I suggest not to buy bolero neo, after driving for 1 month engine is producing sound like police siren also Clutch problem gear problem . So think and buy don't waste your money just like that.

    This is to inform you that i have had the worst experience while getting my var serviced from Raj vehicles Mahindra Patiala. They never answer any of my queries over the phone. They have no idea how to fix the chassis plate and i have to go several times to pay them a visit for a single problem and that too it’s unresolved. Also, if there’s a manufacturing problem in glove box then why don’t you change it and look for warranty period. I have had the same problem since more than a year but due to covid I couldn’t pay a visit and now this agency want me to extend the warranty period to get it fixed.
    This is unacceptable and i have recommended lot of friends to go for Mahindra which i regret now as the journey is smooth with mahindra until its in warranty. Please get this resolved to change my perspective for Mahindra.

      I bought a XUV 300 on september /29/2020.As I am an employee in PSU, i am eligible for a corporate offer of Rs 5000/-. I waited tor three months. After that I contacted the manager in dealership, Eram Motors Palakkad. He replied He had send a mail to headoffice and not received any reply.I personally met him for solution, He cut down the corporate offer to Rs 3500 from Rs 5000/ and promised to pay by cutting the wage of executive who delt with us. It is going to be the first anniversary. I have not received reply from him.I made a big mistake by choosing Mahindra.Please try to concentrate on dealerships and service station either you will lose your market.

          Today we got our car service done which is 30k km onwards. the service bill is done for 27k, we really donot understand all those bill categories. however we have paid for car foam wash inside the car, for which the amount is taken 2k but the cleaning not done even for 400 rs. this service is done in Ananth cars bannerghatta bangalore. this is really looting from the customer. when we asked we got to hear that sorry sir if you want we will send a guy and he will clean it there. for 27k I really wonder what did they do then? ofcourse there were few items such as break padding change and engine oil change blah blah blah. but I am still wondering 27k is this a joke? I really need good explaination and proper jsutification for all those bill items.

            Nobody is giving the tracking details of my Thar ..area sales manager is saying orally that your in the fouth place in the queue ..please provide with the tracking details..3 times delivery date also over..till now no guarantee of getting car .waited for more then 8 months

              1).I have been got Mahindra Scorpio S11 from unaati motors on 02 July 2021, manjri, pune. staff and management talking very rudly,
              Don't know how to talk with there client .

              2). afterwards I got car form showroom there were 3 major problem in the car I talk to the unnati motors staff they told us to contact service center .
              I hav given my car 3 times in service center still that problem hav not been solved at wagholi .
              They take 3/4 days to order that part and after installing still that problem is showing while driving the car.

                I have purchased Mahindra balero camper gold zx top model from your showroom located at kangra nagrota bagwan H.P. And feel very disappointed because after 1 day i face problem in power window of back side door of driver side. Even the door is not closed property as compared to other door. It shows like not closed properly. I called to your sales person and senior but no one give the proper solution for that. Please do imidiate action because we can't close the glass of that door properly. And rain water goes inside the balero create more problem for me. And also fear of theft of accessory of vehicle.

                  I recently got my vehicle serviced and all the interiors of the vehicle is Spoilt. Am attaching images of the poor Service quality.
                  I don't understand which chemical was used for interior cleaning that all the crome plating has got spoilt.
                  This is highly unacceptable. This is high level o[censored]nprofessional behaviour and service standards.
                  Please take strict action and make arrangements to rectify all damages.

                    I am a proud owner and an undying fan of Mahindra vehicles. Although I have owned Hyundai Viva and Honda civic prior to my purchase of Mahindra Scorpio leading to Mahindra KUV 100 to Mahindra Thar 2013 model and now Mahindra TUV 300 Automatic as a conscious decision of purchase despite so many options available in the automobile world with promising features. But as I mentioned I am an avid fan of Mahindra and have a plan to buy the bolero as my next vehicle.
                    However, the recent after sales experience I have had with Koncept Mahindra service station based out of village Begumpur, Khatola, Gurugram has shaken my belief in the indifferent, I – do – not – care attitude towards the customer and that too to a lady customer. The approach was so unsympathetic from the start and then it went to disrespect towards the situation faced by me. So much so that conversations over the phone was topped with the person in conversation was heard laughing which inevitably sounds very discourteous to the caller who is also the customer and a lady. The phones went unanswered or were disconnected abruptly during conversations. Voice was raised with irritability clear …I am astonished at the unconcerned behaviour exhibited by Mr. Prakshit and Mr. Akaash in specific. The key to the sale of any vehicle is the prompt and courteous after sales which was completely missing with these 2 gentlemen and their team.
                    I have never faced such insolence at the service station at Mohan Estate like I was forced to endure here at Gurugram.
                    I do not know how important this feedback is to the concerned people at Mahindra, However I feel that with the increasing competition each day in the world of cars ..1 annoyed customer can create a chain of dissatisfied or apprehensive customers.

