We own a tuv 300 for the last 4 years, after 20k the vehicle is acting weird to an extent that we feel unsafe driving it. One service aas completed and they charged us 14k for the same post which within a week we returned the vehicle because there was a pick up issue, they said the filter is gone and again asked us to pay 5k and which we did and within a week we identified there is a problem with the breaking system to an extent that we were dependent on the handbreaks and somehow reached home. This is insane and i would like to really ask if you guys make safe vehicles

    Bms recently organised an event named dandiya night in which i selected 2 volunteers on a counter for mahindra. Its been 2 months since the event finished and i haven’t been paid for it yet. The man incharge said that they will be paid in between 5-6 days but its been 2 months till now. Please give me a solution for this request.

    Sir, yesterday i met with an unusual incident in the busy road at guwahati assam while bringing my scorpio s11bearing registration number ml14-6150 for 2nd free servicing which is just seven months old, clutch plate completely burnt suddenly and smoke was coming out from the bonnet. I am sure that the vehicle must be defective otherwise which should not have happened after driving for few kms. I have driven various cars for many years and issue of sudden clutch burn never occurs. I have driven alto k10 and bolero pick up for 6 years but till today change of clutch plate is not required despite of covering more than 60000kms. What is more embarrassing is that the people from poddar autocorp pvt ltd servicing centre guwahati unwilling to accept the defective clutch or manufacturing faulty but instead trying to put the blame on the style of driving! Now i am being asked to pay more than rs 20 thousand just for replacing new clutch plate in that servicing centre. If a vehicle of such a high price is not reliable for a journey then what is the use of buying this suv? Pls help me to address this issue at the earliest.

    I got servised my car in narayan motos agra and after servicing I’m not satisfied with my car my cars sensors are not working properly I’m very disappointed with mahindra service plss solve my problem I’m very disappointed. My car is juss 1 year old I’m facing such problems.

        My vehicle held up in M/s Balaji motors Jagdalpur Chhattisgarh from last 83 days.
        Registered the complaint in customer care mahindra but no one responded frequently and unprofessional behaviour shown by their customer care manager Mr.prakash telling that redressal cannot be done via compensation and no any further support extended as a relief to my distress.
        what a hypocrisy shown by Mahindra adopting double standards for their customer.First an exemplary show of mismanagement and cheating with customer by promising wrong date of delivery of parts everytime and holding off the vehicle for long period.Now denying for compensation or any relief and no deputation of any senior official to hear me if Mr.prakash is incapable to resolve the issue or having limited jurisdiction.

        I want to ask Mahindra&Mahindra, In true sense is this your customer promise made by your MD Pawan Goenka to their customer while we go for servicing at your dealership's?please ask this question to yourself so that your darkness for customer should diminish.

          My vehicle mp09cy8992 was damaged by rats, the wires were eaten away. I had requested road side assistance so it was taken to ahuja workshop indore about 17 kms. Away from my house instead of taking it to soumya work shop
          Which is near my house. The vehicle was picked on 19th oct. Today is 46th day and the vehicle is not yet ready. Many times the wires were fitted but some wrong wires were fitted and every time they call for new wirings and the delay still continuing. The last request by ahuja for new wires had not arrived till yesterday.

            I think we r foolen by mahindra by buying kuv 100 and now its 1 year crossed complaining about engine failure at mid of journey and mr. Tripathi at v. C motors not changing a part because my car is in warranty period that's creat a big problem for me daily... But they are not understanding the pain and grief of my and my family... Kindly do take some strict action against it...

              I m suffering with engine failure of my car many times at the mid of journey that is difficult to manage at that time. I have told all this to service centre and mr. Tripathi (Engineer) at vc motors advice me to change a part i told him to change as soon as possible but 1 year passed there is no response from that side now situation got more worst...
              Kindly do take some action...
              Mr. Tripathi is not concerned about my situation...

                Bought a brand new model top end & regularly services at their authorised service center in time. But after 3 years it became it is very common that vehicle break-down. 10th of oct experienced 1st break down when just a few days back received from 60 k service.. I complained them & they recitifid logic given sometime mechanical part failure & again a charge of inr 1200 /- imposed on me.

                Yesterday a similar incident happened & my car break down in middle of the road & when i complained they said this is normal & sometime happen.& since my warranty expired it is not mahindra responsibility.. I questioned that means a person either pay from his pocket or sell of the vehicle. So that means i invested 20l rs just for 03 years.. Which makes me feel that i am cheated

                I have full service history with them.. How do i claim my rights

                I would like to complain about your battery.
                I have bought Jawa42 bike 10 days back and today my bike is not starting.
                Bike has no manual starting so I have to relay on self starter and battery is not working.

                  I own a tuv 300 t6 2016 model which i bought with lot of excitement. Till 3 years everything was ok, it was run around 25k when the 3 years warranty was over.
                  I've this issue during the hot start, car doesn't start & make loud noise of gurrr gurrr from the engine.....…. After some time 10 - 15 mins the vehicle will start normally... I left the vehicle for service, they replaced the fdc but after 2 days i experienced the same problem. Now my vehicle is there in garage from last 10 days but my hopes are fading...

                  Please let me know if anyone has similar issue & permanently fixed.

