That during the year of 2014th August, I have purchased a Mahindra XYLO H4 Vehicle, bearing Reg. No: SK 01 Z 0417, Chassis No: MA1YA2MLXE2E44948, Engine No. MLE4E15116, Manufacture 2014, Colour: White from your esteemed Showroom.
That unfortunately, since the month of MAY, 2016 the side Vehicle has been sustaining major car disorder malfunction thereby sometimes automatically switching off the vehicle, unnecessary engine heating problem, meter reader and indication malfunction, non-starting of engine, malfunction of break. Hence I have to take my side vehicle to your service station thrice a week which is hampering my business and depriving me to perform business through my side vehicle.
It s pertinent to state that due to the side disorder malfunction of the side vehicle, it is posing engrave danger to the passengers and driver while travelling and plying the side vehicle since various unfortunate incident has already occurred jeopardizing the lives of the Passenger/ Tourists and the Driver and my family members.
To woe and affliction that has been sustaining by me has no bound and the best solution for the same is to approach your good-self for favorable necessary action.

    I have purchased my nuvosports on 17 may since then i have faced lots of issues, 3 majour issues were, tractor like noise, break issue and recent one where the clutch paid which has burnt recently, the card has run only 2400 km prox and since then it has gone 3 times for checking of all these issues, i am thoroughly disappointed and even after buying my card spending money on taxi for to and fro. Even in my last towing of my car, a new umbrella was missing when asked teh executive they denied of any such thing found in the car.

    I am going file case against manhindra for cheating customer and provide such a car which had issues since beginning.

    Koncept mahidra people are big time layer.

      Purchased a TUV 300 about 6 months ago.
      Since then several complains have been made to mahindra some resolved some are still pending. But no one is bother about it. My vehicle is parked in under covered parking of building all the time please see the attached photo for the rusting and bubbling of paints at various location which were just observed within a month of delivery, same was communicated to dealer he said we will repaint this.       I have posted above complain on 26th august now it's november, but no effective action has beena taken by mahindra even condition getting very poor. Now I think that I should file a legal consumer case.
      Efforts taken to repair have made things worst. Within 3-4 months of purchase vehicle paint and metal got junked, getting rusted within the paint.
      A very disappointing quality control from mahindra.

        Greetings, while it was encouraging to see m&m surging in product enhancement and ssi survey, one had every reason to try a m&m product (the tuv300) after being a maruti loyal customer for over a decade. however, the experience that i had at industrial & farm equipment at guwahati gives me every reason not to even consider investing in a m&m product. after an enquiry almost 45 days ago and a phone call on aug 17th, today i receive a promotional text from the concerned sales executive at the dealership. i reverted asking about the status of the exchange of my dzire commercial vehicke which i wanted to exchange for the tuv300. the response of the executive was appalling and distasteful to say the least. i was told "what kind of customer i am" and how "m&m was not interested in such customer". this was conveyed as i pressed for why it was taking so much time to finalise the deal as competitors especially msil does it almost immediately. well then, even we are not interested in buying m&m. the contact number of the executive is [protected].

          I nitin bajpai purchased a vehicle naming tuv 300 owner's name - rashmi bajpai on date 22/08/16 delivery challan no. 351and gate pass no. 484. I transferred the payment on 19/08/16 throught neft receipt no. 1622. The dealer i. E. Patwa automotive are not able to provide us the documents specifically cell letter, invoice and etc. They already made us write the penalty letter stating that we ourselves aur responsible for the late delivery of documents. Kindly look into the matter immediately.

            Hi,

            I had booked kuv 100. The car delivery was delayed by 6 months. So i decided to cancel the booking and without any prior notice mahindra had refunded only half the amount.

            They do not receive the phone calls and neither they refund remaining amount. Every time there is false promise of refund from their end.

            Please help get me my money back.

              Myself nishant vottery owner of an english medium school situated in sihora distt jabalpur. we purchased a maximo school van from star automobiles jabalpur m. p. on 7th of july 2016. we made the complete payment at the same time incluiding fitness, registration and permit. we want to let you you know that all the work regarding rto takes 2-3 hours to be furnished. we put up the school registration which was about to end on 14th of august2016. this registration is essential for permit. so after purchasing maximo van we were intimating again and again to the star automobiles to get rto work furnished but they gave a deaf ear to us. star automobile took an amount of 12500/- to get rto work furnished whereas the actual is much more less than it. requesting them again and again they told us in last of july16 to send maximo to rto office abalpur and they told us to bring photos of vehicle, number plate and 400/- to give that so called broker who does all the rto jobs for star automobile jabalpur. by today we haven't got any of the papers at their end and today they are saying that they will give us permit provided we have to submit new school reg certificate which is next to impossible to submit right now because its under renewal process which takes time. now we are quite helpless to run the maximo van without permit.. we are having another mahindra tourister school bus purchased by star automobile last year and faced a lot of things. we sincerely regret that we opted mahindra again.

