To whomsoever it may concern
This complaint is to draw your immediate attention towards the behaviour and the language used by the executive who comes to collect the installment of my school bus in the name of k. D. International school, gangapur, rajdhanwar, giridih, jharkhand.
Sir, i have been paying all the installments whenever the person comes but what should i do when i keep on calling him and he doesn't show up. Also after that he misbehaves as if it's my fault. It's his duty to collect the money but he's so ignorant and misbehaved that i need some other person to collect my installment or you provide your company account number, i will deposit the rest installments there.
Kindly look into the matter asap.

    Hello,

    We are running a home loan with mahindra rural finance, lucknow (Up east) regional office from more than a year.in the month of may we have asked our rm mr. Faizal to change the bank details and start ecs facility with the new bank. We have provided cheque, signed ecs form and also provided an extra cheque in order to have the emi deducted for the current month. Rm also asked us to provide old bank cheque in between the process.
    Next month we have been asked to provide another cheque of new bank as their was delay from the corporate office to initiate new ecs facility and same have been provided.
    Its post 5 month when again we have asked to provide a whatsapp image of a new cheque signed as old cheque had been couriered but tracking id can not be found.
    On raising question that how can a financial firm lost a customer cheque, rm told us that cheque is already initiated ecs process, and that the new cheque is required only for reference purpose.
    When we have asked to provide senior management contact detail to understand if this the practice that can be followed - same has not been provided till data and that no on roll employee has any contact detail of the branch head/regional manager.
    Its again a new month when we have asked to provide 2 cheques to initiate current month's emi and the other one to initiate ecs.

    Kindly suggest or provide the escalation matrix of such issues where common man having info are being fooled by banking employees.

    This is December month when again for the loan account number XSMELCK00353816 ecs facility has not started despite of months follow up. We were asked from Branch manager Mr Gauri Shankar that ecs facility will start afresh from September month and were asked to submit a new cheque for the ECS. Ref cheque copy attached (13) which was submitted for ecs purpose but on 13 th of the same month, emi was deducted from that cheque taken for ecs purpose. On query we were told that xerox copy is sent for the ecs purpose and same they were doing for the older cheques as well and original cheque is used for emi deduction.
    When in the October month no emi deducted, we logged a complaint to head quarter that we are being fooled by the branch. They informed that ecs is in process and amount will get deducted. This is month of December up till when no emi has been deducted from the account and no one in head quarter and in branch are aware of the process. We were approached by the collection department for the issue as they were not receiveing the payment form 3 months. They said they are fooling you as when emi is getting deducted then that cheque can not be proceeded for ecs.
    We have asked for a written documentation that delay in emi is due to the banks fault and that amount is already maintained in the bank still emi is not getting deducted . Post which we will provide then new ecs cheque and all o/s amount payment but have not received any confirmation yet.
    Kindly tell who will be responsible if credit score/cibil of consumer is affected due to such fault and blunders of the Nbfc.

      Dear sir/ madam,
      I am yogesh samadhan tiwade from nasik. I am 23 years old and have took home loan from mahindra rural housing finance ltd. It is my first home in which i am as a applicant and my mother is co - applicant.
      Sir as we all know that sir modi has launched pm subsidy scheme for all who buy their first home and for who r came in reserved cast. I am under reserved cast. And i am belongs to very poor background.in this case i was looking for subsidy offered by the our prime minister home loan subsidy scheme.
      At the time of taking my loan file. Mahindra home finance nasik branch was seems to be very friendly with me. They said that, yogesh don't worry you will definitely get pm subsidy as it is your first home and we will done all the required process for the same. They have not signed me on one single page for subsidy scheme. But after the 10 months when i was asking them for subsidy status they do not reply me properly and also ignore me. They are not helping me.. Only said that we have done ur application for pm subsidy now we don't know about it.
      Sir what should i do.??? Its about 10 months gone i have taken a home loan from mahindra finance nasik. I was blindly made believe on them and their words but until now i don't got the subsidy. Sir modi's mission to gave the own house for the people like me. But only ghusty people like working in mahindra finance we people who actually deserve subsidy left form its benefits.
      Sir please help me in this regard. I don't get any response from mahindra finance. I just wants to know whether they really applied me as a applicant for pm yojana or not?? If yes then what is its status???. Please help me in this regard. Its not my fault seriously sir emi that i paying now is very big deal for me as i am only one who is responsible for my family income. I request you to resolve my issue. And take action against mahindra finance nasik branch.
      I expect cooperation from your side now. Help me in this regard.

        We have take a auto alfa passanger loan from your company, some installments has failure due to our family matter. As a guardian i told your collection representative mr. Prasant mob.[protected] we are payment the complete loan amount with all dues on 15.09.2017 but for your collection representative mr. Prasant is very rude behave to my family members. He talk with my younger brother and my father by telephone and he is very aggressive attitude and rude language in odia. As a customer i respect your company and your prestigious company but i have not known your company why your company re quirt a rude employee in your prestigious farm.

