We regret to inform you that we (PK CUTTING TECH PVT.LTD, CHENNAI) handed over our above said vehicle to repair and services under your dealer India Garage on[protected]. After the national insurance surveyor inspect the vehicle, we given the approval to proceed further execution work. But the vehicle is not yet ready due to non availability of spares. Actually, we are using this vehicle to deliver our product to various customers on day by day. Now we hired a vehicle on rental basis, the rental cost is Rs.3500/day. As we are waiting more than a week, we have spent more than Rs.25000.00.
Plz. take an appropriate action to repair and return our vehicle at immediate and help us to minimize our financial lose.

    Sir,
    i am jagadeesh m.S from goa and i'am working as a consulting civil eng & contractor for many industries such as pepsi, indigo remedy, cream bell etc. And also i have got 3 sister concern construction proprietorship. I'am writing this letter to inform you that i have 3 vehicles which are from your esteemed mahindra company. And recently, i had booked your car by the name 'nuvo sports' paying an advance of rs. 51000/-. I explained to the sales girl that i would be getting the loan from canara bank, and the sales girl promised me that they would delver the vehicle before the 10th of december, 2016.

    Unfortunately, today i had received a call from a girl by the name yogita . Although i'm not quite sure of the name. The call that i received contained the number [protected]. She asked me to show her manager a copy of the approval letter of the loan from canara bank.But who the heck is she/he to ask me about an approval letter when i had already paid an advance. I'm not a crazy person to book a suv without any financial background. I would like you to first teach them manners and ask them to learn how to treat a client. (muktar automobiles). Even if they were not happy to deal with us. Ask them to pay me back my advance and tell them to drop dead.

    Sir, this is just not because of a complaint but almost all of muktar staff does not respond well with other problem but they respond well only when it comes to insurance and booking. They also underestimate the people ("do not judge a book by its cover") this is happening for a couple of years. If i find the same attitude in the future, i will put make everyone aware of the unsatisfactory service via email, facebook and whatsapp. Even my neice is a reporter for vijaya karnataka. (english)please tell them to give clients a good response and respect.

      TUV 300 first service done at 3000 Kms, on Saturday 12, 2016. I had planned for a long trip to Alwar "Siliserh Lake" on Nov 13. I got my car serviced and the very next day we went to Alwar.
      My wife along with my 2 daughter were with me on this trip and hen we reached the Lake car was all fine.
      All of a sudden in middle of the hilly area car gave me warning that it is running short of Oil.
      I got down and checked my car and to my surprise the entire engine oil was leaking.
      I immediately stopped my car and started looking for help. The place where I was stuck there even the cell phone coverage was not there.
      Somehow the villager helped me, One of them gave me the engine oil chamber bolt and the wrench to tighten the bolt.
      The villager were so helpful that one of them drove me on his bike to the nearest petrol pump which was 20 kms away and somehow I managed to get the engine oil refilled.
      I did make several attempts to contact the Mahindra helpdesk but they also seemed helpless as someone told me that they will look for alternate solution, No one was giving me a good response so I took my call and managed to fill engine oil and then moved from there.
      The next day when I came back and complained the service center then they took m y car and told me that they have changed the engine oil.
      I told them that car is making whistle sound for which they said they will have to change the Turbo.
      They took a week to get the Turbo and then finally it was replaced and handed me the car.
      Again I saw major oil leakage for which I took my car to service center and then I found that they have left the Turbo bolt loose and from there the oil was leeking.

      My complaint is how can the service technician be so careless that they leave such an important bolt loose. very bad experience with Mahindra Service and My family is now scared to even go in this car for long drive.

      We happily managed to go anywhere in India in my Maruti Alto car and never had such bad experience.

      Also note that I have made several attempts to call "with you hamesha" helpdesk and no action taken on my complains.

      I am going to escalate this experience to the entire group. I am also part of Team BHP and will escalate this.

