Dashboard damaged and louse... This my horable experience with Mahindra and Mahindra... I purchase Mahindra thar 2 days before only. Today date is 05 06 2018...this thing I didn't accept from my favorite Mahindra...

    I am shyamsundar, I have ur kuv 1OO delivered on august 2016. My vehicle no is ka09 mc4785. From the time of purchase to till date car is not in good condition . U have given 2 yrs of warranty, but I have spent 25000 rs to maintaining. Why this happening still now also car dash board shows so many problems why?. Service in india garage is not good. It is worst service center . Due to negligence and worst service of india garage and names comes to mahindra & mahindra company.
    I will attach dash board photo copy here.
    Please analyze properly and make service by good technicians .
    I hope u will consider and please give me justice.

      Dear team,

      I am kasiraman, 39 years old, owning xuv 500 w-10 automatic, i bought this car in anant car show room, bannerghata, bangalore.

      My car no is ka-03 na - na 0777, date of purchase - september 2016.

      So far i have driven 53000 kms. I did all car service only with mahindra authorised show room only till today. I was really happy for the brand which i am using till may 31st 7 pm.

      Myself and family (Parents and wife & kids) were going to tripathy from bangalore thru hosur, krishnagiri vellore, chitoor & tripathy for darshan. Thus my father is 74years old he had wish to go there and specially this is his 50th year continuously he is travelling to tripathy.

      After we crossed krishnagiri, rain started at 6.55 pm, i was crusing the car on the krishnagiri - chennai highway (Which is high speed and traffic road). Suddenly @ 7pm the car was stopped on the highway flyover (Centre of the flyover) with big sound & all lights blinking, i was unable to turn the vehicle to a corner to stop and understand why it got stopped. All passengers were panicked why car was stopped on the highway and behind all vehicles were in high speed and they were unable to control to go to other side of the my vehicle. Fortunately by parents blessings nothing happened to us.

      With help of others i managed to pushed the car in one side of the road (From the fly over middle to corner lane). Immediately i called mr. Sankameshwaran (Gm - service, sks automobiles, salem) and explained about the issue he advised me not to panic and send his team to rectify the issue. Service team reached in 45 minutes and started working on that issue.

      Same time myself and my family (Dad -74 years, mom 65 years, kids boy 10 and girl 5 and wife) were standing out in the heavy rain for 3 hours. At 10.30 pm service team said sorry sir vehicle wont be ready at this time and they said we need take the vehicle to show room and get it repaired. I spoke to mr. Sankameshwaran gm again and he assured me to help me out and he did it as well. I took a cab and stayed in a hotel at night then i went to tirpathy. After reaching destination my father fainted and we admitted him in hospital. Doctor said he is tensed and he is unable to accept the incident what happened to you guys while coming to tripathy. Then without seeing darshan we came back to bangalore.

      Because i am using xuv 500 top end car i got punished like this. No idea what to say??

      Following queries is there in my mind. I need clarifications from team mahindra.

      1. We are buying luxury cars for our safety and comfort but here both i lost. Forget about comfort but safety is very important which is not there, i lost the full confidence about the car which i own (Xuv 500 w 10 automatic). I discussed the same with my friend who works in over drive & top gear they were astonished to here the incident happened to us.

      2. Just imagine on the highway it got stopped by chance behind car might hit us means all o[censored]s would have died now. (Unable to imagine)

      3. Now i am unable to understand what should i do now. I am scared to touch the car again in my life time.

      I understand this is peculiar case for mahindra xuv 500 w 10 automatic, but unfortunately it happened to me.

      I am doubting that am i cheated with refurbished car or bad quality car or etc i donno. Request you help me.

      I lost the confidence to drive the car again in my life time..

        We cmw co2 technoloiges purchased bolero pick up on 14.4.2018 and hardly used 1 week, vehicle is over heating hence we showed g3 dombivali authorised service centre. They said we need to check the vehicle leave it here and we will come back to you once problem rectified now this was going on from last 1 month. Your g3 service centre is very very bad they are not giving any feed back when can get our vehicle back.

        This is very very bad experience with mahindra & mahindra, either infinty showroom - ghatkopar or service centre are able to sort out the issue.

        We are facing heavy losses due to nonavailability of this vehicle, every day we are hiring vehicle from out side @ 15000/- per day, who will bear this expenses.

