Chrome of mahindra logo on sterring wheel and music player volume button is defectively removed and gear nob plastic also breaked... I complained many time in mahindra k s motors workshop to replace in warrenty these three things but they alway ignore that it is not cover in warrenty for this small thing... I paid for sheild warranty many time so i am too much disappointed with the service of mahindra and mahindra very first time, i have four mahindra's vehicle but next time m not going to purchase mahindra vehicle... Please do something as soon as possible

    Dear Sir,
    I am feeling sad to bring the following facts to your notice about the non transparent system of labour charges for the service of mahindra vehicles at your agency, Shimla automobiles situated at Jia, Kullu.
    I am a loyal and happy customer of Mahindra from last 11 years. I have been charged exorbitantly this time when I went for the service of my Bolero SLX.
    I must let you know that I was given an estimate for the same as I told all the jobs to be done at the very begining.the estimate was less than half which I was charged later.
    they were trying to charge me some amount wich was exceeding all the appropriate limits. above all when I disagreed to their non ethical charges the manager of the service station was doing negotiations which I found unethical at a trusted place like Mahindra.
    Being as a loyal customer of Mahindra for such a long I found myself got cheated for the first time.
    I am writing to you that you should know the facts whatever is happening here is not good for a reputed company like you.
    I hope someone will talk to me regarding the same issue.

      Sir, My mahindra faninnce loan account number is 6542567,
      When I Refanniced my truck at intrest rate of 8.16%, at 44 installment of rupees 30000,
      But During Lockdown period, when I apply Moritorium then intrest Rupees 1, 15, 000 add on my loan account number, when I download Payment schedule then see last 6 Installment schedule.
      (20-july-2023 to 20- Dec-2023), Last 6 month installment of 30000 is changed in 49157 of last installment, Totally 1, 15, 000
      Rupees add money in my loan account number, it is too high interest rate of Moritorium, I trouble to pay this money
      so kindly sir I kindly request to you please,
      Remission/forgive, covid Moritorium, money, from my account, to trouble free pay last 6 month installment .

        Made a booking at Koncept mahinda, mohan cooperative, New Delhi for my car number HR 51 BX 2606 .It was a fourth free service for my xuv500.
        Toy surprise even after booking a slot, there was NO service advisor to attend to me.
        Request you to either increase the staff or change the service advisors who cannot take such a work load .In short, inefficient staff.

              Hi,

              I have bought XUV300 from Zulaika motors Velachery on JAN 14th 2021.

              I paid 8777/-rs for shield warranty, till date i have not received the shield warranty from the Showroom. Upon calling them, they say they missed to punch the Shield warranty, For them to do they are asking me to pay further 4500 Rs.

              I have payment receipt and payment mode and commitment from Sale representative whatsapp message. Yet i am getting very poor response from Zulaika motors velachery.

              Earlier i was cheated once for the same car. As in Boucher it was mentioned as with Rear seat head rest and when delivered there is no headrest and the Manager was so reluctant and rude to reply you can complaint where ever you want, we can deliver the headrest, i had to accept and move on.

              Now i am being cheated for 8777 RS money, though i paid and have receipt and proofs for payments.

                    My name is Deepak Mangleek. I have purchased XUV 300 fully automatic petrol version. The vehicle is not even one month old. Today while coming from Noida to greater Noida car started giving smoke from Bonnet. My daughter stopped the vehicle for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes she started. She reached home completely terrified.

                    This is first time I have switched from maruti to some other brand but now I am worried that my hard earned money has gone to drain.

                              No solution has been provided to me till date to my complaint below mentioned filed on 20.09.2021. No one has contacted me or provide me any solution.

                              I have xuv300 w8 model purchased in the start of this year from Rohtak Lohchab motors. my car number is HR12AM 8722. The car self start is not working properly from the puchase of it. I have made it repair two times from the Mahindra service center Rohtak. But the problem is still as it is in after purchasing time. The service center persons/mechanics are not repairing it properly. They take my car for 5 to 6 days saying we are repairing it. Further, ever after 5 6 days in service center nothing has repaired in my car. The problem is still persists. I am fed up from this behaviour of Mahindra service center Rohtak. My mobile no.                                 I am Ravinder Chawla, from Chandigarh, and booked, Mahindra Bolero Neo on 17th Aug 2021 - N10, at Harbeer Automobiles Chandigarh, with the commitment for the delivery with in a month.
                                Till date I have been enquiring about the delivery from the dealer, but they don't have any reply when it will be delivered.

                                they are just saying ... we don't know as yet when it will be done.

                                I am really surprised how can they say like this... why are they not in a position to give the tentative delivery date.

                                would look forward for the support from your end.

                                Mahindra being a very reputed name in the automobile world, not even bother to reply the query /complaint of the customer.

                                this part of the web site is just an eye wash, i don't understand that when they are not in a position to delver the vehicles why are they doing the bookings.

                                unnecessarily harassing the customers ... don't have courtesy to even give a satisfactory reply.

                                just say we don't know when the same will e delivered ... and its same with all top to bottom management

                                    वाहन में पिकअप रेश की समस्या थी
                                    डीजल टैंक में पानी है ऐसा बताया गया परंतु कोई भी प्रूफ नहीं है सर्विस एडवाइजर के पास
                                    पार्ट को खराब बताया गया परंतु वॉरांटी नहीं दी जा रही है
                                    पार्ट खराब होने का कारण लिखित में नहीं दिया जा रहा हैं।
                                    मनमनी तौर पर ३दिन से गाड़ी खड़ी कर के रखे है
                                    कॉल रिकॉर्डिंग है मेरे पास ।

                                      I am waiting for bolero neo for the last month.।। It is almost one month that I have booked my bolero neo N10 but still I am waiting for my new car.।। It is very sad to say that this waiting list is more than 3-4 months. Suggest me.। Whether I should go for some other company car or stay for early delivery of bolero neo N10.
