Iam ur customer. Iam using a bolero m2dicr. Coimbatore. I was going to ur service dealer in coimbatore. First the whole customers are irritated to ur service peoples. The service mechanic working time very tried to worked to my vehicle. So ur uniform desings are not suitable for south zone. Back pains are came and summer seasons the black t shirts are very hot and infective and came smells. So u kindly change the old desings.

    Good day,

    I am dr, prashant sirvastava

    The vehicle, mahindra thar cred new 4x4 from the dealer up motors work was purchased on 28/10/2015. Its engine no is 96157 and chassis no 67215.
    Regular fault are coming in this vehicle are not getting rectified.
    The fault is vehicle driving, acceleration stops functioning pick up lessens or increases and vehicle com to a halt.
    For this the vehicle has been sent to service center a time but problem could not get mended and remains in its original stale.
    There is some fault which engineers and technicians are not able to rectify.
    This causes lot of problems while driving. Major accidents have happened and any time major accident also might happen.
    So its urgently requested to look into this matter asap.

    I have suffered a lot due to this. So talc e on urgent step for its redress.

      I have taken kuv 100 car in April at 3800kms car gear shifting got tight n clutch got free I given infinity auto link at soin near bunter Bhuvan authorised centre of mahindra the kepty vehicle for 8days then also vehicle not reactify proper n said some parts r not available n again on last Thursday I giveny car cause they said part came till today I not received my vehicle n they saying in ur car reverse problem is there n part not came proper n saying tht fault will be there in kuv100 no response from them till now it's my new car do need full on them.or change my vehicle it just use so.less n ur tire quality is also v bad it just got cut while running

        I give my Scorpio s10 for the service.
        they called me and said your tyre is damage and rim is band. I told them not to touch as I am coming there
        When I got the car my tyre is changed and the serial no of tyre is different.
        No one is listening me
        They replaced my new tyre to old one.
        now they told me to check the video footage of service centre but it's possible they have changed outside while trial of vehicle .

          I've recently bought a mahindra kuv100 k8 petrol variant in april2016. Mahindra claims the petrol version of the vehicle gives around 18kmpl but i'm hardly getting 7kmpl. When i enquired i got to know that most of the petrol vehicles sold have same issue. Mahindra is also aware of this issue. When i checked with the dealer "anant cars, bannerghatta road, bangalore" they say wait till first service. First service is for 3000km or one year. With the mileage i'm getting out of my vehicle i would spend double the money to reach 3000 km. I this this is a faulty new petrol engine mahindra has produced which i'm bearing a cost. Added comes the emotional stress of first car being like this faulty. Request help in any form.

              I Samina Shaiwala would like to bring to your notice that my Mahindra Scorpio which i bought in 2015 from G3 Motors bearing registration number MH 02 DW 4053 has started rusting in a years time.
              I fail to understand how a vehicle advertised as the most robost and sturdy catches rust on the body in a years time.
              Also when braking it tends to move towards the right.

                Dear sir,

                With regards, i would like to submit the following points for your kind perusal

                I) i am the chairman of salsabeel educational institute, rehmatabad, near p. c. depot, parimpora, srinagar, j&k.

                Ii) the school had purchased mahindra cosmo 25+1 vehicle from astro india automobiles on[protected].

                Iii) after receiving the vehicle we did notice few dents on the vehicle and did find that the driver side window glass was not appropriate.

                Iv) the school lodged a complaint and in response mr. qaiser and mr. pradeep checked the vehicle and did find the issues mentioned in point no. iii) appropriate and assured us that the issues will be resolved.

                V) the vehicle was taken to the astro india automobiles workshop in srinagar located at byepass chanapora on[protected]. (job card for the same is attached)

                Vi) the job card prepared did mention clearly that the driver window glass issue at point no. 2 of the job card.

                Vii) the denting issue was resolved but unfortunately the driver glass issue was not resolved.

                Viii) the school did lodge one more complaint vide no. b[protected] where the concerned persons communicated to contact either mr. rakesh dhar (contact no. [protected]) or mr. pradeep (contact no. [protected]) and when contacted they assured to get the drive glass window issue resolved within a week.

                Ix) the school did not receive any communication in response to the promise made by the concerned persons as mentioned in point no. viii).

                X) after one month the school authorities did call mr. pradeep to check the status of the complaint and his answer to the call was that the complaint has been cancelled. mr. pradeep added by saying that the school has to pay for the replacement of the driver side glass.

