I have sent this below e-mail after lot of frustration as almost one year l did not drive my car due to AC and fed up of fake promises by Arslan and Harjit who are the employee of Mahindra First Choice in Andheri. As per agreement Mahindra first Choice gives 100% replacement guarantee if the compressor is collapsed and need to be replaced.

I am not happy with the service provided by you. I want you to personally involved in this issue and resolve this problem.

I bought this Skoda Fabia in last July 2013 and since then I am having problem with AC. I have launch the complaint on the first week when I bought this car in July 2013 and still this problem exist. I have taken this car to Andheri (E) dealer from where I purchase this car and Mr. Harjit & Arslan kept this car for 7-8 days couple of times and could not able to resolve the problem. After this situation I fly back to my work in US (without driving this cars). I hardly used my car since I bought due to this AC issue. Now I will be coming back in July and still the same problem exist.

I took this car to Skoda service last (August 2013) center (last time when I bought) and they advise me that Compressor is collapsed and need to be replaced. As the compressor was on guarantee period. Mahindra First Choice (customer care : Vishal Pandit) told me to take this car to ORIX garage in Marol and they said the same thing that compressor need to be replaced. Somehow I got a call from Arslan saying that, this will not be resolve in ORIX and I have to bring this car to Mahindra First Choice (Andheri) and we will repair this, due to fake promises by Mr. Harjit & Arslan I brought this car to Andheri First Choice and I have wasted several days there.

As I understand the Mahindra first Choice gives 100% replacement guarantee if the compressor is collapsed and need to be replaced. Now I want this replacement done in Skoda Showroom as last one year I am struggling with same issue and Mahindra Choice have done nothing to resolve this issue.

I don't want to deal with Mahindra choice representative in Andheri (East) (Mr. Harjit & Arslan) - I want this issue to be resolve in Skoda showroom only by Mahindra First Choice.
I am frustrated with their (Mr. Harjit & Arslan) promises and lies and not interested to deal with them again. I need resolution not promises.

As I don’t stay in India, since I bought this car I hardly driven this car due to AC issue as most of the time it was in the garage due to AC issue and most of the time I was not in India.

Last time when I launch the same complaint in Mahindra Choice and it was handled by Vishal Pandit (Contact # [protected]) and that time also (Mr. Harjit & Arslan) promised me for resolving all AC issue and replacing compressor but after that I fly to US and no issue was resolved. This time I need proper resolution and it should be done in Skoda service center only.
I have launched the complaint on your website and the number is MFCW[protected].

Presently I am not in India so please contact my brother Amol Pednekar [protected]. Presently the car is in JMD skoda service center.

As a team of Mahindar & Mahindra you should stand for your quality and promises that you make to your customers.
If this e-mail is wrongly addressed to you then please forward it to the proper concern person of Mahindra First Choice or CEO Mr. Nagendra Palle.

If the AC compressor will not be changed in next two days then I will take further legal action on Mahindra First Choice.

Even I am also facing the same issue, also logged the complaint with MFC customer care 2 days ago, but still haven't received any call back or email.

We need to come up with some rigorous and violent idea to bring all the MFC victims on a single and much larger platform that addresses their attention and the company finally wakes up to address its customers grievances.

    I had purchased a scorpio with the registration No.RJ 14 UD 4318 from Autoworld on 02-Apr-2014 and since then i have had exasperating experience with the dealer regarding services and other issues. (1) Within two months only, My vehicle had a breakdown on 13-Jun-2014, i called up at autoworld and the lady over there told me that you have to contact workshop @ sitapura and banged the phone. I thought it would have been better to take my numbers and she should have given it to someone in their workshop. She was missing on the basic courtesy. (2) I got the worskhop numbers and called at the workshop, the two gentlemen reached us @ 4, i asked them why the vehicle is not starting. He said i think there is something wrong with ignition mechanism, i asked him why should anything happen to ignition mechanism in the first 2 months only. He said we have to take it to workshop and we will let you know, after giving me the receipt. I said since your workshop is on outskirts almost 25 Kms away from my place, i will require drop services also. If my vehicle is going to a workshop which is right in the other corner, i have to hire a cab @ 500-600 Rs or if i take my other car to pick this vehicle i have to spend 2 litres fuel, 2 hours and i have to take a person along. I do not intend to punish myself for giving my car to workshop and pay heavy charges for company's fault, i mean this ignition mechanism, which i have got nothing to do with.. He said we will let you know and gave me Mr.Pinakin Dikshit's number. I kept on trying his numbers but he did not pick his mobile. (3) The vehicle was taken away around 2 and since then i had no information, no phone calls, no message was sent about the vehicle reaching workshop or something. I kept waiting, in the evening i get this message from my GPS that my vehicle is not traceable. I called them up, phones went no reply. I waited for 14th morning. No call from their side. Around 10.30 i called them up to know about the vehicle. Mr. Singh picked up the phone and said vehicle has been serviced, ignition mechanism has to be changed and we will inform you...waited for them...never got the information about what oil has been changed, what parts have been changed.. Will i be charged or not...no permission sought, no information given. I kept on calling them. (4) In the evening around 4, i called them and was informed my vehicle has gone for washing and i will be charged 2400 rs for the oil change and i have to come and fetch my vehicle all the way from my place. I think Mahindra should look into the post sales service also, the way HONDA does.Autoworld people should show more hospitality and should try and understand the client. After spending 13 Lacs, you would not expect your car to brreak-down in the first two months. On the top of it you would not like to hear "it must have been your fault" for your innocent questions like why it must have happened? I seriously feel that something needs to be done about this Care-Free attitude of employees and dealer. It causes lot of mental stress apart from draining out your hard earned money.

