Sir,
As complained earlier about, how dada motors ludhiana sold me scorpio s7 with a refurbished door, the team deputed by m&m visited us at our home last morning i. E 19/5/18, escorted by the sales manager mr. Nitin behl.
I am attaching herewith the detailed pictures of my car that carries lhs and rhs doors, both of them refurbished.
Irony is that is that they acted to see only what i asked them to see.
They deliberately stayed quiet about the lhs door repair and took picture of rhs door masking tape only.
One could easily make out that the door seal on lhs door has been repaired, the screws have been unscrewed with a cheap screwdriver, paint residue on the door rubber, as well as the masking tape that must have been used while doing the refurbishment job.
Please i request you to make sure that i get an honest judgement as the team that visited my house, looked suspicious but wasnt ready to accept their fault.
They further said"its mahindra plant's fault... They must have done this or left this on the car. We are just the dealers. We dont know anything."
I am cheated.
I am harassed.
I am looted.
The charm of buying a new mahindra car is lost too.
And now i am on the edge of losing my 20 years long trust in mahindra and mahindra.
I demand justice.
Please direct and command dada motors, dholewal ludhiana to handle this shameful matter with honesty and provide me with what i deserve... A brand new scorpio.

    Not satisfied with their services
    As i have a scorpio vlx micro hybrid 2013 model
    When i am go to the workshop for service not satisfied with their work because there is a noise in all the doors and same noise in full body.
    And from the last year ac is not working properly.
    If customer said that we are mailing to your company or in the plant then they told that do whatever you want to do.

      Five months ago, my car engine had a big issue. I done worked in the mahindra service center by putting one lakh rupees. They gave me a new 6 month guarantee. The engine has got worse again.. He gave the guarantee of 6 months.
      Please help me sir.

            Hi my name is dipesh jadavala i have purchase new xuv500 w6 automatic before 2 months ago.. My car registration no is gj 01 hv 7491 running km is approx 2400 to 2500. I have purchase new spider designed alloy wheel in your company on the time of delivery. Since i have running my car two months in city area but before 5 days i was going on national highway on 110 to 120 km/h speed so i notice my car steering was wobbling n vibrate on this speed.. So i complain in dealer for this purpose on date 16th may. I will go for solution at company dealer after show this major defect to company executive. He say stay your car today for solution i will stay may car on date 16th.. But today is 18th n my car was not deliver me on time n my problem was not solve out still today.. N executive say me for giving more than time for solution can i something for my car i have purchase this car in 17lac. Was running 2500km n by company fault without solution what can i do for this step oppose to mahindra.. Can i go for consumer care n complain for my car??? Your service is so far than other company.. Mahindra is not customer satisfaction service provider... This is my big mistake for purchase mahindra xuv500..

              I have mahindra kuv.. Vehicle number ka22 z 9723 which i had given for minor repair after a small accident... On 25/4/2018 but the vehicle is still not ready and its been 23 days... Today is 18/5/2018
              Worst service and negligence... I had to face too many problems because of the delay in service... I have spent around 15000 rs in these 23 days hiring taxies to go to different places.. Who is responsible for all these.. Kindly look into the matter

                Dear sir,
                This complaint is regarding my car tuv 300 registration no uk18 c3932. Issue is related to self starting.
                I had visited to kumar auto-wheels rudrapur about six month ago related to this issue. They told be that issue is due to battery weakness i have to change the battery. I thought it can be a reason and i replaced the battery.
                Still problem was same.
                Again i visited to showroom and told him about issue they told me all tuv 300 has this kind of issue its not a problem its a usual sound which engine creates during starting.
                A week ago i was in delhi and my car stopped and not starting on the road.
                It was quite embarrassing for me to face these kind of situation. It was a worst experience with the car.
                After that yesterday i visited to service center they was saying i have to leave my car there for two days, i took my car and get back to home.
                Sir i don't have enough time to waste on these thing, but this is the worst experience i am dealing with mahindra.

                Please resolve my issue asap

                  I am using scorpio s10 giving service only in authorised service centre i am facing a whistling noise when ac is running from passed 15000kms i have given the vehicle with the same complaint for than 6 times irrespective of my busy schedule they just fill the ac gas and charge me for that again the issue is not rectified and the behaviour of the service centre is not smooth they are very tough they are treating a premium suv of mahindra customer as they are treating a maxi truck customer i have all the proof regarding the vehicle complaint history of necessary action is not taken i am planing to go legally hope mahindra won't disappoint me.