                I have left my mahindra xuv for the service on 17-aug-2016 at zulaikha motors pvt ltd at ambattur. The service sheet serial number -1221. We have informed that the car ill be given back with 5 working days. But now it is 23rd august and we didn't get any proper response from the service center. This is very ridiculous. How can a businessman ill be there without the car. It s more than 1 week now. We dont see this kind of worst service at any service centers. We have many cars (Bmw, audi, volkswagen, honda, hyundai) in our family and we dont face any issue with those services. I am seriously frustuated with mahindra. I ill never ever suggest any one to buy mahindra in future if the service is like this. Kindly take severe action and make my car to be available on tomorrow. I cant wait no more.

                  I am pride to instroduce myself as owner of mahindra verito d6 from 2013 onwards staying at vellore, tamilnadu. I am not willing post this message to complaint about the vellore dealer jain cars&service for mahindra and all car service centre.

                  Aa. Jain cars giving priority on only the accident vehicles for earning more money on service charges.in that all the mahindra trained mechanics and engineers are left from jain cars to other high paid service stations. Hence the cars are serviced by poor knowledge mechanics for replacing from bumpers and grills. Last three years i met with small accidents on damaging front bumper with allied accessories. All the times, the even bumpers are not fitted properly with correct clamps and screws. All the bumpers and tyre top flaps are not fixed with lock screws. I have gone to private mechanic for proper fixing of front bumper and horn grill clamps by additional payment of rs.1000/-. This is very much ridiculous on the excess payment drawn from me.

                  Bb. Poor spares availability in the service station all the times. Even from wind screen wiper blade arm is not available for a periods of more than 3 months with three visits from my home having distance of 30kms oneway. At last the service engineer replaced the scarpio front wiper arm (Left) instead of what is requires to verito d6 with the information to adjust with this for some time on due payment. Is it the nature of mahindra spares position. There is no proper follow up with the customers. This is happend in the peak rainy season.

                  Cc. My car right side rear mirror got damages during may 2016 on the trip to ecr road to a function. Till now the service engineers not able get the the supply from main dealer. Is it from abroad or poor manufacturing or closed the manufacturing? On contact with the service manager, he is all the time tour and meetings not able to follow up with spares centre arrange the right side rear mirror. Finally replaced with duplicate rear right mirror for my safety. Still i am waiting for the original supply of the same.

                  Both points of bb. & cc. Is it safe drive without the spares required for my vehicle? Kindly confirm when the above spares will be available with your mahindra dealer. The same is informed to your customer care toll no on 11.08.2016.9.00 hrs for necessary action service and replacement of spares with alternate service station nearby ranipet.

                    Hello sir,
                    I am from tamilnadu. I gave my scorpio for service in the service station at susee automobile pvt. Ltd about 12 days ago the vehicle was listed with a set of basic complaints and they took this much time. I do not understand why they delayed for basic oil service for this much moreover now they are asking me to pay 18k extra stating that there is a self start motor problem which was never listed.
                    Am send complain letter for mahindra head office and now a day no response for that mail.

                    I m being frustrated after buying tuv300 vehicle having lots of problems I.e, unusual sound from engine in morning, less kpl, worst clutch system(replaced in a year) unstable while driving. I don't know company has tested this vehicle for stability test.i want report of that. Meet many owners having same problem in this product.

                      Koncept mahindra body shop is not working properly. My car hr 83 6951 was accepted 20 days late, 3 times i visited the body shop but the manager (Mr. Sk gupta) made false promises for work and delivery of my car. I got message on[protected] that my car wil be ready 5 pm but my car is not recieved.. He primised for pickup and delivery on 17th aug only and now he is not doing that.

                        I charged around 28k for clitch work, break pad & ac work but since i took my car from service centre, my ac is not working at all.

                        When i asked to customer executive chetan he replied that there is no ac work done in my car so why i charged for ac work mentioned in billing.

Manoj kumar madan lal mor purchased mahindra xuv 500 gj5jp 6451 and today i have sent my vehicle for 1st servicing to president motors surat gujrat after getting servicing i have received my vehicle but as per your service advisor mr. Shankar bhai (Who deal from president motors) he is not accepting the payment through cheque kindly advise your company accept only cash payment, if your company doesn’t trust on your valuable customer then how the customer will trust or except any good service in future.
                          Please confirm me so if next time i have to send my vehicle for servicing i have to pay the amount through cheque or cash.

