Appointment was taken at Krishna mahindra service station rourkela on 6 the sep 2016 with Mr sakir, they have called my KUV 100 car reg no OD 15 C 2862 from sambalpur to replace front glass,
After reaching to service they demanded car for 2 days to repairs
I was never informed for 2 days time periods
I decided to come back without front glass

    Our previous complain no. 1377362 was not fully attended and now Manager of mahindra customer service misguiding that tha malfunction noise of engine is due to water ingress and not covered in warranty.
    Sir, I wrote email reply explaining as below:

    During 1st inspection when car was sent for service"no water indication light was appearing" means no water was present in filter or passed through.

    This is totally manufacturer responsibility to rectify the engine problems which has less 19000 km run.

    The diesel fuel absorb water than petrol dose. For this reason diesel vehicles featured with water separator, although few water separator are self cleaning but in rexton it is manually.

      My vehicle no is BR1OP- 8676 SCORPIO. Problem is vehicle suddenly stop during driving amd restart after few minutes . Five times i send my vehicle to showroom . Mechanic mr bablu and bakshi had trial about 150 km and always they are doing different different work in vehicle but problem still in existence. About 70000 rs i paid but no solution. They unneccasary changed fuel motor pump and trail for 150 km . Manager telling that do complain i not bother about it

        I have given my xuv 500 car for service in president motor, surat. First they have charged big amount telling that cluch plate and steering wheel to be changed. For that they have charged 34000. After complete of service when I back to home, my car was not started so I called them, they said there was battery problem. But my battery was new, purchased only 1 year ago and it was exide battery. When I opened bonnet and see, I got shocked my battery was completely changed. I have also bill of my battery. I complaint about it to manager but there was no response from him. So please give me suggestions about what to do.Should I complaint to consumer court?

          Dear Mr. Vinay Malik,

          With very plaintively I informed to you that I am not received any RC for the vehicle purchased from your dealer point almost three months back. This is really very disappointing for me and a customer also who is helpless. My car is completed almost 15000 km on road, Is anybody aware about the risk who is facing by me on road. I am involved in an offence on daily basis just due to your management and employees lethargically behaviour. Your employee didn’t pick my phone to update the right position of my RC for which I have already paid since long back, they are in very relaxing mood & not aware about the problems facing by us on daily basis. I already submitted all related documents, resolve all queries, I remember to you once again that your employee or agency will be responsible for any kind of miss happening in this period.
          Mr. Malik this is my last mail to you for your kind knowledge and information. Next time I will go to customer court and put my case on the table for justice.

            Dear fraudulent service center (rr motors),

            After paying for the service and other equipment charges on a normal routine service, i double checked with executive (prahalad) if all required was done.

            After leaving, i noticed while parking that the parking sensor's still not working (realized this while escaping a minor accident when parking as sensors were bust), which had been changed in the servicing. the ac which was earlier fine was not cooling as before.

            They took the car to get the required done.
            Now they call up and say the workers are not there. one is sick, the other has gone home and the third one is on holiday.

            1.) what do you check and do at the servicing.
            2.) how can you, bluff on such sensitive things like sensors. it can lead to accidents and property losses. will you be responsible for such things or mahindra motors?
            3.) how, irresponsible. you take the car and then realize the workers are not there?

              My self Kishore Gogoi, owner of a scorpio taxi permit car with registration no AS-01 CC 6434. I submited the car for repairing in your showroom cum service center at Jorhat named Ramnarayan Sivprasad in the year 2015. It was a knocking sound inside the engine. they advised me to change the crank shaft and the pistons. I have changed everything as they advised but from then in regular interval the car is showing problem. and last time i submitted my car on 30/11/2015 for repairing. and from then it is in the service place. I contacted your service head of Assam Mr. Pronoi Manjhi before submitting the vehicle and he assured that he will look after the matter. But now after almost one year they are producing me a bill of amount about 96000.00 which is unbearable for me. I have lost almost one year of service from my taxi permit vehicle and all permits required for a taxi vehicle is already expired . The insurance of the vehicle also expired. Now I am not in a position to bear all these remuneration because for the last one year it is in your workshop. I have already paid almost 1.5 lakh on this vehicle as repairing cost in last two year. Now i request you to return my vehicle with compensation of the government taxes and insurance premium value.

