Dear Sir,

I have registered for online booking on 6th October'21 and visited the showroom in Noida, Uttar Pradesh on 7th october'21 for booking of XUV 700 but still my booking is not confirmed. I have submitted all relevant document along with INR 21, 000 Cheque.

I wanted to highlight i even got call that your booking will be confirmed on tomorrow(8th October'21) on 7th October'21 price.

Showroom address Booked-- Koncept Automobiles Pvt. Ltd., H 224 K, Sector 63 Rd, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201301.

    I was highly interested in Mahindra's newly launched vehicle XUV-700 and accordingly I've online registered my selection of Model, engine, transmission and color through an authorized dealer viz. MM VORA AUTOMOBILES PVT. LTD, Munjmohda, Vadodara, Gujarat on 06.10.21 and the booking is supposed to start from today i.e. 07.10.2021. I've received a confirmation WhatsApp msg. from Mahindra Auto that my selection has been saved in my cart. I've been told that, on 07.10.2021 morning booking will be started from 9 am and one notification will be sent on my mobile number from Mahindra to process my booking.
    Accordingly, right from morning 8 am me and my family were eagerly waiting for the notification but till 9:43 am no notification was received. Then at 9:43 am from the dealer end I was told to go to the same link which I used to select my vehicle and process there for booking. By that time your system had became drastically slow. Then when I entered my mobile number for OTP, I got comment that, there is no account found against this mobile number pls open a new account. So, finally I could not book my vehicle due to system crash at your end. The dealer sent me Paytm link at 10.07 am for booking amount and accordingly I’ve booked it through offline process.
    Now, I’m not sure weather I’ll be there in the first 25K customer or not. Surprisingly, I came to know that prices have been revised at higher side by the Mahindra immediately on the same day. So, if I won’t be there in first 25K customers due to your system failure then I’ve to pay an extra amount on behalf of Mahindra’s fault.
    I strongly believe that a renowned company like you may not be in a favor of such injustice even with a single customer as I’m also working with the India’s biggest PSU called Indian Oil Corporation Ltd.
    Please do the needful to consider me in first 25K customer or Book my vehicle at an original price given to me on 06.10.2021 if you are genuinely care for even single customer, value their emotions and not treating it like just a business deal.

        Why the recent XUV300 has many features omission? I saw the XUV300 without a boot lamp, the top end manual version misses out the knee airbag, heated ORVMs etc.

        The omission of a boot lamp from a 15L worth vehicle is beyond pathetic!!

          Regarding reg TN 59 BR 9443(TUV 300 T10). I've given my vehicle for service to Mahindra AMPL service centre, Madurai since 2020.

          During 2020, the company has got 15, 000+ including changing oil filters, just after 1 month my car had pick up issues in middle of highways while going with family and was forced to give to service in roadside, just to find out the oil filter was not at all changed.

          Before 2 months, I had given the vehicle for complaint on suspension, brake noise and bonnet not opening issue for which the company charged 2, 500 and literally didn't do anything

          I've left the vehicle for service again and now i've got billed for 51, 000.

          This is the worst service I have ever had and now I regret my decision of taking a Mahindra

          I had exactly the same issue.. There is manufacturing defect in the gear and clutch set of vehicle and service is very poor.. Lets collectively raise this matter to higher court.. Please contact me at [protected]

            We have booked our vehicle Bolero N4 on 30th august 2021 at M/s. M.m.vora anand (gujarat) . This vehicle was booked due to tender was awarded to us from govt organization.
            Till today we have not been provided any vehicle. But whenever we follow up for status, they are responding rigidly and they behave like they don't care for customers and customers have not any other choice.
            Even after so many follow-ups, they don't pick up the call and respond positively.

              I have left the said vehicle from 21 July 2021 to till date. I approached so many time to service centre and they told I will delivered within to to three days. They opened two time engine what they do I don’t know. Am suffering from my business due to travelling.

              I sent my car for repairing on 24.06.21 for change of oil pump. They notified me to pick the car from servicing centre on dtd. 03.07.2021. My problem has not been resolved after taking a trial. They advice me, if will change turbo all noise related problems will be resolved.I agreed to do the same and also pay some advance. I send the car on 21.07 2021 for Change of turbo at service centre. On 17.08.2021 I was in Patna when they update us that car engine needs to be disassembled in order to know about the defects but I declined them to do so I was not in town. I preferred to make a visit to the servicing centre on 20.08.2021 to know about the update itself, but it was very unprofessional act shown by them as I came to know that they have disassembled the engine despite my permission and notified me that they will repair necessary parts at very low cost. Later they continued to dismantle the engine again and again which was leading more and more expenses with no end result . They gave me assurance that after 7 day of regular use, the car will get back to its ‘ peak performance’ with no issues, but I forbidden it and asked them to keep the car instead till all issues are not rectified. Till today they have been delaying the time to give my car back in fully working condition. Mobile no. Of GM service is 8093029803

                Mr Jayant lie to customer that we don't have sale person to show XUV700 and what he mean by saying executive will show senior will not show and explain the car .why we should by Mahindra if Hyundai, tata, toyta, honda can show there cars till 9 pm . So I should buy one of these insted buying Mahindra and I think no one should buy Mahindra. If any one buy Mahindra they should feel gilt that they by Mahindra
                Even I noticed XUV 700 launched all over India same date but any website don't show that XUV 700 is a part of Mahindra so strange to see such thing