                    I have purchased kuv 100 k8 about a year ago.. I have a problem that while there are rains there appears some spots on the mirror by which there arises difficulty in driving as nothing can be seen from the other side. Even after showing a video proof to the service center no proper solution has been provided even after 3 services. And other services provided are also not satisfying. Please help us to solve this problem

                      Hello
                      On[protected] we deliver our mahindra power plus, veh. No:kl 43 k4781 to your authorized dealer pothen autos for second service (10000 km). On the same day one service advisor (Mr. Prasad, mob: [protected]) called and told me that, they found one metal piece from the engine of the above mentioned vehicle while dispensing oil from the engine. He told me the vehicle will only return after one week for detail check up. But they didn't called me till one week. So one day i directly went to pothen autos for enquired about my vehicle. But they told their servicing is not completed and will come after two days. The third day they called me and told servicing is completed and take the vehicle. They were not willing to give any guarantee on the engine and vehicle. They open the engine and checked. Then how can we trust that there will not be happen any complaint from that vehicle in future. So you must give one written guarantee from your side or do further actions.

                        Poor service, even after one month of time taken for service, while we are intimated to take delivery and work is complete on delivery radiator coolant oil is leaking, to rectify this they are giving to a outside shop, because shiva automobiles karur, mahindra's authorized service center does not have this facility. Poor works manager monitoring. Totally upset, mahindra will loose reputation for poor service. Still have to wait for one more day, even after bills settled.

                          Company is saying 25.32 kmpl and we got 19.6 kmpl on speed of 80kmph
                          By taking a road average test with mahindra executive on highway
                          We went 150 up and down for road test.
                          Afterwards mahindra executive said that this is good average, so i told them if you are satisfied with this than give me in written and they excuses that we cannot give you in writing.
                          By purchasing mahindra kuv nxt100 k4 is my life bad experience

                          I have TUV 300 but it takes trouble in starting...this problem happens more than 4 to 5 times starting trouble and in display vehical bettry low message is showing...but this is very troubling problem vehicle is not starting and starter is not working

                            As i have taken bolero slx (Tn 34 q 0100 chassis no: ma1ps2gpkc6d59305) on 04/2012. So for i am undertaking company service only. For past one year i am noticing that rust are formed. I can't believe that how it is formed within this short period of time.
                            I am parking my vehicle in my shed only even though it is formed. I have noticed other companies car are not having this type of rust forming problem.
                            I am very disappointed with the complaint and at the same time i am not able to suggest others too. So, kindly make a best solution for it. I[censored]r willing refer my car services history. I am believing that u wil give me a better solution for it..

                              Dear sir/madam,
                              I went to m/s. Indiagarage, velachery, chennai on 28th march 2018 to service my xylo vehicle with few complaints. One of my major complaint was the seat belt not working in the rhs driver's seat. This is also mentioned in the ro form item number 5.

                              I received my car back on 31st march with a total bill amount of about rs. 45500/-. I was surprised to notice that my seat belt was not repaired nor changed in spite of request.

                              The service person mr. M. Karthikeyan said that they don't have stock and we have ordered. I have been contentiously following with him and every-time he will say he will get back in 10 mins and will not call me back.

                              You mahindra should understand that seat belts are of major safety concerned material and you have to get for the customers in high priority basis.

                              The service center needs 10 rating for all the questions asked from the service feedback team. This will happen in a few days from the date of receiving the vehicle. And once this is done we have to run behind the service center.

                              While the government and also you (Mahindra) advice on the seat belt safety, why not arrange it for me?

                              I have been waiting for nearly 45 days and been driving without seat belts. I have been caught by the chennai traffic police more than 3 times and i had to somehow explain the situation.

                              After me spending nearly 45k, is this the way a service center would treat a customer???

                              Please do something.

                                  What do you mean by "load king"?. Is it meant that a horce carriage. Your company had offered that the moterts that you provided are guaranteed. But in my experiance it is not sooth inb driving. The pic up car that i purchaced had some problems *the gear is so hard

                                  *door glass is striking when driving
                                  I need to give a suggesion that,, as other companies like tata, masta, eacher..., you have to improve the quality of maintainance and proper managing in technologies.. Also the interiour works should be the best,,

                                      Mahindra... The name is so big... That much 3rd class service... Really pathetic one... I am highly disappointed with it.. All manageres and high authority in service of mahindra was seated in their to make customer fool... Just they knw how to make customer cheated...

                                      I bought top end dual tone diesel of kuv100 in mid january and from day one i am suffering till now my car almost in service center for 14 days so i don't knw i bought car to use for myself or just to keep in service center..

