Sir,
I am g. G. Saheb. I took vehicle supro maxi truck in the month of march/17/2016. The vehicle no is ap04tx 2852. I took the delivery from durga automotives. Kadapa. After taking vehicle two free services completed in durga automotives. At the time of 3rd service vehicle is become problem. I went to durga auto motives they said this prob we are unable to do also we are not authorised dealer. I asked them why u didnt tell at the time of taking vehicle. They simply skid. But i went ananthapur m. G. B. Mobiles. They recognised the prob. Damper become problem. But my vehicle have two years warranty. But they charged 10332 rupees charged. Bill no ro17a003844. Date 25/06/2016. At that time i lost 15000 rupees. Again the vehicle went for paid service with starting trouble to durga automotives. Again vehicle starting prob three parts are become repair. (Fuel feed pump, fuel filter assy, fuel injection pipe.) they charged amount7500 rupees. They simly said that parts doesnt have warranty. What are the parts will become for repair that parts doesnt have warranty telling like that.in this way what is the need of giving warranty. What is the need of giving booklet. This is very bad. This type of company i never seen. Before i plened to take two more vihicles. Now idroped moving to tata. So pls refund my amount. For any company ethics and values and customer satisfaction also very important. So pls fulfil myneeds. I[censored]r not take action i am going to give acomplaint mahindra sir. (Charman). Already i have given a complaint three times customer service center.

    I'm contacting you guys with regards to my vehicle bolero ka01 mf 1703 which was serviced by sireesh auto service station in the second week of september where i complained about 2 problems first was about engine checklight which was on and second one was about vehicle making a a sound in the movement i was charged 7k approximately and received the vehicle, but both the reported problems were not fixed by the service station and the issues still continued. I took the car for alignment and noticed that front shock absorber was causing the noise for which i had to take the vehicle again to the service station and even the check light issue was not sorted.
    When the vehicle was taken to service station they had to replace the shock absorber and we had to pay 1600 again. While the checklight problem was still not resolved. Finally tired of these issues and service at magadi road service station, my wife's brother advised me to take the car to jakkur service stations who reviewed the car and found a problem with diesel injector which is now costing me 22k for the overall service.
    I agree to pay 22k for service now but what about the 7k that was charged earlier by sireesh auto in magadi road for doing nothing.
    I would like to get a refund for that value, because its really frustrating because i couldn't use my car for more than a month, service drivers too my car thrice that used all the diesel in the vehicle too.
    I don't want to unreasonable in my request but requesting for refund for the initial service where nothing was done to vehicle is fair, please review my request and contact me with this regards.

      My xuv500 has met with an accident and i give it to ktc service centre at ernakulam for repair and my experience with them was not that good especially with the body repair manager, before giving the vehicle i asked them to give me the exact information about the availability of stock the manager said every part was available and after completing the partial work the vehicle was given back to me and afterwards he said that some parts are not available. Not only that but i asked for a complete vehicle checkup which was not done and some other work was alos pending but in thing they were very good at two things which was to bill for all the pending work and requesting me for giving a good feedback for them to mahindra. I want to ask something to mahindra if you are manufacturing a vehicle them you must must give a proper service to the for that vehicle otherwise you shouldn't go for it.

        This is prashanth from bangalore, mob:[protected] I have purchased Mahindra vehicle goods carrier I have registered a complain where it is showing ENGINE LIGHT in the middle and automatically the pickup of the vehicle is lost and also the mileage is lost taken to the service center in service center they not able to rectify, now I have purchased one more vehicle Mahindra maximum plus now really scared about the future services kindly look into the matter seriously vehicle number is KA51 D 1982 And also people in the service center is only concerned about Billing the customer before the warranty is expired..Kindly go through the attachment.

        As fuel filter not fix proper i lost 20 liters of diesel via return hose, vehicle got breakdown by air lock, worst service experience tv sundran iyengar and sons gerugambakkam. also found my car wheel damaged after service inform them, they told will replace..

          We have booked the Mahindra bolero from Sutaria Auto centre, Belgaum in the month of December 2015 with 100% advance payment.
          And got the delivery in the month of January 2016.
          But after delivery of Bolero we found that their is shortage of Rs.10508/-(in documents). So the debit balance is showing in our accounts till January 2016.
          Since January we are following with Mr.Vijay Kale and Mr.Narayan Sathe about refund but till date we have not received the same.
          So request you to refund the amount to settle the issue.

