Sir,
My vehicle no - OD-06-J-5577 is getting regular breakdown in a short span basis.
Almost 8 times it has been taken by RSA team to the service center. But there is no conclusion. In only 1.7years of my vehicle age I am facing the variety of problem.

Either the vehicle is defective or the service center is frauding with me. I want a serious action against my complaint. The service center name is SIDDHI LAXMI MOTORS, District - angul, State - odisha.

I want a complete check up of my vehicle. And today also the car is taken to the same service center. I told the RSA team to send my vehicle to my home town to BIKAS AUTOMOBILE. Dist- dhenkanal. But they are charging extra cost. I am completely fed-up about the service.

Please check and give me a fresh good vehicle. After complete check up. So that I will be pleased.

    Dear Mahindra

    Being big brand and huge name in SUV market the product quality of XUV500W10 is very poor

    I have preowned mentioned car recently but I have observed that lot off issue are there in car which is not acceptable at all

    First of all Mahindra sold XUV 500 W10 as on Sep 2015 to first ownwer and vehicle registration happen in Dec 2021, Being second owner i am become fool by purchasing this car with trusting on Mahindra brand second issue this guys done servicing by entering wrong registration against vehilce chessi number this is big blundered happend at service centre

    1 Sun roof not working properly

    2 Water leakage from sunroof and some other areas

    3 All functioned not working properly - reverse camera / Tyre status not showing correctly / Air conditioned fan getting off in between

    4 All steel parts parts got junked ( Very surprising )

    Expecting support for getting this issue resolve else I need to go social media

        Dear Customer Care Team

        This is regarding my most important family member my TUV 300 DL12 CM 3946,

        The same we took to home on 16/10/2017 as we all were happy to have our family SUV, then we started travelling and enjoying rides everyone appreciated we all were happy.

        But somehow, we are not happy with the services and overall product quality of the vehicle and start giving trouble sometimes diesel dripping from engine area, sometimes pick-up issue, low mileage, hard clutch etc problem occurs specially on hilly areas but those were fixed by the Koncept Mahindra engineers and things were working on.

        Now the big incident was happened on the dt.[protected], we were heading towards Rajasthan, after moving around 165 to 170 kms the day on the speed of 75 to 80 kmph, then an unusual noise came from the vehicle then I immediately stopped the vehicle on road side and checked nothing uncommon was found in the vehicle from outside then after 5/10 minutes I have tried to start the vehicle but nothing was happening the I called to RoadSide Assistance through the With You Hamesha Mahindra portal, they provided me with contact details of nearby Mahindra workshop (K S Motors (P) Ltd – Kotputli Rajasthan ), then I tow my vehicle to that location.

        Then they took 2 to 3 hours to check the vehicle and were not able to identify the problem, and told me we do not have the TUV engineer available now, after 2-3 day only they can diagnose the problem.

        After that I took my vehicle to Koncept Automobiles Pvt Ltd. A-40 Mohan Co-Operative Industrial Estate Mathura Road New Delhi 110044 on[protected], after many follow-ups and 2/3 visits they called me on 20th Aug-2021 as told me your vehicle engine got seized and waiting for the approval from Mahindra to open the same.

        Now till today[protected] the time I am writing this letter I have not got any information from the workshop.

        As I have spent 12 lakhs of Rupees and lost the piece of my mind is this kind of the product and after sale service, I am getting from the Mahindra a world-famous vehicle manufacturer of India.

        Please look into the matter and kindly help me or advise where I can go should I go to the Consumer Court or I do not have the options now.

          I have been calling the dealership pothens mahindra Ernakulam Kochi, kerala. My xuv 500 had some niggles that needed to be fixed before a long distance trip with my family. No one is picking phone, or even picked, they do not provide any solution, just promises to call me back. Nothing has happened for the last three days. I have been doing all my services with this service centre. However this is very disappointing and unprofessional behaviour...

