Hello,
I have purchased new supro maxitruck t2 on year 2020 which just an year old, Last week i.e 10/12/2021 my vehicle meet an accident so we had taken vehicle to an authorized dealer CAI industries, pollachi-642001 . after crossed verifying my vehicle service people informed me saying due to accident engine was not function and it cannot my covered under warranty though engine is under warranty period and advised me saying we can go for insurance so it will done . Now insurance company checked my vehicle and informed me saying their was no physical impact on engine so we cannot claim for this we are ready to give claim for the parts which got damage, since vehicle is in under warranty you can better talk to the dealer and they closed the case . kindly advise what can be done on my case . my contact number : +91-[protected] . since we had very good trust on mahindra we purchased the vehicle though we have plenty of option available in the market after this incident will that same trust will be carry forward or not . my email : [protected]@gmail.com

    I had given my 2017 model TUV 300 T8 (KL05 AP 4348) for regular service (60000 kms ) at Horizon motors Thellakom Kottayam on 4-Dec-2021. The total expense of service came to 12700 rupees including some replacements suggested by the service personnel. They returned the vehicle assuring they found no other complaint in the vehicle . From the next day I noticed vibrations in the vehicle which I informed to the personnel . He asked me to bring the vehicle for inspection . I could not take it immediately due to personal engagements . today i observed that the gear shifts are very tight and iam also unable to put the vehicle in reverse, .The vehicle was taken to Horizon motors and after inspection it was informed that i have a damaged flywheel and its replacement costs 20000 rupees. I am highly suspicious that a trouble free vehicle which was taken for service immediately developed such a serious defect in no time . when the vehicle was delivered back they informed of no other issues after driving and then the next day a serious issue is observed . iam sure that such am issue might be a problem caused by improper service . I request you to look into this matter and help to reach a amicable settlement .

      I booked my XUV700 AX5 variant midnight black, automatic transmission on October 7, the first day when the booking started for this car from my home town Kottayam, Kerala (horizon motor). Recently I received the SMS from Mahindra that, my delivery date will on may 2022. Could I know any reason for this delay? many of those booking after the first day of booking already received the car and for others got the recent dates. Is this delay because I trust Mahindra even before the launching the car or due to booking on the first day at a lesser price rather than others could please clarify my doubt on the above matter to finalize whether I need to look for a better option. Below mentioned details are about my booking.

Recently I received the mail in December 2021 from Mahindra that my delivery date will on Dec 2022.         I, Dr. Tilak Purkayastha M.D., Ex. Chief of Medical Services, Coal India., purchased a Mahindra KUV 5-seater diesel K-8 model car on 31st March 2016 with Engine Number NAGZC12087, Chassis number MA1VB2NACG6C86162. My Car Number is WB38AH4183, Registration valid until March 31st 2031, road tax paid up to 30th March 2026.
        My car developed some problem on 11th November, 2021 and I brought the car to the Rudra Automobile Mahindra Service Centre, Asansol on 12th November, 2021. At that time, car lift of your service center at Asansol was not functioning. After repair of the lift, the service technicians diagnosed that fly wheel of the car is to be changed and they informed me about indent of the same part was done on 2nd December 2021. As per their version, the car will get ready in a week or maximum within 10 days. But now more than 1 month has passed and my car is lying idle at Mahindra showroom Asansol and not repaired till date.
        As I am a doctor and first person who purchased Mahindra KUV top most model in Asansol at that time, is extremely hurted by the callous attitude from your end. I came to know that the parts are not yet dispatched by the authority till date to the Asansol service center. I am extremely disappointed by your behavior and requesting you to make my car fit within 7 days else I will highlight in the social media and do an RTI.
        I hope you will not provoke me to take such harsh attitude. I am already waiting from 36 days for my car service with tremendous inconvenience .

