I have bought TUV 300 T8 last Thursday (5th august 2016) but from the very first the customer service is worst amd response is unprofessional.
1.The delivery delayed for a day where no response which did not help us to get our fancy number.
2.They told they will provide the floor matt, seat cover, bumper the very next day after delivey but later they told stock is not available and asked a week permission.
Now its more than a week.
3.within 4 days after the delivery we faced a issue with the ac in the car, the lights in the steering mounted audio control stopped working, horn did not working from today.
4.Took the car to the service centre the spare is not available they say.

Note: TUV 300 is a fast selling car and indian make thought everything will be good and spares will be available but the floor matt is not available, the seat cover is not available, the bumpers not available, the sapres for horn, steering light not available.
Damn waste of time is this what your product is ? 11 lakh product but no proper response but too much of things like apps mahindra support waste of time. Do what actually customer needs.

*I dont trust even this complaint hell no other option.

    My earlier complaint filed in Sep'16 wrt poor mileage issues (in my K4 petrol version) is not solved. I am getting 6~7 kms/ltr against 18.6 stated by the company.. Mahindra company service personnel took me in a express highway called 'NICE" road and showed some improved mileage which is not the ideal situation where we have to commute in harsh traffic conditions. Atlest a drop of 10% from the stated 18.6 Kms/ltr is OK but not this 6~7 kms/ltr. Worst thing is Mahindra & Mahindra don't bother to check with the customer regarding feedback. Disgusted with the poor support received.

    3rd Remainder:

    My new car purchased in aug 2016 is giving huge mileage problem. It is giving 6 kms per ltr agst the promised 18 kms/ltr for a petrol car.

    I am very dissappointed with the decision i took to replace my maruti swift car with this kuv

    Can mahindra address this and sort out please.

        We have purchases kuv 100 (mh04-hf-7912) from g3 motors kandivali west at the time dealer told us this vehicle millage in 25 k. m. per litter but since last 2 services i have already complaint about low millage but every time your dealer says we will check and resolved and nothing is resolved by them,, in city my vehicle average is 12 km per litter and on highway it is 16 km pr litter, so i am loosing more money on vehicle running, if you will not resolved with in this week, than i have to take legal action for misleading of customer, and i will claim my losses to the company,

        I bought XUV 500 AT AWD from Silver Jubilee Motors Limited, Pune on 7th Sep 2016. As of today, I 'm yet to get the advance refund of 40, 000/-.
        I have approached the dealer many a times but there is no respite.

          Dear sir,
          I purchased KUV 100 K8 on 4th May 2016 and from the same day I am facing mileage issues.
          The sales man and brochure claims the mileage to be 13-14 on city and 15-16 on highway but what I am getting is 6 kmpl./
          When complained about the same I was informed that i need to travel 3000km then the first service will be done and there is some manufacturing defect in petrol model that will be rectified too and after that all will be fineand I will get mileage upto 13-14kmpl. But when I received my car back the mileage just increased from 6 to 8kmpl which is very disgusting. We are from middle class family and spending so much on fuel prices is not possible for us. When complained to the service center, the executive said to come again on Monday and he will rectify it.
          I am totally disappointed by the car they provided and after sales service they are giving. Please rectify this issue at the earliest or I have to contact consumer forum and lodge a complain against m&m.

            On 27 th September i booked a k4 diesel car from durgapur showroom with a condition to provide me the car within 5 th October as it will be engaged at a psu for commercial purposes and the concern sales person namely Anirudh agreed but till date they can't deliver the car . Continueing giving excuses about the delivery . I hardly complaining against the salesman to shake him immediately and deliver my car within 24 hrs

              I am working as public prosecutor &we have a bolero in the name of my elder brother harmender rathee bearing registration number hr05d0039.

              Problem of missing showing fault on the display for which we contacted lohchab motor mahindra agency at rohtak. Where rs 1228 were charged for laptop.

              It is not a fraud with customer.
              It was due manufacturing defect for which we to pay money and have to suffer..

