I am the owner of a mahindra scorpio last 6 month . chasis no. :- B2K36634, Regn. no. :- HR 26 BP7989. Advisor name :- Naresh Narender moters daruhera, rewari.From last three services they tear up the service coupan but the job undone. in my scorpio i'm facing body noise problem in every service they chared me but not solved the problem. their behaviour is also not good. Iam totaly fedup the service of your Dealers.

    This is to inform you that Mahindra Logan MH01AH3411 is been there in Mahindra First Choice Chakala service center from past 3 days for hub bearing working there have checked car where there have given list of worksome parts are mentioned in warranty asked for estimate price of parts covered in warranty where we can claim but from last two days no co-operation from chakala service center. Sir Client is getting frustated lot.

      Dear All,

      I purchase Ford Fiesta 1.4 EXI ( Disel ) in Feb 2012, Mahindra First Choice people convince on the quality check of the vehicle. Very next month i come to know front tire having 4 inch x 4 inch hole. patch up done on that tire by the Mahindra First Choice. i compliant this issue with the Mahindra First Choice but i have not been given the satisfactory answer. I replace all tire since then cost me Rs. 18400. This is not it after 4 months suddenly car not getting pickup . i went to Mahindra First Choice service center, mechanic take 2 weeks to understand the problem, after the he informed engine injector & pumps is damages it cost Rs.53000. I paid Rs. 50,000 check after 5 days service station mechanic called and tell two more parts damaged that is valve required in pumps costing Rs.18000. After listening this i lose my temper and decided to lunch complaint against the Mahindra First Choice Thane Branch In Consumer Court.
      Requesting you all to give this message to pre car owner never trust on Mahindra First Choice.
      Mahindra First Choice had to be last choice for pre own cars.

      hi, i own Ford Fiesta car, during Service at Service station Bhagat Ford Jalandhar, one of my goods was found missing from the car when car is delivered to me after it is serviced..i booked my complaint at Ford customer care India..i hope they will come out with positive solutions regarding such problems at thier service stations.

      Since you decided to buy from this infamous company.

      there is no synergy between mfcwl and mfcws

      118 check points. most people there dont even know what it means.. they just carry out basic checks.. and do 1sr free servicing. as it is for any normal car..

      the repairs are at local garages like aslam bhai garage. etc..

      you have to see it to believe it..overall a good business model to make money.. no investment and atleast 30- 40 k per car :)

        Hi,
        I bought Hyundai i10 Era 1.1 from Mahindra First Choice, Preet Vihar (Near Preet Vihar Metro Station) on 16th Jul 2012. Today is 21st Sep 2012 and i am still awaiting my complete documention from them. They agreed to transfer the registration on my name with cng on paper transfer and have charged me for that. I paid all the dues and have nothing left to be paid after that. I am still awaiting the duplicate keys also.
        I am feeling harrassed after buying it from the Mahindra First choice and better have bought from any local dealer. I changed the battery just one week within i bought thee car, have not even got duplicate keys, centre locking and gear lock keys. And not i just paid for some other problems in the car. My question is where is the 118 points checklist they promised but never handed over to me and where are there certification of authentication and business continuity if i get the bigger damages. Just a few days back my car got major breakdown and i paid Rs.4000.00 for the repairs. It was some internal parts that they agreed to have got repaired recently. And still not satisfied with the services.
        Please help me getting the problem resolved or give me the right place to complaint the same.

          i bought a hyundai Accent in jan -12
          Car number : MH 04 AB 396

          I bought this car in the month of jan -12 where in i was promissed that it will not have any
          issue within the first year if any you can come to us.

          Since the time i bought this car i had some issues very first a/c in the car was not working
          which was bought to one of your representatives notice names ( MR HULE). However he said that
          it will be taken care in first servicing which was a complete lie


          I had to spend around 3000 for the maintainance of car a/c servicing on 19/02/2012.

