Please note that am using mahindra duro dz for about 2 years. But for the last few months am facing lot of issues regarding the scooter ignition starting (Self starting not working) and it's analogue meters malfunctioned as well. Initially i was ok with the scooter, but time to time am facing these kind of issues. Please advise me or intimate to the nearest service center so that i may get priority to get the vehicle repaired. I am aware that warranty period is over and liable to pay the the repairing charges. That's fine sir. Now a days service centers are taking lot of time to do the service even if it is a paid one. Plz do the need ful.

    I have some problems with my mahindra tuv 300 which i am mentioning here trouble with gear box, starring problem, sensor problem, balancing problem. i have already complained but no response from your company. i have lost faith in you and your product. i am much bothered with this product both mentally and emotionally. the behavior of the dealer is too worse.

        I Have purchased Bolero Top model Registration number UK 08 AK 9824 from Premier Motors, Dehradun, Uttrakhand in 2015 for own purpose. We are not satisfied with the performance of the vehicle and facing pick up problem from beginning stage.Several time we have serviced the vehicle but the problem is still remaining. So many times we complained Bolero authorities and service engineers, but no action taken by any body so far.

        This complaint is posting for the public, who are planning to purchase Bolero Vehicles. Because as a Bolero customer I am not happy with the performance of the Vehicle and servicing of the Company.In future, I will never purchase any Vehicle of Mahindra & Mahindra

        I have purchase mahindra gusto in November last year from the day of purchase there is defect in handle and there is milege problem I complian it to the service centre many a time but there response was not good and service was not up to the mark and my problem was not solved till now so kindle help me out
        Earlier i quoted all these problems but it was not cleared by your side even not a single response.
        1: wheel balancing is not good
        2: door noises while driving
        3: noise from engine
        4: side mirror creating sound
        5: mileage is very bad
        6: gear nobe is vibrating while driving

          Hi & Greetings of the Day

          Myself J.Vignesh kumar from Chennai and iam Owning a Mahindra Verito Vibe D6 which i purchased from India Garage, Mount Road, Chennai Showroom on September 2013.

          Iam sending this mail for an small problem in claiming an Warranty for My Vehicle.

          Actually I was sending numerous mails to your General manager Mr.Mohan Nair from 20.09.2016 onwards but since now there is no reply at all from any of your department. Mr.Mohan Nair is not even able to acknowledge the mail, but I am wondering why mahindra has given such irresponsible contact details in its website.

          I have never expected such an rude and atrocious behavior from Mahindra by treating their customers like this.

          I now forward the mail which I sent to Me.Mohan Nair for following one week.

          Actually I Was in a long tour from Chennai to Tiruchendur and While returning back i noticed the Indication of Engine light in the Driver information System and i was really Panic, that there some serious problem occurred & immediately called my Service adviser and he appraised that there may be some problem in some Heating element and it has to be addressed by connecting to an Laptop and Scanning the Engine.

          Since iam in a tour with my family, iam not able to visit any Workshop on the way and as i want my vehicle to be serviced with my regular Service station only, i just checked whether the vehicle can be driven further up to Chennai in this condition and planned to attend the work in "Zulaika Motors, Ambattur Chennai" only where iam regularly doing all my services.

          As I came back to Chennai today on 20.09.2013, immediately I visited the Workshop and upon checking it is clear that this problem Covers under Warranty, but unfortunately my Warranty is Completed by 19.09.2016 as the Date of Sale of My Vehicle is 19.09.2013 and as per 3 Years Warranty period.

          Now the Problem is Since the Warranty is just expired one day earlier the Dealer doubts how to cover this in Warranty. However the problem has been raised two days before itself and since i was out of station and was in a long tour iam not able address the issue physically to workshop.

          I hereby request to kindly view this issue in a pathetic manner and would request to give suitable approval to the Dealer to Cover this Problem in Warranty. Since the Workshop is full work is not assigned today and however tomorrow (21.09.2016) i have got appointment before which i expect an positive reply from you.

          I hope you have understood my Situation and i hope my request is a genuine one and Mahindra would surely value their customers and don't make them in trouble for a matter of one day.

            Sir,
            My name is vazeem majeed. i am an nri businessman settled in doha qatar. i owned a mahindra thar crde in 2014 june, (reg. no.: kl-29-c-777).
            Its completed only 24000 km. but, now its admitted in your service centre in kollam, kerala. they said the pressure pump has been failed due to water entered into the pump.
            I didn't understand this. this is an offroad vehicle and people used to drive through heavy water and mud.
            Then, they said may be water content in fuel can cause this. i am using other two cars and filling fuel from the same fuel stations for all my vehicles.
            I strongly believe that this is manufacturing mistake. i am expecting a positive proceeding from your side.