        Xuv 500 vehicle was due for service.the incharge mr pankaj rawat at service centre at deradun refused to accept payment by local cheque and said vehicle will be released when cheque payment is received in account .this is unfair to customer whom u have sold the vehicle and that too when currency crunch is there.earlier on 9th nov service was refused on ground of old currency.

          Last 2 month back i purchased tuv 300 in india garage, gindi serivice rear bumber chase noice came in my car, becase i seriviced in gindi office, 3 days back my salce addvicer came to my home, he recommended to gp road opps. Ea, he is reffer to al kind of work is done by in shpo, my salce addvicer told all protect is supplied to india garage, but, is not good qualitys and not y protects, i asked to my salce addvicer, but he is not given responced me, last time my car is gone to the lane, it"s a some crutches in my car, all serivice addvicers recommended to gp road, you give me the good replay me,

            Dear Sir,

            Recently, for our business needs we have purchased Mahindra Jeeto from Sahyadri Mototrs near Baner, Pune. From the first day itself our experience with dealer executive was not good. But, we still preferred this showroom as it's near to our office. Vehicle is registered under Ghanashyam Enterprises, Talegaon.

            After making false promises about delivery finally we received vehicle last week (3'rd week of Nov.). It came with no registration number, no documents. Only good part is it's delivered to our home by dealer people. To mention, we have processed loan from Mahindra finance to ease the process rapidly which unfortunately didn't work. Which is surprising.

            We found that breaks are not working properly hence complained and requested to fix it. I am not sure how to drive a vehicle without a document and breaks till this above said showroom. But, no one visited from dealer to fix it in time.

            Now, vehicle is stand alone mode. We can't use due to lake of service, unavailability of documents. And, we are passing through mental stress for no mistake.

            If problem can't be fixed and dealer can't provide a good service to us what we suppose to do?

            Can you please have a look and help us?

              since i bought the product in late 2014 i have kept it for maintenance almost every 2 months, all different new problems occur and i am the one who suffered always, 4 times brake pad changed dnt knw why????
              turbo sound while shutting down the car "KKAARRRRRRRRRRR" is the life time problem i guess, always my dealer previous g3 now president motors makes me fool by just consoling me rather solving,
              the noice while driving on road is so horrible the it embarrasses me feels like im spoted and people just look at me like i have done some thing...the bill paid for all fool i made of myself by putting car in the service center of surat is in lakhs... i cant sped more and be a fool again and again, i request whom so ever is receiving to act instead of ignoring it or giving an excuse...

                I own Mahindra verito car and before two months I kept my car in service. They change oil filter and everything and send me bill around 10000 and I don't mind with that but with in two months my car just started loosing oil in between and now the company is telling me that to only see the problem we will take 10000. I think this is not fair if we are going through regular service then how can this problem occur. Please help us sir or else I will have to contact consumer court for cheating us.

                  This is in regard to the problem faced by me due to very poor service and response from mahindra service center at bikaner motors private limited (Bmpl) (Well known by sunhari chabeel but there is nothing sunhara... U will come to know after you will become their premium customers)

                  The incident happened to me on 16th of nov 2016 when i went in to the service center to service my mahindra xuv w10
                  (Rj-07-uc-1010). I gave the car to the service center in the morning 10 am. The denting and painting is to be done at trunk. As earlier it was done by them only but cracks emerged again so they promised of returning it on next day i. E time provided by them 7:11 pm of 17nov 2016.
                  But story starts now when i reached bmpl i saw my xuv was in as it is condition i left.
                  My first action after this was to call bmpl body workshop manager... He was unable to provide satisfactory answer. Then i moved to bmpl service manager
                  Mr. Mandeep singh... I asked him that who is head in charge of body work shop after mr. Narpat... He arrogantly told me there is nobody incharge to him... He directly reports to mr. Anand mahindra.
                  ... Is that answer justified. Whole story ended after mr. Ranga, gm, bmpl. Told me tommorow eve 5pm i. E 18th nov... Today i was dere for whole day but they were unable to handover my xuv. The car remained there only... They gave me false and unauthenticated reasons.

