Our mahindra kuv100 went for service yesterday. Whole day we were not informed anything about it like what is happening, is the issues are being solved or not, or how much time will it take.
And now after 1 and half day, the car has returned. But it is same as before. No issue had solved. It is in the same position as before.
Now we are contacting the wazirpur centre but not getting any response. Till now also, our requirements have not been fulfilled. Now i have received a call saying that you have to contact rd company regarding that. But as we have purchase the car from the mahindra wazirpur showroom, so its their duty to provide us services. Unfortunately, they are failing in their duties. Its such a long time, since they are not providing us services.

    On 26 march 2018 i buy a new car mahindara kuv100 next k8 model.
    It was bought from jhalwar, rajasthan.

    On 26 may 2018 i was in indore, madhya pradesh and suddenly car started getting hot and ac also giving hot air.
    Then i go to nearest authorised mahindra workshop and they said coolant pipe is leaking. At that time i didn't have service book so they give me a bill of worth 1463 ruppes.
    Now my question is that if my car comes under warranty then why should i need to pay just because of i don't have service book.
    Right now i have my service book and i asked to my local authorised mahindra workshop from where i bought the car about this issue and they refused to return money that i had paid at indore.

    Please look into this matter and refund me that money.
    I have attached my rc, bill and insurance papers.

      I feel that i have made some kind of mistake by purchasing your vehicle. This vehicle hp09a 4667, was purchased from gurgaon and registered in hp. From the very beginning some or other thing keeps happening and we have to visit your service station.
      1. Vehicle is with sri durga automobile rama rd, delhi since 2, 6, 18 morning as engine was making noise and sometimes suddenly the pick up goes very low and then it will get corrected itself. Till today, pankaj sharma is not able to give any answer.

      2, this vehicle was taken to this workshop about 1 month ago with same problem and were told that testing material will come in 10 days and then they will call, no call came. This problem is from the beginning when we bought it.

      3. Steering wheel problem happened in dec, 2017, rectified at shimla, after i was able to bring this vehicle to shimla after much difficulty - appears manufacturing defect
      4. Within 6 months of purchase, in 2016, break oil finished - again some manufacturing defect.

      I want to know if mahindra will be able to rectify these manufacturing defects once for all or we have to suffer

        Dear team,

        This is with bring to your notice that i have purchased the new xuv 500 w9 car in the month of mar'2018. There are sounding in the gear lever while change the gear and in ac. I had complained in mahindra services center but i have not received any communication from their side. I think it's bad experiences of my life to purchase the xuv 5oo w9. It's a totally waste of money.
        I hope that the problem will be resolved soon.
        If it is not happen like that so i will be post on social media as like facebook and twitter with mahindra ceo.

          I am prem kumar, owner of xuv car no hr 51 bh 8372, aprox 6 month before purchase, 3 days before ac not working in car, when i talk to united automobiles faridabad, i send car for problen checkup, person saying that we taken 3 days for checking, we delivered car after 3 days, next day my planning to go out of delho, so we takn back car and i send in market ac machanic and he do this within one hour, he taken 1500,
          What benefit for your show room, please take action against uniteed automobiles sales and service department, he only know about sales after sale no service given,

            Poor organisation with customer
            Customer interaction is very poor don’t hav manners to speak with customer one mr. Arun in ambattur zulaika service centre last two years before ma. At xuv 500 met with accident on the right hand so i left ma car in zulaika now i couldn’t find ma chassis number in engine so i asked them they are saying v forget and wil do it for u and they made me wait for 5 hours from morning 9:00am

              In mostly tuv300, tyre spin problem on offroad driving, then why company don't recall car for fix the problem.
              I also have t8 model which is in guaranty period. I worbly disuss this matter with your ks automobile sirohi (Under udaipur) center but they inform that its normal problem, and now i check that in review about tuv300, its company fault and by change kit it will work properly on offroad.

