I got one call from mahindra she said calling from mahindra, i was registered in quiker jobs, she said to me your profile was shortlisted for senior supervisor and she offered the job, and she asked pay for registration 1990 rupees i was paid the money from my account, after she sent a offer letter to me, i was sent the payment screenshot
To that mail id, after shed said varification department will contact you soon, after two days i got one call from mahindra, she said the details about job and she asked me pay 6300 for laptop security and she gives one google pay number [protected] (Vishal yadav), that time i haven't money for pay, she said to me pay 3300 today and pay balance tomorrow,
I paid money viva google pay two times 3300 and 3000, and she sent one training letter i replied screenshot to mail id and after she said hr will contact you soon, hr contacted me after 3 days he said about job and he asked 10400 for open a salary account i replied i don't have money for star a new account please add my existing account to salary, he replied no, then i replied i will pay after 5 days i don't have money now he cuts the call, after i was called don't pickup, they are all not picking up my calls, please help me to recover my money, i was shared offer latter to my family, shame is happening,

    मेरे द्वारा एक कार मारुती सुजुकी विटारा ब्रेज़ा खरीदने के लिए 10 जुलाई 2019 को महिंद्रा & महिंद्रा फाइनेंसियल सर्विसेज लिमिटेड से रुपये 250000 /- का लोन लिया गया था जिसका एग्रीमेंट नंबर- 6319338 और गाड़ी रजिस्ट्रेशन नंबर- up32gy8056 है।

    ब्रांच सीतापुर में अनुज कुमार शुक्ल और अकॉउंटेंट उमेश शुक्ल से प्राप्त जानकारी के पश्चात् मेरे द्वारा रु० 176200/- (एक लाख छिहत्तर हजार दो सौ रुपये) महिंद्रा & महिंद्रा के बैंक अकाउंट.- [protected] में 20/02/2020 को अपने उसी अकाउंट की चेक के माध्यम से जमा कर दिया गया था। जो 21/02/2020 को आपके अकाउंट में पहुँच भी गया था। जिसका डिटेल व्हाट्सप्प के माध्यम से ब्रांच में अनुज शुक्ल को दे दिया गया था। उन्होंने 15 दिन में noc दिलाने की बात भी बोल दी थी। जब 15 दिन के बाद noc नहीं आयी तो अनुज शुक्ल से फिर से बात की गयी तो उन्होंने २-३ दिन में आ जाएगी कहकर टाल दिया। उसके बाद जब इसकी जानकारी ब्रांच में जाकर ली तो उन्होंने कहा की फॉर्म 35 नहीं भरा था इसलिए नहीं आयी और अपना बैंक स्टेटमेंट लेकर दीजिये हम तब देखेंगे। यह प्रक्रिया पूरी हो जाने के बाद उन्होंने 15 दिन का समय माँगा। अब एक सप्ताह के बाद वह पुनः कह रहे हैं कि रुपये 2500 और जमा करो और रुपये 3000 फीस के रूप में नगद जमा करो यही जानकारी उमेश जी भी दे रहें हैं। यह सिर्फ मुझ जैसे ग्राहक को बेवकूफ बनाकर ठगी की जा रही है। अनुज शुक्ल के अनुसार उन्होंने लोन लेने से पहले हमें यह जानकारी दी थी कि एक साल में लोन क्लोज करने पर एक साल का ही ब्याज लगेगा। मेरे द्वारा 7 माह में ही पूर्ण भुगतान क़र दिया गया उसके बावजूद भी मुझसे 2 गुना ब्याज ले लिया गया आपसे अनुरोध है कि शीघ्र ही शिकायत का निस्तारण क़र हमारा अतिरिक्त धन वापस करने की कृपा करें। व अतिशीघ्र noc दिलाने की कृपा करें।उनके अनुसार मैं अपना बचा हुआ भुगतान और चार्जेज जमा क़र दे रहा हूँ, ताकि समय से noc मिल सके।

      I have purchased scorpio s6+ (Br01pj0220) from kiran automobiles bypass road patna in nov 2017. Since then i have not claimed any damage. This time i claimed a damage then the insurance company found that the insurance policy and rc is not matching. Kiran automobiles officials are worst in treating the customers, they are not entertaining the problem. It is requested to please help me out. Otherwise i have to approach consumer forum and court. It would be a great help if you provide your top officials email id.

        I recently booked a kuv 100 k2 plus diesel.
        The dealership tried to sell me a rusted vehicle. Upon complaint no solution given yet.. Instead another old vehicle is been offered. Or they were telling me take a petrol vehicle. False promises were made.
        I must say i feel cheated and harassed.
        Complaint posted to the customer care and mail sent to cmdoffice also. No solution yet.

