Problem in gear and later in abs system within 2 hrs of delivery of car
Major 2 issues —
Issue 1-
As per promise by deep and sarvesh was promised for personal discount of 20% on insurance and as per them and face to face chat they will pay full payment.
But when i got insurance papers the premium that was paid was less to actual promised, so i went personally to show room for payback of difference money, deep asked to speak with senior person and after making and explaining him all things he told will take care and will call back.
But in evening when i got call from deep he totally denied and told if i want can cancel the car.
This was worst customer experience and i feel this is harassment from executive and g3 motors.
Issue-2-
I was promised for delivery of my vehicle on sunday 17.07.2016 at 11.00am, on reaching show room vehicle was not ready and told us to wait for 15min since they will have to send for washing, but even after waiting for 1 hr it was not done, later due to muhurat we left show room without delivery, and height was that without delivery they gave me feedback form and requested very hard to give all 5 star and good rating or else he will have problem in increment, so on request i did and what happened in the last no delivery on time. So even after everything was well confirmed and informed what is this delivery i have bought many vehicle but even after all confirmation such bad service for delivery.
Please note delivery of car are some happy moment of customer which g3motors do not feel.
Most major issue-
Within 2 hrs of delivery of car, in 5th gear car was getting stuck, i called at show room and they told me to get the car tomorrow which i did and later after speaking with technical head vinay, he told this is common problem some new extra parts has to be fitted, so when you clearly know this cars has such problem should have been checked well before and later delivered.
Mahendra should recall all car since maximum complain are of gear box and when you know this and have developed extended part for it why not to recall and make customers happy.
Secondly the next day when show room delivery person came to pick up my car he told me very clearly and loudly that i took your this car to vasai for passing and this car had problem of 5th gear and already informed this in workshop and showroom, this is serious concern of mahendra goodwill even after knowing everything delivering car in bad condition.
After 3 days car was been given to me, later yet another new problem in car abs light started flashing that mean now new problem with breaks.
I have paid for this car and not buying in free so why such kind of service.
I will suggest very one not buy mahendra car any more.

I want to tell me what exactly happen with me first i visit "atmaram mahindra" showroom in agra to take a test drive and i liked kuv100 then decide to buy it this is our first car so we don't know much about technically issue and also we didn't checked the car too closely they told me they have 3 month of booking and we have to wait for that time then i say then i will buy another car because we need it in same week then then i walked away on next day they called me and said they have white kuv100 k8 available (Where a day before they told me they have 3 month booking but i didn't think that much and bought it) and on 20th april i bought it and next day when i am driving on highway the suddenly engine got breakdown on highway and steering jammed on mid of journey suddenly hopefully our life's are save and also car too then there pickup vehicle come and take to to workshop then i decide to want replacement because no one want to waste his money this kind of car which getting problem on next day when i speak with they they said they will not replace and they have many cars which get this kind of problem on same day bu they don't change them they only repair them and saying car is fit and there is no issue just small issue which fixed now and wasted my whole day and did nothing to solve my issue even the md of showroom refuse not helped us then next day it again have some, some alignment issue and break issue and then again they spoiled our day of saturday in end of day they again done nothing and called me come back on monday then i come back and then i again speak with them about changing the car because it getting issue day by day but they again refuse then then i make them offer to buy a another high price car and which is nuvo sports n8 then they say we need to speak with boss and boss also getting agree and told me car is not registered yet so they can change that if we buy nuvo sports make a condition for us we need to bear loss of 25000 inr if we want to change it and also we need to wait upto another client buy (They said they have many booking so it will get sold fast don't worry about that they said on tuesday (Next day) it will surely sold 1 guy from them checked the car and take delivery and said to we will inform you once it get sold then i hand over them all next day they called me you can come and get your nuvo sport is ready then i went they again spoiled my whole day after 5-7 hours they come to me and said that car is not sold because that have many issue like like scratches, dents and customer refuse to buy it and we cant deliver you the car you need to wait more and told me you need to wait more i will dent paint it and try to sale it again i tried to contact them but not gone any solution then then i complain to mahindra customer support 4 days they spend and tell me eveyr day some one gonna call you and you get you solution today but nothing helpful from them then i get call from showroom that the car has 2 tired with cut and also it have new issue like dent on bumper many scratches and blah blah then i asked them you take delivery and checked it his typical answer i didn't checked it and they blaming me i did all that and give them after 10 days because i complained about them and also not got any solution form customer service they also told me same things and tell me he will contact me with solution but still got nothing and also on the day of problem i give them the tank was full with petrol yeah some liters used because we drive it little but when i come to saturday see the tank was empty there is only petrol last to reach upto petrol pump which is within 2 kms of showroom, i told them they said that used to serving i asked to all petrol they said no then i told them tank was full they said to me do you have job card (Since i am new i dont know much but they have responsibility to give that to customer to get it for service but for that they also blamed me and also tell that was used to take trials of car that is working fine or not then i asked about mileage of car they said 14-15 kmpl but when i checked the meter that show 195 out of that around 100 kms already ride before deliver us that time they said me that because they check every car after manufacturing it and take trail of 100 kms then i told them i was full the tank of 35 liter and total used 194.5 kms and tank is completely empty now so how is possible mileage of 14-15 kmpl, they again tell me my mistake that i have not make job card that the reason and they cant help on that too now they called me and tell they want increse that 25000 to more because they serviced it and dent pent changed tyres and also not gonna give me nuvo sport then told he they will surely sale it on this tuesday and will order another nuvo sport to me for my choice color then i asked him it really gonna happen or only chances they said they are not sure but if got sale then they change it otherwise i have to wait again they sold me faulted product like they are selling now because its impossible to them manage a car for me if they have 3 month booking and i am getting it next day so beware they are not fixing issue only reselling faulted cars and also there is i don't think they have demand because on 18-19 they have 3 month backlog and now they dont even have a client for a car its wired or fake so overall service of company is very very poor no one gonna help you today is around a month going to pass but i stil dont have my car they have worsted support ever i recommend everyone not to buy this if anyone want to ask me anything contact me they are corrupt they only want me to lower the car price i asked them to give me chassis number because i want to file a complain they denied and i ask them about issue with cars on paper they again denied they said car is perfect and they not gonna do anything i have only way is wait until it sold rahul co. No. [protected] so after not getting solution i am going to spread this message everywhere so everyone can save them from this kind of company until i am not get changed car and warn every one to not deal with them