                  Mechanic jam the back right door by hammaring the door and it is not opening without ooening the rider door. It was oerfectly fine before the maintenance. And after the servicing the fault came to my notice . The mechanic was very arrogant and did not do his work properly

                    I have purchased a thar from tvs i & sons tvm, and iam totally unsatisfied with the vehicle as from 7000kms it started having mechanical problems such as housingng oil leakage, steering sound, gear liver vibration. Whereby housing was replaced by the company. But still this issue is there with my vehicle and power steering+brake booster and brake system started giving issue from 12000kms onwards. All this issues was raised to the authorized company and the work was carried out on their workshop. But still i have the same issues and not able to use the vehicle, its still in the workshop, as my warrenty is going to expire and iam not able to use the vehicle, and i want the company to take back the vehicle.

                      I was given false promise during sales regarding the discounts and offer and after the advance payment its not fulfilled and my calls are getting unattended, i have registered it with the corresponding showroom customer care and still i did not get any response. Once i tell my dissatisfaction, they only try to finish the conversation and doesnt take any measure to correct it.

                          One of the worst customer service i have experienced in kochi, myself and my father who is a senior citizen want to have a test drive of mahindra xuv 300 and contacted your showroom at cheranellur poothans mahindra. Mr. Nazar has responded that we have to come to the showroom for test drive, and after traveling about 10km we reached the showroom at about 7:30pm he has provided the vehicle conditinally that there is no diesel so that test drive to be shortened,. We advised him to fill diesel for rs.100 or so but he told no cash. Then we told we will spend for the fuel that he denied. He told he has contacted the gm who has not permitted. Finally we were totally dissatisfied with the attitude and service of the sales executive.

                            Dear sir/madam,

                            While my search for job, i came along a advertisment on quikr website page and found a suitable job profile for myself from this company "mahindra and mahindra". After that applying for the same and providing my documents with my biodata then i received phonecall from the company.. And they said they found me to be the perfect match for the job and asked me to pay a amount of rs750 for the uniform custome amd to pay the money from phone pe and then later also asked for rs1280 for opening bank account in there company. Later also asked for rs2400 for custome duty and then asked rs15000 for the parcel which i would get including my id card and the place of alloment. (All payments done on phone pe)

                            They also offered me a fake call letter mentioning a fake address of a mahindra and mahindra office at gandhinagar (Gujarat). After reaching there at the given address i found there was no office there.

                            So intotal they took away rs25, 537 from me. And still are asking a new amount of 15, 000.

                            you must recall units sold and fix issue at the earliest else it will spoil brand of marazzo in market infact it has already spoiled market and proof is its low sales figures

                              Knocking and vibration during starting which occur after initial running for some distance and which occur in irregular manner, for which car was sent to sri automotive at topsia, kolkata. During first servicing, they claimed that the battery was not functioning properly so i replaced the battery. Still the problem persisted giving me troubles at regular interval. At one stage the car could not be started after several attempts, leaving me stranded in the middle of my road. Then after taking to the service station, they said they had done the servicing and did the needful. The engineer at the site was very confident of solving the problem and assured me that the problem was solved and the car would run smoothly for some hundred kilometers before servicing is required. But today i faced another similar situation, where i faced tremendous knocking and the car couldn't be started again. Please see to the problem immediately.

                                My car is of 2014 model and it is completely getting rusted in all doors and body i don't know why i have seen many other my friends vehicles which is older than me and i have seen other 2010 previous cars of other brand but no where any car is getting rusted like this... Spending so much of money is really not worth on xuv 500 customer service is also too bad.

                                  I am customer of mahindra finance and took a loan from mahindra in april 2018. I have four pending installments, and i promise to pay in the end of this month. Installment of this month i paid on 18/11/2019. And without any notice or intimation recovery gundas stop me. On nh 24 and ask me to talk and sit in their car. I thought it is normal conversation and i sat with then in their car. They use child lock and locked me in a car and snatch my keys, after that one if them took my car to the yard where they park other cars in gaziabad b. B. Farm.
                                  What i want to know are they authorized to do that they can stop anyone anywhere and snatch there cars.
                                  I am ready to pay the installment and continuosly touch with mahindra finance executive rajeev chaoudhary from una himachal predesh

                                    xuv 500 brake failure

                                    The xuv 500 that i have driven for almost 5 years now, had a sudden brake failure and it was only my god luck that the vehicle was going very slow into the parking area.
                                    I got it towed to the workshop only to be told that the brakes had failed. It was obvious.                                     Sir/madam

                                    My self bappaditya mondal, one of your coustomer. I was buy a xuv300, w6 model from rudra auto mart, asansol on 26th april 2019.

                                    I want to draw your attention to two things.

                                    Fristly,
                                    This car has some manufacturing problem which was life threatening for us..
                                    A) its has lowest headlight power & thats resons it had difficult to drive mainly in highways, busy roads at night. Accidents can happen at any time for low light. Thats why i stopped taking the car out at night.
                                    B) when the speed meter raise over 100 the car was does not go along the road. Its difficult to control.
                                    So far i have been able to detect these problems.

                                    Secondly,
                                    As you know recently, a letter from the mahindra and some calls from the showroom was done to me for some work on the car..
                                    I sent my driver on the specific date i. E 18/11/2019. After changing the some part of the wheel, they didnt do the wheel alignment of the car (Photo attached). When my driver asked for doing this, they replied him that when the car was come for servicing after 10000 km they will do it.

                                    My question was why would i wait for 10000 km when its you were called for this change.
                                    Will they pay any compensation for any damage to the car or the tire for that reason?

                                    You known its was my dream car as well as my frist car but today i think mahindra has deceived me, because they provide the car which has life-threatening issues & the servicing part of the showroom was not good enough.

                                    I requesting you please justify with this brand name, "mahindra"..
