Hello,

I fixed a deal of chevrolet beat car but when i came to know that so many customer complains are registered against mahindra choice and they are doing fake deals like incorrect model year and running kms so i cancelled the deal.
I asked for refund but manager (Ashok arora, sector 8, noida, up mahindra choice) is saying you have to buy, no other options.
He warned me not to come to showroom for refund otherwise i will shoot you.
If something happen to me, he will be only guilty person.

Do not buy car from mahindra choice.

Could you please help in that.

    I bought a honda civic car from mahindra first choice on 02nd jun'2015, it is more than a year and i still have to follow for my rc. My car number is hr26-be-5160 purchased from mahindra first choice, dwarka.

    It is very disappointing that it is more than a year and they are unable to deliver the rc.

    Request to please take a proper action against these guys.

    Awaiting a positive response asap.

      This is to inform you that i have been received the worst service from mahindra first choice at yeshwantpur bangalore location.

      I have given my vehicle for a general service on 5/08/2016. I received the vehicle on 06/08/2016 with the worst condition ever.

      Let me tell you what all blunders the service center did

      1) my vehicle was in a fantastic condition however after service the power windows stopped working.
      2) i had asked the service center to get the interiors done but when received no work was done related to it. I still find stains inside the vehicle.
      3) the engine was in a superb condition however after service the engine started shaking which actually is a major concern in this complaint
      4) the team does not even have the software to change the service meter to 0 (Existing meter shows inspection)
      5) break oiling is done however i see that there is a noise in the front break.
      6) i had requested the team to check the front left light after service the focus of the light has gone pathetic
      7) i had requested to get the greecing done for the back shock-absorbers however the work is undone.
      8) the team has confirmed that there is only 1 expert for volkswagon vehicle and i believe with only 1employee the service was not done properly.

      This is the qorst service i have recieved from your team. I would like to have this issue esclated to the riught resource for a better resolution.

      Kindly update me what steps are you goig to take to rectify this issue.

      dont ever give vehicles like VW to MFC, they just fools customers. They dont even acknowledge the facts. Bunch of frauds!!!

          I live in Kolkata, I wanted to buy an used car. I went to First Choice in Kalikapur near Ruby. I choose a Swift Dzire and took a test drive on that day. The sales guy was there suggest us to book the car by paying Rs. 3000 in advance which is refundable. When we asked them if any loan will be available or not they said they will talk to the bank to arrange a loan for me by taking my all copy of my documents. Bank staffs came to my house for loan verification but the loan got disapproved somehow. Now as the advance money was refundable I asked for the money to them. They harassed me for 11 days to write some application and telling they have some office meeting. Later when I call them on phone asking for the money they said the money was not refundable!! Can you imagine how there fraud business is going on. All staffs are sitting there in sales they can do anything to for money. They can fool others, they can misbehave, they can cheat all are BIGGEST liars and CHEATERS. Totally worst experience!!

            Dear sir,
            About two months back i gave my car sx4- br 1aj 9888 to your service centre named "patna wheels point" at ashiana nagar, patna

            On 16.07.2016 one of the employee of service centre reached to my home for the bills. I paid the bill by cheque and asked the person to deliver the car. He asked me to sign me some papers. I signed on his trust and he confirmed me of the delivery by next day but i did'n get the delivery.

            On 23rd one of employee came to deliver the car. I received the car and left the person without inspecting the car.

            After few minutes i got down to see the car i found few qorks were not done. I reached the service centre a asked about the incomplete work. They did not have the appropriate answer. I left the car there a walked away. When ever i pass from there i find my car standing outside on road full of dust.

            This is the way your company channel partners work, please reply when the car will be ready else i need to move to court.

              Dear all,

              Please do not but cars from mahindra first choice/edapally.

              I had bought a second hand car years ago-chevrolet spark which i found had met with accident. Sales manager name was mr. Prasad.

              When i bought they had said that its 100 % certified. But later when i try to sell it i found the same had met with accident and i sold back the car to the same dealership 50000 lesser the amount i had purchased after six months. They had cheated me. I could not sell the car anywhere else.

              Please do not go to mahindra first choice. Do look for someother second hand car dealer in kochi if you are planning to buy one.

                Tata manza car booked on 28th may 2016 with koncept automobiles pvt ltd (Mahindra first choice) booking amount paid inr 10, 000, while booking the odometer reading showed 62000 kms and it is also mentioned on the booking receipt. After checking with tata service center they confirmed that the car was last serviced at 106000 kilometers. Mahindra first choice was trying to scam me. I am cheated now mahindra first choice is denying to refund my booking amount as i am no longer interested in the car due to the odometer tampering issue

                  The worst service center if you want to destroy your vehicle ... I always use to get my hyundai acccent serviced from hyundai authorized center only, this time i wanted to try Mahindra and which resulted into a nightmare.