      I brought i10 car on 2 May 2014. from Auto Trade, Sr. No.21/5, opp
      coloumbia Asia Hospital, Nr. HDFC Bank, Kharadi Bypass road Pune -
      411014 Maharashtra [protected].

      Let me share my experience with dealer, which is worst than pathetic.

      1. I didn't get any Mahindra Engineers checks copy for given CAR.
      Which 118 checks you have been performed ? does that include stepney check ?

      2. Spare tyre (or stepney) is not checked, when I checked stepney on 7
      May 2014 it was completely air less (Puncture).

      I booked my car on 27 April 2014 and got delivery on 2 May 2014. In
      between 5 days what check has been performed that also I doubt. If
      such a service we get from your authorized dealer then I cant
      trust Mahindra Brand. You guys making fool other people for their
      needs.

      When I called concerned person on his mobile for asking him about
      delivery checks, he is telling me about taking help from RSS
      system.Does this mean, dealer has no responsibility at all? How can I
      trust I am getting all vehicle parts as per first customer given ? I
      doubt if they replace or play with accessories ?

      I checked on Internet and there are so many complaints because of such
      service provided by your AUTHORIZED dealer.

      On what basis you choose your dealers? and most important do you
      really care about customers ? or your target is just to fool the
      customers by taking their money ?

      I hope you still have some ethics in you and you will take some
      serious actions on such pathetic service. At least I got the
      experience that never go towards Mahindra in future as well as aware
      people about your golden service.

            I have a Mahindra Scorpio which had caught a fire some time in Sept last year. It has taken close to 5 months to get the vehicle ready at Silver Jubilee Motors in Pune due to unavailable parts. For this delay, I was promised compensation from Mahindra CCM (Sourabh Gupta); which never happened till date. Post this disastrous experience, I was completely shocked when the workshop technician had an accident with my car when he was taking a final trial. Without checking, the workshop just gave me the car which I happily took away as I was getting it after 5 long months. This incident happened at 12.30 am and I left for Mumbai. The next discovery was even more shocking; the car had a faulty alternator and this caused the battery to drain out. So, I was stranded with my 60 yr old father on Pune Mumbai Expressway at 1am! Finally we towed the car with highway assistance from M/s IRB and the towing charges till Nerul costed us another INR 5000. Next morning, finally, the car was towed off to G3 Motors in Nerul where they charged us another bomb of INR 15000 to service the alternator; again this was an expense that we had to bear due to negligence on part of Silver Jubilee Motors. Finally, when I took the delivery of the vehicle I got to know that the rear wheel assembly was damaged from the accident impact. It has been a complete disaster to experience with this service history. I have spent more than INR 1.00 lakh but still I have not received the delivery of my car in full working condition. Is there some kind of customer value within this organization? I would like to highlight that I am also posting this message on the Customer Complaints Forum of Consumer Courts.

              My name is Sanjay, I bought a Maruti Swift Dezire VDI from your showroom Drs Car Company (Oppt. Kali Mata Mandir & Ring road Mall Deepali Pitampura - Delhi) on 27th March 2014.
              The price quoted by the showroom was Rs 4, 40, 000 and I was told that it would be in a warranty for the six months and if I got any problem it would be resolved. After that I did not respond to them and then they offered me the car at Rs 3, 90, 000 and I bought at this price.

