I am customer of mahindra xuv500 w 10. i purchased mahindra xuv in the month of sep-2015. 1st issue started in the month of mar-2016. the concerned dealer (neon motors - vizag, andhra pradesh) has classified as a manufacturing defect and they took almost 15 days to fix it.

Now, recently we had an issue with the clutch. when, we took to the same dealer (neon motors - vizag, andhra pradesh) they told that clutch is corrupted and need to be replaced. they are asking us to pay around rs. 25000=00 to get it replaced. my vehicle is under warranty period infact we also have an extended warranty

We were trying to reach out to customer relation manager or gm of neon motors but none of them responded back to us.

As, it is under warranty, we sincerely request you sir to please look into the matter and request you to get the clutch replaced with a free of cost

Dear sir I m servicing my Mahindra verrito in Jaipur ks moters workshop jhotwara butthere is no body responsibility by the electrician and talking very badly plz improve your service electrician name mohsin.and supervisor name is Mr bhati I m very upset and also there is shorting of part I have main lock, diggi lock plz lookout this

    I bought new xuv500 w10 last month from nbs international ltd chowpatty branch and registered no is mh 43 aw 3213... But from day 1 getting problems... 1: wheel alignment
    2: stearing out from left hand side
    3: wiper not working properly
    4:major leakage problem from inside car from back side from roof top last seat suffering in rainy season.
    After paying big amount our family r not satified with xuv500 w10 repalace it and this car is not good me from day one getting such problems which is not good us.

    @PawanGoenka and @Anandmahindra My car no MH 43 AW 3213 under MR Mangesh Mahadik. since 2016 the day i bought the car from NBS chowpatty very next day i have started facing problems. U can check my history in nbs international ltd at workshop Sewri east Reay road. In these 4 yrs half of the time my car was in your workshop even today 21/12/2020 its in your workshop only and every time i have been given faulty promises from management . I was told by MR Mangesh Mahadik that i have been given new body sheild in replacement of rusted body but it is used one and was white in colour and without sunroof which i have taken photo while fitting . As on 18/12/2020 i have been told that both the shockup have been replaced by your company but when i checked i found that only one left hand side shock up was changed. In this 4 yrs even after multiple complains of left hand pulling that problem have not been solved yet . I m tired with this car After paying big amount, our family r not satified with xuv500 w10 kindly give me replacement and this car is not good me from day one getting such problems which is not good us. Kindly replacement car at the earliest .

    Its been 24 hrs I complained of replacement of my new defective XUV500W10 car which I bought last month, but still no reply from company... even the dealer Mr.Ajay ( NBS International ) is not answering my call... If company fails to take quick action against my complaint thn I will have to take strict action regarding my issue and will have to take a help of consumer court

      Sir my car tire has been burst about 5 or 6 months ago mahindra service center se ladka aya tha service centre se usne tyre burst kr dia maine complaint bhi karwaye lekin mere koi sunwaye nhi ho rhe h maine car indraprastha automobile se li hai peera garhi delhi se wahan ke managar mr. Sumit se bhi kafi bar kaha lekin no responce from der mr. Sumit kabi kch kehte h kabi kuch me bht pareshan ho chuka hu ab yeh last car h mere mahindra ki ab life me in coming future i cant purchased any mahindra car. I am giving u 2 days of time bcz after 2 days i have to leave delhi for some days so plsz my both 2 tyre will get changed now my 2 nd trye has been burst new car h even a year is not to be completed very cheap tyre quality plsz i request mahindra to changed my both tyre positively and even the showrom managar is not good. From 4 month he is giving a silly responces to me so plsz its a humble request to mahindra to change my tyre in 2 days. Otherwise when ever i camr back to delhi i will surely complaint to consummer court thanks

        THis in refernce to bilaspur auto center service experince. from last 2 months m facing stering problem for my xuv 500, 3 times my suv has gone for same problem to the service center but every time they come up with new excuse n are not able to sort it out.
        i regret to inform u if same is the exprince nobody is going to get good feedback for m&m from our end as we are existing user.
        so requesting u to kindly look into matter and do the needful.

          I gave my xuv 500 registration no rj31ua3080 for repair at avc motors bathinda on 7july2016 and got it back on 15july 2016... total bill was 71133 which i paid. bill no is rbr17a000306. service is so poor that i m hopeless... as right side headlamp was changed but when i tried to ignite the light in night i found that bulb is not there in the headlight.
          2... front bumper was changed but screws with fender lining not fitted on left side.
          3 i specifically told about breakage of pressure sensor on left front tyre and gave them the broken sensor but they didnt cheked and replaced it.
          I lodged complaint on toll free no 2 times but didn't got any response...
          Now this is my last try and if i don't gets any proper response i will go to consumer court...