                  In first week of june i gave my car for service, i got it picked from my office in mohali, then the estimator called me to advise that my both shockers are leaking and hve to be replaced which i agreeed upon and gve them go ahead to do it.. when i received my car and tried it.. i felt both my wheels were badly aligned.. i called them back and they took my car again for alignment ...( their driver also agreed that by car is badly aligned ) ... when i got it back problem still persisted and wen asked they said as my shockers are new its giving this problem and will get better in a day or two... after two days of driving i didnt gt satisfied and i took it to local alignment guy who told me without even checking that my tyres are badly aligned ...and when checked on the system it came to be -24.4.
                  due to this my both front tyres were worned up frm sides.. after alignment both tyres were ok and it working perfect.

                  Question is they took about 12k from me for servicing why they didnt do alignment which was merely Rs 500 at the max even after sending the car twice.. Due to their negligence my both front tyres are crap now.. moreover they suppose to call me .. i have not received any call from them yet.

                  I strongly want to say never ever use their services. If you love your CAR. for feedback please call me [protected].

                    The car bought from them had the odometer rolled back by around 12000 to 15000 kms. Also they declined to show the car service papers while selling the car. Also the car show engine problems every 3 months.

                    This car a passat 2010 was bought from mahindra first choice a-14 kailash colony new delhi 110048.

                    The documents show the car has run well above 72000 kms but when bought it just showed 60000 kms.

                      About two months ago i utilised the coupon from car care value pass at mira road for wheel balancing and wheel alignment.
                      When the car was delivered to me, it was very dirty. It was parked across the road near your service centre, where road repair work was going.
                      The wheel alignment was not done properly. When on next day i called up, i was told that they would do it again. But still the alignment was not perfect. The vehicle is getting pulled on the left.
                      After few days i got a call for feed back. I told the person that i was not satisfied. I was told that some senior person would call. But till today there is no feed back from anybody.

                        I am an existing customer customer who brought a 2007 ford fiesta car from kwality cars aluva. i am a native of trivandrum, a regular viewer of olx .i searched for a comparatively good used diesel car . meanwhile i saw an add of indigo ls posted by first choice and called that no on add it was posted by first choice kwality cars aluva.I trusted first choice because i heard lot about first choice i was aware about your great 118 check ups and warranty on certified used cars. Because of these advantages of first choice with out proper examine i blindly brought a ford fiesta car.The sales manager Mr Jayakrishnan who promoted me ford fiesta car more than indigo ls. But i paid advance 10000 for indigo ls and for arranging finance i waited two days mean while mr jayakrisnan called me and said the car is not in show room he will gave another good indigo cs and i waited one week after that he send fiestas photos and i accepted the offer. i planed to buy this car for my sisters marriage purpose. with out examine the car i deposited balance down payment 50000 rs to his account.and i next day i went to Aluva for taking the vehicle. I visited showroom and with the support 150000 loan from sriram city union i took the vehicle
                        But sir this cart have some major engine problems . But i was unaware about this . He said so many examples and finally he sold that certy first warranty along with car . I paid extra 5000 rs for warranty.thus total 65000 spend for my side and an additional fund raised by bank.
                        the cars engine damaged after completing 370 kms. In this 370 kms 220 kms is for bringing this car from aluva showroom to my home in at trivandrum, kilimanoor.
                        After engine seized and with the help of recovery van they dropped my car in at saj motors an authorized service center near by trivandrum techno park. This is around 35 kms from my home.while Examine the car by the engineers in saj motors i realized that this vehicle have some some major problem and already done some minor works for selling this car . I am not a very good person in at examine car.I am ready to by a car so they sold that complaint car . I called the sales manager named Jayakrishnan ( aluva and the area manager Lyju Both of them dont want to hear my problem they are asking me to claim the warranty. i was tensed and depressed. I have not much family support . am from a middle class family and recently revered from a critical illness.

                        I called several times saj motors . So Mr Ratheesh Mi service engineer and Adarsh VK state head called me back and they followed correctly and i got the vehicle back from service center after second service i identified that the complaint still persisting and called Ratheesh MI and i checked and identified the problem and he gave vehicle to saj motors.After that the vehicle is running good and using well. I called LYju ( [protected]) area manager for taking back this vehicle But he is not ready to hear and he is not willing to take back this and not ready to give my money back he is looking only business not ready to take back this car. THey sold me the complaint car

                        Sir i cant use this car bcz i purchased this this on 30 november 2015 on[protected] the cars engine seized i purchased this car for my sister marriage. But they gave me a bad condition car with warrenty . Now they are offering two things one ios extending warrenty up to 6 months and second one is park and sale . Am not happy with this I cant understand why they are offering warranty on this car, . Is this your service ? Then how can i trust you sir ? If warranty gave all are over ah ?