          After that i went for my 1st free servicing in which we noticed that my car had no proper oil
          and other things that were missing i had to pay another 5000 rs for my 1st free servicing on
          29/03/2012 ( WHAT KIND OF A FREE SERVICING WAS THAT )

          and then in the month of june i did my free servicing for which i paid 1100 rs on[protected]

          Again in the month of july i paid 5412 rs cuz power steering pipe had got bad this was covered
          under your gurantee however i got no help i paid 5412 rs on[protected]

          All the receipts are attatched. and now i have a big problem and i need you to resolve this i
          noticed that water gets in my car at front and at the back so i asked you guys to help me i
          was sent to AUTO PLANET Again and he tried something which had no resolution, However i paid
          400rs and AUTO LANET said that the ISSUE IS RESOLVED.

          HOwever i noticed that the problem continued water was getting in my car so i came to first
          choice again and they asked me to go to new grage that will resolve this problem i was under
          an impression that it will be taken care by you guys as this was spomething not cleared

          YOU GUYS LIED ME ALWAYS
          now the repair person wants 9500 rs for the work he has done.

          Please get this resolved on or before 13- sep -2012

            I purchased the top of the line Scorpio Vlx mhawk in 2008. Within a month of purchase I noticed a gearbox problem where during shifting of gears I heard a clashing/ crashing sound as if gears were not being changed properly (like an inexperienced driver). I thought after driving for 20 years and all over the world I probably was fading at my driving skills. But lo and behold; and all the unsuspecting fools to try their hand at this rotten piece of machinery had the same experience. After making a complaint to Mahindra and the local dealer, Automotive Manufacturers, they came to my office with their senior VP and other staff and convinced me to not file a consumer case. I did just that getting convinced by them and handed them my vehicle for repair. After a few weeks and the repair being carried out the same problem resurfaced. I complained again and they re-adjusted the clutch. It is so bad that the vehicle now feels like it suddenly is releasing the clutch when one accelerates. Besides this the other major problems I faced were: (1) door beading failure, where I could see and hear the road from the rear seat even when closed (2) a/c evaporator coil failure needing replacement (costing about Rs[protected] Diesel leak from the injector (costed about Rs 20000 and about 3 weeks to repair, in addition to 3-4 extra trips since service was not convinced that there is a leak. the leak continues after a month of repair... (4) ABS control unit failure within 20000 km (costed about Rs 40,000 to replace, 3 weeks of waiting) and it doesnt work properly now. I don't feel the ABS pulsing even when on sandy roads, indicating its sensitivity is poor. And, yes I know how ABS works and feels when on slippery surfaces (5) now the a/c also stops working intermittently. (6) the charger socket conks off abruptly (7) the door locks are so hard and need repeated adjustment and repair (8) the driver side door window rattles and needs a lot of repeated adjustment.

            All in all, this is my worst experience after going through about 5 scorpios right fromt he time it was launched. I am now no more a scorpio fan. I guess this time I will opt for the Japanese (maybe Toyota). We really can't stand upto the challenge besides the high profile nonsense Mahindra puts up. They are a poor and sorry example of Indian manufacturing. Tata leads the pack and they just trail with them. All are a bunch of crooks just milking the corrupt government for doles and selling inferior products since the majority o[censored]s don't know any better. If in the US I am sure I could sue for a couple of million US$. It is not about the money, but the feeling of driving a wasteful tin box...

            1. That my above said client purchased a mahindra make Scorprio VLX-A/B model, Chasis no. RD12B002599, Engine no. HFB4E35792 from the addressee no. 2 on 25.05.2011 vide invoice no. SA/INV12C000153/11-12, CASH RECIPT NO. 0623 for Rs. 11,93,700/- (eleven lac ninety three thousand seven hundred only) with assurance that the same is brand new and in good working condition and having no any type of defect.
            2. That at the time of purchase Mr. Deepak kashyap who is the sales manager of the addressee no. 2 assured my client that the Mahindra Scorprio is the best one and induce to my client for purchase the same.

