Dear sir,

My vehicle REG NO CG 04 MG 7625 has energed with pickup problem of Thursday I.e.21st of Oct then I drop my vehicle for repair firstly they denied to take my vehicle for repair even after requesting number of time I had also said that my home town is around 180 km from raipur please do needful I had also requested that my newly purchased not even completed 1 year then then after requesting lots of time one of staff agreed for taking vehicle for repair and given back my vehicle after repair 4 hours of repair time and paid total service charge of rs 4200 including certain other charges also after running my vehicle around 15 km I had faced the same pickup issue since I had work at rajnandgoan therefore I drop my vehicle at rajnandgoan showroom for again repair for same problem which I had repaired yesterday on raipur showroom on 22 nd of October on Friday they committed to give my vehicle on Monday I.e.25 th October noon

Then as per commitment I had visited rajnandgoan showroom for delivery from my home town which is around 180 km from your showroom of my vehicle around 1 pm they said your vehicle has not yet repaired please Come on 4 o clock in evening then I had again after waiting for 4 hours as I had no work at rajnandgoan other than this repair.

When I had visited on evening 4 pm they said they were busy on some work please come tomorrow I.e. on Tuesday 26th Oct...then also I agreed and taken room on hotel as I would take unnecessary burden to go my hometown by bus and revisit

When I called firstly the call was not attended by showroom staff no vide mobile no [protected] even after calling on duration of 15 to 20 minutes two to three times .and visited today I.e. 26th he said it would take 2 more days for repair

This was not expected from such a big company please Register my complaint and get my vehicle repaired soon else I would force to move on consumer forum

      Purchased on 10th Jan 2020 from Provincial Tractors, Pvt.Ltd, Nagpur. Giving repeated trouble of alternator, and every time battery is getting discharged, because of which farm operations are getting delayed and very purpose of purchasing tractor is defeated.
      Now i have been asked to change battery itself.
      Farm is 30 km from my house and dealer do not have travel facility for his mechanics, so every time he has to be taken to farm, which is also time taking as his showroom is on the other side of the town, and it takes nearly 45 minutes to reach through heavy traffic.

      The alternator must be originally defective, company should replace it with new alternator and battery both.

        Hi . I have booked Mahindra XUV300 w8 disel on 17th April 2021. The A Automovers chinhat (Awadh Shukla & Atul bajpei) Lucknow has commited it to deliver on given on or before 2nd nov 2021.
        Now they are denying the commitment. it's very urgent because of its committed on wedding..
        Look into the issue . And deliver my car on given time .

          I had booked a xuv 700 in industrial and farm equipment guwahati on 7 October and they gave me a receipt of the same showing the same to be 7 October as such I am entitled to the price protection but later they told me that my booking was done on 8 October which clearly will cause loss to me...if mahindra closed the booking after booking of 25000 units than why was my booking taken on 7 October...matter may kindly be looked into or self has to contemplate legal forums...regards...booking was in the name pritish choudhury

              I have booked xuv300 red and white dual tone w8 petrol manual on aug 2nd 2021 in anant cars, Mysore road, Bangalore. I was promised on sep 15, 2021 but they due to semi conductor issue they told it may be delayed by 15days. But till now they are just doing fake promises. Deeply disappointed by anant cars and Mahindra for this irresponsible behaviour. I want my car to be delivered by 29th on this month as their new promise date.

                  Dear Mahindra Service team/ Star Automobile services team

                  I Deepanshu Dubey ([protected]) Mahindra TUV 300 No. MP 20 CF 2505 in the name of Deepanshu dubey from Jabalpur Star Automobile since 2016.

                  I have been regular customer of your company I am taking your service from since my vechile purchase. But form last 2 year and specially from last 3 service I am regularly complaining about my services later have complained reading change of oil (I have done oil change and general service from Mahindra Service Center and they have not given upto mark and vechile got heated due to low oil level) ans also have some issue regarding vechile running, average of vechile and and some IC mistakes and many other service related issues later I came to know that my due to key fault I am facing such issue in running.