            I booked xuv700 on 7.10.21, and received a text message on 29.10.21 that you will get delivery of your car on 9.10.21 than after few days I received a text again that your delivery date is 24.11.21 so on 20.11.21 I sold my existing car in a loss just to make a down payment next week as per dealer, than again dealer contacted me that your car will be billed on 7.12.21 than again on 7.12.21 he said billing date is 15.12.21, on 10.12.21 I received a message saying your car delivery date is may 2023, now this is really disappointing from MNM, will also upload the delivery text msg which they have sent me. I need my car or I need my compensation.

              I have taken Mahindra Balreo neo on monday (13/12/2021)
              post registration of vehicle. Yet to receive the following:
              1. Registration number yet to receive
              2. Fastag yet to receive
              3. Refund of exchange excess amount - 1.6lakhs yet to receive.
              Several calls were done to sales manager and there is no proper response..not even bothered pick my phone call or reply my whatsup message
              Everytime taking excuse to drag the issue

                I own a XUV 500 purchased from schangalaya motors Pondicherry.From the date of purchase till now my vehicle is use dby me or My father also service been done in the respective showroom only. While washing the vehicle my father sawn the spare whell which is already an used one he shocked Because we didn't change the runing tyre till now so he complained about this in showroom they said we didn't commit any fault but we damn sure we didn't change the tyre...This is happening in service centre that spare parts have been changed by the employees in the showroom itself so kindly look into this matter sir.

                    I sent my mahindra thar to workshop (astro India bari bharamna jammu )for repairing as it had a minor hit on the lower side but the astro India people were only worried about to take money from insurance people but could not find technical nag from last 25 days and the height o[censored]nprofessionallism is that the vehicle was delivered to my driver in a pathetic condition where the brakes were not working .Kindly take it as a serious matter as it is a question of life .How unprofessional people they have kept in servicing who are not bothered to check the basic necessities of vehicle .

                        This is a matter of regret that the success of XUV700 (which is yet to be seen) has overridden the customer rights. Mahindra have taken booking amount two months back and till now no information about the delivery date. Over and above the sales executive ( Chandrasheskar from Siddhi Laxmi Motors Angul Odisha.)has booked the wrong model for me. I have asked him to book the XUV7000 P AT Luxury model but luxury is missing from my booking details when I saw it online. Now he is saying by mistake it has been done and now it can not change either. Not what I have to do, neither booking of the model I want nor any date confirmation from mahindra. I am sure it is not the game plan of Mahindra to harass the customer and it is only the mistake by the sales executive, but what is the solution now. I want only luxury model. M/s Siddhi Laxmi Motors Angul GM not lifting phone since last two months. Kindly change my model to XUV700 AX7 P Luxury AT

                          Firstly on my XUV 500. Mahindra having so many variants does not have any online tool to find resolution. I faced an issue, had search the entire internet watch some random videos by users to find certain alarms that is showing up. Can you guys not make an app, all mahindra cars under one roof and share quick guide. Let me tell you its so annoying when you dont find any info about issues user faces. Above all this M&M supposed to be highly tech oriented company.
                          Second, most of the dealers wants to squeeze max money for car services, with all false info and replacing parts that is not required. This is cheap, plz get this stopped. Its not limited to one dealer but to everyone across. I faced this often with Anant cars Bannergatta Road Bangalore.
                          Third, I wanted to upgrade to XUV700, for a 30L car why are you saving on cheap things, eg
                          1. Door handles could have been metal, how much did you save buy putting plastic.
                          2. Door handles could have moved upwards, would have been more sleek and safe rather than opening side ways, wherein it has threat of hitting anyone passing by.
                          3. Trunk should have been hydraulic, again dont know what you are saving here ?
                          4. Windows could have come with default shades, not a necessity but sure shot plus point
                          5. For exchange am getting more for XUV500 with TATA than with Mahindra, how is this possible ? just b'cause someone wants to upgrade with same brand, they are taken for a ride ?

                          I would like to get a response or a number to call some one and speak to on above concerns.