            3. That immediate after the purchase of the above said Scorprio, my client is facing too much problems due to the manufacturing defect in the above said vehicle like 5th gear not working, micro hybrid not working, central locking is not working and all off sudden speed down from 60 km/h to 20 km/h and than pick up problem etc.etc. for which on 27.05.2011, my client inform to Sh. Deepak kashyap who is the sales manager and Sh. Munish Dewan G.M. Sales of the addressee no. 2.
            4. That thereafter Sh. Deepak kashyap and Sh. Munish Dewan after checking the problems in the brand new Scorprio smartly told to my client that these are minor problems and can be repaired easily by our service station and advised to my client to go at service station.
            5. That on 16.06.11, when my client went to the service station of the addressee no. 2 at plot no. 61/3, site IV, Sahibabad Industrial area, Distt, Ghaziabad U.P. and disclosed the problems then some minor problems were removed and some major problems like fifth gear not working, hybrid not working etc were not resolve. On 25.06.11 when again my client visited the service station of the addressee no. 2, it was revealed to my client that the 5th gear problem was solved after changing the gear box. Than my client understand that the brand new Scorprio purchased by my client is defected one and the brand new defected Mahindra Scorprio was sold by the addressee no.2.
            6. That my client made the complaint to the addressee no. 2 as well as addressee no. 1 regarding the sale of manufactured defected brand new scorprio and demanded replacement of the said vehicle. But despite the various request and demands you both the addressee did not fulfill the demand of my client till date.
            7. That my client says that due to the manufacturing defected Scorprio sold to my client, my client is suffering great mental agony.
            8. That as the addressee no. 1 assured each and every customer who purchased his vehicle is good and checked by the authorized person of the addressee no. 1. Even than the manufactured defected Scorpio was sold out to my client and cheated the hard core money of my client by selling the manufactured defected above said Scorprio.
            9. That my client says that seeing the goodwill and reputation of the addressee no. 1, my client purchased the Mahindra Scorprio but due to this reason the addressee no. 1 lost his faith and if his problem will not be solve than the addressee no. 1 completely lost his faith and goodwill in the market.
            10. That my client says that he paid his hard core money for purchased of new scorprio instead of purchase of defected scorprio or repaired piece.
            11. That my client demanding both of you that either change the above said vehicle or return the entire money of my client with in seven days.
            12. That my client is also demanding Rs. One lac for facing mental agony and damages.
            13. That my client requested you through this legal notice that my client do not want to go on controversy and want to resolve the matter as my client is having blind faith in your company’s goodwill and reputation of the addressee no 1 and in future also if his problem will be solve, the reputation will remain same as at the time of purchasing the your band name vehicle.

            You both are hereby finally called upon either replace the above said Mahindra Scorprio or return the entire money with in seven days. You both are further liable to pay and called upon to pay Rs. 1,00,000/-(One lac only) on account of mental agony and damages to my client with in seven days of the receipt of this Notice. Failing which my aforesaid client shall be constrained to take appropriate legal action/proceedings in the courts of law at your risk and cost, which please note. Please further note you both may also be prosecuted on account of cheating under section 406/420 Indian penal code also. You both are also liable to pay Rupees 5,100/- for legal notice charges to my client.

            Hi,
            I am also a victim of M Hawk Scorpio, purchased in January, 2008 after much hyped launch. The clutch plate has been changed every 15, 000/-, master cylinder thrice, AC blower unit. Now the ABS is not working despite change of the brake disc pads, master cylinder. The authorized workshop as usual advises to change the entire set including the booster, master cylinder and all other parts of the system without pointing towards the specific reasons for non functioning.
            All electro mechanical parts are third rated, poor and non serviceable.
            The company has committed a fraud with the unsuspecting buyers.
            They should call back such vehicles.