                I own a Mahindra XUV 500 vehicle, which I purchased in 2013 and the number is MH-12-KE-1709.
                During the servicing at G3 MOTORS in Malad in the month of August, , I was told that the Clutch has a problem and the vehicle remained with service center for 3 days, , however the problem was not solved and my vehicle failed to work, the vehicle was to be sent two times more in the month of August with approximate bill of 35000 Rs. Also the vehicle remained in garage for approx. 10 days in the service center. I was expecting the quality work and permanent solution to the problem, given that the vehicle went to garage so many times and for so many days.
                However after around 40 days, yesterday my vehicle again broke down in Dadar and I have to get the vehicle toed to your Sewri service center. The vehicle was not moving and lot of race has to be given to move it, , that too at a very slow pace. This is again reflecting the same old clutch and gear problem.
                My vehicle is only 3 years old, , has run for 45000 odd km, , and even the loan has not been fully paid, , I find the vehicle quite unsafe as it can break down any time anywhere
                My humble request is that,
                1. please ask the experienced technician to attend the problem, who can find out the root cause of the problem and solve it, ,
                2. Please also let me know, , if the problem can at all be solved, , if the problem cannot be solved and vehicle is not fit to be used any more, , I request you to please let me know,

                  We have purchased nuvosport amt modal in april 2016, we had an accident on sept 9, 2016, near saputara, gujrat. It was a massive hit by a multi axcel container, still the air bags did not opened, we were lucky to be alive, but if air bags would had opened, we would have felt more safe. So i request the whole mahindra team to take a close look on that problem, as many people are willing to buy nuvosport. Even we have suggested many of our contacts. Our vehicle is still in the mahindra workshop, in nashik. Please do take of all the systems of the new vehicles you are introducing to people.                     I am g. G. Saheb. I took vehicle supro maxi truck in the month of march/17/2016. The vehicle no is ap04tx 2852. I took the delivery from durga automotives. Kadapa. After taking vehicle two free services completed in durga automotives. At the time of 3rd service vehicle is become problem. I went to durga auto motives they said this prob we are unable to do also we are not authorised dealer. I asked them why u didnt tell at the time of taking vehicle. They simply skid. But i went ananthapur m. G. B. Mobiles. They recognised the prob. Damper become problem. But my vehicle have two years warranty. But they charged 10332 rupees charged. Bill no ro17a003844. Date 25/06/2016. At that time i lost 15000 rupees. Again the vehicle went for paid service with starting trouble to durga automotives. Again vehicle starting prob three parts are become repair. (Fuel feed pump, fuel filter assy, fuel injection pipe.) they charged amount7500 rupees. They simly said that parts doesnt have warranty. What are the parts will become for repair that parts doesnt have warranty telling like that.in this way what is the need of giving warranty. What is the need of giving booklet. This is very bad. This type of company i never seen. Before i plened to take two more vihicles. Now idroped moving to tata. So pls refund my amount. For any company ethics and values and customer satisfaction also very important. So pls fulfil myneeds. I[censored]r not take action i am going to give acomplaint mahindra sir. (Charman). Already i have given a complaint three times customer service center.

                      I'm contacting you guys with regards to my vehicle bolero ka01 mf 1703 which was serviced by sireesh auto service station in the second week of september where i complained about 2 problems first was about engine checklight which was on and second one was about vehicle making a a sound in the movement i was charged 7k approximately and received the vehicle, but both the reported problems were not fixed by the service station and the issues still continued. I took the car for alignment and noticed that front shock absorber was causing the noise for which i had to take the vehicle again to the service station and even the check light issue was not sorted.
                      When the vehicle was taken to service station they had to replace the shock absorber and we had to pay 1600 again. While the checklight problem was still not resolved. Finally tired of these issues and service at magadi road service station, my wife's brother advised me to take the car to jakkur service stations who reviewed the car and found a problem with diesel injector which is now costing me 22k for the overall service.
                      I agree to pay 22k for service now but what about the 7k that was charged earlier by sireesh auto in magadi road for doing nothing.
                      I would like to get a refund for that value, because its really frustrating because i couldn't use my car for more than a month, service drivers too my car thrice that used all the diesel in the vehicle too.
                      I don't want to unreasonable in my request but requesting for refund for the initial service where nothing was done to vehicle is fair, please review my request and contact me with this regards.

