Greeting of the season. It's deplorable to bring into your kind notice that I have booked xuv300 on 01st July 2021 with Os Motors Pvt Ltd at NH65, Jodhpur (Rajasthan) and was assured the delivery of vehicle within 90 days period. However, it has been over 107 Days, but the car has not come to date.

I have paid the booking amount of 20000 on the day of booking.
Kindly let me know how long I have to wait.

    My vehicle -OD 31 H 3605 has purchased on nov'2020, till now i have been wasted my money 40k due to vehicles poor performance .
    many time showing different different alarm and vehicle getting break down . on every break down vehicle not getting start or very low pickup .

    i have loosed my time and earning due to this issue. many time spare not available at Authorized service dealer .
    1.Utkal Automotive, Nayagarh.
    2.Utkal Auto Macheswar, Bhubaneswar.
    3. Paramunt automotive, Rayagada
    all are situated in Odisha.

    Before i was very much trusted in mahindra but after this supro purchased i never trust in further.

        Dear Sir / Madam,
        The Subject I mentioned may be shocking to you but requesting you to please note that it’s my personal experience. Please read this mail till end so that you will come to know how I derived this conclusion.
        1) I am using KUV100 CNG fitted vehicle (MH46BK8749) manufactured by your organization.
        2) If you see the market sentiment people believe that in case of Mahindra only Diesel vehicles should be preferred not petrol vehicles. Still I preferred Mahindra only because being Indian we strongly feel that Indian MNCs like Tata & Mahindra should be preferred compared to Suzuki, Hundai, etc. and 2 years back yours were the only Indian MNC manufacturing CNG fitted vehicles.
        3) My experience with NBS Mahindra was not satisfactory hence I moved towards H. K. Mahindra. I was happy to see their workshop in Turbhe which was near to me, but I learned a very good sales lesson from your people. Either they are too smart or I am too fool to believe in your policies.
        4) I was facing problem with suspension of my vehicle hence I submitted it to your workshop (may be on 8th September). The problem was not resolved and your team assured me that being suspension problem though it’s not fixed / resolved I can drive the vehicle and there won’t be any trouble except knocking sound.
        5) The reason for which problem was not solved is non-availability of components and I paid Rs. 2313 just to understand that problem is not sever.
        6) Further assuming that intentions of people are good and parts are not available I was following up with your team for weeks after but no one made the parts available.
        7) Further your team played a very smart move “They convinced me to extend warranty of vehicle and being foolish customer I purchased Road Side Assistant policy” also.
        8) While extending warranty your team assured me that the suspension components are covered under warranty hence current problem & upcoming problems if any will be resolved by warranty extension.
        9) After purchasing extended warranty I understood the real game that “parts were still not available” It means they just wanted to sale me the Extended warranty & Road side assistant policy and for any claims the standard answer was ready that “Parts are not available”
        10) Finally I tired of follow-up took my vehicle to nearby garage showed him the problem and he fixed it within one day only.
        11) Now I am not sure whether the garage people have used original spares or duplicate, but one thing I am sure that compare to broken original spares, working duplicate spares are far better.
        Entire above story I narrated (in last week) to your call center girl who was chasing me for regular servicing in your authorized workshop. After listening she promised me that some one senior from H. K. Mahindra will call me to understand the issue but considering past experiences I was sure that no one will call me and same happened.
        Conclusion :- Mahindra is (may be) good for rich people using XUV500, Scorpio, etc. and not suitable for middle class or poor people like me.

                I have booked Mahindra bolero neo on[protected], 3+ months.. still there is no update on when I will get the car. During the booking, dealer mentioned will get my car in 4 weeks or max 8weeks. stated that to book at the earliest to avoid price revisal.

                But Dealer mentioned that the price has been revised.

                I was ready to process the procurement on the same day. Lack of vehicles preparation and delivery is a problem at Mahindra and dealership side. But customer need to pay the extra money. Does it a marketing strategy !!!