              i am abhijit ghosh want to launch a complain against Mahindra First Choice i bought a Hyundai i10 magna ( MA MOTORS , saltlake , west bengal) .after watching MAHINDRA FIRST CHOICE site , i believe on it and go for buy a car and after discussion with mr. mishra he talk about mahindra's commitment , quality management , efficiency and i believe on it because mahindra has a big name and fame and has good market share also in india in new car , and it is a new concept to me .so i agree with him and set deal with MA MOTORS , i was a requirement for bank loan , they also arrange it . according to deal they missed their commitment twice for delivery , they says every pending works will done within delivery but it was a big blunder even they not done the polish , i call the mahindra toll free no also for inform them about this incident but nobody call me after this. after deliver - when i drive the car i realized a hunting , bubbling then n there i notice mr das ( MA MOTORS ) he says me it will recover after drive some kilometers, it not works then i call him for service , they suggest to go to their workshop , the hail place in the world its not a workshop its a car refurbish center/ assemble center . they tell me they need 3 days for repair my car i gave them after 3 days i was so disappoint after drive my car , my problem remain same after 3 days . what hail is going on there , then i decided to go Hyundai' s own workshop for repair the car ( in spite of have a mahindra's one year guarantee, i not get services from MA MOTORS ) and after registration i was SURPRISE ? i found the car has gone 95000+ km, but MA MOTORS says and wrote on papers only 37000+ km , the i found its a BIG RACKET , and it should EXPOSED for the betterment of the people. and i will dedicate for it . i will exposed all things because i have documents , i also gather the pepers from Hyundai workshop . MAHINDRA FIRST CHOICE break their commitment this is going together MAHINDRA & MA MOTORS , this is joint venture . Mr.Mishra and Mr. Das both the people are main guilty in this racket in MA MOTORS saltlake west bengal.i have some other evidence against this and i try to gather that kind of things also .HDFC has funded the car , i think they also involve with because the loan approved but HDFC never call or massage me till now .my money is gone , now what can i do against these FRAUD ? This is my humble request to all please help the person like me or have any legal steps , please inform me.i have lot of photos also , i will submit later ,i want to go further....................................................................

                I purchased a car from Auto Planet Thane - hyundai i10 .During the delivery i got the car without horn which was fixed eventually. After that i got the car serviced from them and to my surprise after that i was stuck in a traffic with the car suddenly going off with no panel lights. by the time road assistance fellow turned up my car was towed by the traffic police and charges 700 rs for causing traffic jam. The road assistance guy after checking confirmed that the battery went dry and it was not checked during the service. The battery now is creating problems daily even after second service from them is done 15 days back . The car is also giving a reverse gear issue from day 1 and inspite of repeated complaints its still not fixed , infact the problem became worse after second service which they claimed to fix the issue. More surprisingly when i am myself started looking at the car more deeply i found that its a accident car which they had fixed and sold out to me. The radiator is still dameged and bent which can be seen clearly if observed after opening the bonet.

                  I m very much upset by your or your company behavior. In previous mail you say to me that I can hire a taxi until my scorpio is under company maintenance. But when I called for to paid my taxi bill, your company says that they can not paid taxi bill at any cost besides it your company is sending a demo car for me, but sir till now I have not got any demo car from your company, and not paid my taxi bill by you.

                    Please do not buy any car from Mahindra First Choice Pune. These guys are simply cheaters. They make false stories to loot customers and they do cheat customers collectively as a team. This is another example o[censored]nethical stuff in corrupted India.
                    I biught Ford Ikon in December 2012 from Pune ( near Chandani chowk ). The very next day I started getting humming noice. I immediately went to their showroom and showed the car to Ashutosh, kept a car with them for couple of days. Ashutosh and team didn't do anything and handed over car to me saying that the noice will go.
                    I kept on getting noice too much and went to them again after 3 months. This time they said the front wheel bearing has to be replaced and they refused to change it. Their manager Sameer started making stories alongwith Ashutosh saying that this is a new problem.
                    I recommend to be careful with sameer and Ashutosh. Both are cheaters.

                    Do not buy anything from Mahindra first choice.

                    i bought a car getz 1.3 (MH12 DY 5724) on feb 8, 2012. that time car's wind sheild glass is damaged.. and they promised me to change after ownership transfer... but still i am not getting changed wind sheild glass... and one more thing they said this car is not repainted... but actually car is totally repainted... even they hand-over me insurance papers of third parties...
                    i am really fed up with this...