              When I made payment I was given a cash slip for Rs 3, 40, 000 only and they were saying that due to tax & Vat issues they did that.

              After payment got received by them they told me there would not be any warranty for your car as you have paid less amount. Many arguments went through but no result actually had came up.

              This is my story.I could even purchase car from the local dealer, I bought this just because of the tag ‘Mahindra’ as I had had trust in it that there would be nothing wrong in this.

              But now I do feel that Mahindra has nothing to do with the brand value and it is worst brand ever.

              In the coming future I will never go with this brand.

              If you do feel that something went wrong with me actually then do reply or contact me else no problem it has lost its brand value in my eyes and probably in others too.

              I am not going to be silent, I am going to put this on social media platforms facebook, twitter, you tube, google+ everywhere, and will expose the hidden ulterior mask of Mahindra and will show to the people how they are being fooled by this so called brand MAHINDRA.

              And I will definitely take legal action against them so that this never happens to someone else.

              At last this brand actually turned up as a high shop vapid food :(

                sir, i have been using mahindra scorpio M2DI brought from karnataka agencies mangalore six years back without any major repairs. now i have kept my vehicle in karnataka agencies mangalore for complaint of engine getting overheated. after 3 days the agency people are saying that the engine has to be repaired saying the fourth valve is cracked and hence the coolent from the radiator started entering the engine. now they are claiming an estimate of Rs.25, 000/= it is hardly run 60000km, i asked the manager of the company to give th details of the problem they have still not informed if this is the game plan you choose, how can we be confident of purchasing vehicle from your company it is high time to exchange my vehicle where the negotiation are going on, you can also find out from Mr cheriyan from karnataka agencies.hence i kindly request you to solve my problem. regards, krishnaraj [protected]@yahoo.com

                  I debraj nandi, buy a new mahindra lx scorpio and vehical no is wb51a6317 from royal motor kolkata.But within the warrenty period engine damaged. And my vehical is laying at service center at barrasat from 11/01/14 for replacement of engine. But till date engine is not replaced .I don't know the reason.
                  Pls look into the matter, and replace the engine

                    I got my car repaired at Mahendra First choice workshop in Bellandur. There were 2 invoices, one of which was [protected] and job card 59950 It was the worst experience I have ever had at any car workshop. 1) To start off the attitude of the paint shop department supervisor (rakesh) was anti customer. He clearly stated that it does not matter what the customer relation manager told me, if you want to get the car repaired it will be at his terms. 2) the plastic part that holds the fuel cap with the fuel tank was cut. This was cut by Rakesh to match the color. 3) I paid for a full interior cleaning (full interior enrichment) but the car came out worse than before! The dashboard now has white marks and the fabric has come out from the door side panel because of manhandling while cleaning. To top it all I was told someone will pick the car to get these things fixed and if I could please wait as there was an AC repair camp going on. I cooperated and now it's been more than 6 weeks but no one has come or called!

                      Today I have very bad experiece at MFCS at coimbatore. Just for wheel alignment and water wash they initially promised to deliver in 3 hrs but I waited 8 hours in service center to get my car back. The rate for labour was very very high. After checking my head lights they said 2 parking lights got fused and they replaced it with new bulbs. But after service Headlights were not glowing. I dont know how they checked and replaced. My kind advice is please check the bill one or two times for each item they included becase there is a change that they add same entry double times.

                      Today, the floor supervisor met me directly and felt sorry for the delay caused on their side and also they replaced the bulb with free of cost. He also promised me to keep the punctuality for all the customer going forward. I feel really good they they come up with this initiative.

                        I have purchased a Scorpio VLX HAWK BS3 special edition on 11/06/2010. CHASSIS NO. MA1TA2HANA2E43477 E. NO. HAA4E33006 Since day one the free services as per our buying agreement were conducted very badly due to which we chose to service the vehicle from private garages. Since over a year the inner cabin lights are not in working order. This is the third time that we have been told that 'because your vehicle is special edition, certain parts such as the bulb is not available with us and we cannot help you. Try to get it fixed from any one out side.' With an attitude such as this we have started to believe that buying a special edition has been a mistake. The vehicle no doubt is an excellent one but the servicing crew are either not trained or bothered about satisfying us. We wish to know where and how can the vehicle minor issues can be resolved.