                In this regard, i would first like to mention that how can a complaint be cancelled without consulting or communicating the same to the customer. second if the school was informed by the concerned officials that the replacement will be done within a week's time why was the statement of the representatives of astro india automobiles changed. keeping in mind the reputation of mahindra company the school did decide to purchase few more vehicles but did not prefer astro india automobiles company as the service provided was worst. the school authorities have decided to stop any purchase of mahindra vehicles in near future based on the poor services and non-committed professionals in the astro india automobiles.

                I am still hopeful that the issues which was existing can still be resolved if the issue is communicated to the management and appellate authority of mahindra automobiles division. i do understand that the experience that i have gone through is an example of breach of trust which i think the company should try to mitigate and it will have negative impact on the goodwill of the organization in general and dealer in particular.

                  Subject: give me genuine reply for regular failure of turbo engine of xuv-500

                  I have purchase xuv-500 from your authorized show room which have registration no gj-16-bb-5040. from the date of purchase to till this date, vehicle facing small to big problems at regular interval though i am regularly servicing my vehicle only at your authorized service center. i am really disappointed with this kind of working condition of my vehicle.

                  From last some period, i felt that my car has some major problem so i sent my car at your authorized service center in ahmedabad. i received information from them that there is need of turbo engine replacement. i agreed and they changed it at 33, 000 km of vehicle run.

                  After just 20, 000 km of run, again i got some problem and handed over my car at same ahmedabad authorized service center and till this date it is with them only.
                  This time also they informed me that again we have to replace turbo engine and i have to bear 50% charges of the total bill raised after replacement of engine.

                  I am very much disappointed with all this and my questions are
                  (1) how turbo engine fails in such a suv type car?
                  (2) how is it possible in such type of vehicle that small /big problem arising at every regular intervals?
                  (3) is newly replaced turbo engine capacity only 20, 000 km and doesn't have any warranty for new one?

                  Dear sir even small family car run smoothly for near about 1, 50, 000 km.
                  Above all mentioned problem clearly indicating that from the date of purchase i got vehicle having malfunctioned engine.

                  I am very much disappointed with all these issues.

                  After replacing the engine, if again my vehicle will get any problem in short time who will be the responsible?

                  So, requesting you to check my full vehicle precisely and to solve all the problems as early as possible or hand me new car by replacing this defective piece.

                  I heavily paid for this vehicle, its insurance, its service and to maintain it.

                  It`s my humble request to solve all these as early as possible and please do not force me for any legal action.

                    I have mahindra quanto c4 car operated for 18000 kms 3 year old. The car was stand still on junagadh rajkot highway in jan'16. After persuading customer care after 4 hours or so rajkot service centre turned up to take the car.
                    I was informed that clutch is damaged and need to be replaced and need minimum 1 day for the same. I had to stay in rajkot and get the same repaired in your rajkot service centre by paying 13, 000/- or so. They had no credit card facility thus had to manage cash.
                    I have 2 other cars and have been driving car since last 24 years no clutch issue. I got clutch repaired in jan'16 again in jul, same issue and had to again get clutch repaired.
                    The car is now only 22500 run till date genuine. I had whiper motor issues ac issues and now twice in last 6 months clutch issue.
                    You could refer your rajkot service centre as well. Mh 02 cv 6387. I need explaination from co. For such poor quality and reimbursement for stay and repair work done twice.

                      I purchased a kuv 100 (K4 petrol) in january. The mileage of kuv 100 is 18.5 kmpl as per your company but my car is giving just 8-9 kmpl in city with ac.
                      Without ac in city it is giving 10-11 kmpl. On highway it is giving 12 kmpl.

                      Ir is too low please help me

                          We bought a brand new xuv 500 from indraprashta mahindra (warizpur - delhi) a month ago and while selling they told us that the three services (5000 kms / 10000 kms & 20000 kms) will be free of charge. today we sent the driver all the way from sonipat - distance of about 50 kms and we were told that only the labour cost is free and we have to shell out +/- inr 4000 for the said service. very bad experience. just to sell the vehicle they tell all kind of lies. hope some one from the company take an action.

                                I bought my kuv 100 k8 petrol from eram motors thrissur, kerala on 26 march 2016. next day i found som diches on bonnet. and i complaint to agency. they told this issue they will inform to mahindra and they changed the bonnet. recently the engine noise become loud. the vehicle run only 1200 km. mailage also very poor. i lost my 7 lakh by trusting on mahindra. i am not happy with this vehicle.