              Punjab mahindra, dealer of mahindra & mahindra bluff and cheat their customers. Their technician, supervisor and managers are neither trained nor professionally skilled. I wonder if mahindra & mahindra conducts some audit and care about standards of services being offered to their customers. Prior to this i had honda city and maruti alto and have had experienced their services. I never had any complaints against maruti and honda. Whereas within 2 years of buying xuv 500 i have always repented on my decision of buying this vehicle of m&m.

                I hv bought kuv100 k6 plus diesel model on May 2016. After running 500 kms it's clutch not working properly. I hv complaint so many times in GSP Motors gurgoan but still problem not solved. Now after 3000 kms its engine gives so much sound both inside and outside the car. It's like to drive a truck. I hv sent the car 3 to 4 times to GSP Motors but still problem is same.

                I am so much upset to buy the car.
                Kindly suggest the solution or the way to return the car.

                  HI All,

                  I would like to inform you that I bought XUV W6 on 26th March 2015 registration No. HR 26 CN 9046 through Sterling Motor Gurgaon.
                  This car was my dream car as I my ambition was to buy this car at any cost in my life since the launch of this Car, as I use to drove Swift/Matiz prior to this car and finally I bought this car even my pocket not allowing to buys this car just because of share excitement to drive XUV 500, but after driving this car nearly for 18th Month I feel cheated and shocked on kind of substandard parts is being used in this car.
                  Following items are changed in last 18th Months
                  • Wipers changed within 3 months
                  • Wipers are not working when auto sensor is ON
                  • Horn changed as not working
                  • Seat belt buckle was wrongly fitted corrected later
                  • Car Stereo stopped working
                  • Dashboard Panel box lock broken (Not Changed till now)
                  • Changed of break Shoe in less than 20 thousand Kilometer
                  All above suggest that you are using substandard part in making of your car and cheating your customers, even I am not happy with your services centres as the kind of the service they are providing is not Comparable with other Key market player in the market, in the service done yesterday I have following observations
                  • Washing was not correctly
                  • AC panel was not washed properly
                  • The knob of defogger removed during the fixing of stereo system

                  Being a loyal customer I recommend this car to many of my colleague in my Company (MakeMyTrip) and they also bought these cars but now with this kind of experience I don’t think I would be able to recommend this car to any one.
                  I would like to give this honest feedback to management of Mahindra & Mahindra and specially to Mr. Anand Mahindra that please stop cheating your customers and put good parts in coming cars that the dream of your customer don’t shattered like me 

                      I got my XUV serviced from Noida 64 Service Centre for the first time and I am sorry to say will never visit them again. They charged for dry cleaning and car cleaning and have just the formality of doing so. They did the alignment of the car and the Car's steering is not in the center. 6 o clock I could not find anybody in the service center and had to take my car back as it is.

                      The things I asked to work on have not been worked on at all. Upon receiving their SMS of service satisfaction I mentioned not satisfied. I then got a call from their call center, I gave them the same feedback, the lady on the phone mentioned that she will notify the problems to the concerned and will be taken care. Its been 3 weeks but no call has been received from them.

                      If that is a service standard then Mahindra will have to rethink about their dealership and service centers.

                      I would call this as a pathetic service experience.

                        Further to my complaint TVS pathanamthitta was attended the issue.¬ able to sort out the Issue as per customers Satisfaction.

                        1)KPL, which is reached only 13KPL.(Suppose to be 18.5KPL)

                        This variation cann't be accaptable .

                        2)Engine Vibration Still. Didn't solve.Yet. Not satisfied

                        3) Alloy wheel(As per sp.chart KUV100K8 alloy wheel)no exemption of any.
                        Spare wheel is to be replaced with alloywheel. No negotation..

                        Above problums are very well convinced by Tvs Pathanamthitta, So pls donot make any furthertel calls by different people & delay the matter.It's a new vehicle, I want it should be perfect as per your Tech. specification chart.with out any /negotations.Immediate action will be appreciated

                            Our previous complain no. 1377362 was not fully attended and now Manager of mahindra customer service misguiding that tha malfunction noise of engine is due to water ingress and not covered in warranty.
                            Sir, I wrote email reply explaining as below:

                            During 1st inspection when car was sent for service"no water indication light was appearing" means no water was present in filter or passed through.