                      1. Date of Vehical purchased :23 july 2011

                      2. Problem in vehical :noise from engine /turbo, sensors ,oil pressure command and major noise from engine

                      3. Total Visits to Mahindra agency : More then 6 times

                      4. Part for replacement : They have ordered it in jan 2011 and its march but still part has not arrived .

                      5. On 3rd march 2012 the vehical has been send to mahindra workshop as they have promised that in 2 days they will tell me the status of the vehical but till date 12 march 2012 thay have neither

                      contacted me regarding my Vehical .

                      6.after keeping the vehicle for 2 months , mahindra and mahindra people delivered the vehicle to me after engine assembly and turbo changed.But the vehicle is still not up to the mark as there is a new

                      problem regarding gear and engine mounting.

                      7.I again visited dealer on 4th of may 2012 and was told that gear box will be opened for repair .After which i refused to do so.

                      8.I feel cheated as my expectations got thrashed and the company failed to deliver an efficient and wholesome piece of machinery.i have sustained mental harrassment,financial losses and wastage of

                      time.I feel like i have bought a second hand vehicle in pathetic condition.

                      9.i am made to suffer by visiting and calling the workshop people and customer care.

                      10.Further i would like to tell you buying the dream car . The top end model (Mahindra scorpio vlx)was not able to give its best performance as we had expected and heard the stories . Thankfully we

                        I have purchased a new scorpio micro hybrid EX from RALAS MOTORS (G.E. Road, Tatibandh, Raipur) on 29th February 2012, whose invoice number is INV12A001445 and key number 1425. But that same day, due to some animals on road scorpio got accident. Only the back portion of the vehicle was damaged and we go back to the Dealer - Ralas Motors on 02.03.2012 to do it repair. He gave us job number - 14289 and give us delivery date of 15.03.2012.

                        But now its 18.03.2012 about 1 month passed the delivery deadline. But still i have no hope of getting it soon due to bad service of the Dealer. Firstly he told us that there were some delay in parts, so he called us after 10 days, when we appear after 10 days then he told us that by mistake the part is of old model, then again we go then again he said that we still have not recovered it.

                        I live in a small town far from Raipur (capital of Chhattisgrah) and we have visited more than 10 times to dealer but still we didn't got any positive response. Since long time i have faith on Mahindra company because earlier we owned a Marshel then Bolero and now it was turn of Scorpio. Although the problem was very little, only the back left side portion has damaged and back door glass was broke. Vehicle was absolutely fine because we take it normally from my home to Raipur Dealer. Then also he is taking too much time.

                        So now help me what should i do. Should i go to Consumer forum or any other complaint body or i will soon receive some positive news for help from your side.
                        MAKING HIGH LABOUR CHARGE FOR SIMPLE WORK WITHIN 2ND SERVICING
                        My vehicle (Mahindra Scorpio Ex) purchased from Brajesh Automobiles Pvt. Ltd Purnia, Bihar on 10.12.2011. It has major problem in clutch system. 1 st. clutch was burned with pressure plate and speed sensor due to mechanical fault and then changed on 30.04.2012 after 4 month only at Mahindra servicing center G.L. motors, Deoghar, Jharkhand by bill no. RBD13A000325. Again after nearly 400 km run clutch plate burned and changed at Brajesh automobile, Purnia on 6.5.2012 by bill no 1511 dated 6/5/2012. Today only after 150 km run clutch plate is giving smell. I am feeling it is more when in reverse gear. Please consider the problem for the reputation of company and customer satisfaction.

                          The problem is very small that is the wiring of engine burnt out & they don't rectify the problem till date.

                          Every day they are giving new reason & from last 10 days our vehicle is with them. We are not satisfied with such service of dealer of Silver Jubilee

                                i have recently purchased a M&M Scorpio, SLE from Sri Durga Automobiles Delhi. Took delivery of the car on 18/10/2011, but surprisingly the car was swearing to the left.. even though it had done only 40 kms. The problem continues - the rubber beading of the doors keep coming off, there is air leakage within the cabin, battery sign keeps coming on, the engine oil was near minimum mark, the clutch oil leaked and the car is now stranded. 2000 kms done. I am skeptical about the vehicle, i fear that some one else's booked vehicle was handed over to me unlike a fresh delivery or proper maintenance checks were't carried out.
                                sir i purchage new vlx auctomatic in months dec.2012..but dealer give used scorpio..these vechile already service in ahemadad gugrat .but i live haryana ..