                When I will get my car for sure.. even there is no confirmed timeline as of now.. pl clarify My Mob:[protected]

                We are in the era of technology where you can track a lot but am not sure about why there is no visibility of tracking in Mahindra.

                  We booked Mahindra 1.7T pick up truck from Angel Auto Wheels, Boisar, Address Plot No-J 217, Navapur Road, Boisar, Palghar - 401501, Near Mukant Circle, Contact no:+91-[protected] on 02-August 2021 with booking amount of INR 5000, also we applied for Bank loan through Tamilnad Mercantile Bank - Boisar Branch, loan was disbursed and amount released through NEFT Rs 8, 44, 149.00 on UTR No.TMBLH [protected] dated 17.08.2021 to the dealer Angel Auto Wheels.

                  Currently, the vehicle is not delivered till date after two months as committed by the Dealer, my loan EMI has started by the bank and we are paying interest to the bank without the vehicle. We don't have a clear commitment on the truck delivery. Our business orders dependent on this truck have also been affected due to our commitment to our clients. We had employed a driver, for which his salary INR 30000 has been paid for the last two months.

                  We request someone higher authority to look into this issue, and the dealer who is not supporting the customer post payments clearance. Total mismanagement and communication issue with the sales manager at this dealership.

                  We would also like to inform, if a suitable solution is not provided, we would involve legal action for fraud and forgery, against the Angel Auto Wheels, senior management, finance team for misleading the customers and causing grievance to our business and hardships caused to us for choosing mahindra dealership and vehicles.

                    I have tuv T8 AMT, just before 5 months I changed flywheel and clutch plate set due to pickup problem at mahindra gallopse showroom, Rajkot. Now my car is not running i mean when i start the engine and after pressing the accelerator it shows only 3000 RPM. I talked with Mahindra showroom representative but not adequate help and he told me that more rush at the maintenance place so that we are unable to accept your car.

                      In first service/repair of my car they charged almost heavily. And I got my car back after 6months. Again after10-15 days my car got some issues. The Jalgaon showroom assured me that they will fix the issue without any charge. But now they are demanding money. And again it's more than 6 months and very cold response.
                      I don't know how to cop with the situation.
                      No proper grievance resolution mechanism.

But yesterday the Dealer says that they have given that car to someone else and would not be able to provide that on the finalized date 15th. We have done some arrangement and many things were planned in accordance to the same but now they deny to provide the Car. I do not know is this type of disgusting service Mahindra Provides.

                          Sub : Mahindra tractor 575 DI Xp plus performance problem ..

                          My self Kishore, I am a farmer, I have purchased the Mahindra tractor 575 DI XP plus model on 03 March 2021 in Vinayaka motors pvt ltd at Anantapur, Andra pradesh .So far Two service completed and 765 hours running the tractor in last 7 months .

                          I have given two time complaints in show room regarding Engine performance and oil leaking at gear box and hydrolic problem.

                          While using the Rotavator with tractor, automatically engine will off .same has been to inform you Vinayaka show room, they confirmed that will come and check the problem, same issues had been facing to My relative . They are using same model tractor ..

                          Two days back showroom executive confirmed that he will come and check, Still they didn’t come and no response.

                          Today my brother called to customer care and given request and SR no : CAS[protected]J457 and contact person name is Karan, he had given assurance that he will clear the problem within 48 hours..

                          I am using Mahindra 3 tractor with different models, I am satisfied with these model, no repair at all, but Mahindra 576 DI XP plus model facing the lot of issues, I am not satisfied with this model ..

                          Moreover I didn't get any feedback call from showroom for tractor performance..

                          After purchasing the tractor they didn’t come for installation or demo. if they have came for installation, kindly ask the showroom people for proof ..

                          We have spoken to Ccm MR. Jagadeesh Reddy, he confirmed that have given installation, but they didnt come for installation or demo .

                          However we didn’t get feed back call also.

