I purchased hyundai verna 2007 from mahindra first choice dealer panvel.They promised me many things at the time of sell.At time of sell mr.Vijay gholap assured me he would check with carr issues before delivery.My car had punture stephney, belt issues, windshield leakage issues within couple of days. I gave my car for service and the problems were amplified after i recieved the car from them, and to get back my car i had to visit there dealership for more than 2 weeks because they kept changing my delivery date. When i recieved my car it was dented and scratched deep. Staff members are behaving rude and arrogantly after i noticed that they have damaged my car.They are least concenrd about issues im having.They are just concerned about there sales target. Please take action against (car planet and wheels ltd, panvel) for harrasing customers and making fraud promises.
Even I am also facing the same issue, also logged the complaint with MFC customer care 2 days ago, but still haven't received any call back or email.

    I bought santro MH09 AB 1584 from Mahindra First Choice bavdhan store in pune. They sold me the vehicle saying I am the first owner of the santro. Which they have mentioned is sale deed. I have the copy of the sale document for 3rd March 2010. They sold for 160000 INR saying and mentioning wrong owner details in the sale document. The sales person was Ankit. They told me whenever you want to sell it back you can come to us we will take this vehicle back in best price. Today I went to sale the same vehicle to them they told you are the fourth owner of the vehicle. We will give you mere 60 k INR for this vehicle. They took the vehicle and gave me reciept of vehicle delivery to them, in morning they again called and said because of 4th owner we can not give the said amount. I said I bought from you and your documents states I was the first owner, they said that time we fooled you. Now we cannot take it. Whereas in sale documents it clearly states the owner details and RTO registration states 4th owner. I have called sarthak Agarwal (mahindra sales head) and neelesh pune sales head, rajesh tawade Mumbai Sales Head. They said you should have not trusted mahindra sale documents and should have crosschecked with RTO. there documents I have copy of all are fraud where they sell vehicle, once sold they will not do anything keep on fruad.

      Hi, i had bought Hundai Verna registration number - MH02 BJ0435 on yesterday 30th June 2015 from " Automaxx preowned, Pune". but as i had taken car out it stopped and didn't started. then service person told me to revisit next day and promised me to replace it's battery. Again today i had visited workshop, then service person "Mr. Gobind " told me i had recharged battery it will work fine, but he meanwhile he detached CD player from car. when i had asked him why it is not working then he said " i had just pushed it off please get it checked outside". Now i bought a car with zero satisfaction, every day i am visiting workshop to get something repaired. it's total waste of money. i feel like cheated. Please refund my money and take your car back or resolve my concern as mentioned below ASAP. 1. Battery is 3 years old and dealer is not replacing it, they are recharging it only after seeing problem also. "so please replace my car battery with new battery. 2. Tyres are too old only they can run upto 1000 to 2000 Kms, but dealer is not replacing it. " so please get it replaced with new one." 3. CD player was detached by service person, please fix it ASAP.         Forgery and Mental harassment: I had purchased Honda Civic MH02BG6652 (Manufacture-Month and year: 09/2008) from Mahindra First Choice Automaxx Mulund west, Mumbai in 2014 August. After few days, i asked them (Automaxx Mulund west, Mumbai) to install CNG kit as to keep car's warranty continue as they said if its done outside except the Automaxx Mulund dealer the warranty will be void. They were charging 10K higher than the market price that i was getting with authorized dealer in the market for Lovato/BRC kit. However, when i got my car with CNG kit fitted i realized the kit is not approved by Mahindra First Choice. I complained the same to Mahindra area manager and they finally replaced to company approved CNG kit BRC. Once i got my RC without CNG endorsed, i noticed the owner's name is written as Santosh Kumar R Choubey and my father's name section displays as NA. Where as my name (owner's name: Santosh Kumar) and my father's name is Ram Narayan Choubey. I talked to Automaxx Mulund w, for the same to correct my name/owner and father's name sections. They promised me to do the same free of cost as its their mistake, but approached me only after RC book endorsed with CNG. When i got RC book endorsed with CNG in March 2015, i asked them to correct name. On 4th June 2015, they told me document is given to RTO agent and it has been processed. On 12th June 2015, they called me up and asked to pay RS. 1100 for the name correction even though its their mistakes or else they will not do. I asked them i will go for legal action for mental harassment and forgery to customer and they said do whatever i can. I have given all the required documents to transfer the vehicle on my name 1] Rent Agreement copy: On rental agreement copy its clearly mentioned the rental agreement for: Santosh Kumar s/o father name. 2] Passport/Driving License: Santosh Kumar

