kept up to its mark as claimed (17.5 Km per litre) on an average it gives me 9.5-10. Also would like to thank Dr. Pawan Goenka who was behind building the car.

                  I felt bad when I met with an accident during the last week of April and my vehicle was damaged. Luckily non of my family members were injured in the accident. Thanks for the build quality of the vehicle. To my surprise when we met with the accident the bonnet opened up and closed the windscreen, the safety mechanism in the car did not get deployed (Air Bags), not sure if the Air Bag are faulty or there are no Air Bags in the car. At 120 km per hour an accident occurs don't understand why the Air Bags did not get activate. I have given my vehicle at Automotive workshop Uppal, Hyderabad for repairs, when I asked the service engineer he mentioned that the sensor to deploy the air bag is on the left fender of the car and the impact was head on it did not activate, I feel the explanation is absurd and explains if the impact was on the side it would have activated. I would request your good offices to take care in rectifying the vehicle and inspect before delivering and not not make a hole in my pocket, with lot of savings I have purchased the car.

                  I love XUV-500, I have seen the new model 2018, I personally feel there is a design flaw.

                  XUV-500 design inspired from cheetah- but the front grill looks like the cheetah is wearing braces for its teeth or broke its teeth in a fight. Your team could have maintained the same design and adding a lower jaw design to the existing from grill.
                  The head lights are inspired from the eyes of cheetah the design team team could have put some thoughts to it by having the DRL above the main headlights it would look like the eyebrows and the main headlamp with some mild yellow tint or a black dot would have looked like real eyes of the animal from whom the design was inspired.
                  The sun roof is placed above the first two seats (driver and co passenger) who would not be really using/enjoying, kids in the second row would enjoy and would like to stand and enjoy the fresh air. In most of the luxury cars the sun roof span across the second row for the people to enjoy, probably in your next version to can expand the sun roof.
                  As part of the safety you still have only 2 air bags and 6 air bags in top end. The vehicle comes under luxury segment the safety feature should be standard feature across all variants and probably 7 in in top end.
                  The fuel should cut off automatically when the vehicle meets with accident so that further causality is avoided.

                  These are some my thoughts on the vehicle. Looking forward to hearing from your end.

                    I have purchased one mahindra kuv100nxt 6+ form east africa motors godhara very recenly. The dealer promised to send me body cover later which is still not delivered yest even after 15 days of purchase, one important is that the dealer supplied me only one set of keys out of which only one key has remote function, the second set of key with remote function is not supplied what is the policy of the mahindra company this respect? Am i not entitled to have a second set please explain immediately.

S motors mahindra, udaipur, rajasthan they dont response properly. Thare is in a madam with named sunita, she always add big amount in bill in the of problem but still problem not resolve after that i again visit to company madam not response and also have very bad behaviour with customer.

                        This is very surprising to me that i have purchased new kuv 100 from your delear ci mahindra jinsi bhopal. From the very first day i purchased this car their is some issue in vacume modulater i reached your service station thrise a time each time they replace with new equipment. Now my warenty is going to end in this month only so i need permanent resolution for the same.

                          We beg to submit your good office that we purchased a mahindra bolero maxi truck from your authorized dealer m/s arun kumar jai kumar located at partapur, delhi road, meerut 250103 during oct’17. The vehicle has wearing registration no. Up 15 dt 1988 and chases no. …………

                          The vehicle was taken for the local transportation with in the meerut region but even the vehicle performance has been reported very poor and abnormal running defects time and again. Through the first service was carried out at 5000 km run on 26/02/2018. And immediately after the first service the clutch system has been suddenly defective and the failed in operation and when our operator/ staff has conveyed this problem to your dealer at the same time but no any help was provided to us and vehicle got repaired and clutch plates changed outside.

                          Besides the vehicle again reported for the defect of its self assembling failure on 16/05/2018 and it was tochen and send to your authorized dealer for the repair and replacement of the assembling but the vehicle remains in your workshop for about two days and the assembling got repairded instead of replacement.
                          The vehicle hardly run around 7000 kms. As on date. And the mechanical system of the vehicle such as breaks, clutch and staring system etc and vehicle has been found abnormal as reported by our operators
                          But the your dealer did not attaned the defects satisfactory.

                          Under the prevealing circumcstances we have no option to take either to surrender the vehicle to you or what to do. We are once again to pained to inform your good office to kindly intervene into the matter and arrange the replacement of the vehicle or replacement of the assamblies on foc bases.

                          Kindly take immediate action in the matter and expedite accordingly.

                              I am shyamsundar, I have ur kuv 1OO delivered on august 2016. My vehicle no is ka09 mc4785. From the time of purchase to till date car is not in good condition . U have given 2 yrs of warranty, but I have spent 25000 rs to maintaining. Why this happening still now also car dash board shows so many problems why?. Service in india garage is not good. It is worst service center . Due to negligence and worst service of india garage and names comes to mahindra & mahindra company.

                              Please analyze properly and make service by good technicians .

                                Dear team,

                                I am kasiraman, 39 years old, owning xuv 500 w-10 automatic, i bought this car in anant car show room, bannerghata, bangalore.

                                My car no is ka-03 na - na 0777, date of purchase - september 2016.

                                So far i have driven 53000 kms. I did all car service only with mahindra authorised show room only till today. I was really happy for the brand which i am using till may 31st 7 pm.