                                      On the day of delivery itself there was a debt and some color feded and rubber putty in window was not proper so it's not air proof or water proof in car still excepted the car as dealer manish tripathi ([censored]al motorway, ahmedabad) promised us to rectify it in next week. So we trusted him n excepted car with full happiness.. Then as guided by mr tripathi sent car for that dent removing and 3m coating (As company saying they are doing again a big big lie.. Just washing car with normally they say it as 3m coating which is again cheat). They took car in mrng from my job with assurance they will return it in evening... But they didn't... They said will send next day as will do proper work (Which is again fake)
                                      . Next day whole day till evening i waited for car at job.. But there was no driver available avaibile so i need to hire uber... N 3rd day they delivered my car at job.. So it's just 2 or 3 hrs work took 3days to. Comolete... Thn we sent car on 1st service after 3200 km around and then the real fool making started...

                                      -on name of free service they charged 2500/- so i am already in tetion now how much they gonna charge on chargeble service;
                                      -then to replace that rubber line on driver window which is still pending they assured is in service they gonna change that... But they just made stick that line by gum so made us fool.. Like we don't understand anything... We are stupid people who just had waste money and so we bought their car.
                                      -after service when car came it was horrible... My car was more pathetic then i sent..
                                      As they used some wax in interior but didn't wiped tht... No cleaning at all.. Not inside not outside so pa hetic... We complained and assercice incharge promised us he will do in a week so we took service delivery which was out biggest mistake..

                                      After 10 days of service pennle of ac is jam so we need to take in service center they temporarily fix it and declared panel needed to be change so they will arrange new panel and will contact us in a week...
                                      But as we are biggest fool to purchased their car they didn't contacted us till 15 -20 days... N after that cable of my gear box was broke when i was driving car in 3rd gear.. Car was locked and stopped on road with solid jerk which was terrifying for me (I was lucky enough tht my car was just on 30-40 speed think if i was in 90 speed.. May be i was not here)
                                      We call toll for taking car to service center on last thursday (3rd may) in mrng...
                                      And now their drama started..
                                      I mean in 4 months o[censored]se.. Panel failure.. Gear failure patehtic service who except that car who took responsibility or assurity of my car now.. So they just told cable is repaired we asked for assurity for further... But # all manageres are just really pathetic... Dealers manish tripathi also kept his hand up after saling car... And service in charges... I don't knw their post but.. Anil... Jignesh... Xiveir dicosta... Nitin misha... All making just pull.. As we are escalating car they don't want us to escalate... We asked for assurance proof in written they didn't agreed on that.. And this mr. Mishra told me he is giving me assurity that if any technical issue happne they will replace all parts of my car in warranty of 3 years and after warranty also.. They they told me.. He gave us roadside or any place assistant for free anytime.. Then in my free service there must be free of coast... So i agreed to take car back on thier condition and tried to kept again trust asking car delivery with all his written as his said...in that also they made fool... They sent driver with just some sorry later... When we called they asked take car will send later... As we denied and sent car back not accepted car.. They sent later on what's app... With different terms.. So again we didn't accepted car.. So still my car is in service center only.. And i told them keep car with company i don't want car and not money too

                                      As i m highly disabilities with company so i don't want anything... But for their job forcing us to accept the car...

                                      But really now i will fight... N now i don't want my car at all.. If company want to keep it keep it.. I don't care.. Now... Their car to them.. It's really pathetic service...

                                      Please guys mahindra's team response and their work is so dull.. I felt i bought some third class vehicle from them... Don't but car from them.. I[censored] want to just go n visit frequently service centers of them then only buy.. As ur some day car gonna be there only..

                                      N who ever mahindra's person reading this... I really don't want my car now.. Accept that car as shift from our side to it pathetic company... We don't want any call not mail.. Not any disturbance
                                      . Just don't want this car..

                                      For know whole issue u can reach to mahindra's service center and also for my car.. My name is sujal... But don't dare to call me to just make me more fool...

                                      N don't buy cars from mahindra
                                      After spending our money we only need to suffer... So i[censored] want to suffer after spending ur own precious money thn buy car from them...

                                        I have already complained but no positive response from mahindra. As i have installed footrest from your mahindra showroom but its not worth and not of good quality when i step on it goes down immediately now i am asking for refund 10000. One o[censored]r asm called me 1mnth ago and assured me of refund asap. (Anitej). But till date no response from mahindra. When mr anitej assured me of refund i visited showroom thrice but they refused they said mr anitej didnt ask us for refund.
                                        Now i am requesting kindly solve my problem or i wll approach the consumer court. And i vll upload video on all social networks.