                            I had booked mahindra kuv 100 petrol car of model k6+ six seater with the dealer 'global gallarie ' at palaspe, panvel.
                            It's been around 2 months now, and still the dealer is not even confirming delivery date. I had been following up many times but now they even don't answer my calls. I had paid 2.50 lacs by cheque on 1 st aug 2016. Exchanged my old car with them at rs. 1.10 lacs, in total my 3.50 lacs lying with dealer, and no delivery confirmation.
                            Please look into and arrange immediate delivery.

                              I am layer having quanto car. On 16th august 2016 i have surrender my car to your service centre situated at kurla east for coolant problem, however it wasn't clearly specified me at first and also it wasn't resolved till date. It is unfortunate but your staff is not sure with problem resolving mechanism. It is harassment i will not sure to go with mahindra products anymore. I upset with your service and recommend not to buy your product.

                                Hello,

                                I am an owner of mahindra's new age xuv500 (W8) 2015, i expected to have a decent service and support from mahindra. But sadly i haven't even got at least some respect as a consumer, i only serviced or consulted my vehicle only at t v sundaram iyengar & sons ltd at kottayam kerala. Our family own from toyota, volkswagen, mercedes, suzuki, and this is our first mahindra. The vehicle is fine but, your service centers are really disappointment to your company and the whole man kind. I bought this vehicle for 17 lakhs, even my 7 lakh volkswagen provided me much satisfaction. Recently the car was in an accident and severely damaged the estimate was upto 3 lakhs.

                                So am going to list out some bad experiences with mahindra's service till i got my vehicle.

                                - one week after delivery there was a complaint with the infotainment display. Under warranty, they replaced it and left some pretty big noticeable scratches on the dashboard, ac vent and below the cooling box, they haven't used proper tools to replace it. I even informed the deputy officer about it and he didn't cared for it

                                - after months i have to replace left side tail light and they replaced it with an old generation xuv's tail light. When i informed them about it they didn't even have the courtesy to discuss it.

                                - at the same time i had problem with the speakers and an abnormal sound from the ac vent. They told me that it can be replaced under warrant and till this day they haven't replaced and fooling me with silly excuses.

                                - after second service there was a disturbing noise from the middle row seat of the vehicle and guess what? They didn't cared a bit.

                                - on june 4th 2016 i had met with an accident, quite severe that an uncontrolled vehicle (Hyundai eon) at an high speed collide at the right side near the driver's door and our vehicle drifted round 3 times and a middle row passenger was injured. The vehicle was severely damaged, the rear wheel axle had broken, the alloy wheel was damaged side panel and doors were totally damaged. Thankfully xuv is equipped with 6 airbags and none of them deployed, and all of the passengers were on seatbelt. Since the collision was on the right side we expected that the curtain airbag will deploy.

                                - after the accident immediately i took the vehicle to the service center and they told me that it will take 45 days to get all the parts from mahindra, and they need an additional one week to deliver the vehicle. And the good news is it's almost 3 months now. Every time i enquire the, about my vehicle, they are requesting additional 10 days. And they repeated this excuse couple of times. At last i lost my temper and visited service center to see my vehicle. I saw the bay area where they are servicing my vehicle and i just can't bare the way they are treating my vehicle, my vehicle was between 2 maxi trucks and they were painting the trucks out in the open and the stains from the other vehicles are spreading on to my vehicle which is de assembled and without doors and it is damaging my vehicle's interior. They even haven't completed 50% of the work and yet they claimed to deliver within next 10 days. The replaced parts from the vehicle like exhaust, shock absorbers etc. Were placed inside and they were all dirty and greasy destroyed pretty much of the interior of my vehicle.

                                - as a customer who bought a vehicle for 17lakhs am ashamed of your company and your products. I won't ever buy or use or suggest a mahindra product anymore.

                                - as for the complaints right now i need a solution within the next 10 days, if you haven't provide a solution for problems i will sue your company in the consumer court of law and expose these problem in the social medias and popular automotive forums.

                                  I get it serviced from g3 motors, malad, mumbai.
                                  I would bring to your notice that.
                                  The service advisor put up a deaf ear to my complaints, and kept adding unjustified expenses.in the bill is a labour amount of 7500 which he has added lump sum
                                  This after all the labour expenses were already mentioned and added.

                                    This is worst car ever. I m totally disagree to buy this car. After first service there are a lot of problems in the mileage of car. Mahindra executives don't give response to any of my complaints. I hv purchased this car last year and nw m totally fed up with this. Before a week ac was totally dead car overheated. Coolant and engine oil box damaged and oil flows in the engine. Engine of my car seized nw. My car is in mahindra workshop prime automobile fbd. I don't want this car nw. I m filing a case against mahindra in consumer court.

                                      I bought a new car TV 300 mahindra and mahindra .my car all paint are junked only in 10 month . I bought car by "gsp motors gurgaon". He is said not company fault .and car guarantee is 3 years. He is totally fraud.