                            This is totally manufacturer responsibility to rectify the engine problems which has less 19000 km run.

                            The diesel fuel absorb water than petrol dose. For this reason diesel vehicles featured with water separator, although few water separator are self cleaning but in rexton it is manually.

                              My vehicle no is BR1OP- 8676 SCORPIO. Problem is vehicle suddenly stop during driving amd restart after few minutes . Five times i send my vehicle to showroom . Mechanic mr bablu and bakshi had trial about 150 km and always they are doing different different work in vehicle but problem still in existence. About 70000 rs i paid but no solution. They unneccasary changed fuel motor pump and trail for 150 km . Manager telling that do complain i not bother about it

                                I have given my xuv 500 car for service in president motor, surat. First they have charged big amount telling that cluch plate and steering wheel to be changed. For that they have charged 34000. After complete of service when I back to home, my car was not started so I called them, they said there was battery problem. But my battery was new, purchased only 1 year ago and it was exide battery. When I opened bonnet and see, I got shocked my battery was completely changed. I have also bill of my battery. I complaint about it to manager but there was no response from him. So please give me suggestions about what to do.Should I complaint to consumer court?

                                  With very plaintively I informed to you that I am not received any RC for the vehicle purchased from your dealer point almost three months back. This is really very disappointing for me and a customer also who is helpless. My car is completed almost 15000 km on road, Is anybody aware about the risk who is facing by me on road. I am involved in an offence on daily basis just due to your management and employees lethargically behaviour. Your employee didn’t pick my phone to update the right position of my RC for which I have already paid since long back, they are in very relaxing mood & not aware about the problems facing by us on daily basis. I already submitted all related documents, resolve all queries, I remember to you once again that your employee or agency will be responsible for any kind of miss happening in this period.
                                  Mr. Malik this is my last mail to you for your kind knowledge and information. Next time I will go to customer court and put my case on the table for justice.

                                    Dear fraudulent service center (rr motors),

                                    After paying for the service and other equipment charges on a normal routine service, i double checked with executive (prahalad) if all required was done.

                                    After leaving, i noticed while parking that the parking sensor's still not working (realized this while escaping a minor accident when parking as sensors were bust), which had been changed in the servicing. the ac which was earlier fine was not cooling as before.

                                    They took the car to get the required done.
                                    Now they call up and say the workers are not there. one is sick, the other has gone home and the third one is on holiday.

                                    1.) what do you check and do at the servicing.
                                    2.) how can you, bluff on such sensitive things like sensors. it can lead to accidents and property losses. will you be responsible for such things or mahindra motors?
                                    3.) how, irresponsible. you take the car and then realize the workers are not there?

                                    We intended to buy a new mahindra scorpio. As we went to showroom, the staff didn't treated us properly. Due to unbearable misbehaviour, we decided to buy scorpio from some other agency .

                                      My self Kishore Gogoi, owner of a scorpio taxi permit car with registration no AS-01 CC 6434. I submited the car for repairing in your showroom cum service center at Jorhat named Ramnarayan Sivprasad in the year 2015. It was a knocking sound inside the engine. they advised me to change the crank shaft and the pistons. I have changed everything as they advised but from then in regular interval the car is showing problem. and last time i submitted my car on 30/11/2015 for repairing. and from then it is in the service place. I contacted your service head of Assam Mr. Pronoi Manjhi before submitting the vehicle and he assured that he will look after the matter. But now after almost one year they are producing me a bill of amount about 96000.00 which is unbearable for me. I have lost almost one year of service from my taxi permit vehicle and all permits required for a taxi vehicle is already expired . The insurance of the vehicle also expired. Now I am not in a position to bear all these remuneration because for the last one year it is in your workshop. I have already paid almost 1.5 lakh on this vehicle as repairing cost in last two year. Now i request you to return my vehicle with compensation of the government taxes and insurance premium value.

                                      I have recently bought xuv 500 W8.i want to retrofit reverse camera on the vehicle.however on checking from Mahindra distributers at various places, they are giving different rates.starting from 3000/- in punjab to 4500/- in hisar.may i request you to please guide me to correct rates please.

                                        I have booked supro van on 19.aug but staff has no responsibility they only say.we are working for.you but reality is.not same as.they asks each time documents repetdly i give but time goes and i have.not get my.van registered with rto so pls take matter seriously as i thought it is not with me but i thought it is my job to inform you about matter so i wait.for your cooperation