          Here we like to bring to your notice that as we have observed the temperature reading is showing very high and also the inside temperature in car/vehicle is very hot though ac is on. We have given the complaint and left our vehicle at srikakulam (Andhra pradesh) servicing centre on 10.12.2019 and they assured us that the service and required spare parts were replaced new ones and accordingly billed then they released vehicle on same day.
          But again the problem was persisting and it has not been solved and continued for some days then again we’ve given the vehicle for rectifying the complaint repairs at srikakulam (Andhra pradesh) servicing centre on 03.01.2020. This time it has been taken a week to service and to change spare parts and accordingly billed then the vehicle was released on 09.01.2020.
          Still the problem was persisting and we again took the vehicle to srikakulam (Andhra pradesh) servicing centre on 20.01.2020 but till date the vehicle has not been release and also no intimation about the status & repairs of vehicle.
          We were shocked to understand the mahindra service centres are-
           having so low standards of services and in-experienced technicians are deployed in your service centres
           there negligence and carelessness about service issues complaint by the costumer
           it is very surprising and shame on part of organisation that your service technicians are giving very unjustified and lame excuses and explanation for delay that they have to get right working tools and spares from pune centre to complete the service and do the required repairs with spares hence delay.
          It has been concluded that you have deployed poor efficiency technicians at service centres costing us time and money
          Due to this negligence and delay form your service centres we are force to engage a private taxi for our daily community in our project site the hire charges for this zeep is rs.60, 000 /- per month
          Here we like to bring to your notice that we are loyal coveted custumers of mahindra company having owing the following vehicles of mahindra make
          1) mahindra bolero pickup – double cabin – 1no
          2) mahindra bolero pickup – single cabin – 1no
          3) mahindra power plus zlx – 2 no’s – regd. No.- ap 37 dp 4866 & ap 30 ag 4028

          Is this way to treat your loyal customers. It is very pathetic and objectionable e for this type of treatment.
          Here we wish the concern authorities to intervene and do required repairs and services as early as possible and release our vehicle
          And here we demand for compensation for negligence and delay and also to reimburse the taxi hire charges due to our vehicle is held up in your service centres since long.
          Hope the authorities will react in time and do the justification to costumers

              Dear sir,
              My scorpio dlcq0267 was given for 2nd free service on 14 feb at your koncept mathura road service center.
              The servicing took about 10 days due faulty turbocharger replacement.
              Mr raghuvendra sharma the service manager called me & apologized for the delay & agreed to send me a replacement car. After 3 days he called & said an amount of rs 1500 will be reimbursed to me as car allowance per day for my daily transportaion. This was agreed upon. Now 3 weeks have passed & he is not responding to my calls or whats app messages/sms.
              This is my 3rd scorpio & i am sorry to say that i have had bad experiences with your service centers every time i send my car across.
              Kindly instruct your staff not play games with customers like this.
              It only leaves a bad taste & does not speak well of mahindra's after sales service.

                I have service my xuv300 on 20 feb 2020 at star automobile sagar but service due indication shown at display till date . I was call the service center but nobody provide satisfactory response and said "Aap gadi le aaiye dekh lenge ". Why I go again to service center distance up to 90 km for only remove service indication.
                Very poor cheat and stupid service
                Morning 9 am I registered my RSA Complaint 10 am got a call from delhi and after got call from nizamabd and then from warangal and then Karimnagar almost 35 calls 9 hours completed no one responded properly
                And a magner call me and said he is providing free seva to customers

                    I want to register complaint regarding my mahindra tuv 300 vehicle which i purchase from CI mahindra jinsy square bhopal (m.p.) it was really shocking experience for me i went show room for the regular check up for my vehicle which was offered by their showroom employee for which a employee told me earlier that it is a free of cost but when i went there they charge me for no reason ...as i was not satisfied for the charges they told me for my vehicle repair ...i want justice ..if you are not going to provide any response for me ..i would definitely go for the ..consumer forum...mind it...

                      Dear sir,
                      1. I've bought my mahindra scorpio s10 in may2016. It's a good car and i was satisfied with it's performance but later in two years itself it's roof started rusting. Initially when i complained about it to the service center, they convinced me saying it's a small patch and won't pose any problem. But with time this rust has grown all over the roof grill. The rust can be seen clearly over the roof top as well.