          Hope you and your family is safe in this pandemic situation, I would like to inform you regarding my issue which one I am facing from last 2 months after purchased a car XUV300 W4 PETROL, I didn't received my Registration Number and RC from this BALAJI AUTO WORKS MAHINDRA SHOWROOM BISTUPUR JAMSHEDPUR, JHARKHAND.
          I purchased a vehicle from this showroom on 18th June, after full payment done by our end we taken delivery, after that as per the RTO according to the new RTO rate has been changed and increased extra 9℅, from 29th June, so my concern is, they had 10days time to generate my registration number through the portal which one already they have, like other showroom doing and they are generating a registration number within a 1hour through the portal, but they didn't done anything, and also I want to inform you that they didn't informed me from their end that the price get changed, when I called them on 12th July regarding update on my registration number and RC, In that time they informed me the rate has been changed, sir, it is a gift for my father, I was waited to give this gift to my father from long back, and now it is useless, without the registration number and RC I am not able to take anywhere outside of 100 km radiation, already I faced alot of trouble during the ride, police caught me and asking for the details and they are tried to seize my car because from last 2 months why I don't have a registration number, Sir, it complete fault from showroom's person why they didn't done anything and now they asking for extra amount of Rs 33470/- for registration, why should I have to pay, and extremely sorry to say that this showroom person really don't know how to treat with the customers, they only looking for sale and how much they can do the fraud with the customers, I have some name, which one I am sharing now,

And in front of all the staff and another customers he is telling that if anybody interested to listen me then listen and he left from there. Sir, it is my 1st car for me and my family, hope you understand, in this situation we don't have a extra amount to pay them, and because of their fault why should we pay for this. Kindly do something to arrange my Registration number and RC, really I am not able to use my car for any trip, after purchased a car still I am using a rented car. Really I didn't expected this experience from MAHINDRA. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO SOMETHING TO ARRANGE. IT WILL BE VERY HELPFUL FOR ME.

            I have purchased scorpio in 2019 by kiran Mahindra patna. My 1st Insurance of scorpio was from Magma, which was given by kiran show room with 3 yr third party and 1 year own damage . But after expiry of one year my car insurance was renewed for 1 year and after expiry of two year again my policy renewed by show ( by insurance department of show person name is rajiv), I confirm payment online and he provided me insurance paper in pdf ..but when police checked it on rto website it showing total false .. again and again I am trying to show room and mr rajiv is saying that it will be update soon ..how ever it has spent three months... kindly help me

              So on August20, 2021 I got call from mahindra and mahindra ltd company and they told me that they will take my interview and after that u will get a job with the salary ₹21000/month. So they took interview and they said u are selected for the post of superviser in our company and after that they told me that u have to pay ₹750 for interview letter and after that u will be verified for the 10 days training. So I paid the amount and again on another day they called me for verification and after that they told me that u have to pay the amount ₹1680 for your uniform and safety shoes. So I as a stupid child paid that also, Now today they called me for bank verification, to open my account in kotak mahindra bank, and the charges will be ₹4000, which will be transfered in your account. So after a long argument I cut the call and ask the mam to refund my money and she told that 500 ruppees will be charged, if you have to refund your money you will have to pay 500 rupees. Again after a long argument i showed the interview letter where it was clearly written that your amount will be easily refundable if you do not want to do this job and after this she blocked me and now I am getting scolded by my parents for the money I wasted.

                  Dear sir,

                  Subject: regarding regular failure of turbo mahindra of xuv-500

                  I have purchase xuv-500 from your authorized show room which have registration no HR 26 CW 6089. From the date of purchase to till this date, vehicle facing small to big problems at regular interval though i am regularly servicing my vehicle only at your authorized service center. I am really disappointed with this kind of working condition of my vehicle.