                          Dear Sir, Referring to the subject cited above, I would like to draw your personal kind attention that after repeated maintenance of my Scorpio bearing Regd. No. OR-01-N- 5005 in your authorized workshop at Balasore, the problems mentioned below are never being solved & not properly taken care to solve the defects. Details of defect are noticed since long are mentioned below. PREVIOUS COMPLAINS WHICH WERE NOT SOLVED 1. Starting Problem. 2. Auto cruise not functioning since long, even after changing of a new unit. 3. Auto starts not functioning since long. 4. No start (After adjusting the gear from backward to forward, it may start). 5. Front Door left hand side not responding, even after closed. 6. Driver side Lucking system not functioning when rain or after water servicing. 7. Closing/opening of 04nos door not operating properly. 8. Rear wiper water-system not functioning. 9. No beef sound after locking- unlocking the vehicle with remote key. 10. Very unusual sounds & vibrations come from back side seats & body when vehicle is in rough road. ( Balasore town road) 11. Roof color of the vehicle damaged from the day I received the vehicle (I have paid 02times for the same color work) & after frequent complaint, your workshop treated the same by touch up 3times, but still the same problem is there. And your workshop every time assures me to solve the problem. MY REQUEST Provide me the Work History done by your workshop. I would therefore request you to direct your staff to take proper care to solve the defects noticed in my car. Thank you.

I tried to call him (Rajesh) many times but his phone never gets picked up. If picked up then get disconnects suddenly. As expected. The Scorpio is further deteriorating with following more issues: 1. Front Right door stopped locking with remote (Remote locking problem was resolved 3 months ago) 2. Cruise Control was fixed 3 months ago but recently during my trip to Ahmedabad, I tested it and found not working. 3. Wiper assembly is very stiff and doesn’t fit the glass properly. I was told that it is made like that so that it should not hit the wind-screen. However, I tested on a new Scorpio and found that the service advisor was trying to befool me. 4. Previously reported: Spare Tyre Sensor is not working at all. 5. Previously reported: Fuel tank starts leaking when the fuel is filled above 80%. My car’s next service is due and I am not keen to take it to G3 Motors. Pls suggest a more reliable and sincere service centre. Unfortunately, couldn’t help it as I was taking the car with me for seven days on a long drive. So only thing I did was never to fill the tank more than 70% of the capacity. [ This problem was fixed in last 15-20 days only. PS: I want you to have a look at the problem history and repeated fix done by G3 Motors. Following are the list of issues for which it has visited your service centre multiple times(apart from regular service) since I bought it in July 2012. Service centre visits so far until Aug’13: • Fan belt screeching noise while starting • Horn Dead one by one both • Charcoal from Driver Window glass came out stopping the move of glass • Wiper assembly & Motor • Tyre Sensor • Side Mirror Buttons misplaced • Door Locking mechanism; no remote locking Awaiting next visit to Fix followings since 10 Sept (the list is increasing day by day); why can’t they check and ensure that it should not come to service centre prior to scheduled service: • Scuff Plates all rusted still not replaced • Wiper Still vibrates despite fix and change of new Wipers • Hazard Light not working since last service • Cruise Control not working since last service • One Horn Died again • Engine Makes loud Humming Noise (probably some sensor gone faulty) • Washer Liquid doesn't come out When I asked that please provide me a list of all the visits I was told to logon to your website; where I can’t find details of many visits. I expect that for every visit they should issue a paper work stating what they have fixed or replaced something so that I know what was done. (I am getting this for my VW; whenever it goes to service centre so that I know what the service centre has done on it) Therefore sir, I am kindly requesting you to look into the matter seriously so that I can gain my pride in owning Scorpio and be boastful about that.                                   my name is amit kumar from vasant kunj, i give my car Zen (DL9CE 3828) cherry color for services and some little repairs in the month of approx first week of May 2013 to mahindra first choice, they told me that they will give me my car in a week and told me the expenditure of paint, Tyre, some repairs, and servicing approx 30, 000 that was out of my budget, so told them to do service and normal work, after 15 days i contacted them (mr RAFi) superivosor he said that it will take some more time i dont know what they were doing at that time? after that i had been to mumbai for my some office work, when i came back i called him he did not talked me properly and said battery is charged pls wait for some time, i been to mahindra first choice for asking the bill details they give me the bill of rs 30000 i was surprised for normal service and repairs without denting or painting or tyres, they changed lots of small smal parts and lots of things without asking me, they give me the bill of 30000 where my car resale value is 40000, i told them that i will make payment by cheque, they said after clearing the cheque we will give you car, i gave them cheque but i could not arrange money funds insufficient, when i was having mony i called to them but they always said we will give you after 2 days, the thing is that from the first month i am calling them whenever i had money they told me for call back of he will revert me i never gt any call from any body, even i tried to call higher authorizes of this company they even said we will talk to supervisor, then my friend suggested me that give me your another car take this car then filled a complaint, i gave them y Skoda octavia they kept that car and gave me my zen they said battery is low, they gave me a copy of bill i saw lots of things they didnt even touched these were mention in my car, after going home i gave battery to the charging shop then they said its non operational batterty need to purchase new one i was having warranty card i know my battery is under warranty when i reached there on battery shop the shop owner said that is not the same battery which i gave you the serial no is different then i came to know they (mahindra first choice) even changed my battery that was not having backup it was useless battery is not working, then i complaint to first choice that u have stolen/changed my battery i will complaint then they said they gave me a new battery, they changed my HORNS my horn was working properly my friend gifted me from abrod, window machine repair was not done but mention in bill of both window, mud flap not installed but mention in bill, mount in not done but mention in bill, labor charges added 3 times in bill, Wiper shampoo lots of things is there they have added here i cannot describe and one more thing i told supervisor first choice that ac is not working please look to that also at the starting time on giving of car (GAS was not there coz my friend having own work shop he told me there are different types of numbers AC gases which was in my car that was not avilable in vasant kunj) i was shocked when i saw that they changed parts and oil of AC so that they can fill the common ac gas, these are making fool of people they changes the even that is working they make billl i request to mahindra please make it right bill, and my another car skoda is there without doing any thing they made bill of 6000, i will suggest to all car holders that never use this mahindra first choice you give your car to company or any local mechanic, my email id is [protected]@yahoo.co.in