                      I purchased a mahindra kuv k2 in november 2017, since then.. I facing the problem in my car, first the gear indicator was showing on odo meter, they change, then the ac was working automatically during drive, then after some day the car was automatically getting turn off and was not getting the ignition on, the service centre won't be able to fix that, i was facing these problem again and again, now.. The odo meter showing the engine sign.. And its not getting off... And now the warranty is over and my car get stop during a drive and accelator is not working.

                        Why are you not giving any advertisement for this bike, and there is no sale in kerala's capital trivandrum, who is your production manager, fire him okkey, the only best bike you made is mahindra mojo and there is no sales in trivandrum.
                        If i have to buy a mojo i have to travel 200 km to buy your bike, and there is only one service center in trivandrum. And only two sales in kerala. It's your big opportunity to achieve a place in bike manufacturing

                          I have purchased xuv 500 w11 variant in november 2019 from utkal automobiles, mancheswar, bhubaneswar, odisha. After few days my car was parked outside without cover and found hard water spots which was unable to clean due to rain. I called showroom staff, they advised to bring the car to showroom we will polish it and due to long distance i thought to give a try by ordering some polishing kit and do it at home. Which i tried and it cleaned. But after car wash, again hard water spots remain on glasses and also in chrome part as well as body but due to white colour it is not that visible on body. I think these glasses are not protected by rain repellent or not made for it. This is not possible that i will have cloth at all time to clean/wipe the glasses once got wet. I believe this is design issue, kindly replace all my glasses to avoid these kind of issues which really irritate.

                            I got delivery of xuv on 7feb 2019. From day 1 i was facing problem of left pulling, steering vibration on bumpy road at the speed of 5-15. And steering noise also. I have raised complaint many times at the service center but they said that right shockabsorber is bent thats why car is pulling towards left so they replaced it. The problem is solved. But the other two problems of steering vibratuon and noise still exist. Now i have driven the car for almost 1 year. I have visited service center many times related to problem but not resolved yet.

                              मुझे ये मेल करते हुए बहुत ही दुःख हो रहा है कि ऑटोमोबाइल क्षेत्र मेरी सबसे पसंदीदा कंपनी महिंद्रा आज चंद पैसों के लिए थोड़ी सी बचत के लिए अपने कस्टमर्स की जिंदिगी से खिलवाड़ कर रही है।

                              आपको बता दूँ मैंने अप्रैल 2019 में लखनऊ के A.Auto Movers से महिंद्रा की XUV 500 ऑटोमैटिक W 11 गाडी खरीदी थी, लेकिन अभी कुछ दिन पहले लखनऊ सीतापुर हाईवे पर अपनी फॅमिली के साथ जा रहा था, अचानक टायर की साड़ी हवा निकल गई, किसी तरह से गाडी को नियंत्रित किया, गाडी पलटने से और बड़ा हादसा होने से बचा, मैंने देखा तो टायर में कट लगा था, महोदय इतनी महंगी गाडी और इतना घटिया टायर ? गाड़ी में मेरी फैमिली बैठी थी, अगर कोई हादसा होता तो इसका जिम्मेदार कौन होता ? ज़ाहिर सी बात है महिंद्रा होती क्योंकि महिंद्रा ने घटिया कंपनी का टायर लगाया ।

                              मैं महिंद्रा का पुराना कस्टमर हूँ, महिंद्रा स्कार्पियो S10 UP32GL1044 के बाद अब मैंने महिंद्रा XUV500 ऑटोमैटिक ली, लेकिन मैं कह सकता हूँ महिंद्रा सिर्फ थोड़े से पैसे बचाने के लिए Bridge Stone जैसी घटिया कंपनी का टायर लगा रही है, और अपने कस्टमर्स की ज़िंदगी से खिलवाड़ कर रही है।

                              मैंने इसकी शिकायत A.Auto Movers में की जिसपर वहां के सर्विस मैनेजर ने इसकी शिकायत Bridge Stone में की और कंपनी ने अपनी रिपोर्ट में कहा की कट लगा है, (लेटर संलग्न) और टायर रिप्लेस नहीं हो सकता, महोदय क्या हाईवे पर गाड़ी चलाते समय नई गाडी के साथ ऐसा हो सकता है? बिलकुल हो सकता अगर घटिया टायर हों तो, साथ ही और मुझे paid नया टायर लगवाने की सलाह दी गई है, महोदय मेरी गाड़ी महिंद्रा XUV 500 ऑटोमैटिक UP 32 KT 1044 अभी नई है, और गारंटी में है, मैं अभी paid टायर क्यों लगवाऊंगा ? ये मेरा पहला सवाल है।

                              दूसरी बात इतनी महंगी गाड़ी में इतना घटिया टायर महिंद्रा ने लगाया है इसके लिए महिंद्रा को शर्म आनी चाहिए।

                              तीसरी बात हाई वे पर गाड़ी 90- 100 की स्पीड में थी, अचानक जिस तरह से टायर कट में लगने के बाद हवा निकली, इससे बड़ा हादसा ही सकता था, मेरी और मेरी फॅमिली की जान जा सकती थी उसकी ज़िम्मेदारी कौन लेगा ?

