Dear sir, my xuv 300 giving bad mileage and i complaint many time but they are resolving, i have visited service center so many time before 3 service it's millage was 17.5 to 18.5 combined highway and city but now is is giving 14.5 max combined and also 2 gear getting sound they are saying that is shifting sound and noise of cabin is so high i am not satisfied for this service center. Plz take back your car and refund my money. Also in future i will not purchase any mahindra car and not to suggest to anyone. I am so fade up. And i also go in consumer court.

    Dear sir,
    We were purchasing xuv 500 for which we went to sri durga automobile on 16 jan 2020 moti nagar.
    As we were still in the process of finalizing the model we asked them we will come back later.
    We told same to mr shobit and his showroom manager.
    He insisted that we can pay a small amount just to block one 2019 model they had with them and in case we do not buy this car our money will be refunded instantly.
    As i was not caring this money they came to my office in dwarka and collected cash from my father and again repeated the whenever we want our money will be refunded.
    Next day we asked for 20 model instead of 2019 model from mr shobit and their manager mr gupta.
    We were told that we will have to buy 2019 model only as 2020 model are not being manufactured because of euro 6 issue by mahindra and price are not available.
    We refused for the same and asked them either book an 2020 as we r ready to wait or refund.
    Mr. Shobit refused to refund saying that these r cancellation charges.
    We were very surprised as not only mr. Shobit but his senior had committed that the money can be refunded any time.
    This fraudulent behavior of mahindra authorized showroom people has really surprised me and now i am in doubt weather i should buy mahindera xuv or any other brand.

    Shri durga guys are really fraud.. They take 41000 for insurance from me and gave me Insurance of 35000 nd said remaining amount is adjusted in chrome kit.. They delivered me xuv 300 which is already at 400 km, one of their guy change my engine no. On first service (on Mahindra portal) I asked them to correct it, they don't give a ###.. I called 5 times to CUSTOMER CARE but nothing.. This is all because Mahindra.. They all are blood suckers.. I[censored] think I m fake this is my contact no.       Dear sir/team,

      Subject: deception and dishonesty with customer by m/s shuhul automobiles pvt. Ltd.

      I have purchased a vehicle of mahindra make and of model xuv 500 w7, from the showroom shuhul automobiles pvt ltd, srinagar. The date of purchase was october[protected]. At the time of purchase i was offered a deal of rs.15lacs. The offered price was higher than the prices offered in jammu and chandigarh. I requested the showroom to give me some more discount however they did not entertained me and a final deal of rs. 15lacs was agreed by both parties i. E. Showroom people (General manger sales and dgm sales) and me. The deal i. E. The price of 15 lacs included:
      1. Vehicle cost
      2. Three years insurance
      3. Full rto registration including the newly adopted @ 9% rto fee calculated on showroom price i. E. On approx. 14lacs and hypothecation fee etc.
      4. Free mats
      5. Extended warranty upto 5 years.
      I paid the amount i. E 15 lacs full and the vehicle was delivered to me on[protected], with just a single page delivery challan and insurance policy. I rigorously followed with the showroom and visit 10 to 15 times for completion of my registration and vehicle documents. However the gm/dgm always turned me away by saying they don’t have internet access to upload the documents. On few time they told me they will be sending files to jammu or chandigarh office for completion of formalities, but the fact is that my vehicle as on today i. E.[protected] is still unregistered and without any document.
      Irony is that after four months of gap the showroom people are contacting me to pay an additional amount of rs. 60000 (Approx.) otherwise they won’t register my vehicle. This is mere dishonesty and deception, i had already paid higher amount as i got less discounts on my vehicle.in october month mahindra was otherwise offering a discount of rs. 130000 (1lac30thousand) on xuv500 as per advertisements.
      This is a breach of trust and commitment, i am a women and the showroom people cannot hold the registration of my vehicle and cannot compel me to fall in their false words, false commitment and be a victim of deception
      I will not pay any penny more, let the showroom take back their product and give me my 15 lacs back. My vehicle has run 1500 kms, out of that 400kms were already on the meter when the vehicle was delivered to me.
      It is as such requested that strict action be taken against the showroom and immediate directions be passed on to shuhul automobiles pvt. Ltd. To issue the registration papers to me at an earliest or to take back their product and reimburse my paid amount i. E. 15lacs along with the interest from the date of payment.

      Hope for the speedy resolution of issue.

        This is to inform u that my car and Rc of my car having same engine no. But engine no. In every invoice after first service given by mahindra service centre is different. It is hard to track also i have to explain every time i visit service centre. I have purchased extended warranty after first service. It can be problem in future if I claim for warranty. So i escalate this problem to showroom manager (Deepak, shri durga) instead of informing he is not receiving my calls. I have called 4 time in mahindra with you hamesha same response (excuse every time) i am totally ### up with your pathetic service. My experience is ### with mahindra. This is my first car from mahindra and I'll never think about mahindra in future this is not the only thing happen with me. Hope you guys understand and contact me or do the needful.