                          Continuation to my previous mail escalation

                          Yesterday MR.Murali, Jagadeesh and their team visited my place to check the tractor, they changed the hydraulic head, and mechanic cross checked whether it is working fine at the moment my father informed them to check the tractor performance in field, but Jagadeesh and team did not check the same. After they left again tractor DC lever and load gear was not working. Again we raised the complaint, the same team visited again our place and resolved the issue.

                          Today morning again several issues raised in tractor(engine oil leakage where rotaware is connected). We tried calling again MR. Jagadeesh several times, no response, finally after several calls he answered.

                          Again he is suggesting that he will send the mechanic

                          Our problem is, why so many times they have to visit our village? All other farmers are rethinking about Mahindra company tractor performance issue.

                          Day by day our daily income is affected, as mailed already we need the financial loss for these days of our income.

                          Need one time solution for the wonderful tractor performance, or kindly pack your tractor for resale and provide us the money for the tractor value, we will purchase some other good tractor rather than Mahindra company.

                          Kindly treat this mail as exceptional alert, if no response received we will go for legal case against the company and service provider who is cheating farmer money...

                          Note: Vinayaka show room as not replied to any of our mails till now, they have sent an employee for Installation and demo purpose, the person who came does not even have Driving license with him and do not know to drive the tractor. Vinayaka motors service level is highly pathetic.

Then why open service center here.

                              Very painful and dirty service by Mahindra..
                              I called Mahindra road side assistance to get my vehicle fixed (having battery issue) but no response from them. I was with Family and have waited for almost 6 hours to get the service but no use.
                              What is the use of taking this service? And without providing the service why you guys have charged money from me and this is completely cheating. And customer executives were disconnected the call without providing the proper information.

                                Dear Sirs / Madams,

                                My name is Vikas Navalrai Makhija and I am a resident of Abu Dhabi UAE.

                                In the 15th August 2020 INDIA supplement of the Khaleej Times, our local newspaper, I saw an advertisement of Mahindra SUV 500 available in the UAE for AED 56, 900. I called the dealer Galadari Auto and also visited their showroom which in in Dubai and paid AED 500 and booked the vehicle in November 2020. I was promised delivery in one or two months time.

                                I did not get the delivery till February 2021 and therefore I took a refund of my advance.

                                You are aware that there is a huge choice of cars in the UAE but I still wanted to go for SUV 500 as I wanted to drive a MADE IN INDIA car. This is in spite of apprehensions of spare part availability due to the lesser number of Mahindra vehicles on the Road in the UAE.

                                Never mind, I again booked the car in July 2021 and waited. Finally in October 2021, a few days ago, the dealer informed me that the W6 vehicle had arrived.

                                However, my joy was short lived as he said the price had been increased to AED 63, 000. We said the price told to us was AED 56, 900. Then the salesman came back and said that he has spoken to his manager and can offer the car for AED 60, 000.

                                I felt that it is my duty to bring the following to your notice,

                                1) Sufficient cars are not being made available in UAE to meet the demand
                                2) When the car is available after waiting for 1 year, dealer is just unilaterally jacking up the price
                                3) We are not able to express our love and affection for Mahindra by getting the vehicle at the promised price
                                4) We need the assurance of availability of Mahindra SUV 500 parts in UAE after we buy the vehicle.
                                5) Incidentally, he said only the price of W6 had increased, but no change in the price of W8.

                                We request you to use your good offices and advise the dealer to give the W6 vehicle at the published price of AED 56, 900, if possible.

                                  I have received my Thar a month ago and the leaky roof has not been fixed. I was told I will get a new rubber seal for the roof and now I am told it doesn't come separately. I am not sure why they are treating me like this.
                                  The AV vent was broken and they put that on me too. I don't know when Mahindra has turned into a cheat.
                                  A totally depressing experience.

                                      My cancellation request submitted online on 20 aug 2021 is still not credited till now. I send multiple emails but I didn’t get any positive feedback. Order no: OTF22A000272