          My vehicle no.TN 46 T 2158 xylo t board([protected]).I had temperature rise complaint and serviced in Shiva automobile.but I am not satisfied with your service I had delivery by 31/05/18 but on next day I faced a problem on diesel filter it was not fitted properly and I had a big leak in it due to not tighted with spanners and today (05/06/18) once again it occurred with heavy glow of diesel nearly my full tank diesel drained and I had lose of 4000k by diesel and I called rsa and towed it to my nearest service centre Perambalur Shiva automobile.technicians said that pressure pump is not fitted properly.I gave my car for nearly 1 month in your service centre but it's all waste of time and money .now they are telling it my take minimum 4 days to rectify this problem .my family runs with fare of the car and I am paying emi without running the car.I am having every videos of this complaint and I will attach it for your clarrification.

              I purchased my xuv500 last year model. W9
              Reg no pb02 dk 8008 from universal. Motors amritsar. Had an accident on 7th feb
              Front portion including some parts of engine bonnet ac front head lights bumper all. Were damaged
              I was assured around two months time by the body shop at universal. Motors amritsar
              I went there to ask them about the repair and how. Much work is. Pending on april mid. They told me it wil. Tak around 3 to 4 weeks more ul. Get ur car by 10th of. May
              Nw its been 3 to 4 weeks m. Caling them asking them abt the car, they told me dey got all of. It repaired but ac full complete set is not available anywhere near by... I told them to kindly get it available as soon as. Possible but they told. Me. They have mailed there main. Office in pune soo. Many times but they are delaying it
              This is such a # harassment
              Should i go to pune or where evr there main office is to make it available
              This is what u provide in the name of service
              U hav opened a big mahindra network
              U cant even get a customer satisfied with ur service.

                Our mahindra kuv100 went for service yesterday. Whole day we were not informed anything about it like what is happening, is the issues are being solved or not, or how much time will it take.
                And now after 1 and half day, the car has returned. But it is same as before. No issue had solved. It is in the same position as before.
                Now we are contacting the wazirpur centre but not getting any response. Till now also, our requirements have not been fulfilled. Now i have received a call saying that you have to contact rd company regarding that. But as we have purchase the car from the mahindra wazirpur showroom, so its their duty to provide us services. Unfortunately, they are failing in their duties. Its such a long time, since they are not providing us services.

                  On 26 march 2018 i buy a new car mahindara kuv100 next k8 model.
                  It was bought from jhalwar, rajasthan.

                  On 26 may 2018 i was in indore, madhya pradesh and suddenly car started getting hot and ac also giving hot air.
                  Then i go to nearest authorised mahindra workshop and they said coolant pipe is leaking. At that time i didn't have service book so they give me a bill of worth 1463 ruppes.
                  Now my question is that if my car comes under warranty then why should i need to pay just because of i don't have service book.
                  Right now i have my service book and i asked to my local authorised mahindra workshop from where i bought the car about this issue and they refused to return money that i had paid at indore.

                  Please look into this matter and refund me that money.

                    I feel that i have made some kind of mistake by purchasing your vehicle. This vehicle hp09a 4667, was purchased from gurgaon and registered in hp. From the very beginning some or other thing keeps happening and we have to visit your service station.
                    1. Vehicle is with sri durga automobile rama rd, delhi since 2, 6, 18 morning as engine was making noise and sometimes suddenly the pick up goes very low and then it will get corrected itself. Till today, pankaj sharma is not able to give any answer.

                    2, this vehicle was taken to this workshop about 1 month ago with same problem and were told that testing material will come in 10 days and then they will call, no call came. This problem is from the beginning when we bought it.

                    3. Steering wheel problem happened in dec, 2017, rectified at shimla, after i was able to bring this vehicle to shimla after much difficulty - appears manufacturing defect
                    4. Within 6 months of purchase, in 2016, break oil finished - again some manufacturing defect.

                    I want to know if mahindra will be able to rectify these manufacturing defects once for all or we have to suffer

                      This is with bring to your notice that i have purchased the new xuv 500 w9 car in the month of mar'2018. There are sounding in the gear lever while change the gear and in ac. I had complained in mahindra services center but i have not received any communication from their side. I think it's bad experiences of my life to purchase the xuv 5oo w9. It's a totally waste of money.
                      I hope that the problem will be resolved soon.
                      If it is not happen like that so i will be post on social media as like facebook and twitter with mahindra ceo.

                            In mostly tuv300, tyre spin problem on offroad driving, then why company don't recall car for fix the problem.
                            I also have t8 model which is in guaranty period. I worbly disuss this matter with your ks automobile sirohi (Under udaipur) center but they inform that its normal problem, and now i check that in review about tuv300, its company fault and by change kit it will work properly on offroad.

                            My question is : -
                            1. Its free to fix the problem.