                                  Problem in gear and later in abs system within 2 hrs of delivery of car

                                  Major 2 issues —

                                  Issue 1-

                                  As per promise by deep and sarvesh was promised for personal discount of 20% on insurance and as per them and face to face chat they will pay full payment.

                                  But when i got insurance papers the premium that was paid was less to actual promised, so i went personally to show room for payback of difference money, deep asked to speak with senior person and after making and explaining him all things he told will take care and will call back.

                                  But in evening when i got call from deep he totally denied and told if i want can cancel the car.

                                  This was worst customer experience and i feel this is harassment from executive and g3 motors.

                                  Issue-2-

                                  I was promised for delivery of my vehicle on sunday 17.07.2016 at 11.00am, on reaching show room vehicle was not ready and told us to wait for 15min since they will have to send for washing, but even after waiting for 1 hr it was not done, later due to muhurat we left show room without delivery, and height was that without delivery they gave me feedback form and requested very hard to give all 5 star and good rating or else he will have problem in increment, so on request i did and what happened in the last no delivery on time. So even after everything was well confirmed and informed what is this delivery i have bought many vehicle but even after all confirmation such bad service for delivery.

                                  Please note delivery of car are some happy moment of customer which g3motors do not feel.

                                  Most major issue-

                                  Within 2 hrs of delivery of car, in 5th gear car was getting stuck, i called at show room and they told me to get the car tomorrow which i did and later after speaking with technical head vinay, he told this is common problem some new extra parts has to be fitted, so when you clearly know this cars has such problem should have been checked well before and later delivered.

                                  Mahendra should recall all car since maximum complain are of gear box and when you know this and have developed extended part for it why not to recall and make customers happy.

                                  Secondly the next day when show room delivery person came to pick up my car he told me very clearly and loudly that i took your this car to vasai for passing and this car had problem of 5th gear and already informed this in workshop and showroom, this is serious concern of mahendra goodwill even after knowing everything delivering car in bad condition.

                                  After 3 days car was been given to me, later yet another new problem in car abs light started flashing that mean now new problem with breaks.

                                  I have paid for this car and not buying in free so why such kind of service.

                                  I will suggest very one not buy mahendra car any more.

                                  I want to tell me what exactly happen with me first i visit "atmaram mahindra" showroom in agra to take a test drive and i liked kuv100 then decide to buy it this is our first car so we don't know much about technically issue and also we didn't checked the car too closely they told me they have 3 month of booking and we have to wait for that time then i say then i will buy another car because we need it in same week then then i walked away on next day they called me and said they have white kuv100 k8 available (Where a day before they told me they have 3 month booking but i didn't think that much and bought it) and on 20th april i bought it and next day when i am driving on highway the suddenly engine got breakdown on highway and steering jammed on mid of journey suddenly hopefully our life's are save and also car too then there pickup vehicle come and take to to workshop then i decide to want replacement because no one want to waste his money this kind of car which getting problem on next day when i speak with they they said they will not replace and they have many cars which get this kind of problem on same day bu they don't change them they only repair them and saying car is fit and there is no issue just small issue which fixed now and wasted my whole day and did nothing to solve my issue even the md of showroom refuse not helped us then next day it again have some, some alignment issue and break issue and then again they spoiled our day of saturday in end of day they again done nothing and called me come back on monday then i come back and then i again speak with them about changing the car because it getting issue day by day but they again refuse then then i make them offer to buy a another high price car and which is nuvo sports n8 then they say we need to speak with boss and boss also getting agree and told me car is not registered yet so they can change that if we buy nuvo sports make a condition for us we need to bear loss of 25000 inr if we want to change it and also we need to wait upto another client buy (They said they have many booking so it will get sold fast don't worry about that they said on tuesday (Next day) it will surely sold 1 guy from them checked the car and take delivery and said to we will inform you once it get sold then i hand over them all next day they called me you can come and get your nuvo sport is ready then i went they again spoiled my whole day after 5-7 hours they come to me and said that car is not sold because that have many issue like like scratches, dents and customer refuse to buy it and we cant deliver you the car you need to wait more and told me you need to wait more i will dent paint it and try to sale it again i tried to contact them but not gone any solution then then i complain to mahindra customer support 4 days they spend and tell me eveyr day some one gonna call you and you get you solution today but nothing helpful from them then i get call from showroom that the car has 2 tired with cut and also it have new issue like dent on bumper many scratches and blah blah then i asked them you take delivery and checked it his typical answer i didn't checked it and they blaming me i did all that and give them after 10 days because i complained about them and also not got any solution form customer service they also told me same things and tell me he will contact me with solution but still got nothing and also on the day of problem i give them the tank was full with petrol yeah some liters used because we drive it little but when i come to saturday see the tank was empty there is only petrol last to reach upto petrol pump which is within 2 kms of showroom, i told them they said that used to serving i asked to all petrol they said no then i told them tank was full they said to me do you have job card (Since i am new i dont know much but they have responsibility to give that to customer to get it for service but for that they also blamed me and also tell that was used to take trials of car that is working fine or not then i asked about mileage of car they said 14-15 kmpl but when i checked the meter that show 195 out of that around 100 kms already ride before deliver us that time they said me that because they check every car after manufacturing it and take trail of 100 kms then i told them i was full the tank of 35 liter and total used 194.5 kms and tank is completely empty now so how is possible mileage of 14-15 kmpl, they again tell me my mistake that i have not make job card that the reason and they cant help on that too now they called me and tell they want increse that 25000 to more because they serviced it and dent pent changed tyres and also not gonna give me nuvo sport then told he they will surely sale it on this tuesday and will order another nuvo sport to me for my choice color then i asked him it really gonna happen or only chances they said they are not sure but if got sale then they change it otherwise i have to wait again they sold me faulted product like they are selling now because its impossible to them manage a car for me if they have 3 month booking and i am getting it next day so beware they are not fixing issue only reselling faulted cars and also there is i don't think they have demand because on 18-19 they have 3 month backlog and now they dont even have a client for a car its wired or fake so overall service of company is very very poor no one gonna help you today is around a month going to pass but i stil dont have my car they have worsted support ever i recommend everyone not to buy this if anyone want to ask me anything contact me they are corrupt they only want me to lower the car price i asked them to give me chassis number because i want to file a complain they denied and i ask them about issue with cars on paper they again denied they said car is perfect and they not gonna do anything i have only way is wait until it sold rahul co. No. [protected] so after not getting solution i am going to spread this message everywhere so everyone can save them from this kind of company until i am not get changed car and warn every one to not deal with them

