Recently i booked a kuv 100 6+ orange colour with your authorised dealer global gallarie at vasai east in the month of july sales person name being cris in the name of mr suresh kothari. When i booked the new car in exchange of old car they gave me buy back letter of rs 30000 and i gave them an advance chq of rs 10000 and confirmed my booking with delivery date being first week of september.
They also promised me a welcome bonous of rs 10000 and complimentary reverse sensor.
Since last 20 days i am calling but they are not receiving my calls and finally after police complain they called me and told that there authorised distributor ship has been cancelled.
Kindly look into the matter at the earliest and revert me back on my mobile

    I bought mahindra tuv 300 on march 21, 2016 in bangalore. I drove down to chennai and my vehicle broke down in chennai on sunday i. E sep 4, 2016. I called up mahindra road side assistance and they towed my vehicle to zulaikha motors, ambattur estate. I was told that someone will call me after 8 am on sep 6, 2016. Nobody called up and i had called the dealer aruond 5 times to be put to the right person. I was told that clutch is gone and it had to be replaced. When i asked whether it is covered under warranty, they said no.

    Even since i spoke to several customer service representative of mahindra to raise a complaint on how come clutch could get damaged in 5 months time. I told them that i am from bangalore and i need to go back to bangalore yesterday itself the response i got from the customer service representative was someone will call me in 1 or 2 days as they received the complaint now only.

    Finally they gave me a representatives number and he was not picking up my call for 1.5 hours. I would have called him 7 or 8 times minimum, sent him a message to call me stating that i am a customer. He did not call me even after that. Finally i caught hold of him. He said he will speak to zulaikha motors and call me in 30 mins. It has been an hour and i am still awaiting for him to get back.

    In the mean time, i told zulaikha motors that i need the vehicle today and he promised to give by 7 pm today. Now, he is saying he cannot give me the vehicle today and can give only by tomorrow afternoon. I had already put leave for today (Sep 6, 2016) because of this and now i have to put leave for tomorrow as well. This is one of the worst service that i have faced and now i do not think i can trust mahindra vehicle and their customer service.

    I shall await for my car to be serviced and the exact amount that i need to pay. I had lot of faith and trust in mahindra and i believe this is just a one off incident that happened to me and i wish it does not happen with others. Very very disappointed and if mahindra did not act on this, i might have to think what action i need to take next.

      My bolero kl-56-g154 was serviced from eram motors calicut, kerala in may 2016. After the service when i got remote key was broken. I informed service manager immediately. I was held that they have registered the compliant and also applied for new one and that i will get it within 1 month.
      It has been are 3 month. No of times i enquired & informed to abou remote key. Didnot get proper reply and may have not recived the remote key yet. It was forced to re registerd another complaint. My new complianit "cf[protected]". I request to you look it to the matter immediately and do the needful failing which i will be forced to escalate the issue.
      May i expecting immediate actions from your side.

        With utmost shock self is writing this mail as self had sent my Mahindra Scorpio (UP14 CM 1040) for her 3rd free service for which nothing was free. As the technician kept calling me for all the expenses with taxes etc. however he failed to inform me that my scorpio will not be washed, polished & vacuumed which is free in the 3rd service as the washing equipment at yr Koncept Mahindra okhla branch, new delhi was not operational. We had sent our scorpio three times at yr okhla branch for servicing and out of those three times had a very bad experience twice i.e. 1st & 3rd time as the personnel working at yr okhla branch are incompetent & liars.

        Kindly be known that self will not recommend any of my friends & relatives to buy any of the Mahindra products in future as the after sale service of yr company is pathetic. Just want to extract maximum money possible from the customers by giving them least service. This is the first time experience for self that during servicing the car will not be washed and the owner will not be informed as the bill is already generated and the customer is bound to pay the bill.

          G3 motors nerul service center only cheats people and loots the money saying the work is been done.ac abs coolent repair was done hardly 3-6 months
          Yet today i still face the issue with abs ac and coolent leakage
          If mahindra doesnt have proper mechanic, why are they cheating us and looting our money?
          If this is the way of making money you people shouldbbe proud of tye brand mahindra g3

            I've purchased gusto (black) DL 14 SH 7530 in nov 2015. But your dealer (shanker motors shahdara) delayed the delivery of the vehicle for about a week. Also they give me incorrect RC. They change colour of the scooter in RC from black to red.
            I give them RC back for correction in 1 st week of February 2016. Its complete 7 months and they are not responding. Whenever i try to contact them they replied "we need 10 days more". In reply they argued with me and said " we are not sitting free in our office" and shift their blame to me. They are very rude service provider. You've no customer support. What should i do. Its almost one year since i purchased my scooter And Still without documents. For how long should I wait. Tell me will you provide me RC or not.. I'll never ever recommend Gusto and mahindra to any one. You people break my trust. Only fancy advertising and nothing in reality.