                                    i was in Japan for last 10 years and just shifted to India, and i planned to get your Scorpio for my use. till the first service i was a happy owner of Scorpio. just after the 1st service within two days I was made to face the reality the car got broke in between the highway and I was made to tow the car and it was found that the clutch oil has leaked and drained so the car got stopped. ya I know and MPL also told that it was a human error. so it was ok they did what they have to do and I got my car back. Just when it was the time for the 2nd service AS IT WAS ALREADY 10000 KM I was on the highway again the car got broke and I called the helpline for assistance it was already 10pm and I was on the highway. They came and towed the car to the service station after 2 hrs of waiting. The helpline told me to that I will be charged for towing the car. Even after me informing him that the car is hardly 7 months old and just 10000 km has been driven.
                                    So as I dint have the mood and strength to argue with and and also it was late in the night and I was on the highway with my family so I said I will pay. As the towing person came and said that please pay when I reached valasaravakkam as I came in my car till there. As I was not having the money which he asked for I told him that the MPL will pay you and I will pay them if I have to. But the towing person said that if they are not there and if I can’t get the money will take the key of your car with me and I will return it when I get my payment. So as I was confident that it will be solved by your MPL I said ok. And the next day when I went to see what had gone wrong to the service station I was surprised not to see my registration no in the complain list on that day. They started to ask me my registration number and when I gave them they said its not there.i was shocked. Just then when I went out of the service station I found my car was left alone on the road. then I informed them and they came to the scenes and the service manager said that he will take care of the issue then. As I was agitated coz I had payed 12 lakhs and 65 thousand in advance to get this car and they treat this as a dust.
                                    So the next day they did call me saying some excuse as I was not sure that they will solve the problem I went again in person and saw my car on the same place where I saw it last got really irritated and shouted on them. The problem was the towing company hadn’t handed the key to the company. And the MPL was not bothered about getting the key from them and getting my car done.
                                    So now the third day I went and I was told that the clutch was gone and had to be replaced. And the reason was according to them that I was clutch driving all the time.
                                    Iam a business man who has to work in the city and also outside the city. In the 10000km I would have used 3000km outside and the rest in the city. In that case even if I use the clutch to drive I have to when iam using it in the city. And as you know already that for the clutch the warranty is for 30000km I have used just 10000km how can it break?
                                    As I asked them abt it I was shown to the GM mr.karitkayan when I told him about all that what had happened and why it all happened he convinced me that the car will be done immediately and given to me and he will talk to Mahindra about my case and see what he could do and he just asked me for 2 days and as my car he ready for the 2nd service I told him that after he calls me I will bring my car for the 2nd service.

                                    This was on the last Friday that was 4th nov on Monday I dint get the call as I was promised so I called the Gm on Tuesday he said he is out of station and will return on Wednesday and call me but he dint now its Thursday and when I called him he dint answer the call so iam mailing you to inform about the happenings.

                                    I would like to get a letter from MPL or from MIHANDRA
                                    1,what all has been done to my car in the service station till now and what all the parts that have been changed and the reason for why it has been changed?
                                    2, why my car was left outside for the 2 days without proper care?
                                    3, if my car clutch was broken by the way I have driven in this 10000 km then please give this in writing that the car was broken because it was clutch driving in 10000km

                                      This communication is to lodge a cheating complaint against Mahindra First Choice Wheels Limited situated at Nasik. The chronology of events are as under: (The address of the dealer is - No. 1371,Sridhar Compound, Old Agra Road,Mumbai Naka, Nashik -422001)

                                      I bought a 2006 make, Hundai Getz (Silver) from Chavan Auto, Nasik who is a dealer of Mahindra First Choice. At the time of purchase the car showed 47700 kms on the odometer and was sold to me at a Price of Rs. 2,40,000. I used the car for three months. When i approached Authorised Service Center (UJJWAL HYUNDAI, NASHIK) for its routine servicing, the service associate at the service center made shocking revelations about the service history of the car. He told to me that the car has run 97000 km's and needs major overhauling including timing belt change, replacement of shock absorbers, etc. Since purchase I sensed that the shock absorbers of the car are not behaving properly. I immediately obtained a copy of the service history from Ujjwal Hyundai along with other important documents.