                              महोदय मैं टायर तो चेंज करवाऊंगा लेकिन 1 नहीं सभी, क्योंकि मुझे इस घटिया कंपनी bridge stone पर बिल्कुल भी भरोसा नहीं रहा, साथ ही महिंद्रा पर से भी भरोसा उठ गया है। टायर के साथ साथ मैं XUV 500 ऑटोमैटिक W 11 को भी बदलूंगा। एक पत्रकार होने के साथ ही एक भुगतभोगी होने के नाते मैं जनता और अपने जानने वालों को भी यह बताऊंगा की महिंद्रा की गाड़ी लेने का मतलब अपनी और अपनी फैमिली की ज़िंदगी के साथ खिलवाड़ करना है। क्यूंकि महिंद्रा मात्र चंद पैसों के फायदे के लिए कीमती इंसानों जानों के साथ इस तरह का खिलवाड़ कर रही है, इसके अलावा मैं अपने अधिवक्ता से कानूनी सलाह लेकर महिंद्रा के खिलाफ कस्टमर्स की जान से खिलवाड़ करने का एक वाद भी कोर्ट में लेकर जाऊंगा, ताकि महिंद्रा से सैकड़ों लाखों की जान को बचाया जा सके।

                                With deep disappointment am writing this, on 24th january 2020 i booked xuv 300 w8 o (White color) auto shift model through merdian moto (Pathanamthitta-alapauzha - kerala) and paid advance of 1 lakh rupees with promise of delivery within 10-15 days. After 12-13 days agent informed car has been transported from pune plant and now on way to alapauzha yard (Kerala). After few days he informed car almost reach chennai and next day (14th feb 2020) will be in there main showroom meridian moto alapuzha. Since then we called multiple times to agent and he was not answering our phone. Then after 3 days we went to showroom directly and agent said there is no production for xuv 300 w8 o model. We called mahindra customer care service and online facebook plat form and we got reply will get back to you but nobody responding to our concern. Very much disappointing.

                                  Fraud lucknow dealer - gave me accidental car in the name of demo/test drive vehicle
                                  I bought mahindra alturas g4 on january 01, 2020 from a. Automovers pvt. Ltd., lucknow. After the test drive, i asked the sales person if that test drive vehicle was available for sale. The sales person confirmed that it was, and he will give good discount if i prefer it over a new one.

                                  I paid the booking amount on december 18, 2019 and went ahead to apply for bank loan. This process took a bit of time as there were frequent internet shut downs in my city due to caa protests. Later i discovered from the kilometer reading that during this tenure, they continued using that already booked car to offer test drives to other prospects. When i asked why they did so, they said that none of the staff members were convinced that i would be able to buy the car, and that i was merely wasting their time.

                                  December 30, 2019 the loan was sanctioned by the bank. Upon completing all the formalities, when i called the sales person if i could come and pick the car, he replied that car needs a bit of fixing and repainting so it can have a good and new look. He promised to deliver the vehicle the next day, which he didn't.

                                  Finally, i got the car on january 1, 2020. After i came home, i noticed that its cigarette lighter was missing. I immediately called the sales person and asked about it. He replied that some parts like rain sensor and cigarette lighter were missing, and the order has already been placed about them. He also said that some painting is yet to be done so he may collect the car after a few days for further work. I also informed him that the rear right door was not working properly as i had to push a bit harder as compared to the rear left door to close it.

                                  He assured that he will get it checked. He took the car on jan 12, 2020 with the promise that it will be delivered back maximum by 14th if not 13th. Finally, after several calls, i got the car back on 18th.

                                  I was still sensing some sounds from the boot while driving and the rear right door was still hard to close. When i asked the sales person about it, he replied, "sir, it's a test drive vehicle and you need to accept the fact that it will make some noise." i wasn't convinced and got a bit suspicious.

                                  I went to cars24 for inspection and their report said that the rear right door of the car was replaced. When i talked to one of the mahindra's ex-employee who personally knew me, he informed that this vehicle met a major accident by one of the roadways buses around one year ago, and the entire rear right portion of the car got severely damaged.

