Dear Sir, I was awarded a loan from MAHINDRA AND MAHINDRA FINANCIAL SERVICES, BURDWAN BRANCH of WEST BENGAL vide loan agreement no217967 dated24/8/12, I contacted your burdwan office for NOC but regret to infrom you till date i have not received the NOC from your end as well as no communication, kindly look into the matter and arrange to release the same at an earliest. guys sitting there are using abuse words
i went there to collect my clearence certificate and on a small issue (asking why they cant give noc to my son ) they started shouting and using abuse language
which is not tollerable