                                      When I approached the proprietor of Chavan Auto after knowing the service history, he straight away denied of any tampering and started making excuses. Since I have purchased the vehicle from a well known brand, the onus to re-sell the vehicle free from any defect lies on Mahindra First Choice.

                                      This immoral business behaviour was not expected from Mahindra. Since the car had covered close to 100000 kms, the price charged on me was irrational and hypothetical.

                                      This is a clear case of cheating and be fooling customers under the pretext of well known brand. I want to seek compensation based price overcharged to me (Rs. 1 lakh) being the difference of amount charged to me and fair price valuation .

                                      This has caused immense mental torture and loss of sleep.I humbly request you to help me in this regard and bring me justice please.

                                      I bought this car in the month of jan -12 where in i was promissed that it will not have any
                                      issue within the first year if any you can come to us.

                                      Since the time i bought this car i had some issues very first a/c in the car was not working
                                      which was bought to one of your representatives notice names ( MR HULE). However he said that
                                      it will be taken care in first servicing which was a complete lie


                                      I had to spend around 3000 for the maintainance of car a/c servicing on 19/02/2012.

                                      After that i went for my 1st free servicing in which we noticed that my car had no proper oil
                                      and other things that were missing i had to pay another 5000 rs for my 1st free servicing on
                                      29/03/2012 ( WHAT KIND OF A FREE SERVICING WAS THAT )

                                      noticed that water gets in my car at front and at the back so i asked you guys to help me i
                                      was sent to AUTO PLANET Again and he tried something which had no resolution, However i paid
                                      400rs and AUTO LANET said that the ISSUE IS RESOLVED.

                                      HOwever i noticed that the problem continued water was getting in my car so i came to first
                                      choice again and they asked me to go to new grage that will resolve this problem i was under
                                      an impression that it will be taken care by you guys as this was spomething not cleared

                                      YOU GUYS LIED ME ALWAYS
                                      now the repair person wants 9500 rs for the work he has done.

                                      Please get this resolved on or before 13- sep -2012

                                      Hello,

                                      This complaint is regarding the cheating that Mahindra First Choice, Situated in Preet Vihar Opposite the Preet Vihar Metro Station Delhi. The vicious circle started just after i purchase my Mahindra Renault Logan GLX 1.4 (Black) Car on 28th May, 2012. At the time of purchase the car showed around 69500 on the odometer. and was sold to me at a price of 2, 45, 000. I used the car for 3 days and it started giving start-up problems and when i approached the Mahindra First Choice they sent me to one of the car workshop with which they have tie-ups as they say. Mechanic did some testing and said my car's battery is faulty and its better to change this battery. So for that i asked the Mahindra First Choice people to look into the case as its just three days that i have purchased this car from you people and now its giving this problem. They made some excuses and asked me to give some money to get it change, i asked how much amount, they said almost 2500 + Battery. I absolutely denied that and after having some talks i agreed at 1500 + Battery as this was the car which i was about to gift this car to my wife. I ignored the case.
                                      Next time after 3-4 days it started giving clutch problem, i already had asked them to get it checked before taking the delivery of the car, that time they had tighten the nuts of clutch wire and gave that car to me and said now its fine and it was just loose wire which was causing wire. But when it started cranking noise i took this car to them and again they sent me to the same car mechanic workshop and their they kept my car for 3 days and returned it without almost empty fuel tank which was almost full when i gave them. Again Mahindra People started saying that i will have to pay some amount, which at that time i denied and said that what does that warranty mean which i have paid for.