              My company has recently bought a TUV 300 T8 Auto shift from Sri Gurga, Moti Nagar New Delhi, Though, I like the car but my overall experience with the dealer is very bad. Some of problems I faced are listed below.
              1. Delivery was scheduled at 11 Am on 25th August, which was postponed twice to 4 PM, when I reached to take the delivery I was made to wait for over three hours, the car was delivered to me only at 8 PM.
              2. The car was delivered to me without registration no & on delivery slip without formal Invoice, which I don't think is legal.
              3, The car given to me was not properly clean from inside or out side, having a big dark stain on rear bumper which was not visible at the time of delivery being dark.
              4. For registration no I had to chase them & which could be provided to me on 27th August afternoon after several phone calls.
              5. Dealing Sales person didn't respond to the calls on mobile, and the landline nos provided on her visiting card were in correct.
              6. The deal included the free accessories worth Rs. 15000/=. but at the time of delivery, I found car perfume & floor mats ( included in the deal ) were not provided, and they have to put the mats from the used car, which are yet to be replaced by them. ( Because their store was closed for the day)
              7. The quality of the accessories provided is highly inferior & by no means closer to Mahindra standard, much better quality is available in the open market at 1/3rd of the price charged by Sri Durga. I don't only feel cheated but I will have to replace the accessories very soon.
              8. Since it was late the demo was given haste with a promise that person can visit us again to complete the demo, which is yet to be done.
              9 we were perhaps the last one to leave as most of the staff had already left.

              In past I had taken delivers from Maruti, Toyota, G M & Tata, but never had such a bad experience, which had, to a grate extent taken away the pleasure of driving a new Car.

              Till date, I have yet to receive the formal invoice and security registration number plate and there is no communication from their side.
              May I request you to kindly intervene and provide the resolution by at least replacing the poor quality of accessories and properly cleaning and removing the stains.

                Hello it's owner of MAHINDRA THAR. I have purchased this vehicle from nagour automobile, Ajmer. Vehicle no. RJ01UA8499 and i got it first service on 4th April. I don't know why it's happening to me but really fell like to sell out my all Mahindra vehicle. I got some problem regarding service and all. I complain to every one like OWNER OF SERVICE CENTRE and AREA SERVICE MANAGER but i am not getting any response from anyone.
                If I have sent this mail to right person please provide a call to me so I can discuss my issues with a responsible person of Mahindra.

                I really feel very odd at the show room by the manager n supporting staff. They did not be given proper answer to any subject of vehicles or any account detail of r.t.g.s amount. They were really rude with customers. They shown us like a super busy man. For any query customer have to go behind them.

                  Getting a good vehicle is one thing but having a great infrastructure to give post purchase service is what make client happy.
                  I bought a new KUV 100 K6+.
                  First servicing – They (Sireesh Mahindra auto, Marathalli) have just clean the vehicle and hand over. There were some minor fix needed which they will tell you, they will fix in second servicing as it has been only 3000-KM driven.
                  Second servicing – They (Sireesh Mahindra auto, Marathalli), put a dent in my car, I was so much disappointed why there is dent. They had to accept their mistake as I noticed it, by the time of delivery. They took KUV for 3 more days to repair the dent. So after 4 days, when I received my vehicle, it gives very bad sound from front cabinet. It seems they have open both front wheels and changes some parts. Which they have not accepted.
                  After servicing, where you should feel good for vehicle, but in case of Mahindra you will keep on finding new issues, if your vehicle went to their service center for few days, seems they don’t have ethical and values. They changes parts, not professional at all. I will not select Mahindra for my future/next vehicle choice.
                  In internet they show as if they take care of customer so much, but I have put complaint in [protected]@mahindra.com, and no response (that shows how much they think about customer). They have very bad escalation system, and few email IDs you will get in internet, where you just keep sending complaints but there will not be any response.