                                Myself and family (Parents and wife & kids) were going to tripathy from bangalore thru hosur, krishnagiri vellore, chitoor & tripathy for darshan. Thus my father is 74years old he had wish to go there and specially this is his 50th year continuously he is travelling to tripathy.

                                After we crossed krishnagiri, rain started at 6.55 pm, i was crusing the car on the krishnagiri - chennai highway (Which is high speed and traffic road). Suddenly @ 7pm the car was stopped on the highway flyover (Centre of the flyover) with big sound & all lights blinking, i was unable to turn the vehicle to a corner to stop and understand why it got stopped. All passengers were panicked why car was stopped on the highway and behind all vehicles were in high speed and they were unable to control to go to other side of the my vehicle. Fortunately by parents blessings nothing happened to us.

                                With help of others i managed to pushed the car in one side of the road (From the fly over middle to corner lane). Immediately i called mr. Sankameshwaran (Gm - service, sks automobiles, salem) and explained about the issue he advised me not to panic and send his team to rectify the issue. Service team reached in 45 minutes and started working on that issue.

                                Same time myself and my family (Dad -74 years, mom 65 years, kids boy 10 and girl 5 and wife) were standing out in the heavy rain for 3 hours. At 10.30 pm service team said sorry sir vehicle wont be ready at this time and they said we need take the vehicle to show room and get it repaired. I spoke to mr. Sankameshwaran gm again and he assured me to help me out and he did it as well. I took a cab and stayed in a hotel at night then i went to tirpathy. After reaching destination my father fainted and we admitted him in hospital. Doctor said he is tensed and he is unable to accept the incident what happened to you guys while coming to tripathy. Then without seeing darshan we came back to bangalore.

                                Because i am using xuv 500 top end car i got punished like this. No idea what to say??

                                Following queries is there in my mind. I need clarifications from team mahindra.

                                1. We are buying luxury cars for our safety and comfort but here both i lost. Forget about comfort but safety is very important which is not there, i lost the full confidence about the car which i own (Xuv 500 w 10 automatic). I discussed the same with my friend who works in over drive & top gear they were astonished to here the incident happened to us.

                                2. Just imagine on the highway it got stopped by chance behind car might hit us means all o[censored]s would have died now. (Unable to imagine)

                                3. Now i am unable to understand what should i do now. I am scared to touch the car again in my life time.

                                I understand this is peculiar case for mahindra xuv 500 w 10 automatic, but unfortunately it happened to me.

                                I am doubting that am i cheated with refurbished car or bad quality car or etc i donno. Request you help me.

                                I lost the confidence to drive the car again in my life time..

                                  We cmw co2 technoloiges purchased bolero pick up on 14.4.2018 and hardly used 1 week, vehicle is over heating hence we showed g3 dombivali authorised service centre. They said we need to check the vehicle leave it here and we will come back to you once problem rectified now this was going on from last 1 month. Your g3 service centre is very very bad they are not giving any feed back when can get our vehicle back.

                                  This is very very bad experience with mahindra & mahindra, either infinty showroom - ghatkopar or service centre are able to sort out the issue.

                                  We are facing heavy losses due to nonavailability of this vehicle, every day we are hiring vehicle from out side @ 15000/- per day, who will bear this expenses.

                                    My vehicle no.TN 46 T 2158 xylo t board([protected]).I had temperature rise complaint and serviced in Shiva automobile.but I am not satisfied with your service I had delivery by 31/05/18 but on next day I faced a problem on diesel filter it was not fitted properly and I had a big leak in it due to not tighted with spanners and today (05/06/18) once again it occurred with heavy glow of diesel nearly my full tank diesel drained and I had lose of 4000k by diesel and I called rsa and towed it to my nearest service centre Perambalur Shiva automobile.technicians said that pressure pump is not fitted properly.I gave my car for nearly 1 month in your service centre but it's all waste of time and money .now they are telling it my take minimum 4 days to rectify this problem .my family runs with fare of the car and I am paying emi without running the car.I am having every videos of this complaint and I will attach it for your clarrification.

                                      Shivnath automobile service center people are much slower then tortoise. They call me at 10 am morning that technician has been sent for services my vehicle cg07bd7267 (Supro) and cg07bd7265 (Jeeto) but till 3:30 pm the technician not reach there destination and the service employee are dump or shivnath automobile not provide the better phone to listen complain of any customer

                                        I purchased my xuv500 last year model. W9
                                        Reg no pb02 dk 8008 from universal. Motors amritsar. Had an accident on 7th feb
                                        Front portion including some parts of engine bonnet ac front head lights bumper all. Were damaged
                                        I was assured around two months time by the body shop at universal. Motors amritsar
                                        I went there to ask them about the repair and how. Much work is. Pending on april mid. They told me it wil. Tak around 3 to 4 weeks more ul. Get ur car by 10th of. May
                                        Nw its been 3 to 4 weeks m. Caling them asking them abt the car, they told me dey got all of. It repaired but ac full complete set is not available anywhere near by... I told them to kindly get it available as soon as. Possible but they told. Me. They have mailed there main. Office in pune soo. Many times but they are delaying it
                                        This is such a # harassment
                                        Should i go to pune or where evr there main office is to make it available