              My question is : -
              1. Its free to fix the problem.
              2. Can i contact to any mahindra showroom to fix it

                I wish to complain about my mahindra rexton rx7 that i purchased in 2013 through m/s sireesh auto pvt ltd., bangalore for rs. 25, 00, 000/- (Approx.).
                I am complaining because every time the car is sent for any repairs or replacement of parts, there is always denial and delay in procurement of the parts giving reasons like the parts are not available or the manufacturer is not supplying the parts anymore.
                Lately i am facing a problem with the boot door lock and symbol of airbag is been constantly appearing signaling something, so the mechanic inspected my vehicle and agreed to fix the problem, however, when i collected the vehicle and started using it again, the problem still persisted. Again the vehicle was sent with the same issue but this time they promised to procure the part, now after 15 days they are denying and giving lame reasons for not addressing the issue. This has irked me immensely, reason being that your service provider sireesh auto is underperforming to the expectations of its customers. A unsatisfied customer may not keep the company in his good books in-spite of mahindra & mahindra ltd. Being such a popular automotive sector.
                I believe that this response is unfair because i rely on my car for transport and apart from the inconvenience caused physically and emotionally. I would appreciate it if you could organize to fix the issue with the service provider.
                I look forward to settling this matter amicably. If, however, the matter is not satisfactorily resolved by 10 days, i will consider taking further action to resolve the complaint either through the department of commerce or through the courts.

                  We buy fresh tuv300 manual transmission silver dated 14/5/18 from astro india baribrahmana jammu & with few day it cant take pick up.
                  When we go to service station they says that they need to replace its turbo parts
                  We invest 10lac on this and instantly it need replacement,
                  Kindly replace the faulty vehicle with new one
                  It goes very bad impression to mahindra

                    This is regarding a test drive which was scheduled for today morning (31.05.18). I haven't received any call from ur side, i called [protected] from which i received a call earlier and spoke to miss smita and she replied she wasn't aware of any test drive. This is highly unprofessional and unapologetic from a company like mahindra to offer such poor services to a customer who has reported late for work only for a. Test drive.. I would no longer be interested in being a mahindra customer who can't keep up. To their commitments..

                      With complete disappointment, i would like to bring to your notice, issue related to deployment of air bags at the time of need.

                      I met with an accident last week while driving from dehradun to haridwar, unfortunately the airbags did not deployed. Due to this issue, myself and my brother got multiple injuries and also brings a question about mahindra’s quality in my mind.
                      The service manager mr. Sonam khanna advice us that air bags only deployed on the
                      Time of major accident or when your car will in condition of total loss.
                      Nobody can able to give a satisfaction answer, without any survey of car they give us review.

                        I bought tuv t10 on 31jan which has steering mounted control which is not working from day 1st i have logged complain so many times in mahendra portal there is no follow up and no solution. I am left with escalation and tired of visiting to service center since they have deliver the faulty vechile so they have to repair it, they should not ask us sto come again and again to service centre i live at chhatrpur they are telling us to come to satna who will pay charge for that they should bear the expense and get it done eventhough i have travelled twice satna to my own expense but no solution

                          Our scorpio, regn. No. Wb-26t-4749 was travelling from ecopark to airport when it stalled and the engine got locked without warning. We took the car to the designated workshop where we were presented with an estimate of rs. 83, 200/- plus taxes. Subsequently, after two days, we received a phone from sh. Bidhyadhar nayak of mohan motors stating the cost would now be rs.1, 80, 000/- plus taxes although the engine was yet to be opened and the service center was trying to prepare our mind for any expenses that the can bill on the pretext of engine lock. On seeking clarification, we were told that this was an assumption and not the actual cost.

                          We had given the car for its maintenance last december 2017 to the mohan motor workshop. We paid rs. 25, 000/- for this. What has surprised us is that the car should stall as it did, just few months after (And only running a further 7610 kms.) getting full service done from your workshop where it is assumed that all changes, rectifications, if any, were done.

                          The car has since been with mohan motors workshop. Again, the various estimates given to us were done even without opening the car/engine. This seems very unprofessional.

                          We have consistently put our trust and confidence on mohan motors for all our car needs since last few years. We have purchased 18 mahindra vehicles from mohan motors based on this mutual trust and confidence and we had at least expected some degree of professionalism and understanding of the situation.

                          Despite, our endeavors to explain our part, your representatives have not been sympathetic to our point of view and left us with no recourse but to communicate with you directly. We have received a call from hyderabad from mohan motor customer satisfaction center[protected]. We had relayed the same complaint to them as well. This was on[protected] at 4.11 pm. They promised to have a survey team to evaluate the survey team which would get back in touch with us. But till date we, have not received any sort of information.

                          We have purchased many vehicles from mahindra through the partners, prasanna kumar roy and kajal soni roy and have been dealing with you for many years for our vehicle needs.

                          We request you to please, let have a fair deal regards the above case.