          I have purchased a second hand car Oct, 2014 (ford fiesta ) from Mahindra First choice Kondapur (near R.T.O ) office. It was 2007 model. Odometer reading showed 35, 000 Kms while I purchased and I thought it was correct as it is from Mahindra first choice and there wont be any fraud in it . They are few complaints initially (side mirror issues) wiper blade tank has leak they cleared that. Later I complained about suspension as I found it weak they took saying they will get it checked and they returned saying that there is not issue in it. As I did not have expertise in using cars I thought it was OK as still saw isses . After few days I again complained directly to MFC and after I took it to CARZ upon their guidance (their affliated service center maybe) and later they told it wont be covered in their 6 month warranty. There is wheel alignment issue which I myself got sorted as they were not doing it . I replaced 2 tyres as the wheel alignment guy told they are worn out. After 9 months of purchase I had seen issues with AC sometimes petrol smell coming and colling not efficient and also seen that sometimes car stops suddenly when I go from 1st to 2nd gear especially at signals for which I had got several warning from police. Later I took it for service to Ford and they had spotted several issue(brake pads gone + AC gas leakage+ suspension+steering rod ) with the vehicle I got some cleared but even after service now vehicle stops several times in middle of the road even for small trips (20kms). After I stop engine for some time it starts again and again it stops again. Yesterday it stopped several times and somehow I managed to reach home. What I learnt for some source when I got the history of the vehicle is that it was last serviced(before I purchased) in July 2014 and by that time it made 60, 000 kms In Oct 2014 when I bought they tampered the speedometer and show 35000. This is real fraud. One of my friend also went to buy a car there knowing I brought it from there. They showed Honda city 2007 model and showed odometer reading as ~65000kms but on enquiry they found that it to be 1, 40, 000Kms driven alrady and they tampered the reading. Thinking MFC is genuine is a big mistake it is real fraud (dont know if it by loacal dealer) still I hold Mahindra First choice resposible for that. So please dont buy used cars from MFC...!!!

            I am really frustrated for this now. I purchased scorpio s10 on oct 10, 2014 from supreme motors hisar and from day 1 the mic for phone connectivity Through blue Tooth is not working. Vehicle has gone to workshop for atleast 10 times excluding 5 visits to electronic out sourcing unit kamiya electronics hisar. All it Requires is change of wire harness and they dont have that. They will open entire console and then repeat old procedures. Yesterday workshop of supreme motors at hisar haryana promised to rectify the problem but again same result. new vehicle has been opened umpteenth time by people who have probably no skills to work on high end vehicles. From last 48 hrs i have made two calls to customer care and again no response except for promises. I should be given time frame and reasons be explaoned for the inordinate delay in rectifying such a small prpblem.

              I bought a car in Feb 2015 and they said this car is under Maruti Warranty and they did not provide me the Mahindra first choice warranty and at the time of delivery of the card they told me the HP charges of RS 2500 and processing fee of RS6100 and the processing fee which the bank took 1700 and they charge me rs 6100 and I asked with the bank and they told me the actual fee and then they said when you get the schedule of the loan then they give me the RC and Now I have discussed with some people and the RTO office as well and asked about the HP charges all people ar saying that the HP charges are included in the Registration charges and they said they will provide the registration included all the charges in Rs 300000 but they charged me RS 2500 and not providing the 1 year warranty.

                Hi Team, I am extremely disappointed and in grief with the customer service provided at the following Mahindra First choice service center Plot No. 80/3, Outer Ring Road, Bellandur, Bangalore -560103 Land Mark: Near Cirtus Hotel Contact Person #: [protected], [protected] I was appalled at the irresponsible and lack of diligence displayed in vehicle repair and fixing job i was awaiting at this outlet. Mr.Kanakaraj Velu and Mr.Asif have made our car service experience unforgettable in terms of displeasure and disgust. They have not even provided the bill to me yet as i was told that i will be mailed the same. It was taking almost 30-45mins to generate the bills. In my experience if there is no bill provided in a service centre like first choice there is no need for customer to pay a single penny. There was no estimate of the cost provided at the job acceptance. No response when called to ask for status. I have brought my Ford-Ikon(mc275) vehicle to this service center on 27th Feb 2015 as i had a accidental damage to the vehicle in close proximity.i was told i will have the vehicle delivered by saturday 28th feb 2015.However i have been called on saturday to collect ready vehicle at the outlet and sent back with promise to be delivered on monday. Finally i have taken my vehicle back on Tuesday[protected]. the headlamps which were replaced were not at all functional unlike the state i gave the vehicle in. The radiator connection was not even connected in the so called ready vehicle by Mr.kanakaraj. The charges communicated verbally as an estimate and that billed have been double, and have been charged exorbitant under itemized bill section. Mr.Kanakaraj has been very rude in communication and has disconnected the call multiple times trying to avoid expressing the delay . He is just avoiding facing customers when spoken about the quality of work carried out. The paint job carried out is of shoddy quality and has pores, scratches and dust inclusions. The scratches on the bonnet are still visible. But still had to pay for this as it was already done and charged Kindly take corrective action and see to it that i am provided justice as its hard earned money customers pay at your outlet.                   Dear all,
                  I am also one of you guys, First choice cheated me by fixing falthu shock absorber to my Zen in 10 months back, when I approached them to fix it, they are saying that it need to replace with new shock absorber. From past 1.6 years I might have paid them around 40K for servicing. time they will show some issue and now they are telling that issue some problem in Steering and Clutch plates etc.. Which costs close to 15K..! I never had any problem when I was in Bangalore and my regular check up was in Mandovi motors vijayanagar.Hardly I spent 7K that too engine oil and other small regular issues. But I would have get second hand car with money, which I paid to First choice.