            Dear sir,

            Subject: regarding regular failure of turbo engine of xuv-500

            I have purchase xuv-500 from your authorized show room which have registration no gj 16 bb 5040. From the date of purchase to till this date, vehicle facing small to big problems at regular interval though i am regularly servicing my vehicle only at your authorized service center. I am really disappointed with this kind of working condition of my vehicle.

            From last some period, i felt that my car has some major problem so i sent my car at your authorized service center in ahmedabad. I received information from them that there is need of turbo engine replacement. I agreed and they changed it at 33, 000 km of vehicle run.

            After just 20, 000 km of run, again i got some problem and handed over my car at same ahmedabad authorized service center and till this date it is with them only.
            This time also they informed me that again we have to replace turbo engine and i have to bear 50% charges of the total bill raised after replacement of engine.

            I am very much disappointed with all this and my questions are
            (1) how turbo engine fails in such a suv type car?
            (2) how is it possible in such type of vehicle that small /big problem arising at every regular intervals?
            (3) is newly replaced turbo engine capacity only 20, 000 km and doesn't have any warranty for new one?

            Dear sir even small family car run smoothly for near about 1, 50, 000 km.
            Above all mentioned problem clearly indicating that from the date of purchase i got vehicle having malfunctioned engine.

            I am very much disappointed with all these issues.

            After replacing the engine, if again my vehicle will get any problem in short time who will be the responsible?

            So, requesting you to check my full vehicle precisely and to solve all the problems as early as possible or hand me new car by replacing this defective piece.

            I heavily paid for this vehicle, its insurance, its service and to maintain it.

            It`s my humble request to solve all these as early as possible and please do not force me for any legal action.

              I book a new scorpio s10 in susee mahindra madurai in may 2016. They said we i'll give delivery on next 1week, but not. They still won't gave me a proper details about my vehicle, i asked about the tracking number last week but they told me tomorrow for last 10 day's.

              I ever heard this type of worst service in my life. Mahindra's worst customer service. Plz pay back my money or else i'll go to consumer court.

                I rakesh kumar r/o bhatwan p. o. basantpur teh. sarkaghat distt. mandi h. p. purchased slx balero on dt.11/06/2016. but am not satisfied with your product due to roof noising. whenever i am driving it. it make noise for this problem i also complaint with hamirpur (himachal) office. but i am not satisfied with their answer. they said that all blero are like this problem. kindly solve this problem as soon as possible. other wise i will to consumer court. i am very disturb my family members are aslo want to change this jeep. i spend rs.9 lac on it. but i am not satisfied with this jeep.

                  It is brought to your kind notice that i had purchased a scorpio model s10 from prime auto mobiles (Mahindra dealer) faridabad. The no of the scorpio is hr51 bj2804.
                  Now it is three months back when i had purchase this but till now i have not get any rc of my vehicle. I have contacted so many times to the dealer regarding rc but he neglects everytime and because of this i suffers a lot.
                  If i am not geeting my rc then i will go to the consumer form regarding this.

                    I have recently purchased my new xylo (8 seater) top end model h8 from mahindra global gallerie, thane at an on-road price of rs 12, 76, 000/-. This was purchased against exchange of my old xylo e8 of 2011 (8 seater).

                    I am completely unhappy & disheartened and would like to mention that the new xylo is a big disaster compared to my old xylo. This is because it has been stripped off all the luxury (As compared to earlier models) which was of equal importance to xylo lovers.

                    The new xylo is stripped off the following important luxury features:

                    1. Driver and co-driver seats are not comfortable. They are made smaller in width
                    2. The hand rest of driver & co-driver seats is made smaller in size, so it is not comfortable.
                    3. Inside hand rail over the middle doors of both sides is made very small. Very unsafe while boarding or alighting.
                    4. Back trays have been removed from the front seats.Inconvenient situation now.
                    5. Size of the back pockets of the front seats is reduced. It cannot even hold a4 size documents or file.
                    6. Steering wheel thickness is reduced, so we are deprived of the real suv driving pleasure.
                    7. Multi-functional steering has been provided for name sake only. The design and the comfort o[censored]se, is absolutely hopeless.
                    8. Multi-functional steering wheel control buttons are of very poor quality.
                    9. The music system is also provided only for name sake, as it is of very poor sound quality.
                    10. The revolutionary xylo clock with speed display has been completely changed to a very poor and small display clock.
                    11. The speedo meter panel is of very poor design and quality.

                    It’s a real shame that the responsible people in mahindra are effecting such changes to reduce the manufacturing costs and depriving customers in this competitive world.