                              I have purchased the kuv100 (Mini suv) with a lot of expectations but all went in vein.
                              In the first month itself i was able to observe the mileage which the car is giving very less than on your paper. My expectation is 13kmpl in city and 16 kmpl in highway. But unfortunately both are not met.

                              When i reached out to sales executive (Zulaikha motors, chennai) and he promised me "sir after first service mileage will improve definitely".

                              And now i have done my second service at (Zulaikha motors, chennai, ambatur).

                              After 10000 kms i have done my second service on april 15th 2018 with more complaints.

                              1) when apply brakes the entire car under-chassis is making huge noise.
                              2) right side pillar or window making huge noise like "tick tick" and that is unbearable while driving.
                              3) rear seat doesn't have any grip and it automatically comes out the rear passenger are really uncomfortable.
                              4) steering wheel also makes more noise.
                              5) another very important thing is fuel gauge which shows is completely wrong and crap.

                              These 5 complaint i have said the service advisor and sa said i will give tomorrow. The next day i went to service center and service advisor said sir everything is fixed. I made the payment and i took the delivery while driving some 3 to 4 kms itself i could hear all the same noises.

                              And i have called sa (Service advisor) and he said please bring the vehicle back on coming saturday (21st april saturday).
                              I went to service center (10.30 am) again and waited for the whole day. At 5pm sa said today we are not able to identify the issue exactly so we need the vehicle for another day.
                              I said right now i have planned for out of station trip and sa said okay sir you can take the vehicle now and please bring back on some other weekday.

                              I was little upset and called the mahindra toll free number (22nd april) and said about the issue and requested them for good engineers or service center who could analysis and fix the issue.

                              The next day i got a call from zulaikha service manager (Srinivasan) and he said i will take the vehicle and it my responsibility to fix it.

                              They picked the vehicle at my door step on 25th and returned on 26th saying we have fixed the issue.

                              And again driving few kilometers i can hear all the same crap noises. I immediately called the service manager and again he said the same dialogue can you please bring back the vehicle to service center.

                              With a lot of frustration again i have visited the service center. This time they took only 4 to 5 hours and they said vehicle is ready and you can do a test drive now. Then i took a round for some 2 kilometer and i left vechicle with noise reduction.

                              Service manager explained like there is some issue with door beading and we have fixed it.

                              Service center to my home is 18 kilometers and after driving 10 kms. Again i could hear all the same noises.

                              Now the worst part is all the four door are making huge noise, steering wheel, under chassis, wrong fuel gauge and high vibration inside the car.

                              Yesterday i could hear some different sound from the engine. Whoever travels with me in my car ask me the first question "why so much vibration".

                              I don't know what and all problems in the near future.

                              One more important thing is folks in service center "i mean everybody" are careless. Because they think kuv100 is small car and they very dealing differently with xuv500 customers.

                              Yes i agree now i have bought a small car and but in future i might one of your xuv500 customer. One thing is it will take little more years to go.

                              That's fine if you don't respect me but i'm very worried about my car and this is my first car.

                                I am the owner of xuv 500 w8... Registration no py 01 ch 7484... My vehicle is may 2015 model... Despite regular cleaning and proper servicing schedule.. Off late there is terrible corrosion evident on my vehicle near the driver door... Reflective of poor build or paint quality.. I am attaching photos of the corrosion... I would like company to address this issue free of cost... Since such kind of corrosion should not onset within three years of manufacturing

                                I have came to the service centre at ernakulam.. They told me to wait for 30 minutes to get attended. After 30 mins they were busy with the customers who came after me(nearly 30 mins). Then I asked why I’m not attended, then they were arguing with me. Please do take care

                                  On behalf of and under the instructions from my client a. Prasanna s/o andrew kuriyan gnanraj, aged 42 years permanently residing at no.4-535, roja illam 22nd street, shanthinagar, palayamkottai, i send this following notice to you.