                        Coolant not changed but the charges for coolant change was included in the bill.

                        Coolant in the photo I provided is the one I got from local market.It’s not Mahindra original coolant.

                        They provided us the blank bottles of coolant but there is no change in car. The coolant bottles they provided were of pink coloured coolant and I filled the car with green coloured coolant.

                        The Car is still filled with green coolant.

                        Engine oil is also unchanged.

                          Dear, mahindra just one year ago I purchase Bolero B6 optoonal Bs6 car.But after taking last servicing from your authorised service center khokan Motor, coochbehar .My car began starting problem just few days after servicing.The company authorosed person from khokan Motor assure me to exchange my car engine and apoloize regarding car manudacturing defect .BUT Yesterday they give me a wrong excuse .Definately there is a bad intention of the service provider or the company why the violet the warranty engine rules.If it possible a engine is totally breake down within one year of car purchase.Khokan Motor coochbehar is totally play key role for providing mis information to nahindra company.Company has luability as a responsible brand they never misguided by the khokan Motor coochbehar.khokan Motor Coochbehar just misplace my claim because I have purchase the car fro Sona whreels siliguri.There is a bad intention of said khokan motor Coochbehar.

                              Im srinivas R iam from warangal I have vechile loan in mahaindra and mahaindra at warangal office, my car NO AP11AR9616
                              I was paid amount of CAR LOAN foreclosure Rs 187850 payment date 10.08.2021. The account vijay did not hold my account for next EMI, so August 15th 2021 I received msg about check bounce, my account money deducted 295 for check bounce ISSU, and till my CIBIL score also downfall, im fallow guidelines before foreclosure only vijay accountant with msg and wtsup and phone calls as on payment day, this account vijay mistake, i was talked vijay ofter check bounce her accept that mistake her self, so please take action on account vijay, he was use un parliamentary words on me when im asking check bounce issue, I have recorded her phone call voice record and wtsup and text msg, and I taken my check bounce statement from bank, if company not respond on my issue I will aproch court of consumer, no body respond my last grivence case no 414174,

                                This is the frustrating level which I have come accross multiple times post servicing my xuv 500 ( OD 33M 9667) at Jeypore-764001 service center, not even a single time I have satisfied with the service,
                                This time there was a notification regarding engine issue, , post servicing also there is no solution, , I am returning back more than 200.kms just to reclarify the issue, , this is highly frustrating, ,

                                  TUV 300 T8 Flywheel failure

                                  I am keen grace with Mahindra vehicles from my childhood days onwards and once i grwon entered into professional life as one of my life time goal i had purchased tuv300 t8 car on 2016. so far so good until my 5 years warranty period.
                                  Once the warranty period over within 2 months period suddenly noticed some issue on the gear shift. handed over the car to local dealer . They removed the head assembly found that the clutch plate assembly...

                                  I register the Compliant against my housing loan but not provide proper response to customer care and office. I applied Housing Finance loan 10 month back and also applied Pradhan Manthri Awasyojana Scheme this application form already submitted to at the time of loan processing. I register complaint against Pradhan manthri Awasyojana application Id but the customer care not given the solution and proper response. They are cheating the Customer.

                                    To Whomsoever It May Concern :

                                    I am writing this because I care and have always had Mahindra Cars which I have loved

                                    I have had a nightmare with Mahindra trying to book a new Thar. Here is the sequence of events without names and dates so that you can have a look and see how to improve because
                                    “ A great auto company cannot only build great cars, it has to build and maintain relationships with its customers”

                                    1. I called up a showroom (dealership) in Gurgaon trying to book a Thar. I was told to do it with them and make an advance payment.