                        My xuv500 has met with an accident and i give it to ktc service centre at ernakulam for repair and my experience with them was not that good especially with the body repair manager, before giving the vehicle i asked them to give me the exact information about the availability of stock the manager said every part was available and after completing the partial work the vehicle was given back to me and afterwards he said that some parts are not available. Not only that but i asked for a complete vehicle checkup which was not done and some other work was alos pending but in thing they were very good at two things which was to bill for all the pending work and requesting me for giving a good feedback for them to mahindra. I want to ask something to mahindra if you are manufacturing a vehicle them you must must give a proper service to the for that vehicle otherwise you shouldn't go for it.

                            We have booked the Mahindra bolero from Sutaria Auto centre, Belgaum in the month of December 2015 with 100% advance payment.
                            And got the delivery in the month of January 2016.
                            But after delivery of Bolero we found that their is shortage of Rs.10508/-(in documents). So the debit balance is showing in our accounts till January 2016.
                            Since January we are following with Mr.Vijay Kale and Mr.Narayan Sathe about refund but till date we have not received the same.
                            So request you to refund the amount to settle the issue.

                                It was a simple scratch on my car kuv100 and register to hatorki motors, mahindra dealer at chapaguri road, chirang, assam. As per my talk to other garage hardly 2500 to 3500 estimated cost for repairing. But hatorki motors mahindra dealer make it 16000.00 bill. I argued a little bit for justification where they come down to 12000.00 its a horrible experience of being cheated by them where transparency is totally negotiable and negligence as floor manager or supervisor not up to the mark. Who will justify?

                                  We had purchased bolero high end model on16/2/2015 but we r facing lot of problem as the clutch plate is been changed as of now. I am unable to shift the gear as it is very hard and this has led to health complications. The i. G. Worshop people are blaming us only and the have not rectified the problem... Moradabad on 20/09/2016 on cash payment in the name of Operating Department, Moradabad Divisiion, Northern Railway. 16 days have pass still RC, extra payment which was deposit and accessories which payment already deposited not received. Matter was raised through, Mr Noori, Mr Rajjev, Customer Care, Mr Pathak Sales Manager, Moradabad, Mr. Rohit Verma, Area Sales Manager and Mr Rajeev, Regional Head but still matter not solved.

                                      I dreamt of owning an xuv 500 for a long time now. I decided to purchase my dream car and contacted the dealer (Sirish automobiles). To begin with they were courteous and were interested in selling me the car. As they realized that i had a preference in terms of color they made sure to dodge me. Now, on committing that they will book the car for me on wednesday since tuesday is not a great day (According to sirish automobiles) i was asked to show up on wednesday morning. As planned i showed up to book my xuv along with my 7 month pregnant wife. This was a big deal for us and we took so much of effort to get to the showroom.

                                      We were shown a couple of xuvs and then came in the surprise, the car was sold the previous day since the md’s relative wanted the car. So what happens to the promise they made to me. Even more the sales man (Srisalan) says the md’s relative paid money in full and hence it was sold to him. This left us in tatters, with promises meant to be broken and words with no meaning i got back home rethinking my desire. I clearly realize this was not meant for me and i leave it at that. I continue to work and hope that there will be a day when people, businesses and children honor and commit to what they say and hold themselves accountable. I have a ton of work to do to make that day real!

                                        I have purchased. Kuv 100 in may and in 3 months only there is a lot of problem in the car kuv 100 first the average is worst about 7 only second is when we purchased the car and in 15 days with in the car starsts shocker problem due to which lots of noise in engine is their the front shocker problem by which tyres starts bubbling second the radiator fan is missing in car and after 5 months they call to replace the radiator fan which was missing the center lock is not working overall their is a lot of problem is their in this car so we wants to replace or refund for the car