            I have mahindra verito model 2012 reg no. kl-02-al-6833 which we purchased through tvs & sons in distt-kollam state kerala, i am facing some problem with this vehicle for last 6-9 months. several times we serviced and reported complaint to mahindra authorities but so far we have not received any proper response from any body.

            After purchasing the said vehicle our faith on mahindra & mahindra is let down. the same way another problem i am facing with my bolero vecihle also which i already complained last week.

              It was a simple scratch on my car kuv100 and register to hatorki motors, mahindra dealer at chapaguri road, chirang, assam. As per my talk to other garage hardly 2500 to 3500 estimated cost for repairing. But hatorki motors mahindra dealer make it 16000.00 bill. I argued a little bit for justification where they come down to 12000.00 its a horrible experience of being cheated by them where transparency is totally negotiable and negligence as floor manager or supervisor not up to the mark. Who will justify?

                We had purchased bolero high end model on16/2/2015 but we r facing lot of problem as the clutch plate is been changed as of now. I am unable to shift the gear as it is very hard and this has led to health complications. The i. G. Worshop people are blaming us only and the have not rectified the problem... It has been a hell by choosing this vehicle. Kindly slove or we may opt for legal action. Vehicle no ka. O4. Mp.5470

Moradabad on 20/09/2016 on cash payment in the name of Operating Department, Moradabad Divisiion, Northern Railway. 16 days have pass still RC, extra payment which was deposit and accessories which payment already deposited not received. Matter was raised through, Mr Noori, Mr Rajjev, Customer Care, Mr Pathak Sales Manager, Moradabad, Mr. Rohit Verma, Area Sales Manager and Mr Rajeev, Regional Head but still matter not solved.

                    I dreamt of owning an xuv 500 for a long time now. I decided to purchase my dream car and contacted the dealer (Sirish automobiles). To begin with they were courteous and were interested in selling me the car. As they realized that i had a preference in terms of color they made sure to dodge me. Now, on committing that they will book the car for me on wednesday since tuesday is not a great day (According to sirish automobiles) i was asked to show up on wednesday morning. As planned i showed up to book my xuv along with my 7 month pregnant wife. This was a big deal for us and we took so much of effort to get to the showroom.

                    We were shown a couple of xuvs and then came in the surprise, the car was sold the previous day since the md’s relative wanted the car. So what happens to the promise they made to me. Even more the sales man (Srisalan) says the md’s relative paid money in full and hence it was sold to him. This left us in tatters, with promises meant to be broken and words with no meaning i got back home rethinking my desire. I clearly realize this was not meant for me and i leave it at that. I continue to work and hope that there will be a day when people, businesses and children honor and commit to what they say and hold themselves accountable. I have a ton of work to do to make that day real!

Kuv 100 in may and in 3 months only there is a lot of problem in the car kuv 100 first the average is worst about 7 only second is when we purchased the car and in 15 days with in the car starsts shocker problem due to which lots of noise in engine is their the front shocker problem by which tyres starts bubbling second the radiator fan is missing in car and after 5 months they call to replace the radiator fan which was missing the center lock is not working overall their is a lot of problem is their in this car so we wants to replace or refund for the car

                        I had purchase a mahindra supro model no - t2, registration no - br-32ga2756 on 016. Now in this vehicle a break issues, after this issues i had gone at shiv shakti wahan private limited, darbhanga (Bihar), but for previous five days the vehicle is not prepared by agency. And he committed that this vehicle is prepared by us within two days. But no any solutions from his side. And now he said that this problems cant solve. I have talkeds with so many times your seniors (Abhishek kumar (Asm), m sri raj (Ccm) & ojha (Gm), but no any response from his side also. Only commitment is coming from their side.

                        I have to confirm that why this type of problems are coming, service is so poor. I thinks the decision of purchasing is wrong. If no solution of this then please return my vehicle. Otherwise give me solution asap. For previous 6 days i am already so harass.

                            I have purchased kuv 100 diesel vehicle thinking it will deliver a mileage of at least 20km per liter as i saw you'll shown advertisement showing 24 km/ltr, i am sorry to say i was misguided as i checked on 3 occasion on national high way going to hyderabad n mumbai.
                            I am getting at present 17 km/ltr on high way, my vehicle has done just one service, i will like to bring to your notice that i will wait till second service &watch how much km i i getting, if i am getting less than 20 km than i have to go to consumer forum with my complain.
                            I request you pls to get my vehicle done service with good mileage as i purchased it only because of mileage.