            These certificates were submitted to i. T. Dept. Along with the return. Since these deduction does not reflect in 26as statement at i. T. My claim of tds is rejected. It is pointed out to me that you have mentioned my pan no. As abopm6488x insted of correct pan no. Abopm6488k.
            Request your checking and loading the above mention tds certificates on i. T. Site to reflect in 26as for the period and send corrected tds cerificates for my record.

              History: I had a car loan with Mahindra Finance which was opened till the application date of Business Loan and has been settled down recently.
              The incident starts on around 10-Jun-2016, I want to take business loan so I approached my car loan agent, and he referred me to the Business Loan Department. Two guys Ritesh Khandelwal (Area Business Manager) and Saurabh were introduced for the same.
              As per Mahindra Finance they don’t entertain the construction contractor for business loan but ABM tried to process my business loan application on the basis of my payment history of car loan. (Appreciable)
              As per my first conversation with Ritesh (ABM), he was sure that he will get loan approved. He collected the number of documents.
              Documents List: 1) Land Paper
              2) Bank Account Statement
              3) Work Orders
              4) Enlistment of the Firm
              5) A Cheque of Rs.5500/-
              ABM assured me to give response in 2-3 days so that further process can be completed in 15 days as per him.
              4-5 days there were no updates. On 16-Jun-2016 Cheque had been approached in my account for clearance and still there was no confirmation of the loan. When cheque got cleared I assumed that I will get the loan as Ritesh give me assurance, he will process the cheque only in case of surety of loan approval.
              An evening I was trying to approach Ritesh as I was in dead need of the loan. He said to confirm the things in 10 mins as he was attending some marriage party but there were no updates for further 2-3 days. Meanwhile I spoke to Saurabh, he asked for the Channel Link documents for the land. I arranged the same from the builder.
              Then these guys were again absent. I had to call them regularly for the updates. When they were in mood they attend the call otherwise they ignore. One more pattern they applied, to response the customer was “Sir, give me 5-10 mins and I’ll come back to you” This was the pet statement to neglect the call and again disappear.
              In continuation of this confusing state I got to know that one additional document related to property is needed then loan gets approve. I ran again from Nasirabad (my work station) to Jaipur to arrange the document. Documents got arranged from the builder.
              After the document submission one new point appeared that one guy will come for the Interview (your regular process). He came after 2-3 days from the day it was confirmed, I was in Jaipur only because Mahindra Finance team was not capable to fix a date for any procedure.
              The interviewer marked my loan application as negative and I was not aware again.
              When I approached your guy after waiting 2-3 days, I got the update; my file could not be processed as marked negative by interviewer…
              In parrellel of all this, ABM Ritesh was absent from approx last 20 days…. After all this Ritesh Khandelwal again came into picture; meanwhile I got frustrated with the procedure and the irresponsible responses, already 28-30 days had been over.
              I asked Ritesh to give me time for f2f for clear status. Mahindra Finance’s ABM Ritesh Khandelwal was so rude in response. He said “I can’t meet you. There is no use of repeated calls. If I’ll give you time then time will be as per my convenience. I’ll not meet you as per your time”.
              On next day of this conversation, I reached the office without letting Ritesh knowledge. He was there only, asked me for more time to get final response.
              After 3 days, he gave the final response that He is unable to do the task in customer’s favor.
              I asked to return my file at my home as I had to go to my work station. I had already wasted my 10-15 days in Jaipur by irresponsible behavior and pathetic services of dealing with the customer.
              He said ok but this was also fake promise as his all promises.
              I collected the loan file by myself from Mahindra’s office. When I checked my file, noticed that my land papers & channel link papers are missing.
              I called him to Ritesh Khandelwal just to inform the same. But this man even doesn’t show the courtesy to listen and answer satisfactorily. On top of it, he replied so rude “mein aap ke papers ka kya karunga, kha thode he jaanuga.” Since the date I don’t receive the papers yet.
              • Fake promise
              • Paid Rs.5500/- for the mental harassment.
              • No Courtesy
              • Unsatisfactory replies from all your levels (either initial level or Area Business Manager level).
              Mahindra must take an action on this & I need an acknowledgment with actions taken on this.