                            My Name is Ahmad Saad Shamsi and I have paid 21, 000 in A Automovers bank account on 06th Oct Bank Ref # BM12790***631888 to book Dazzling Silver AX7 AT Diesel

                            on 7th oct since morning i was trying to do online booking as well just to ensure timely delivery but couldn't do it, so just to ensure the car is booked I visited the dealership in evening and got confirmation of my chosen variant booked and he showed the confirmation on his tablet

                            on 8th of oct I got 2 emails from Mahindra for booking confirmation but none of them had any booking reference number

                            on oct 20th I got an email from Mahindra confirming my order with reference number OTF22B000346 and confirming the launch price locked for my booking as it has been done on day 1,

                            on Thu, Oct 28, 2021 3:31 pm I got another email confirming the delivery date of 06/Jan/2022 against order # OTF22B000346 following to this email I have sent confirmation to A Automovers's sales person Mr Saurabh

                            now when we arrived at December 4th and delivery date is approximately 30 days far I have sent all docs to bank and tried to contact my sales person for quotation, on day 1 he ignored my request saying please sent confirmation of delivery let us check on our Dealer Management System, on Day 2 I sent him couple of messages but he ignored my messages and disconnected the call every time I tried to reach him then I sent message to his line manager Mr Pawan, he asked me to send the booking and confirmation as well so I did. Again I waited for complete 24 hours but no response, on arriving on Day 3 I sent reminder messages and called couple of times but calls went unanswered and no response to messages from both, on Day4 morning I become impatient and called dealership landline they asked me to call someone Avadh Shukla, he was kind enough to call Saurabh in his office and took all the details from him and assured that you will get a call back after 5 mins.

                            Now Comes the Most Interesting Part - Saurabh Called Back After 5 Mins And Said- "THE CAR ARRIVING ON 6TH JAN IS PETROL VERSION, IF YOU ARE WILLING TO ACCEPT WE CAN SEND QUOTATION RIGHT AWAY OTHERWISE WE DONT HAVE ANY DELIVERY DATE OF DIESEL VARIANT IT WILL BE COMMUNICATED TO YOU THE SAME WAY YOU RECEIVED THE PETROL VARIANT DELIVERY DATE BY SMS, ITS A TECHNICAL ERROR DUE TO WHICH 2 CARS GOT BOOKED ON YOUR NAME, PETROL & DIESEL BOTH"

                            Dear Mahindra My Question to you is - "can I book a car without paying any deposit of 21000 ? if No how 2 cars got booked in my name when i paid deposit for only 1, this means there is fraudulent ways of booking car by dealer point, and they booked cars in unethical way
                            when I sent them copy of docs which is being used for 2 bookings under my name - so all the numbers which Mahindra has shown 25, 000 booking on day 1, another 25, 000 on day 2 is basically a gimmick to fool market and gain rush ? it is morally not correct to manipulate customers privacy breach his documentation and fool him around.

                            I am truly disheartened with this whole incident and feel ditched by company for trusting them

                            i feel cheated by dealership and by company Mahindra for loosing trust by following unethical means

                            Today morning when i was called by Saurabh I asked him to write the incident on letter head mentioning all what happened, I told him I will take this to Mahindra and i wont let this go - on that he simply avoided the situation on call by talking on someone else while i was speaking on call and hung up without saying anything about it

                            I hope Mahindra will investigate the situation and find reasonable solution considering all the aspects and proofs being provided.

                              I had booked Bolero Neo on[protected] from Provincial Automobile co. pvt. ltd. Chandrapur (MS) I paid Rs 11000/- as advance amount for booking and received the receipt for it. But i misplace that receipt, instead of that receipt i have photo copy of it. Because of delay in delivery I purchased another car and submitted cancellation application as well as photo copy of receipt at the showroom and requested for Refund. For past 30 Days I am chasing for refund but the sales manager Hemant Banspal and Showroom manager (name i dont know) are making new excuses, they told me to bring 100 rs stamp paper along with affidavit of misplace receipt. I request Mahindra Team to please help me in getting my amount of Rs 11000/- refunded asap.