            I m using your car model tuv 300 last 3 to 4 yers., last month 25 nov 19 my car servicing in your authorized service center mss. M. M. Vora. This service is fully paid service. I m paid my side full payment in office. One fault defined him than i can explain my car problem and your mechanic check my car his defined. But till date not solve my problem. He say part is not available in mahindra company than i soaked because multi brand company to be not provide some parts in service center. U tell me very long time pending my car issue. (After 1 month and 10 days) my car taker mr nilesh. Many time i called service center but not replay me.

              Dear sir/madam
              I am a regular and purple club prestigious customer of mahindra xuv 500 w8 sports limited edition since last 5 years with a registered vehicle number uk07bf5599.
              Sir it has been a year of my complaint at ddpm mahindra workshop mothrowala dehradun regarding unavailability of the centre console flip push button cover but till date my broken part as mentioned has not been replaced and the feedback by the store/manager/service is that the company doesn't manufacture this part for limited editions but it is available for models of xuv 500, the part of other models is alot different in shade and colour. Workshop personals are saying that i have to get the whole centre console changed as the particular part is not available.
              Why should i pay 20 times more price than a actual price of that particular part which is not available since last 1 year. Therefore its a humble request that kindly get my broken part available as soon as possible otherwise i have to take help of consumer court to get justice. But i have full faith on company officials that they will not loose one of the prestigious customer of the company.

                Mahindra service dealer mahalaxmi motors, bareilly has taken my car mahindra xuv for service on dt 31.12.2019 with pick and drop. Mahindra service driver has hit my car and damaged lights etc.. Showroom representative said that they will deliver vehicle after repair but he is not delivering my car after service still after 25 days. It will be very worst situation. Please resolve my issue.

                  - Delay in pick up.
                  - Delay in attending the vehicle.

                    I had my xuv 500 taken for 2nd service at sona wheels 3rd mile siliguri. I reached the service center at 07:30 hrs in the morning and got it numbered in 2nd. My vehicle was not touched until 12:30 hrs on my regular follow up with the service center manager. Where as the other cars behind my numbers were taken in as they seem to be the old customers and known to the mechanics and fitters.

                    I had to change and dust guard which they said they will provide. At the end of the day only they said, they don't have one.

                    I had registered my clutch check, which they never did.

                    I have a maxi care taken on the first servicing. There was an offer on teflon coat buy one get other one free. I had to go for the 2nd free polishing. They took my half serviced car for washing at 06:30 pm. They took it for polishing at 07:00 pm and handed over the car at 07:30 pm.

                    1. The car was not completely serviced.
                    2. They do not have the spares required. They said, they will call me up once the spare is available and never called back.
                    3. They never checked the door complaint i made.
                    4. They never checked my clutch complained i registered.
                    5. The car was not cleaned properly since they were in hurry to rush home.
                    6. The cashier asked me to pay the bills before the service was completed.
                    7. It took 10 hours, just for the 2nd servicing of my car.
                    8. I asked my rsa certificate many times which they said, they will check and never handed over to me.
                    9. The car handed over at 07:30 pm and the polish was not even wiped properly.
                    10. I used to get a survey call after the service, never received this time.

                    The service center has no professional approach but works on relation and favoritism. They accepts more car for service than their actual capacity.

                    I was a hyundai rider from 2010 to 2018 and never had any issues with the service for 8 years. I had a very bad experience with sona wheels service center.

                    I really regret on switching over from hyundai to mahendra.

                      I had given my vehicle gj18bd 7132 to param automobiles, gandhinagar on 2nd december 2019 for rear brake pad replacement as per their advise. During the course of repair / replacement they advised that i should also replace abs sensor assembly. I agreed to their suggestion as they said that abs will not work. The mileage reading was 35806.

                      After the replacement, they didnot fix the wheel caps properly. As a result one wheel cap fell down while i was driving. Next day i immediately complained. They checked and found that they had damaged almost all the wheel caps. They took back two wheel caps for proof and promise to replace in 3 to 4 days time. I have repeatedly followed up but they have not replaced. Once they told me they have placed order but received two in broken condition. I told them they can replace all 4 of same design. They said they will revert after talking to their senior. Today is 52nd day and my three wheel caps are still not there. Pl. Help in resolving this matter immediately..

I am use taxi during in these 13 days. And my vechile was in under warranty. Please tell me why i suffer this mentally and physically harassment.                             Dear sir/madam, your on road services is very casual and very slow in siligur. I have been waiting since one hour plus. The mechanic says he is starting from sevoke... It hardly takes 25 min even after huge jam. He is citing traffic problem as an excuse which is not true, in fact when i called him he was working in his garage called sarkar automobiles. Very sad. I shall be putting up this complain to the company at nagpur.

                              I faced problem with my vehicle XUV 500 W10, Fully rusred and corrosion, recently they changed 4 doors, Now another door and front engine side also body rusted.
                              I am fully dispointed this vehicle.
                              I am not satisfied this vehicle.
                              Kindly iam requesting to you sir, solve this problem. Honestly

                              Lasttime they took morethan 3 weeks, but they didnot checked properly where is rust forming, now vehicle was going to completely rusted. In future i canot use in this condition. All Disk breaks also rusted. Its very dangerous condition. I want to change my vehicle.