                This guy is veyr unprofessional and uses very wrong tone and also does not picking up my calls so i request to take strict against him

                    Respected sir/madam,
                    I had purchased a mahindra imperio pickup truck (Tn42 r 5128) on dated 15th sep 2016 in cash of 1.3 lacs + 31k for insurance + 5k as advance, had submitted all documents with mahindra showroom & mahindra finance. However, the registration of the truck had not done on time it seems, after many follow up's (Physically visited & over phone) with the mahindra show room & mahindra finance office, unfortunately there was no proper response from them. When i enquired about that the vehicle rc book and insurance document, there was no proper answer from them; they have been refusing to talk about it. It has been 11 months, since i bought the truck; i have not received rc book & insurance document yet.
                    Later, they shared the truck registration number on january 2017. They communicated me to start pay the monthly emi from jan 2017, you will receive the rc book in another couple of weeks. I did the same, but they have not kept their words, they have not handover the rc book & insurance copy.
                    When i asked the show room people about my rc book & insurance copy, they said, they do not have any information, please get in touch with the manager, mahindra & mahindra finance serve ltd, tiruppur. When i checked with the mahindra & mahindra finance serve ltd, they said they do not have the rc book, requested to check with the mahindra dealer, cai industries pvt ltd, coimbatore). These two people always pointing to each other.
                    Moreover, without rc book & insurance book, i am not able to use it for my business; i kept it at home without using it. Due to such a worst pathetic service, i have lost around 10 lacs so far.
                    Please be informed that they have not given the rc book and insurance copy yet, hence i was not able to use the truck. On april 2017, the manager from mahindra finance to pay that month emi, he said if i do so, he can release my rc book & insurance copy. I did it, after that he was not picking up my calls at all.
                    At the end of may 2017, the mahindra finance representative joseph (Thoothukudi branch) came my home; he promised that if i make 2 month payments, he will give me the rc book & the insurance copy. After making the payment, they have not handover the any of the document so far.

                    On mid of june, the regional manager, madurai; asked me to come down for the negotiation. I visited the m & m finance office at tuticorin, he said if i pay 3 months emi within the span of a week, he could release the rc book, insurance document and wave off all the interest for the pending amount so far. I turned him back with 3 month’s emi within a week, he said he cannot wave off the interest; i have to pay the emi. I said, it is not possible, there was no mistake from my end, and as such why should i need to pay the penalty.

                    These 2 guy's srinivasan (Manager from dealer end) & balaji, muthu, prem (Responsible mahindra & mahindra finance services ltd.) are the cause for this mess up.

                    Being a customer, how would i do the business without rc book & insurance book? How can i transport the goods to multiple places without valid document? How would i pay the monthly emi of the truck? One year insurance is totally loss for me. I am in loss of 10 lacs, more over your finance people are torturing me and this creates mental pressure for me. How would i survive with my family without business?

                    I request you to take proper action on these people and release my documents. Also, please solve this problem on an urgent basis otherwise i will have to take legal action.

                    I will wait for your feedback for couple of weeks, in case if i am not going hear back, will move forward legally.

                          The thing is i have left the and i didn't got sentimental yet. I also complained to hr and i didn't perfect respond from there end.
                          The company need to pay one month salary and settlements so please help me by solving issue as soon as possible.

Me janna chahta hu ki ye paise kyo kate gaye he. Iske alava aapke employee ki wajah se me bahut pareshan hua hu ye log theek se koi bhi information nahi dete he hai or puchne pr bahut hi abhadrta se baat kiya karte he

                                I am trying to call mahindra finance customer care number [protected] for last 3-4 days but no one answers the call. I wrote email but no response. Actually I have paid the EMI online and mahindra finanace site showed transaction unsuccessful but the amount is deducted from my account. I wanted to ask whether the amount is credited or not. but no one is available to answer.

                                  I paid my last EMI in sep 2016 but still i not received my no due clearance letter.i am taking follow up from local branch but not getting any solution for the same.
                                  My EMI was regular in first 2years but after that because of some injury in accident not able to work but still i paid my all EMI.

                                  Kindly help me for the same.

                                    My LOAN number is 4331118 i took vehicle LOAN with you but now i cant able to pay the due properly your sales person asked to pay the due and explain my situation and now i cant able to pay . For that he told that he asked to return the auto i accepted for that. Now he called me and uses bad words like mother **** and more bad words your sales person name is venkatesh from erode branch, Tamilnadu.                                         I have taken a car loan from your concern bearing no[protected] in the name of munmun ghosh of 42/2 umesh banerjee lane howrah. Still now from the begging of the loan no ecs had been bounced.
                                        But this month no installment has been deducted from my account still now. My due date was 15 th of every month.
                                        I have received a msg from your concern today that my ecs had been bounced. Your representative also called me from this no [protected] & told me that my ecs had been bounced & requested to deposit with bounced charges.
                                        Then i went to my related bank & updated my passbook. Passbook shows that no ecs payment came to my account. No ecs returned charges has been deducted from my account. So how your concern confirmed me regarding my ecs bounced.
                                        I am earnestly requesting you to take emergent action regarding the matter & confirm me the actual matter.