                  As of now I have given my vechile for service on 25th september 2021 and asked to change my key and locks to original with all monitering and to synchronization through computor as told by service center persons and Mahindra being so reputated and renound and customer oriented company is not having parts for which I have given advance and then center has taken again 15 days for material procurement then of 13th October 2021 I have again sent my vechile for reparing for which I have given all the required documents for same process but no action has been taken yet

                  I am facing great problem since last few days as I don't have any other vechile and I have work culture of traveling out stations for my business by my vechile which is getting effected by your lack of service from Mahindra Service Center and giving silly response of continuously misguiding that service is not having any defined timeline for completions is having problem from head service center of Mahindra to match keys and get some revert on mail for same.

                  Sir I need your sincere response on theses quaries

                  It is requested to please clear that why my vechile is taking so long for such silly process.

                  What action you take you take feedback from customers.

                  What action has been taken for last 3 feedbacks from Deepanshu Dubey on mob [protected]. and if you don't take and least bothered for feedback given by customer then why you waste precious time of your non valuable customers like us.

                  Hope you are having courtesy to reply or should I move for legal process regarding services provided

                    I have purchased new Marazzo car TN13V 8456 during March 2021. it has crossed only 4757 kms.it had 3 times DPF and REGEN alarm. the remedy given by the service center is i need to take the car for highways and run 60KM speed for 30 mints.
                    it is like taking a DOG for walking. what is the remedy? do i need to add additive like ABRO DI 502 with the diesel or need to fill only high speed desel? pl advsie

                      I am arjun from Kerala. I have a Mahindra maxitruck plus 6month old. Yesterday night while traveling vehicle suddenly stopped and when we informed it to the Kottayam service station . They told us it is ocd issue.( senior issue) .Tell us to come to showroom tommorow. Today morning when we talk called them. There attitude towards us was very rude. Told us 3 days I have wait to check the sensor issue. I don't understand the behaviour of the Kottayam branch people. I has a person who send around 8 lakhs to buy a Mahindra vehicle and not getting the service support. It is a disappointed feeling. Sensor issue is a vehicle problem. Not something happended with customer carelessness. Right now vehicle lost the pulling condition. I hope mahindra will help me

                        My veh No is UP42AW9888 yesterday I was journey at Purvanchal Expressway for Lucknow after write only 30 km my vehicle suddenly overheated and stop then I wait for cooling down of vehicle then try to start but vehicle not starting then I call to RSA for the help date 1 near about 2.5 hours and more to reach at my give my location Narayan automobile Ganga Ganj for the service of vehicle but not provide a single help for my journey or arranged nay car for me for riching my destination they give me location Narain automobiles Ganga Ganj Lucknow when I reached at service centre they told that here is not any service of Marazzo so u should go to narain automobile near HaL lucknow for service and forced me for payment of further journey after take 4 hours discussion between me service center and RSA team they ready to carryout at next location of sevice center but not provide any other veh for my journey i went at Narain Automobiles Lucknow near HAL near Gazipur police station LUCKNOW. They attend me as a formality and suggest me to leave veh at their and when i asking for time prd for repair they told that ur veh is under Warranty so its take a long time and forget this then i ask them to provide alternate vehicle for my work they told No.
                        And told me to leave service centermy broter also twitt at Anand Mahindra twitter acount this incident but at that point also i received a formality call from Mumbai for support.
                        So i stay at lucknow in a hotel and wait for car repair i am a serving army person my time is totaly waste by Mahindra.

                        Its my life biggest mistake to bought a car from Mahindra.😕😕😕😕

                          I got my vehicle serviced at Snow View Automobile, Paonta Sahib on 19 Oct 2021 and experience was extremely bad.

                          I got my vehicle delivery delayed, no proper attention of staff on vehicle, there was many issues which were not resolved it seems that either they are just making money by making fool of people. I was surprised to see that they have no instrument to measure air pressure in tyres and they are working worse tha the street repair shops. They just want to exploit money from customers and soiling the name of Mahindra brand.

                          Strict action may kindly be taken on the issues.