                  Respected Sir, I had left a Mahindra XUV 500 vehicle with reg number KA14 Z 5155 in Mahantha Motors Shivamogga on[protected]. There is a gear problem and steering wobbling. They told that they will get it repaired within 10 days with free replacement of the required spare parts as they are under warranty. I had contacted Mr Pradeep CRM[protected] and the vehicle is under the custody of Mr Sanjay ([protected]) and they are telling that the spare parts are on the way and will get it done soon. The material delivery is very slow. Hence, I had requested the concerned (Mr Pradeep and Sanjay) and update me back. Hope that they are so occupied that they assured and told me that they will call back and did not called. Only Mr Pradeep received the phone and told that some of his relatives are no more and in sad mood. Over all I am very dissatisfied the way how the Mahindra and Mahindra Automobile treats the customers whose vehicle is under warranty. Please instruct the concerned owner of Mahantha and Mahantha Motors to do the fast work and to keep the customers updated. There is always too much rush of the vehicles and abrupt delay due to shortage of workers. It is also learnt that the company does not have the required spare parts and there is lot of delay in supplying. Pl ratifyRegardsThanking youYours faithfully

                        We have taken a Mahindra Bolero Neo on 23rd July 2021from Tamil Nadu Ramani Mahindra, Coimbatore Branch... They recommend that it gives 16km mileage per litre but it gives only 11km mileage even on NH road... Kindly confirm the mileage per litre or was the vehicle has a complaint...                           I gave my XUV500 car (AP09cu3891) for service on 29/Sep/2021 in VVC motors Hitech City, Madhapur, hyderabad. while taking car back found key got damaged. Unlock button not working and when i asked advisor or manager they are telling like it was damaged before. Button damaged such a way that i can't even unload my car, need to press too hard and with nail. if this was the situation before then i am sure advisor will notice and report to me or during the service for 2 days he will inform me. but nothing happened. Please check this issue and do the needful as now they are asking me to pay replacement key charges which is unfair.

                            I gave my vehicle xuv300 to Jain cars Chengalpattu for service on 14.09.2021 til now 01.10.2021 the vehicle is not at ready for delivery in Jain ka service centre the service manager and service provision telling that we don't have service person again it takes another 15 days to service your vehicle

                              I booked New XUV300 (P) W-8 (O) Black Mahindra on Dated 12/6/21 on the Name of Shubham Sharma at Harbir Automobiles Plot no 350, Industrial Area, Phase 2, Panchkula.

                              According to representative, XUV will be delivered after 3 months.

                              But they are giving excuse on daily basis & showing unprofessional from commitment.

                              If XUV is not delivered by 07-Oct-21, then I apologize to say that I am forced for registration of Case in consumer court

                                PPS Mahindra dealer given me faulty car where engine is over heating and infotainment system is faulty, GPS and Android auto is not working, sales representative gave me broacher on 5th September in that GPS navigation feature is there, during delivery they promised that next day they will fix the problems
                                i took the delivery on 27th September Vehicle number M2F11882 and registration number KA03NK3786, i cannot use the vehicle due to engine over heating
                                I am not happy with the care Kindly replace the vehicle and give me a good vehicle

                                  Chrome of mahindra logo on sterring wheel and music player volume button is defectively removed and gear nob plastic also breaked... I complained many time in mahindra k s motors workshop to replace in warrenty these three things but they alway ignore that it is not cover in warrenty for this small thing... I paid for sheild warranty many time so i am too much disappointed with the service of mahindra and mahindra very first time, i have four mahindra's vehicle but next time m not going to purchase mahindra vehicle... Please do something as soon as possible

                                    Dear Sir,
                                    I am feeling sad to bring the following facts to your notice about the non transparent system of labour charges for the service of mahindra vehicles at your agency, Shimla automobiles situated at Jia, Kullu.
                                    I am a loyal and happy customer of Mahindra from last 11 years. I have been charged exorbitantly this time when I went for the service of my Bolero SLX.
                                    I must let you know that I was given an estimate for the same as I told all the jobs to be done at the very begining.the estimate was less than half which I was charged later.
                                    they were trying to charge me some amount wich was exceeding all the appropriate limits. above all when I disagreed to their non ethical charges the manager of the service station was doing negotiations which I found unethical at a trusted place like Mahindra.
                                    Being as a loyal customer of Mahindra for such a long I found myself got cheated for the first time.
                                    I am writing to you that you should know the facts whatever is happening here is not good for a reputed company like you.
                                    I hope someone will talk to me regarding the same issue.

                                      Sir, My mahindra faninnce loan account number is 6542567,
                                      When I Refanniced my truck at intrest rate of 8.16%, at 44 installment of rupees 30000,
                                      But During Lockdown period, when I apply Moritorium then intrest Rupees 1, 15, 000 add on my loan account number, when I download Payment schedule then see last 6 Installment schedule.
                                      (20-july-2023 to 20- Dec-2023), Last 6 month installment of 30000 is changed in 49157 of last installment, Totally 1, 15, 000
                                      Rupees add money in my loan account number, it is too high interest rate of Moritorium, I trouble to pay this money
                                      so kindly sir I kindly request to you please,
                                      Remission/forgive, covid Moritorium, money, from my account, to trouble free pay last 6 month installment .

                                        Made a booking at Koncept mahinda, mohan cooperative, New Delhi for my car number HR 51 BX 2606 .It was a fourth free service for my xuv500.
                                        Toy surprise even after booking a slot, there was NO service advisor to attend to me.
                                        Request you to either increase the staff or change the service advisors who cannot take such a work load .In short, inefficient staff.
