Dear team,
We have applied for your home loan (Loan acc no.735169) before about 6 months in the name of mr. Balkrushna vidyadhar pathak. The loan of rs 60, 000/- sanctioned before 3-4 months out of which, we got cheque for rs 35000/- in july 2017, after which your representative said that remaining amount will be credited to account in next 8-10 days. We are following up since then at your office at khamgaon, buldhana district. Manager was supposed to visit us for verification. But nobody's seems to be interested from your organization. It is been almost 3 months, still when i call they says that it is in process. Their response is simply pathetic an it is now getting irritating.
Kindly see if you can do anything otherwise we'll have to go out of the way. We are not interested to deal with them anymore..!!!
Team, 25000/- is not important, it's about time, commitment and goodwill.

I have a loan of my car with your kanpur branch my loan no is 4526999. Your collection executive never comes to my place for collection of emi and he ask to deposite your emi in branch. As a businessman it is not possible to do this everytime, then he always called to my family members and misbehaves over the phone.

I had a loan with mahindra finance which is closed on 2011, loan no:1169858, i lost my noc, i spoke with mahindra finance branch they are telling that, i had taken the loan from diffrent branch so they cannot accept my request, the other branch are far from my place, they are also asking rc purticulars and 100rs stamp paper with 500rs reissue charges, requesting to kindly re issue a noc as the earliest.

आपकी कंपनी के द्वारा मुझे 28 अगस्त 2017 को एक VEHICLE INSPECTION NOTICE भेजा गया है। इस नोटिस में एग्रीमेंट नंबर- 2917324 के तहत मुझे किसी व्हिकल लोन में एक गारंटर के तौर पर दर्शाया गया है। इस पत्र के माध्यम से मैं आपको सूचित करता हूं कि आपके विभाग द्वारा जो नोटिस मुझे भेजा गया है वो पूरी तरह से गलत और गैरकानूनी है। इस पत्र में किसी नाग्रेंद्र पांडेय के दवारा कोई गाड़ी आपकी कंपनी के माध्यम से फायनेंस करवाई गई है। जिसमें गाड़ी की डिटेल के तौर पर बताया गया है कि VEHICLE MAKE HYU।NDAI 120 MAGNA, REGISTRATION NO- DL2CAR4419, CHASSIS NO- MALBB51RLDM569399 है। मैं सपष्ट करता हूं कि इस मेरा इस गाड़ी से प्रत्यक्ष या अप्रत्यक्ष रुप से कोई लेना –देना नहीं है। और न ही मैने किसी नागेद्र पांडेय के लिए कभी भी गांरटर के तौर पर कहीं कोई गवाही दी है। आपको बताना चाहूंगा कि मैं जीवन में कभी भी महेंद्रा फायनेंस के किसी भी कार्यलय में नहीं गया। ऐसे में आपकी कंपनी द्वारा मुझे गारंटर बनाना पूरी तरह से झूठहै।
मैं बेहद ईमानदार नागरिक हूं। यदि आपकी कंपनी किसी भी प्रकार की उगाही के लिए मेरे फर्जी हस्ताक्षर करके किसी को लोन दे रही है तो इसके लिए आपकी कंपनी और इस लोन प्रक्रिया में शामिल रहने वाले कंपनी के अधिकारी दोषी है। मेरी और से आपको चेतावनी है कि आप कागजी कार्रवाई चैक करवाने के उपरांत ही मुझसे कोई पत्र व्यवहार करें। यदि मुझे आपकी तरफ से भविष्य में कोई इस तरह का नोटिस फिर जारी किया गया तो मैं कानूनी शरण में जाने के लिए पूरी तरह से आजाद हूं। यदि आपकी कंपनी की तरफ से इस लोन गारंटर के तौर पर मेरे बैंकिग या मेरे सिविल में कोई भी नेगेटिव मार्किंग की गई होगी तो इसके लिए आपकी कंपनी उत्तरदायी होगी। मैं आपको पुन: बता रहा हूं कि मैने किसी भी शख्स के लिए आपकी कंपनी को गारंटी नहीं दी है। न ही कभी भी आपकी कंपनी के किसी भी कागज पर मेरे हस्ताक्षर है साथ ही किसी को भी मैने अपने कागज नहीं दिये हैं।
उम्मीद करता हूं कि आप इस धांधले को लेकर जल्द ही कोई उचित कार्रवाई करेंगे। आपकी कंपनी में जिन लोगों की मिली भगत के चलते इस काम को अंजाम दिया गया है उनके खिलाफ कडी कार्रवाई करके मुझे सूचित करें।

I have provided all the required documents to mahindra finance executieve, but my ecs did not hit my bank account. Instead of that i received an call from them saying that my first ecs got bounced. I have provided them with my updated bank statement where it is showing that there is no cheque bounce, not only that my available balance is much more higher than the ecs amount to be deducted.

What an pathetic experience.

I have been in reciept of a car loan recently. I have depoaited some blank cheques and enough signed authentication autowithdrawl from my savings bank account.
Your collection rep is contionuly hassling me for the xheques.
I am serving personal in various distant places and this is an utmost disturbwnce to me.
Simutaneous tie up with the banks for autowithdrawl is probably your part of work. Please instruct mahindra finance for necessary deemedful actions

This complaint is to draw your immediate attention towards the behaviour and the language used by the executive who comes to collect the installment of my school bus in the name of k. D. International school, gangapur, rajdhanwar, giridih, jharkhand.
Sir, i have been paying all the installments whenever the person comes but what should i do when i keep on calling him and he doesn't show up. Also after that he misbehaves as if it's my fault. It's his duty to collect the money but he's so ignorant and misbehaved that i need some other person to collect my installment or you provide your company account number, i will deposit the rest installments there.
Kindly look into the matter asap.