                                Hi, i had taken my vehicle for a checkup as the engine check lamp of my mahindra xuv 500 w6 was switched on. I experienced the fwg problems.
                                1. No communication by the field agent till i personally contacted him.
                                2. No update on the wheel alignment and balancing problem till i found out from the agent.
                                3. Problem was excalated to the service manager level without any response

                                  I m using your car model tuv 300 last 3 to 4 yers., last month 25 nov 19 my car servicing in your authorized service center mss. M. M. Vora. This service is fully paid service. I m paid my side full payment in office. One fault defined him than i can explain my car problem and your mechanic check my car his defined. But till date not solve my problem. He say part is not available in mahindra company than i soaked because multi brand company to be not provide some parts in service center. U tell me very long time pending my car issue. (After 1 month and 10 days) my car taker mr nilesh. Many time i called service center but not replay me.

                                      Hi sir/madam,

                                      I’m writing this e-mail on behalf of the vehicle owner dipin.
                                      It is with utmost agony and feeling deceited that i’m drafting this email. I’m the owner of mahindra xuv 500 with registration number : kl-47-h-9168 (Copy of rc book attached)
                                      I had bought this vehicle from previous rc owner dr. Shajahan during which, the vehicle was flood affected during kerala floods 2018. All the maintenance works, major replacements all complaints were handled and taken care by the dealer

                                      Which was worth 6-7lakhs inr. There were many major works being done including engine works (Engine had to be opened multiple times). Never has this vehicle been serviced or repaired or checked outside mahindra dealership.

                                      After purchasing the vehicle from dr shahjahan, the vehicle hasn’t completed 8000km. The vehicle had very minute repairs and other service being done during this time.
                                      Recently (Over two weeks back), there was a slight noise while driving for which we had immediately approached pothens auto itself for repair.
                                      Pothens auto officials said that the noise is due to a problem with the turbo, for which they suggested same turbo needs to be replaced which will cost to 40000inr. We agreed to the same as the words were coming from the dealer.
                                      Now when i am ready to take back my vehicle, they say that there is another instability issue, possibly from engine and they doubt one of the piston is not taking up pressure and is expecting a repair after opening the engine which is estimated around 65000inr. This has caused serious trust issues with the dealer pothen autos. Because the only issue we faced while giving the vehicle was with the noise and we have it fixed by changing the turbo. The new instability or missing problem has aroused while the vehicle was with the dealer under repair.

                                      I seriously doubt the capability, credibility and ability of the employees of the dealer. I also doubt the genuinity of the dealer as well.
                                      As they have opened the engine multiple times prior to this (During major repair) and now that they diagnosed a problem. There are no reasons for me to think otherwise for the worst case that some genuine working parts from my vehicle has been removed or changed with defective ones. Kindly inspect the same using the cctv option if you have. Despite hearing many negative feedbacks, i thought of giving the vehicle for the same dealer due to the trust i have with mahindra. I hope you understand the gravity of this issue.
                                      Even after fixing the issue, they are diagnosing new new problems for which considerable amount of money needs to be spent. This is really disheartening from a customer point of view due to the irresponsible management from the dealer.
                                      I strongly recommend you to take stringent action. I would need you to investigate on the source of this complaint of this vehicle. As vehicle wasn’t having the complaint which the dealer pothen autos claim now it has. From a layman’s perspective its really easy to fool a customer. But there should be strong logical reasoning and justification which is not there in this case.

                                      I want my vehicle repaired and fixed to me on a priority basis with the only issue of turbo being fixed. I cannot be accounted for the other fault which is newly diagnosed as the same hasn’t happened with my knowledge or with the vehicle under my custody.

                                      I am planning to take this up to the next level by social media campaign and also i have cc-ed relevant consumer forum members in this e-mail. This is a matter of trust, money and faithfulness for the customer. Customer shouldn’t be cheated and cannot be spared with doubts. Kindly escalate and expedite the issue.

                                        Today 16.01.2020 i have visited mahindra jagatipotta royal motors work shop, kolkata for 3rd free service of my vehicle tuv 300 t10. Reg no-wb98e955 which was a pre booked service. Yet they can't collate service procedure from morning 9.30 am to evng 5.30 pm. Myself and my family were waiting thirsty, hungry from morning as they assured vehicle will must be handover by 3.30 pm. This service centre under jurisdiction by mr. Mondal-service centre manager and service was doing under supervision by mr. Riju. They only foolish m and cheat m by more than 8000/- amount capture and moreover they did not accomplish job which were free as well as in warranty period like self start motor installation, fuse fixing, water service, cleaning, denting, painting etc just throwing a excuse of not ability of materials etc.
                                        So please i am humbly requesting to you that to give punishment of manager and supervisor as they harrash m by whole day, foolish and cheat by money capture, waste my valuable time, misbehave with a honest customer.