                                    2. Then I visited the Mahindra Auto website to check what model etc I wanted and saw that I can book online there. So thinking that it would be safer and better to book directly the company, I went ahead and made a booking and made the advance payment of 20 odd thousand rupees

                                    3. I got a call back from Sales of the same showroom in Gurgaon saying they received the booking and then I started asking the sales person some questions about the car. In our conversation he convinced me that if I want to keep the car for long (over 10 years) then I should book the Petrol version and not Diesel(which I had already booked), so I agreed and told him to change it. He said he cannot and I will have to do it directly with Mahindra.
                                    (First Problem - Why?????He has received my booking and was making the change within just two hours of the booking why cannot he change it. Strange system!!!)

                                    4. Anyways I proceeded to call the toll free and explained everything to them. They said the same thing. NO CHANGES. CANCEL and BOOK AGAIN
                                    (Second Problem - Too rigid a system. With the progress in IT one would imagine changes can be made on the fly)

                                    5. Anyways I told them to go ahead and cancel the booking and make a fresh one. They said. CANNOT DO. GO TO THE WEBSITE AND DO IT YOURSELF
                                    (Third Problem) - Strange they cannot cancel and want me to do it myself???????. Not customer friendly at all and a waste of my time)

                                    6. So, I headed to the website and kept searching for an option to cancel. For the love of God I could not find it. Called up 1800 again she could not direct me to it as well
                                    Then I pressed every option button I could find and I found it, tucked away discreetly.
                                    (Fourth Problem - Mahindra a customer should never feel that the intention of a company is to cheat the customer out of his hard earned money. This definitely looked like me(a customer) was being discouraged to cancel hoping that I would let it stay that way or that I am uber rich and may just get fed up and leave that 20, 000 bucks. Let it go. No allegation here. Just telling you how I felt at that moment as a customer)

                                    7. Once cancelled I was not given an assurance that the cancellation had been accepted or that my money would be refunded within so and so time. The confirmation just said that we will get back to you. Ok I waited. But was not happy about that.
                                    (Fifth Problem - Uncertainty is never a good thing when dealing with a customer especially when his money is on the line)

                                    8. I received a call indeed. Actually I’ll make it easy by saying here that I received several calls but no resolution to my problem. They didn’t know anything about when my money would come back to me. They didn’t give me any assurances and only my anxiety levels have kept rising.
                                    (Sixth Problem - There is no customer focus. All they wanted to know is why I cancelled. But with no answers about my money refund

                                    9. Finally after a couple of calls, one poor agent got it from me and I threatened him saying go and tell your senior that I will post this all over social media if I don’t have a resolution. He put me on hold and then came back saying that the entire amount of money would be refunded in two weeks.
                                    (Seventh Problem - I booked and cancelled within 3 to 4 hours and they still wanted to deduct 10%. And I was cancelling because I was advised to change the model to Petrol by Mahindra themselves and because Mahindra could not help me make the change in the system. For no fault of mind, I was going to be charged 10%. I would not accept that and that seems like daylight robbery. Again no allegations, but giving you a customers point of view)

                                    10. Then I asked this very agent that ok you have said that the money will be refunded so how about an sms or a mail confirming like all other companies do. he responded that Mahindra does not do that.
                                    (Eighth Problem) - In money matter, word of mouth???????? that’s not a sign of a professional company. I have to now depend on the word of mouth of a call centre agent)

                                    11. You proved my fear right. I just received a call again and again was asked why I cancelled so I asked the agent to check a few things. Has the cancellation been done? Has my money been processed for refund and he confirmed that NOTHING HAD BEEN DONE and that there were no comments or updates. RIDICULOUS
                                    (Ninth Problem - This is PATHETIC and UNPROFESSIONAL)

                                    I NEED A RESOLUTION as I am still HANGING.

                                    This is very sad for a company that is so big and that I have grown to love. I have definitely been let down and am really thinking twice now and may even just go for something else instead of the Thar. It pains me to even think this way as I had my mind set on that car.

                                    Hope someone will read this, resolve my problem instantly but more importantly CORRECT YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND INTERACTIONS.

                                      I had bought Tuv 300 AMT in October 2016. My all 4 doors got rusted within 3 years of my purchase. I had to pay around Rs 8500/ even when i was assured i won’t have to pay even a single penny by Sri Durga Automobiles Moti Nagar New Delhi . Water seepage issue during rains from driver side door started after the doors were changed. Ive been sending the car for this and other issues related to AMT transmission on regular basis to Sri Durga Automobiles Moti Nagar where Mr Manish is attending to my issues. The problem still persists and i am unable to drive my vehicle due to this water seepage issue and AMT issue . Kindly look into this matter ASAP.