                        Before being a customer i was happy to hear about and speak about first choice what will i do sir you say . This is the situation

                        Now i paid around 30000 rs as emi and almsot 20000 treated as interest remaining finance is 140000 + . I
                        Can you please help me in this case to get back my downp ayment back from kwality cars ?

                        now the car is in good condition engine work done and turbo also changed, one major service and one oil change also done with a total 3500 kms after purchase

                          I replace my clutch kit completely as per Anant cars advisor information my car was not moving more than 40km speed so I take my car to Anant cars and as per their instructions replace those spares and I drive 1500km max in this period replacement was done on Jan 29-2016 . But lest day night when I am traveling with my family in late night I was got stuck suddenly with my car in village are and it is not moving at all and making for sound when I make acceslator.
                          Now they are asking again to replace same spare once again. I notice that from their discussion. This is 100%slave cylinder was not functional properly and it got stuck in and burn clutch disk and pressure plates . Now need from Mahindra a clear clarification is that spare part quality issue or service centre issue. I used my previous clutch unit more than 60k . So it is not my driving failure. My car no is KL-58, 4662 . Still my car is in Anant cars avalahalli karnataka branch waiting Mahindra response . I am Mahindra customer since 1999 . I am.having this Scorpio more than 10 yrs.with single use
                          I need 100%repalcent form Mahindra on behalf of poor quality spare issues.
                          Waiting urgent action.

                                I bought i20 in the month of April May 2015 asta from Nasik auto world Mumbai naka branch with in two their was work both the front shock observers totally fraud certification and now branch head has put his hand though they promised to repair but due to that person left the job now it's not possible to do. Totally fake company policy and certification so personally I have informed all my relatives never buy a car from mahindra first choice as their promises are fake.

                                I bought Scorpio in 2013 having Mhawk engine...frequently i m experiencing AC Problem.
                                AC Coolant Pipe problem is there in Mhawk...post 2010 manufacturing...

                                  I have sent an email to MFC help desk couple of weeks ago however I am still not getting any response and any revert or call for the above mentiond car number. Very regret to tell that MFC customer service is very poor and they fraud to customer for selling non accidental vehicle. Not received any positive revert when I spoke with jonal head. I am still waiting for revert and what action can take MFC on my issue.
                                  Even I am also facing the same issue, also logged the complaint with MFC customer care 2 days ago, but still haven't received any call back or email.

I have given 10K as an advance and after 2 days of booking I have given 10K as a part payment. But due to some personal issue, I am not able to buy the car. Now they deny to refund any amount and also misguide us by given fraud number of car owner. They directly told us that "DO WHAT EVER YOU CAN, WE WILL NOT REFUND ANY AMOUNT". We have the proof of their fraud car owner number and his voice recording where he is accepting that he is the car owner but in real he is not.                                       This is to bring to ur notice that I am owner of Vehicle-Mahindra Scorpio Regn.No: UP16-AF-0903. Few days back I Dropped my Vehicle for Routine Service at Mahindra Service Centre-Koncept- Sec-2, Noida. I have noticed the worst service ever by them. The Vehicle was Not Cleaned/Serviced/washed properly+ AC was not that effective after that Later on AC got non-working, Because may be they left the AC Coil loose as I noticed some noise coming from Inside the Engine side/ Bonnet From the very next day. They also charged very high not as per the estimate given. I just want to complain the matter on Priority.

                                        Hi I gave my Indica Vista for servicing on 3rd OCT to Mahindra First Choice Services, Pimpri, Pune Workshop. My vehicle Number MH12FK9822. At the time of submitting the car to the pickup person, all my power windows were working absolutely fine. There was no issue at all. Even their pick up person has checked everything at the time of pick up. But later at around 4 PM I got a call from service center that my power window of rear left side is not working and I need to replace motor. I told them it is not possible as it is in absolutely working condition. He said he will again recheck. But at the end of the day I was handed over the car with a faulty power window. Even the window filming was tampered badly. Now the window is not moving up. There is something really wrong done in that window during the service. This is my first experience and must say I am very disappointed. I handed over a good condition Car to them, paid around 5k plus petrol charges and they returned it in a defective condition. I have already launched a complaint to their customer service on 5th OCT. Complaint number is NPSF_1212. But no response till now. I want it to get repaired by them urgently as the window is not closing. Please help

                                        I have been contacting their customer service on [protected]@mahindrafcs.com.

                                        Initially they were responding to the emails. But now they are not at all bothered. Looks like it is very much intentional.
                                        Kindly let me know a wayout to this. Customer is suffering and they are not at all bothered.

                                        Please let me know what is the action taken by consumercomplaints.in for this issue.