                  There was no co-ordination between employees, they never clear your car properly.you need to go check and ask them to clean in/out car.

                  Please I'm seeking experts advise.

                    My car is under repair at mahindra first choice services ltd, Mohan Nagar ghaziabad workshop since September 10, 2014. till the date they are unable to deliver the vehicle. Today on October 20, 2014 they called me to take the delivery of the vehicle, I found that the ABS light is constantly 'ON' in the instrument panel after the engine is started, which means that the Anti-Lock Braking System is malfunctioning. Which is a very very crucial error to be occurred !!! This has happened when a severe road test have been done by the supervisors...! I am just shocked that, if they cannot do the work, why they have undertaken the responsibility. From where have they(MFCS) hired this type o[censored]nskilled supervisors and labour??? I sincerely request you to please take some necessary action against this. That why they have hired such an illiterate and unresponsible staff that they are just not serious about the concern.                       I am a Scorpio owner for the last 5 years. And I have barely done 40000 kms. In the last 5 years, I have shelled a few lakhs for fixing almost every other part in the vehicle. My air-con units have gone for surgery twice. And I shelled close to 30, 000 thousand. The recent surgery was done a week back. And today, the air-con unit stopped working. Mahindra is a complete con and the service centres are full of smooth-talking smart-asses who make money for the organisation by ripping off customers. I have washed my hands off Mahindra. I just can't wait to sell my Scorpio and move on to something better. Mahindra's 'Rise' is thanks to customers (prey) like me.

                          I have Hyundai I20 CRDI Asta, Registration Number PB65K 4488 Recently about 4 months ago, I got my car serviced from Mahindra First Choice Mohali. The service center was newly opened and I thought they will pay full attention to my car. I purchased the 2 service contract from them. Everything seemed good. I got my car back on time and everything was in place. But to my surprise one of the indicators in my car came the very next day, this never ever happened before (I always got my car serviced from Hyundai Authorised Dealer before). I called the Mahindra First Choice guys and they came to my office to pick the car and they fixed it in 4 hours, they said we missed something in the filters due to which the indicator started glowing. I didn't thought this to be a serious matter and my trust in Mahindra First Choice was still maintained as I thought anyone can make a small mistake so it was no big deal. Then 2 months later my car got accidented in which the chamber got broken and there was a dent on codriver side window. Mahindra First Choice sent the towing van and they took my car to their service center for repair. So once this got repaired and they came to deliver my car, there were lot of problems. 1) The rubbing on the handle was not done properly after painting it. 2) There was some whistling noise made by the car while engine was running. 3) My center locking was not working which was working after the accident. 4) The staring audio controls were not working. 5) The average of my car decreased drastically. It came to 12KMPL in city which was 17KMPL The accident was very minor and car was still in running condition and none of this problem was there. The only reason to tow the car was because the chamber was broken I thought it can make major impact on engine if we keep on driving it. I reported these problems to the Mahindra First Choice Service Center at Mohali and also reported the same in the feedback call I got from Mahindra Service call center. They fixed the first problem i.e. the rubbing of the handle. They had no idea about rest of the 4 problems. Their locking expert technician said he has never worked on i20 lock before. The Workshop Manager Mr. Om Prakash was very arrogant and rude in listening the problems and he was very much annoyed as I reported the problems to the call center. He didn't admitted any problem came after the service. When I asked him for an email id where I can officially lodge a complaint he said "you have already done that, I cannot give you any email ID". After this worst experience I just thought to forget this as a bad experience and going back to Hyundai Authorised dealer for all future things. The nightmare was not over yet. The most badly affected thing came up last Friday. I was travelling and a short circuit happened in the front of the car and some smoke started coming out. I stopped the car and called Hyundai Authorised Dealer (Joshi Hyundai, Mohali). They took the car to their service center with a towing van as after the short circuit the battery stopped working and the self start was not working. The first thing they asked was "whether I got my car washed from outside of agency in past few months". I told that I got an accidental repair in which they washed it too and got one service from Mahindra First Choice which is just located adjacent to Joshi Hyundai. Then they checked the ECM (Engine Control Module) and there was some drops of water in it due to which the short circuit happened. They said the only possibilty of going water in it is during the washing. They told that after washing it is compulsion to clean the ECM with hot air before starting the engine otherwise slowly and slowly it will damage the ECM and by the time we come to know about it, its too late. Now I have to pay 15-2000 INR minimum for the repair of this part and still dont know whether it will get repaired or not as they said they have sent it to their Delhi workshop because that part can get repaired there only. Now if it doesnt get repaired, I will have to get it new which costs about 47000 INR. The other 4 problems still remains (2) There was some whistling noise made by the car while engine was running. 3) My center locking was not working which was working after the accident. 4) The staring audio controls were not working. 5) The average of my car decreased drastically. It came to 12KMPL in city which was 17KMPL) The authorised dealer said they will first fix this ECM issue and then will work on rest of the problems. So conclusion is they dont know how to handle the modern cars. They can only manage their own Mahindra vehicles and the old Maruti 800 thats it. I would like to hear from Mahindra First Choice, what they have to say about my Nightmare and I want them to pay for the disaster they have done to my car. Once again I would like to say, donot go to Mahindra First Choice for servicing your car, they will make your life hell. Ankush +91 [protected]