                              I wish to complain about my mahindra rexton rx7 that i purchased in 2013 through m/s sireesh auto pvt ltd., bangalore for rs. 25, 00, 000/- (Approx.).
                              I am complaining because every time the car is sent for any repairs or replacement of parts, there is always denial and delay in procurement of the parts giving reasons like the parts are not available or the manufacturer is not supplying the parts anymore.
                              Lately i am facing a problem with the boot door lock and symbol of airbag is been constantly appearing signaling something, so the mechanic inspected my vehicle and agreed to fix the problem, however, when i collected the vehicle and started using it again, the problem still persisted. Again the vehicle was sent with the same issue but this time they promised to procure the part, now after 15 days they are denying and giving lame reasons for not addressing the issue. This has irked me immensely, reason being that your service provider sireesh auto is underperforming to the expectations of its customers. A unsatisfied customer may not keep the company in his good books in-spite of mahindra & mahindra ltd. Being such a popular automotive sector.
                              I believe that this response is unfair because i rely on my car for transport and apart from the inconvenience caused physically and emotionally. I would appreciate it if you could organize to fix the issue with the service provider.
                              I look forward to settling this matter amicably. If, however, the matter is not satisfactorily resolved by 10 days, i will consider taking further action to resolve the complaint either through the department of commerce or through the courts.

                                We buy fresh tuv300 manual transmission silver dated 14/5/18 from astro india baribrahmana jammu & with few day it cant take pick up.
                                When we go to service station they says that they need to replace its turbo parts
                                We invest 10lac on this and instantly it need replacement,
                                Kindly replace the faulty vehicle with new one
                                It goes very bad impression to mahindra

                                  This is regarding a test drive which was scheduled for today morning (31.05.18). I haven't received any call from ur side, i called [protected] from which i received a call earlier and spoke to miss smita and she replied she wasn't aware of any test drive. This is highly unprofessional and unapologetic from a company like mahindra to offer such poor services to a customer who has reported late for work only for a. Test drive.. I would no longer be interested in being a mahindra customer who can't keep up. To their commitments..

                                    I met with an accident last week while driving from dehradun to haridwar, unfortunately the airbags did not deployed. Due to this issue, myself and my brother got multiple injuries and also brings a question about mahindra’s quality in my mind.
                                    The service manager mr. Sonam khanna advice us that air bags only deployed on the
                                    Time of major accident or when your car will in condition of total loss.
                                    Nobody can able to give a satisfaction answer, without any survey of car they give us review.
                                    Mahindra And Mahindra customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                      I bought tuv t10 on 31jan which has steering mounted control which is not working from day 1st i have logged complain so many times in mahendra portal there is no follow up and no solution. I am left with escalation and tired of visiting to service center since they have deliver the faulty vechile so they have to repair it, they should not ask us sto come again and again to service centre i live at chhatrpur they are telling us to come to satna who will pay charge for that they should bear the expense and get it done eventhough i have travelled twice satna to my own expense but no solution

                                        Our scorpio, regn. No. Wb-26t-4749 was travelling from ecopark to airport when it stalled and the engine got locked without warning. We took the car to the designated workshop where we were presented with an estimate of rs. 83, 200/- plus taxes. Subsequently, after two days, we received a phone from sh. Bidhyadhar nayak of mohan motors stating the cost would now be rs.1, 80, 000/- plus taxes although the engine was yet to be opened and the service center was trying to prepare our mind for any expenses that the can bill on the pretext of engine lock. On seeking clarification, we were told that this was an assumption and not the actual cost.

                                        We had given the car for its maintenance last december 2017 to the mohan motor workshop. We paid rs. 25, 000/- for this. What has surprised us is that the car should stall as it did, just few months after (And only running a further 7610 kms.) getting full service done from your workshop where it is assumed that all changes, rectifications, if any, were done.

                                        The car has since been with mohan motors workshop. Again, the various estimates given to us were done even without opening the car/engine. This seems very unprofessional.

                                        We have consistently put our trust and confidence on mohan motors for all our car needs since last few years. We have purchased 18 mahindra vehicles from mohan motors based on this mutual trust and confidence and we had at least expected some degree of professionalism and understanding of the situation.

                                        Despite, our endeavors to explain our part, your representatives have not been sympathetic to our point of view and left us with no recourse but to communicate with you directly. We have received a call from hyderabad from mohan motor customer satisfaction center[protected]. We had relayed the same complaint to them as well. This was on[protected] at 4.11 pm. They promised to have a survey team to evaluate the survey team which would get back in touch with us. But till date we, have not received any sort of information.

                                        We have purchased many vehicles from mahindra through the partners, prasanna kumar roy and kajal soni roy and have been dealing with you for many years for our vehicle needs.

                                        We request you to please, let have a fair deal regards the above case.

                                        We had purchased TUV 300 vehicle from India carriage bearing vehicle No TN 13 M 3258 . body fittings is very worst. And mileage is around 10Km/ Ltr. No one attending this complaint