                  From last some period, i felt that my car has some major problem so i sent my car at your Lochab motors
                  authorized service center in rohtak (Haryana) . I received information from them that there is noise in turbo but no need to replace. During this period my vechile is in warranty period. After just 40000 to 5000 km of run, again i got some problem and handed over my car at lochab motors authorized service center and till this date it is with them only.
                  This time also they informed me that again we have to replace turbo and i have to bear 100% charges of the total bill raised after replacement of all parts. Service manager Mr. Sanjeev misbehave on call and says that we have not responsible like this problems. He says that if you have not capable to maintain our bills why you purchase this vechile. I am very shocked and surprised this type behave of service manager of lochab motors . In future me and my family members and my friends not visit lochab motors company.

                  I am very much disappointed with all this and my questions are
                  (1) how turbo fails in such a suv type car?
                  (2) how is it possible in such type of vehicle that small /big problem arising at every regular intervals?
                  (3) behave of service manager to customer and how he says that not to buy this vechile.

                  Dear sir even small family car run smoothly for near about 1, 50, 000 km.
                  Above all mentioned problem clearly indicating that from the date of purchase i got vehicle having malfunctioned engine.

                  I am very much disappointed with all these issues.

                  After replacing the all parts, if again my vehicle will get any problem in short time who will be the responsible?

                  So, requesting you to check my full vehicle precisely and to solve all the problems as early as possible or hand me new car by replacing this defective piece.

                  I heavily paid for this vehicle, its insurance, its service and to maintain it.

                  It`s my humble request to solve all these as early as possible and please do not force me for any legal action.

                    My XUV300 W8 Petrol model is 2 year & 2 month old and so far traveled 18000km only. On ill & ungrateful day while driving on Yamuna expressway car suddenly stopped. There were no indications on dashboard before hand. Engine temperature & coolant level were ok.

                    After arranging Toe vehicle I took my Vehicle to nearest Mahindra service center at Etawah. There after 2 days of diagnosis technical staff observed that one valve of Cylinder-1 is missing and Cylinder-1 piston is damaged badly (Photo is attached).

                    Service center team took up this matter with Mahindra team. After 10 days Mahindra team concluded that "Exact root cause can not be confirmed however it seems to be due to some particle came on the piston and caused this damage".

                    Matter ended with open ended diagnosis.

                    Mahindra has not accepted that engine got failed due dislocation of valve or metallurgical failure of valve.

                    How can engine of 18000km old Car fail like this. Engine parameters like coolant level and temperature were normal. There was no sign of water ingress into engine.

                    Ultimately I have to buy new engine for my car worth around 1.7 Lakh.

                    As i would never again in my life buy a Mahindra car after this kind of bad experience and i even regret buying one.

                    Mahindra should do through analysis of this incident. It is either design defect or metallurgical failure.

                    WHY SHOULD A CUSTOMER SUFFER BECAUSE OF THE MISTAKE OF YOUR DESIGN DEFECT OR METALLURGICAL FAILURE.

                      This is my 2nd worst experience while servicing and repair at Supreme Automobile, Bhiwani. My car met accident on 5th August and I placed my car for repair at Supreme, Bhiwani. I have a cashless Zero depth policy for the same and at the time of hand over they accepted to do repairs as per policy. Presently I am residing at Noida. On 18th Supreme peoples told that parts have been received and they will handover the vehicle on 21st or latest by 23rd evening. On 23rd morning they told me to collect car at 16hrs. When I reached there they asked me to pay approx 52k before delivery, when I asked them this repair was done against a cashless insurance policy, they told for availing cashless benefit, I should wait for another one week or 10 days. Behaviour of local staff was nowhere justified. This TUV is my second Mahindra car, earlier I had a top model Xylo and now thinking about XUV7OO bu these type of incidents forcing me to shift to another brand. Some of dealer like Supreme are destroying the brand value. They should have told everything to me in advance or earlier, I am using cabs since 6th and today came to collect my car by Taxi from Noida to Bhiwani. Really very disappointed with these people's behaviour. Earlier also 4 year back same type of incident happened with this service station and I make distance from them but now think that there may be some behavioral change, so reached to them again bu I was wrong, they will never change and suggesting peoples to stay away from them. Now again I am going back by Taxi to Noida without getting my car back. Really disappointed 😥😥

                      Today the Dealer handed over the vehicle to my representative. Look the condition in images. How can anyone rely on Brand Mahindra. These peoples really destroyed the brand image of Mahindra and Mahindra company is still silent to my concern. Really shameful.