                            Respected Sir, I, Ahasan Zama Khan, resident of Lucknow want to file a complaint for my vehicle mahindra Scorpio (UP 32 FA 9570). I have given the vehicle on 21st April, 2014 in workshop for repairment. Now it is almost six months and I have not yet got any progress about my vehicle repairment.                               My name is payal. My brother bought sx4 from mahindra's noida sector 63 branch by paying a handsome amount of rs. 5 lacks. At the time of purchase they said the car is certified on 118 points and has one year warranty on gear box and engine. After using it for two months, the battery of the car went dead. We changed it by giving 5k( what does quality check means i[censored] r providing us a soon to go dead battery in ur so called Certified Company? )
                              They very next day our car stopped working. We took the car to mahindra first choice and met sales head mr. Kirti( Biggest fraudster). You won't believe what they did...at first he laughed like anything as if he was showing us that we are actually conned. Then said we don't have any warranty on it and we have to pay rs. 1.5 lack to them in order to make our car work.
                              I m going to sue them and will take each and every step to get their market value beneath consumers shoes.
                              Never never ever buy from mahindra first choice. I had a word with top cop of the town
                              And was shocked when he told me that mahindra is a openly conning people. They focus on youngsters witj zero experience on technical knowledge on it.. I m a Media person and will not leave them so easily... This deal will prove to be their biggest mistake i promise. Can't see my brother in pain.

                                As we were 5 guys and 4 gals, it was quite a bit congested journey. I took the middle seat in the third row. After starting the journey, when we reached Ghat area, there commenced the problems with the new scorpio. We were only 3 people sitting in the third row, but the awful suspension really affected us.


                                I would like to call Mahindra Scorpio as an OK car, means its just OK. You cant get much good and will get decent. Story started when we went on a trip from Kottayam to Dhanushkodi. It was a new scorpio, the new one with lotus powered mHWAK engine.

                                But I never felt any discomforts and ruffle with it. That was a pleasant journey. But this time I felt really sick with Scorpio. Substandard interiors and crappy suspension. Not a good choice to select third row. Too much irritation prompted me to switch the seat. I took the drivers seat. My delirium with Mahindra and Scorpio has been sorted quite a little when

                                So I drove the remaining distance and took the front seat while return. Well in a nutshell, if your option is cosy convenient SUV, please dont go with Scorpio and if you really need some driving thrill, please here is scorpio.

                                  dear sir My vehicle number: TN07-AJ 1445 my vehicle Scorpio is having problem in ignition system, there was a warning message while driving the car even in less distance. i gave my car to get serviced in MPL Automobiles Agency Pvt ltd, gerugambakkam - chennai 91-[protected] workshop on[protected]. they examined the vehicle and inferred that, there is a problem in the dashboard wiring hardness and advice me for replacement. they asked me to pay an advance money of Rs.10000 to order the same on[protected]. they said they have placed the order and still they have not received the same. now almost 15 day have a elapsed and vehicle is idle. this is unfair on the part of the company to deal a customer to wait for long time. kindly look into the matter and send send the spare immediately to the workshop enabling them to repair the vehicle. a speedy action will be highly appreciated else i will take up the matter to consumer court for delay. srinivasan

                                    I have given my scorpio m hawk for servicing to kundan mahindra in chincwad last three months the service centre authrity is saying mahindra is not having d spare parts available with them if it is so that such a huge does not thier own spare products available for the last 2 months then i hope the should not bring any new modeels in d market when they r not having a customer satisfactiory products, when ever we call them they say it will be available in a week period, i hope d company is coming in a very bad condition & 8i would not ever refer anyone to purchase a vehicle of mahindra, the third grade service i have ever seen