                      I came here for second service, very poor service that gave us and everyone.. I wait here a whole day with lot of distarbunce, disrespect, totally i felt like why i take such a stuff tuv.. While taking this car so many have told mahindra service is not good i have ignored but i realy felt this. There is no vehicle but at last for washing i wait for one and half hours.. We take a car for luxury but what a stuff it is

                        I brought a new tuv300varient t8 amt on 4/7/2016;at this time i got only exchange bonus rs15000 and rs5000 for corporate bonus. but nowadays i saw an advertisement of mahindra from a daily. the advertisement shows rs 57000 offer at the end of july 31st. as per the advertisement i contact my executive mr renjith and team leader mr. ebin of t. v. s mahindra, maradu, ernakulam. they refused the offer and telling that "you are not eligible for the offer" therfore i request you to allow me the monsoon offer as cash or as accessories

                          I left my scorpio for emergency service and its more than 12 days and they are dragging like anything…. I had a fight with them when they refused to take my scorpio under emergency and because of that they are delaying the service.


                          Can you please share the escalation matrix that needs to be followed for any service center? Or can anyone call me to discuss on the details?

                            Xuv 500 alloy wheel damage

                            It's been 3 years since i bought my car and recently during a tyre alignment, i noticed that the alloy wheels on my xuv where bent, i don't know why this has happened and whether its a defective set of alloys. I explained my problems to the customer care but received no response from them also i am eligible for warranty.

                            Also i owned a scorpio and didn't face these types of problems. Is this a universal problem for xuv owners...

                            Purchased a new mahindra scorpio two weeks back. The rear gate lock is not opening with the key. And the bar code of the car was also missing. Sales person is unapologetic about it. Does this happen in a reputed brand like mahindra. The only solution they could provide was "send the car to workshop. They will change the lock". The workship is far from my place and being doctor by proffession its not possible for me to take out time for this. The customer care executive was quite sacastic about my busy schedule. Such was not expected with such a brand.

                                My father and grand both are loyal customer of mahindra we has all model like marshal, bolero, scorpio etc and after retirement they finally decided to buy xuv. So far i had no complaint with the company and services provided by m & m.

                                This time the behaviour of staff quite changed and i presume they behaving like govern employ. We booked xux approx year back with 50000.0 rupee after booking we were waiting for some auspices day.. After 15 days of booking we paid rest of the amount partly by cash or neft or cheques and they delivered vehicle. They also called we will provide few accessories during first servicing as there were no accessories available.
                                Few days after delivery they called me i thought it may be for service related call but got shocked when the told we are not able to collect summary of payment. I gave all details and they told your owner book will be provided shortly. Me and father both continously following up and even visited the show room, and every time one week time given to us.
                                Yesterday my father went to the show room where mr sanjay told you need to pay 50000.0 for owner book. Pl explain whether any provision is there to release without full payment. I have given statement of account and satisfied the transaction still this kind of behaviour with senior citizens.
                                Pl arrange to deliver my owner book to my home address since now i will not go in yorkshire show room at anishabad near beur jail.

                                    I purchased a brand new mahindra xuv500 in june 2016 and the current odometer reading is about 1711kms. we were driving from nellore (andhra pradesh) to bangalore yesterday with my family and the vehicle dangerously stopped suddenly on the highway, a little away from kolar town, with a big jerk and smoke started coming from the bonnet. it was around8pm in the evening and i called up mahindra service/road side assistance for immediate help. the road side assistance did not turn up until midnight and we were stranded in the highway in darkness with small children for about 4hrs. this is our first long drive in this vehicle since we purchased it in june 2016 and the vehicle has been well maintained and driven with care all along. it is very disappointing that a brand new mahindra xuv500 vehicle broke down badly with such a low mileage. please note that our family has a long association with mahindra as we have been owning multiple mahindra automobile products including another mahindra xuv500, logan and verito and have been using them with no issues for several years. as a valued customer and longtime mahindra automobile user, i strongly demand that this defective vehicle be recalled and replaced with a new defect free xuv500 immediately. it is unfortunate that mahindra’s quality inspection has grossly missed such a major defect in the vehicle and safety of customers have been highly compromised. it is very dangerous and unsafe to have a vehicle suddenly break down in the middle of a highway in the night time, that too a new vehicle, which makes the quality and reliability standards of your products questionable.
                                    It was also very disappointing that the road side assistance took almost 4hrs to reach us and we had to take the help of the highway police patrol for our safety in the late night hours. while i have made several references to highly valued customers and influenced them to buy mahindra vehicles in the past, this bitter experience with road side assistance and huge overlook of quality and safety aspects by mahindra is definitely expected to have negative influence on your products in the highly competitive automobile market. i’m sure you will take this incident very seriously and take the necessary steps to enhance your quality/safety standards, improve customer service and honor consumer rights. please escalate this issue to the highest level of management as appropriate with high priority to resolve immediately by providing a new defect free xuv500.

                                      Faced battery issues started within first 8 months and now even charging battery dosent help. Also battery was old in the vechicle, which dealer is not taking responsibility to replace..