                        I am an owner of XUV 500 W11 which I bought on January 2020. I have been doing the services on regular basis and there was no rough use of the vehicle. Inspite of all these, the battery installed has failed on August 2021. This shows how poor the quality of the products installed in the vehicle. Feels really pathetic for the experience had with Mahindra. I should suggest the company to keep minimum standards and warranty for the products for such a premium vehicle.

                        I have been suggested to replace the battery with in 18months of purchase of a new car!!!

                        Mahindra should feel ashamed of spoiling the trust of an Indian citizen who preferred to take an Indian vehicle.

                        I expect a feed back call or responsible action from the concerned.

                            I have purchased Mahindra XUV 300 W8 opt(p) on 19 Jul 21 from Raga Motors Pvt Ltd. The details of veh are as under:-

                            While doing 1 st service after 1000km. It was noticed that it has defective Clutch plate. On enquiring the reason given by service centre that due to rough use the clutch plate got defective. Kindly resolve the following query:--
                            1. How within a short period of 1k km the clutch plate has become defective. Whereas the veh has not been mishandled by owner.
                            2. The reputation of veh is in question due to thisdefective clutch plate.
                            3. No pre sign of defective clutch plate has been notice by owner like smell of burn ing and other causes

                              This is about the complaint that I am having with my Mahindra XUV500. I bought the car on 2015 December and now I am facing a gearbox issue. I had the extended warranty and it expired on February 2021. Th complaint got to be known on August 2021. The car was properly serviced on regular intervals at authorised dealerships. It is sad and disappointing to know that the gears are having trouble while the car has only clocked 70, 000 kms. The gear box assembly costs Rs.1.44 lakhs which is a huge amount. I am asking Mahindra to do something in this regard.

                                My XUV300 W8 Petrol model is 2 year & 2 month old and so far traveled 18000km only. On ill & ungrateful day while driving on Yamuna expressway car suddenly stopped. There were no indications on dashboard before hand. Engine temperature & coolant level were ok.

                                After arranging Toe vehicle I took my Vehicle to nearest Mahindra service center at Etawah. There after 2 days of diagnosis technical staff observed that one valve of Cylinder-1 is missing and Cylinder-1 piston is damaged badly (Photo is attached).

                                Service center team took up this matter with Mahindra team. After 10 days Mahindra team concluded that "Exact root cause can not be confirmed however it seems to be due to some particle came on the piston and caused this damage".

                                Matter ended with open ended diagnosis.

                                Mahindra has not accepted that engine got failed due dislocation of valve or metallurgical failure of valve.

                                How can engine of 18000km old Car fail like this. Engine parameters like coolant level and temperature were normal. There was no sign of water ingress into engine.

                                Ultimately I have to buy new engine for my car worth around 1.7 Lakh.

                                As i would never again in my life buy a Mahindra car after this kind of bad experience and i even regret buying one.

                                Mahindra should do through analysis of this incident. It is either design defect or metallurgical failure.

                                WHY SHOULD A CUSTOMER SUFFER BECAUSE OF THE MISTAKE OF YOUR DESIGN DEFECT OR METALLURGICAL FAILURE.

                                  I booked the vehicle on vayalat mahindra automobile on 16/07/2021 and delivered the vehicle on 20/08/2021 today, very badly encountered on the part of the dealer today, No documents were provided when the vehicle was delivered, the vehicle was found to be moldy, the vehicle was only washed with water and no fastag was provided.