                                      I actually paid extra for the one year warranty for my car at the time of purchasing it. Now all after it, a day came after almost 25 days, the power window motor started giving problems and i again contacted Mahindra First Choice people, they sent me to a local mechanic he charged me 400 bugs for checking the motor, that time i didn't even called back to Mahindra First Choice people as that was a small amount for which i felt to talk about. After this the fuel gauge of the car stopped showing any increase even after top-up the fuel up-to the maximum level. They again sent me to the same mechanic and that time also he did some fuse checks and charged 250 again, that time also i didn't bother to ask them for the same due to small amount and thought not to disturb them again and again.

                                      Then after it my car started consuming high quantity of coolant for which i called them, they said to take that car to them, but due to some official work i had to put this repair on hold for some time and all those days my car was in the garage as i instructed my family members not to drive it until repair of coolant problem.
                                      Today(29th Nov, 2012) when i took my car to them for the same problem, then in the morning the observers of the Mahindra First Choice, saw it and said it might be some air vent in the engine or around some head gasket, that time one of the observer from Mahindra came and checked the car and said that all this is in warranty and Mahindra will repair everything for no cost. That time the observer of Mahindra First Choice agreed that yes this is under warranty and they will send the car to Mahindra Authorized Service Center. But when in the evening, i called them i shocked to see that they are again cheating me as despite of agreeing to take my car to some Authorized Service Center they sent my car again to the same workshop (Dahmesh Automobile Workshop). And they said that part is not under warranty and hence i will have to pay for this. When for the same i called the observer of Mahindra, he even shocked to hear that my car is in that local workshop instead of Mahindra's Authorized Workshop.
                                      And when in the morning i took my car to Mahindra First Choice there was no leaking in the hose pipe as all of them saw that and when they called me again they showed that Hose pipe is leaking from the seal.
                                      I am very depressed with plan they are playing with me.
                                      This has really caused me mental torture and really a hard headache due to loss of sleep.
                                      This type of immoral business strategy is not expected from such a renowned firm.

                                      I am just a middle class employee working in some small company, i had saved money to purchase a car with very deep efforts. But all this cheating and fraud has made me to go in depression.

                                      This is a clear case of cheating and be fooling customers under the pretext of well known brand. I want to seek compensation based price overcharged to me (Rs. 1 lakh) being the difference of amount charged to me and fair price valuation .


                                      I want some one to help me with this as soon as possible. My car is under warranty and just ran for 1600 Kilo-meters since i have purchased that car from Mahindra First Choice.

                                      Got checked my car from the same local wrokshop for the service, they just added top-up in break fluid. And said there is no need of getting it services till 5000 kms. i am really concerned for my car. Please, if any one can then please help me as i am begging for what are my rights.

                                        I bought a car from Mahendra first choice, Fathima Nagar, Pune last month. From the day I took delivery, I have been experiencing problems with the car. I have taken the car couple of times to them, but nothing has been fixed so far.

                                        Also, what ever the sales person promised that he will fix before delivery hasn't been fixed. The sales person himself said that I could buy this car for 2.25 lakhs outside, but they sell it for more price as they perform 118 points check and they sell only good condition cars. I really don't understand what kind of check they had performed before delivery and I see whole lot of problems in the car.

                                        I paid 3.35 lakhs for the car (way far beyond the price that I could have bought this car outside), just because of the brand name "Mahendra First Choice", but now I feel that I have made a "Bad Choice" by buying this car.

                                        i bought a hyundai Accent in jan -12

                                        I bought this car in the month of jan -12 where in i was promissed that it will not have any
                                        issue within the first year if any you can come to us.

                                        Since the time i bought this car i had some issues very first a/c in the car was not working
                                        which was bought to one of your representatives notice names ( MR HULE). However he said that
                                        it will be taken care in first servicing which was a complete lie


                                        I had to spend around 3000 for the maintainance of car a/c servicing on 19/02/2012.

                                        After that i went for my 1st free servicing in which we noticed that my car had no proper oil
                                        and other things that were missing i had to pay another 5000 rs for my 1st free servicing on
                                        29/03/2012 ( WHAT KIND OF A FREE SERVICING WAS THAT )