                  I have faced ample problems in past 2 days. I hope my problem will be addressed and appropriate action will be taken regarding this.

                      Hello Sir
                      I have a Mahindra Quanto C8 which has run only 40686 Km. On 28.10.2016 while I was traveling with my family, the propeller shaft broken and as we were travelling at a very small speed of about 25-30 km/h, the vehicle did not topple and we escaped from a major accident. I informed Eram motors, Thrissur immediately. The vehicle was brought for service after several consultation through phone. Now even after 20 days they are telling that there is delay in the parts and not sure when it may be serviced and delivered. Being a doctor and a very busy person I informed my necessity. The dealer or the company is not taking any active initiative and we are struggling without our vehicle. The service person at Eram Motors, Thrissur is telling that it is a manufacturing defect and they have contacted the company and the delay is from the vendors. Actually my vehicle was periodically serviced at Eram/ITL Motors, Thrissur and just covering 1900 km after having the 40, 000 Km periodical service the problem occurred. The vehicle is under extended warranty. We are very sad from the service of the Eram Motors and the Mahindra Company. I believe this letter may be an eye opener for the company and take necessary steps. I feel like regretting every other day owning Mahindra. So please do something for that and give me a justice.
                      No idea when I will get my vehicle back...

                            On October 21st my Mahindra TUV 300's engine light went ON. So next day I took my car to the servicing center where they told me that my 'tank motor' was not working properly and asked me to order one in their parts department, which I did. They told me that it will take about 2 weeks to get the parts delivery. But now its about 24 days gone, and there's no reply form the servicing center. This way I'm not being able to take my car out. Totally not satisfied with it.

                              My mahindra xylo registration no. tn 74 am 7776 is single owner driver and travelled only 7000 kms. yesterday, while taking the vehicle to manavalakurichi (just 15 km from nagercoil) the clutch failed and my vehicle four wheels jammed and i can’t move the vehicle.
                              I called mahindra toll free no[protected] and booked the complaint about my xylo vehicle complaint no 208675. got the car towed to kodai automobiles service center nagercoil. today morning kodai automobiles service center nagercoil called (from mobile number [protected]) to say that the clutch has finished its life and needs to be replaced at a cost of my own risk cost. i cannot imagine clutch can be worn out in just 7000 kms!!! when generally it is supposed to last till 100000 kms. i was the owner of three mahindra vehicle before this issue never happened. i am v. disappoinment with this issue… please take a necessary action as early as possible and do favour to me

                                I have xuv500
                                My engine got failed in 9 months it got replaced after keeping my car for 3 months in sheetal motors in which i visited the showroom 12 times and i was miscommited.
                                I have my cluth failure my car is jus driven 52000km and expenses were 23000
                                I asked person how shall i pay as currency was banned they asked me to do by cheque and would get the car after its clearing
                                My cheque has been cleared
                                Person who took my car is also fooling and managers as well also fooling
                                Last time when i got my car from service there were issues several times and manager thrice.
                                Sheetal motor employes are all fraud
                                Please make this note to the owner of sheetal motors and mahindra do change the managment for real good customer service.

                                  My mahindra xuv500 registration no. ka05mq840 is single owner driver and travelled only 41000 kms. yesterday, while taking the vehicle out of the garage the clutch failed, i called mahindra hamesha and got the car towed to sireesh. this morning sireesh auto at electronic city bangalore called (from mobile number [protected]) to say that the clutch has finished its life and needs to be replaced at a cost of rs 21000. i cannot imagine clutch can be worn out in 41000 kms!!! when generally it is supposed to last till 100000 kms. i was the owner of scorpio before this issue never happened. i am thoroughly disappointed customer with this issue.

                                      At the time to repair from Mahindra service center the company has not provided the proper solution even though we have paid the amount to them in advance. They are telling us that it is not our responsibility after taking car from service center. The clutch plate of the car has got the junk in it and all the gear systems is stuck in. It's creating the problem while drive. Now the mahindra service center is asking almost 45000 more from us.