                                  Respected Sir, I, Sawant Omkar Vilas wpold like to bring to your notice that my vehicle "Mahindra Marrazo" reg no MH02 FJ 8822 (chasis no. MA1WA2EV1L2H32997) has encountered a problem of DPF filter & AC has also become non functional.. Around 3-4 weeks ago, the vehicle speed stopped going above 50 km/hr. The vehicle was then admitted to VD motors at Sriganganagar. After 3 days of keeping the vehicle it was informed to me by them that the DPF had to be changed & that I needed to buy that DPF for around Rs .95, 000 as the company had refused to replace it even though the vehicle is in warranty. They said that the company is saying that the DPF has become fully choked & that I had neglected the warnings that were shown on the dashboard & also asked whether I had got the AC repaired from outside.. I need to make this clear that " The REGEN warning always went away after the speed of the vehicle was raised to 60-65 km/hr., therefore the issue of me neglecting any warning sign on the dashboard is wrong. Also I have never shown the vehicle outside other than Mahindra showrooms. The AC was also not repaired by them.
                                  I would also like to say that this is the third time in less than 1 year that I have faced the same problem in the vehicle. The people at the service centres have said that the vehicle needs to be raced at 100km/hr everytime to avoid this problem, however such issue was never told to me by mahindra executives when I bought the vehicle. therefore this fault cannot be attributable to me. It also should be noted that such a reqiurement of running the vehicle at a minimum of 100km/hr is unreasonable as it is not possible in cities and cantonments.
                                  Holding a customer responsible for such unreasonable demands of vehicle speed & asking for money for an equipment which has issues of perpetually going faulty is harassment of a customer. I would like to convey that I am an officer in the Indian Army & it was not always possible to drive the vehicle at 100m/hr inside the cantonment. The same could be said by any customer in cities also.
                                  I tried with complete patience & spoke to many executives of VD motors, Mahindra, Sriganganagar., however I have only been given assurances & no action has taken place for last 3 weeks.
                                  The vehicle was purchased on 27 Nov 2021 from NBS International Ltd, A Mahindra Group company, Mumbai, that is the vehicle is still under warranty & that the year of purchase has not been completed until now. Therefore it is incumbent that the DPF be replaced at the earliest by the mahindra service center.
                                  I am a resident of Mumbai & had to drive down there, however because the repairs of the vehicle has not been done, I am stuck. This is utter harassment for no fault of mine.
                                  I request you to please look into the matter & instruct VD motors to replace the DPF & also repiar the nonfunctional AC.
                                  I have made the complaints to Mahindra customer care many times however VD motors is adamantly stating that they will not repair the vehicle under warranty terms & I must pay up as it is customer's negligence. I request that this injustice be stopped by consumer forum as the vehicle has gone faulty for same problem for 3 times in last 1 year.

                                    I have purchased Thar on 25/11/21 from JS Grover autos put Ltd. Pathankot, on insisting by dealer I agreed to get Teflon coating on same day. But with this Teflon coating scratches have appeared on the whole body, about which I have informed to dealer, even we visited dealer but they are not listening, plz provide a solution to me.otherwise I have no other option to get justice through consumer court

                                      Quiker me ye jo fake job offer kiye jaa rahe hai use band karva do. bechare middle class family vale ghar sahi tarike se chalane ke liye job dhundhte hai or yaha fraud ho raha hai. Masum logo ko loota jaa raha hai. Jo paisa fraud karne se loota jaa raha hai ise vapas karva dijiye. Mere sath bhi fraud hua hai.

                                        I got a call from the company and they called for interview. On the date(22 nov 2021).After that they had asked questions in interview and they said i got selcted for the interview and they called after 2weeks they said to me i have traning in srikakulam.and asked for the laptop insurance money. Which i recieved from the company. I said no to them because i think it was a fraud. The amount they asked for it 6200. After the interview i had paid 1490 for the uniform and etc. I had lost my 1490 paid on (22nov 2021)