                                  Legal notice

                                  My client is an advocate by profession and hails from a respectable family. You are dealing with sales and service of mahindra cars in tirunelveli. As such my client has purchased a mahindra scorpio car from you on 23.01.2015. As per your instruction my client was prompt to have his vehicle serviced by you at periodic intervals. While so, on 21.05.2018 my client approached you to have his car serviced and as per your instruction my client abided to change engine oil, coolent oil, brake oil with respective accessories. After completion of service my client took delivery of his vehicle the same day by paying a sum of the rs.9, 221/-. On 24.05.2018, since my client found something unusual and fishy while driving his car he halted his car and on bare sight he found that engine oil and coolent oil were leaking and to his shock and surprise almost the entire engine oil and coolent oil got drained within no time. Out of much difficulty my client managed to get his vehicle to your service centre on 24.05.2018 and again after service my client was handed over possession of his car on 26.05.2018 charging him a sum of the rs.8050/-.
                                  My client has approached you on 21.05.2018 for service of his vehicle since his vehicle has attained 63172 kms. As such it is a mandatory obligation upon you to have the vehicle being thoroughly checked as per your service manual. Since you lack skilled labour you were not able to handle my client’s car as mandated. Upon enquiry with the service manager regarding the fault your service manager has irresponsibly answered that since their dealership with mahindra is at stake and about to lapse in near future they have get rid of skilled labour. Your act clearly exposes the willful, wanton, default, negligent and deficiency in service which has casted much mental agony and a huge monetary loss to my client which can’t be expressed in terms of money.

                                  Hence my client hereby call upon you to tender an unconditional apology, to repay a sum of rs.8, 050/- which you have illegally extracted from my client for fault of yours and to pay compensation towards the mental agony suffered by him within 15 days from the receipt of this notice failing which my client will be constrained to take legal action before the district consumer grievances redressal forum and also in civil and criminal courts of law and you will alone be held liable for all the consequences arising thereof and you will be mulcted with costs.

                                    I purchased a bolero 2 months back and since then there is continous problem. The vehicle is shaking while driving, smoke coming out of it when running for even 1 hour. I approached the dealer for replacement of the vehicle but they are saying that the garage will do a test drive for 150 kilometers at my expense and then they will replace the engine only. My question is i have purchased a new vehicle and why should i go for repairs? Mahindra should replace the vehicle as since beginning the vehicle is faulty.

                                      My name is chandran. I purchased a maxitruck. But the chassis number is not genuine. The vehince is not supposed to drive through the road because vehicle test is not done by the kerala motor vehicle department. We need a immediate action from the company side. Otherwise we will move on to court. We purchased it from chalakudy mahindra showroom. The original chassis number is grinded and new one is punched, which is not similar to company punching

                                        Dear team,
                                        Very sorry to say but i was not expecting the kind of poor and pathetic service that i have received from your company few days back... I am the owner of a xuv 500 bought two years back from (Snoview automobiles shimla) in march 2016..
                                        I visited the mahindra showroom (Snoview automobiles shimla) on15th of may regarding a problem.. The problem was an unwanted sound during the turns at a normal speed of 50.. Keeping the problem aside i was suggested by the adviser (Mr. Labh singh) that my car is getting due for service and i should get i done... I agreed with them... Coming to the problem of sound they did alignment of the car not once but thrice but the problem remained the same.. They suggested me that they will carry forward my problem and i should visit them again on their call.. But till 25th of may i didn't received any call from them not even for the feedback of service..
                                        I again visited them on 26th of may carrying the same problem.. I met (Mr. Kamal gupta)
                                        And asked about the feedback call and he was not answerable to me... Anyhow i asked him to resolve my problem and he suggested me to visit some other mahindra workshop to resolve the issue... The problem was out of their reach but they again did the alignment and nothing else taking an approx time of 5 hours... Still the problem was same..
                                        I asked them what are they doing and why they are not able to solve my problem they said sir it will take time (I was already their from the last 6 hours and that was around 5 in the evening) the advisers were least interested with my problem each time i had to visit their room and ask them about the situation rather cooperating with me the following advisers (Mr. Kamal gupta, mr. Ashu, mr. Labh singh and mr. Akash) misbehaved with me saying that they have other works too... It was really disappointing for me... At last i visited the ceo of snoview automobiles he called up the advisers and asked them to do my work as the first priority.. He asked them that what other thing you people have done except the alignment for the 5th time... They had no answer... The ceo gave them some time and asked for the update later... Then they did the suspension and shocker work but their was no solution to the problem...
                                        It was 9:30 by the time and i was still their without any solution.. I again visited the ceo but he had left from the office without giving me any satisfying result... I was not expecting the kind of behaviours also from the ceo of the company...
                                        At last they asked me to leave my car their for two days but after such a bad experience how should i rely on those people...
                                        I just want that my problem should be resolved as soon as possible and a strict action should be taken against the advisery team of snoview automobiles so that in future no one else should suffer from such kind of a bad experience from a well know company like mahindra...