                            Alfa auto euro3 pick up down complaint more in market and maximum mechanic failure at this fault in agency and market.

                            Fault:- clutch plate and pressure plate work at 6 coil spring.All spring pressure loose and no grip more for complete engine power transfer in gear and slip the clutch.

                              Greetings of the day. I have booked Bolero Neo N10 non optional model at Salasar Auto, Panvel, Maharashtra on August 14, 2021. There was no waiting period mentioned at the time of booking of the vehicle. Till date I haven't told any date of delivery. Every time I visit the showroom I am told some excuse to avoid telling why there is delay. If I call even the manager of showroom, he will say I will check and get back but he never calls back.

                              Please let me know how to proceed.

                                Sub : Mahindra tractor 575 DI Xp plus performance problem ..

                                My self Kishore, I am a farmer, I have purchased the Mahindra tractor 575 DI XP plus model on 03 March 2021 in Vinayaka motors pvt ltd at Anantapur, Andra pradesh .So far Two service completed and 765 hours running the tractor in last 7 months .

                                I have given two time complaints in show room regarding Engine performance and oil leaking at gear box and hydrolic problem.

                                While using the Rotavator with tractor, automatically engine will off .same has been to inform you Vinayaka show room, they confirmed that will come and check the problem, same issues had been facing to My relative . They are using same model tractor ..

                                Two days back showroom executive confirmed that he will come and check, Still they didn’t come and no response.

                                Today my brother called to customer care and given request and SR no : CAS[protected]J457 and contact person name is Karan, he had given assurance that he will clear the problem within 48 hours..

                                I am using Mahindra 3 tractor with different models, I am satisfied with these model, no repair at all, but Mahindra 576 DI XP plus model facing the lot of issues, I am not satisfied with this model ..

                                Moreover I didn't get any feedback call from showroom for tractor performance..

                                  Continuation to my previous mail escalation

                                  Yesterday MR.Murali, Jagadeesh and their team visited my place to check the tractor, they changed the hydraulic head, and mechanic cross checked whether it is working fine at the moment my father informed them to check the tractor performance in field, but Jagadeesh and team did not check the same. After they left again tractor DC lever and load gear was not working. Again we raised the complaint, the same team visited again our place and resolved the issue.

                                  Today morning again several issues raised in tractor(engine oil leakage where rotaware is connected). We tried calling again MR. Jagadeesh several times, no response, finally after several calls he answered.

                                  Again he is suggesting that he will send the mechanic

                                  Our problem is, why so many times they have to visit our village? All other farmers are rethinking about Mahindra company tractor performance issue.

                                  Day by day our daily income is affected, as mailed already we need the financial loss for these days of our income.

                                  Need one time solution for the wonderful tractor performance, or kindly pack your tractor for resale and provide us the money for the tractor value, we will purchase some other good tractor rather than Mahindra company.

                                  Kindly treat this mail as exceptional alert, if no response received we will go for legal case against the company and service provider who is cheating farmer money...

                                  Note: Vinayaka show room as not replied to any of our mails till now, they have sent an employee for Installation and demo purpose, the person who came does not even have Driving license with him and do not know to drive the tractor. Vinayaka motors service level is highly pathetic.

I had started facing a problem with the starting system after the 1 week of purchase. I had given my car to A automovers Lucknow they change battery, self system, wiring of car. From last 2 month my car is kept in the service centre of A automovers but issue was not resolved yet .
                                    I have running field job and they do not give the compensation I have to travel through ola and Uber(taxi) to office which is at least 200 km (Lucknow to Banda) .I will be taking it further to consumer court if A automovers will not fix my issue as soon as possible .

                                        Dear sir/madam

                                        Greeting of the season. It's deplorable to bring into your kind notice that I have booked xuv300 on 01st July 2021 with Os Motors Pvt Ltd at NH65, Jodhpur (Rajasthan) and was assured the delivery of vehicle within 90 days period. However, it has been over 107 Days, but the car has not come to date.

                                        I have paid the booking amount of 20000 on the day of booking.
                                        Kindly let me know how long I have to wait.