                    Dear sir/mam,

                    During delivery of kuv 100 on sept 4, 2016, i noticed that the bumper was damaged which was brought to the notice of the executive and his team lead. They assured me of the replacement but till date despite several follow ups, i am yet to receive the replacement for the damaged bumper.

                    Note: the officials at g3 motors are polite and assuring it will done within a couple of days but now it has been almost 16 days which i presume is delay in the service.

                      And also while on use top gear (4th&5th) vehile vibrating.
                      Matter has informed to the concern dealers thru sales executive (non (availability of service rep./no contact # of aftersales dept. which suppose to be provided to thcustomer,)
                      Therefore i request you to look into the matter with top preority and sort out the issue at the earliest and avoid further cosiquances.

                        I had sent my scorpio with registration number wb 06 f 4953 on 06/09/2016 at shree automotive pvt. ltd. and had recieved the car from them today on 19/09/2016... and if you check my service records i have been mostly a dedicated customer for shree automotive and rated them best for their service so long...

                        The invoice number for this consignment is rbr17c005415. photo of the invoice is attached herewith...

                        Was satisfied enough with the work done by them until i heard a "khat khat" noise from both the rear wheels followed by a mere bubling from the rear end...

                        Stopped the car, even moved it at a dead slow speed to check the noise and reason for bubling... it was loud and clear... to my sheer astonishment i found that each and every fastening nuts of both the rear wheels are loose enough that they can be turned by hands only...

                        Its my humble question that is this the way you people, on whom we and our family depend solely, are serving your customers...

                        I am really shocked enough with the kind of people and even also with the quality of responsibilty of these service managers you recruit to serve us. are they not liable to check or rather they donnot have any pre delivery check up procedure?

                        Thanks to the almighty that i am here to write to you about the fact i faced today...

                            I m very must disappointed by your services. this time i have taken up my 3rd free service, and again you people are on the challenge to not to provide a good service. To get a better service, i have tried in your mayapuri branch, bt that is the father of all the services. the worst service a company can give to his costumer should be taught by your company. Your service department executive named Ms. Ruchika Sethi of your Mayapuri branch has troubled me alot. Now i am very much sure that now-on-wards i will never ever suggest anyone to go for mahindra vehicles. Even though i am not also suppose to buy any kind of mahindra vehicles. "Rather u should hang up a bulletin board that contact us for the worst services, we are experts in it." Thanku for taughting me such a good leason.

                              Dear Mahendra Team,
                              First of all congratulations on giving us a Nuvosport a fantastic SUV, but at the same time I regret to tell you that your dealer network is the worst in the industry I have experienced. Let me take you through my story from the begging.
                              It all started from the day I went to take a look at the car. Same as all the sale team this sales team was also very prompt in attending me was explained everything about the exterior but they knew nothing about the interior and functions of the car. By the way I did not mind much because I had made up my mind to purchase this car. Now this team started showing all its colours. First thing extra money to do the car registration, they even deny me when I said that I will not pay extra money and will manage registration on my own because my brother is on a very high post in RTO.
                              2) They asked me to pay advance to book my car. Ok I paid 1.5lacs advance and rest my bank financed on the spot at the dealers office itself. Hear I said I will not purchase any accessories from them as I don't need them.
                              While taking delivery I was told that they have charged 18k extra from me by mistake and I have to purchase accessories from this money or wait for 8 days to get the cash or DD. Forcefully I had to purchase the accessories I did not want.
                              3) Then I was asked to take the car without number plate and they told that the plate will be given after a couple of days but it is still lying at the dealers place.
                              4) I was emotionally black mailed by the sales guy to give him rating above 9 or he will loose his job which I did for that poor fellow, for which his manager said that he will give me good discount on servicing.