                                    My vehicle some four months back while driving suddenly started alarming with low brake fluid level and the a/c stopped working. When i checked the brake fluid levels it was ok. So i took the vehicle to india garage and explained to them the problem, they said they will check and let me know.
                                    After five days they came up saying your vehicle is ok and they we have to change the shock absorber. After everything was done they charged me some 20000 rupees and i took the delivery of the vehicle. While driving back i found the the same problems again. I called them back and they send their driver to pick up the vehicle, they kept the vehicle for a week and returned it. For my surprise the complained was still there and nothing was done. This time i took the vehicle myself and they again kept the vehicle for one week and called me saying the problem is solved. This was just before ramazan.
                                    During the month of ramazan i was in makkah for one month, and when i came back used my vehicle the problem was as it is.
                                    The whole episode is four months and they are not able to rectify the problem.
                                    Please look into the matter and get my problem solved immediately.

                                      Ye problem lekr main bhiwadi js fouwheel mein gya to wha jawab mila ki hmre pass electcian nahi hai aap isko dharuhera lekr jao to ham dharuhera lekr gye to dealer ne bataya ki ye item company feted nahi hai aur ye hmri warrantry mein nahi ate ye sb bahar se lagwaya hau hai. Jbki ye sabhi chize hame showrrom se feted di gayi hai. Iska matlb dealer ne hmre sath 420 ki hai. Aur ab servise ke lye bol rhe hai gadi ko alwar lekr aao jo ki possible nahi hai kuki hmre yhase alwar approx.90 km hai. Ya to proper bhiwadi servise dilvayi jye nahi majburna mjhe conusumer court ki seva lena hogi. Jiska haja karja company ka ya dealer ka hoga

                                        I am customer of mahindra xuv500 w 10. i purchased mahindra xuv in the month of sep-2015. 1st issue started in the month of mar-2016. the concerned dealer (neon motors - vizag, andhra pradesh) has classified as a manufacturing defect and they took almost 15 days to fix it.

                                        Now, recently we had an issue with the clutch. when, we took to the same dealer (neon motors - vizag, andhra pradesh) they told that clutch is corrupted and need to be replaced. they are asking us to pay around rs. 25000=00 to get it replaced. my vehicle is under warranty period infact we also have an extended warranty

                                        We were trying to reach out to customer relation manager or gm of neon motors but none of them responded back to us.

                                        As, it is under warranty, we sincerely request you sir to please look into the matter and request you to get the clutch replaced with a free of cost