                        I am owner of xylo e8 and trying to change the tyre as its been few years. I have been enquiring at sks auto mobiles service centre, attur. I have been told that the price of stone bridge tyre is 7200 inr which is 1600 inr higher than advertised internet price. My compliant is to mahendra itself. Why mahendra charging extra 1600inr which is official dealer of stone bridge tyres? Where this extra money goes? In reality official dealer should able to offer less than mrp but its not happening on this case. And also, i am really disappointed about peoples response at mahendra service centre, attur. It looked the customer does not have access to speak or meet with dealer incharge. Please take serious action on this complaint and improve the customer service.

                            I purchase a new mahindra tuv 300 6+ on The 1st of Aug 2016 the company asked me if they can do the extra fitting work so I agreed on the floor mat rear bumper etc when I got the car delivered it looked good but after I use I felt the mat work done on the car is the worst ever I have seen the corners are just peeling out it's getting torn the whole mat is something like a balloon removed with air please ask them to refund the amount for the mat work I will be satisfied hope u will do something fir me

                              My XYLO E8 met with an accident and sent to M/s. SKS Automobiles, authorised dealer & service provider of Mahindra & Mahindra at Salem, Tamilnadu on the date 09/06/2016. There is no proper action or response given by the above mentioned company and the work is not even started even after paying 1lakh in advance. Kindly come up with the better alternative source in Salem, Tamilnadu and do the needful ??

The sales people did not arrange for the test drive nor did they valued my old car. there is not a single responsive call so I drew to surat PRESIDENT motors after confirming from sales person Mr. V ON phone The concerned person at 64 jogani mata showroom is very rude and argumentative such people are unfit for good customercare PRESIDENT MOTORS Due to bitter experience I AM CONFUSED ABOUT SPENDING 18 LAKHS.After making such good SUV MAHINDRA should concentrate in this area. atleast person like MR.V not only tarnish reputation of PRESIDENT MOTORS

                                  I Nitin Bajpai resident of dhar (m.p.) purchased a vehicle naming TUV 300 owner's name Rashmi Bajpai few days ago from your indore PATWA AUTOMOTIVE .

                                  1. We submitted an amount of Rs. 7, 41, 968 but the invoice we got was of Rs. 7, 39.258 .

                                  2.Mr Prakash at indore showroom told us that he will give us a temporary registration (TR) so that we could get our registration at DHAR RTO but they did not take the money and neither did they gave us the TR .

                                  3. Concerned people at DHAR BRANCH told us that to get a VID FOR REGISTRATION PURPOSE at dhar we have to go all the way to indore to submit the money because they cannot take the money for VID here and we have to give the money at indore branch after 2 PM to Mr. JITENDRA who will do the needful from there itself .

                                    I owned a KUV 100 on 18th Feb 2016 and recommended to many, even yesterday one of my friend Mr. Purabia exchange his Scorpio with KUV K4 . I m not satisfied with service given to me at dealers place. Executives not bothered the customer nor their precious time, accessory section not even bother to sell their items. I waited 2.30 hrs for small thing. I felt proud when i owned Mahindra Vehicle as make in India concept but service is poor if i compare with Maruti also Mahindra is not satisfying the customer i hope they believe in only sale not service.

                                      Dear Sir,

                                      Ever since I took delivery of my XUV 5OO SPORTZ model with details given below, I have faced following problems:

                                      Vehicle Serial no. MAIYT2HJU
                                      ENGINE NO. HJE4F2013I
                                      Delivery date: 30th July 2014

                                      1. Vehicle wheels were not aligned
                                      2. Head lamps one filament not working

                                      Subsequently for the last one year I'm facing problems with reverse camera and have sent the vehicle twice but to no avail.

                                      Current issues:

                                      1. Reverse camera does not work
                                      2. Auto wiper goes out of control
                                      3. There was burning odour in the vehicle
                                      4. Upon start, spark sound comes
                                      5. Clutch has to be reset as it sometimes causes sound while shifting gears

                                      Have been sending my vehicle to G3 Motors service centre at Nerul, however service quality is very poor.

                                      Kindly help.

                                        Check light issue

                                        We have check light issue in maximo plus load carrier. Check light always in on state and when we are trying to switch off... It's not switched off. We complient the same issue for several times and spent rs 500 for each service but the actual issue is not yet solved. Its switched off only at the time of service and then its come to on state after some distance travelled. We spent nearly rs15000 for this problem alone. We have tried with many ways and many people to fix this issue but the result is nothing.

                                        Due to this problem vehicle pick up is not upto it's mark.

                                        So finally we comes to you to help us on this problem.

                                        We haven't faced any issues other than this (Check light on).