                                  I called the sales person right away and asked about it. He denied (As expected).

                                  I then emailed the issue to customer care along with the screenshot of the cars24’s report and asked for refund. They said, they don't consider any reports from any third-part inspection services but their own. However, they assured that they will collect my car and get it checked before going any further.

                                  On saturday, february 15, 2020 they collected the car from my home, and sent it to the same dealer's service center. When i asked the area sales manager (Mr. Tabrez) the reason behind doing so? He said that even that service center is authorized by mahindra.

                                  On february 17th i got an email from the general manager - sales informing that the car has been inspected and their report says it is not accidental. He also said that a copy of the report has already been emailed to mr. Niraj, customer care officer of my region.

                                  I immediately replied back requesting them to share a copy of the report with me as well, and all of a sudden, they all vanished.

                                  I tried calling asm mr. Tabrez, and he quit answering my calls, i asked mr. Niraj (Cco) to share the copy, he said that only the dealer is authorized to do that. I asked the general manager - sales (Of dealer's showroom), he said that mr. Niraj is authorized to share the report.

                                  After this much of trouble, on friday 21, 2020, i received a photo (Probably captured by a mobile phone camera) of the back page of a hand-marked standard checkup report stating that all the headlights were ok, brakes were ok, no leakage in fuel tank was detected, etc., and the report was signed by some guddu electrician/technician.

                                  I again called them up and asked how come that report was valid? They said, it was valid because it was issued by mahindra's authorized service center. They said, "the bottom line is, we don't consider any report from any third-party car inspection service providers, and our report says that the car is ok."

                                  I asked them to get the car checked by any other mahindra’s service center, to which they asked for some time to discuss this with their seniors. Nothing came from their side. This argument continued for another couple of days.

                                  Then i sent an rti letter to the dealer via postal mail on february 25, 2020 demanding a detailed report for my car. The next day they called up and requested me to visit to their showroom for a meeting with the owner, mr. Aasheesh talwar.

                                  During our discussion in the meeting on february 26, 2020, mr. Talwar said that mahindra authorizes their dealers to replace any damaged or missing part of an existing customer's car with that from the test drive vehicle if there is an emergency. And the rear right door might have been replaced under any similar circumstance.

                                  Although this didn’t (And still doesn't) make any sense due to several reasons like color mismatch, frame fittings, etc., i asked him to give this in writing along with the report stating that the car is not accidental. He said that it will be sent to me via email by the end of the day, and then i can go to the service center to get the issues with the door and sounds checked and rectified. I received no email that day.

                                  The next day i received an email from mr. Niraj suggesting me to visit the service center for further checks and inspections. I called him up immediately and asked him about the written confirmation from the dealer. I also said, i am not going any further without any detailed report clearly stating that the car is not accidental.

                                  He replied the car is working fine and there is no issue with the performance. When i asked if he has personally checked the car and if he has seen if the rear right door is functioning properly? He said that he hasn’t checked the car personally. When i said how can he be so sure about the car’s performance if he hasn't checked the car himself? He rudely replied, "whatever your needs are, just reply those to the mail we sent to you, and i will close the case."

                                  I again asked for refund because it can be clearly seen that the door has been replaced, it is not closing properly, and none of mahindra’s employees are willing to share the report.

                                  Since then, mr. Tabrez quit answering my calls, and neither customer care nor any other mahindra's person is giving any proper information.

                                  I do receive random mails from the dealer's service center asking me to collect the car or they wouldn't be responsible for any depreciation.

                                  Every time i call customer care, they say that mr. Tabrez is not answering their calls, and it's mr. Niraj's words that they would go for. Mr. Niraj says the car has no performance issues and since it is a test drive vehicle, it may have gone through minor repairs and dents.

                                  Till date, i have no written confirmation from mahindra that the car is not accidental, they are refusing to disclose any further information, the customer care team says, "don't worry, we are here to help. Just give us one more day, and someone will call you with a solution", etc. And nothing is happening since past 16 days.

                                  I am paying my emis and the car is at the service center since february 15, 2020. I was cheated by the dealer and demanding refund. However, even after so many mails, conversations, and arguments, no one from mahindra is willing to help.

                                    I have purchased my car 2years ago fom shree automotive pvt ltd, kolkata and the 4 doors as well as the dicky have started rusting. This a big problem with mahindra cars. My previous car also had the same issue. Recently got my car serviced at the mahindra workshop and the engineer (Mr. Niranjan) took photos of the door and dicky but never called us after my repeated calls there has been no action from the dealer.

                                    Kindly solve asap.