                              Now comes the best part..
                              I was enjoying the drive of my car when I completed 3k kms and took appointment for servicing.
                              1) I send my car for servicing to the company showroom which was the biggest mistake I did. This guy came to pick up my car and I explained all the things that had to be taken care of and I was promised that the car will be delivered by evening.
                              2) They immediately gave me a account number and asked me to deposit 4K in it for servicing or the car will not delivered.
                              The question is how did they know that the charge will be only 4K or it will not be less than that ??
                              3) Finally I added their account to net banking but it was not enabled the same day so I asked them to send the car along with the bill and I will pay by cash but they denied saying that they do not except cash.

                              I forgot to mention, from the time I had given my car till evening I received exact 15 calls from them to deposit money in their account.

                              Finally by afternoon I received a message that my bill was 2800 but these guys were again calling me to deposit 4K only saying that there will be extra charges.

                              The day ended and I did not get my car next day I was told that the driver was not available and they can not send my car and I had to travel by taxi to collect my car.

                              Waooo the nightmare began. The car was polished and cleaned beautifully from outside but the interior was as it is when I had given instead it was smelling of cow dung and the smell has not left the car yet.

                              I had told that the dash board at the drivers side is making noise and is irritating while driving. While taking the car from them I was told that they had repaired and there will be no noise hence forth but to my surprise they have not even touched it.

                              The front bumper had come out a little bit which I had informed during giving the car but hear again total disgrace they said that the work station for this work is just next door and they cannot do it as I had to come personally and request the manager for his favour 👏👏👏

                              All this time I am talking about your Dealer Silver Jubilee motors Pune the worst I have ever experienced. And I take a promise to my self that I will never deal with this dealer in my further life.

                                N they used my car for there persnal use n accident my car. Nw i want my new car i dnt want accidental car. Bcz this is mahindra's fault not mine..

It is also not available in after market. So I just want to request Mahindra and Mahindra to provide spares for new vehicles.                                       Today i went to Mahindra Showroom in Dehradun situated in Haridwar Road, i have to buy new Mahindra Thar.When we entered all sales executives are gossiping and after 15 min. wait not even single person came to us, even when we asked about any person few females are laughing at us. and one said " Leave it, we have completed our targets". i said " i dont think you people need and customer" we went from their and no one came to stop us.
                                      I dont think so this kind of service Mahindra given to their customer, even though their sales targets have been completed. This was the most pathetic car showroom i have seen in my entire life.
                                      Thats my promise to Mahindra i 'll not buy your car in my life.
                                      Mahindra And Mahindra customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                        Hi

                                        Please find a string of emails relating to the challenge in securing the necessary parts for Mrs. Mooney’s Mahindra vehicle. Her vehicle was damaged in March 2016 when a tree fell on it during a storm. It is now 14 September 2016 and to date her vehicle has not been repaired and is still at the panel beater due to the unavailability of Mahindra parts. She is at her wits end. She had a rental vehicle for the first month and then nothing. She had to borrow a panel beater vehicle which is falling apart and she has been driving up and down to work at 100km a day for the last 5 months.

                                        I have tried to call your customer care but despite repeatedly calling for the last half an hour, there is simply NO answer. I eventually called a dealer for an alternate number but alas….there isn’t one. I am now emailing you in a desperate attempt to get this matter resolved.

                                        I find it totally and utterly unacceptable that the parts can take 6 months and now we have been informed of another 16 week delay. You will see from the emails what the vehicle looks like and the sub-quality of the parts that were sent to the panel beater. This is not on.

                                        To top it off, Mrs. Mooney has had a knee operation and has had to drive that distance to work and back in a manual vehicle which has now resulted in further damage to her knee. She has been booked off work again today and may need further surgery next week. Had she been using her automatic vehicle, the driving of this old manual vehicle would not have caused further damage to her knee.

                                        Im sure you will agree that the situation is intolerable and Mahindra SA now needs to step up and resolve this issue immediately.

                                        My first request is that you immediately investigate this matter thoroughly and ensure that the panel beater receives the correct part of the correct quality by close of business today. My second request is that you provide Mrs Mooney with a courtesy vehicle from Mahindra SA which is equivalent to her own vehicle and with an automatic transmission in order to prevent further health issues, for the period until her vehicle is ready for collection. I believe this is the least Mahindra SA could do under the circumstances.

                                        Please forward this to the necessary parties to ensure there are no further delays in the resolution of this matter.