                              I have purchased tuv300 t8 300 end of april 2016. Within 15 days of my purchase i started noticing some smoke from gear box and clutch issues in the vehicle and was sent for workshop in secunderabad. It was returned to me saying there was no issue with vehicle, finally when i was traveling with my family in middle of a very busy junction vehicle stopped and gear box got jammed. I spent 3 hrs on road and finally had to tow it to secunderabad service center. On this incident they accepted that there was something wrong with vehicle and replaced some parts in gear box and clutch and was returned vehicle after one week. I have requested for replacement of vehicle, but was convinced that vehicle is fixed to my content and this issue will not reoccur by mr manoj (Sales manager and mepal reddy rp road secunderabad floor manager). Every time i send the vehicle i had to suffer, as there was no replacement vehicle. After the fix also i had send the vehicle for another three times due to a/c issue. Now again seventh time, i noticed some smoke coming out of gear box similar to earlier incident of gear box issue, upon sending to workshop, floor manager mr srikanth (+[protected] after 4 days of test run said nothing wrong with vehicle and returns back to me saying my driving is not correct, try not to use clutch and avoid 1st and 2nd gears. My family is afraid to travel in this, due to lack of credibility and worse experiences in the past. I could not travel even one long trip so far.
                              Also i was told that clutch does not cover under warranty and i have to pay for it. I own about 3 cars (I10, polo, scorpio) and i have been driving cars for more than 20+ years. I never had any clutch issues with any vehicles other than tuv300. I have requested mr srikanth floor manager to send me case history of all seven times and told him that i would go public and reach out for legal advise.

                              I am reaching out to you so you can intervene and resolve the issue. Appreciate your immediate response.

                              Received the vehicle last night without the gear box issue being addressed and floor manager conveniently blaming on my driving skills (Have 20 + years of driving exp). After vehicle has been received, now I am facing three new issues, when ever vehicle goes over a bump, audio will stop, and door alarm will beep the one of the door is open when all my doors are perfectly closed, loose sensors or wiring I guess. Also the rear windows refuse to slide down. Informed floor manager but no one is attending my problem. Pathetic vehicle, they try to fix one issue and 5 more pops up. Not sure how the vehicle is built with soo many quality issues and was released to market making public as scape goats and using them as end quality testers.

                                I have booked a mahindra & mahindra scorpio s6 plus model, color white booking date 29/06/2016, bank name - bank of india, marar branch, same has been attached.
                                I was promised and assured by gm mr. Pankaj of nexgeon solution technology pvt. Ltd that i will get delivery on 04th oct 2016. Today around 03:00 pm the delivery order (Do) has been also issued by bank of india bank, branch - marar, at evening i called mr. Pankaj for confirmation of my deliver of scorpio s6 plus model, color white, he said that if you want delivery on 04 oct 2016, you have to pay rs. 20000. I refused to pay such amount then he said me to pay full value of scorpio s6 plus model in cash. I again refused that and i said that the delivery order has been already issued by bank then why i will pay in cash, then he said that there is no stock of scorpio s6 plus model, color white and you will get your delivery after 15 oct 2016.
                                I was shocked and the way he behaved and talked.

                                  I brought a new mahendra kuv 1oo 4 months before but after 3 months braking problem arises in the vechile which cannot be rectified by the service and the mileage of the vehicle is less than 10 km in highways the device techinisian told that vaccum pressure generated from the engine is less than the required that is the reason behind the braking problem

                                    I am having mahindra bolero june 2015. Models. I have taken for the regular services up to 5th. 5th services was on 12th sep. On 25 sep engines was showing problem. 28 th taken to dealer (Dewan fourwheels, mohindergarh). Theys said engine will be reset from out side the asked for 10000 rupees. I think for engine we are having 5 year warranty. So it should be checked and claimed as repair from company side.
                                    Please suggest what should i do?? Or i should go for consumer court for taking claim on faulty product.

                                    My scorpio car altineter have not work properly it's have create problems two times in two months service center of rewari haryana they are not work properly my car is on the warranty it's have Dec 2015 model.if alteneter have not work after expiry of my warranty who have responsible for it.solve my problem soon.

                                      Dear sir,
                                      As I visited Mahindra finance sari ganganagar branch Rajasthan and asked about my Account statement, they said I had to pay 150 rs for the statement.well even bank doesn't charge for the statement.why do I had to pay charges as already I am paying interest to company.rather they need more interest in face of charging for account statement.if company will not take any action then I will clear all my loans from Mahindra.kindly response