                                    I have made the worst decision of my life by buying a used passat in 2011 through Mahindra First Choice - JKM Auto! They sold me a faulty car and i have spent close to 2 lac on it since i purchased it. The last 2 years, i have spent more than 2 lacs changing fuel injectors, sensors, various parts, etc. Now they are saying the automatic gearbox is also affected and will take 2.5 lacs investment. It is going crazy. I blame the seller who sold me the crap car, even Volkswagen themselves are not geared to handle the various complaints. The seller confirmed that he will reimburse me for all repairs, but vanished within 2 months. I have faced so many problems i have sworn never to go into a Mahindra First Choice showroom again. I now i have learnt that the dealer JKM has committed some fraud and got arrested. I have nowhere to go now.

                                      My Scorpio Automatic - RJ-14-UC-0336 (CH No. B2J26750) in the name of Ms. Gouri Bhattacharya Major Service Dt. 31/8/2013 at Auto World Workshop Sitapura, Jaipur My Scorpio Automatic was sent for service on 3108213 at Auto World. I had spoken to Mr Anshul Chouhan ([protected]) regarding the work to be undertaken and had specifically mentioned that the TT Display is not working; the same was communicated by Mr Arif who took the vehicle. In the evening i receive call from Mr. Anshul regarding the Job completion and vehicle ready. I again categorically inquired about the Cleaning & Electronic display - as this complain was not attended on my previous service also. The vehicle was delivered the same evening around 8 pm by Mr Arif when I checked the vehicle the next day TT display was not working out of curiosity I checked the spar wheel the same was dirty and my first reaction was that they have not even cleaned my vehicle on checking further I noticed that this wheel was not same as the other 4, I checked the manual to clear my doubt as to is the spar wheel given by the company not Alloy. My doubts turned to horror I tried calling Mr Anshul but he did not response.As my wheel was changed. On close examination the vehicle was dirty from inside the Air Filter which was changed was dumped on the peach colored matting which left the black strain also the oil changed contained was dumped along side. In all even the basic cleaning from inside was not undertaken. This is my second BAD experience with service issues but now it has gone a step further as they have changed and replaced the Alloy Wheel Today I regret the decision of owning Mahindra Vehicle as I have 3 other Maruti Vehicles for the past 6 years and the Service and customer care is outstanding. I know I have incurred loss on my vehicle as Mahindras slogan of RISE is just the opposite. Note : I have not received the payment receipt or the job history details till now, At time of writing this mail. I was informed that the server is down and I will receive the mail Monday morning detailing the Job undertaken and Cost (I have paid Rs. 5238.00 to Mr. Asif) Hope Mahindra takes corrective measures so that no other customer is harassed in future.                                         i given my scorpio for service gundiy vst on 23aug2013 they give bill amt rs 10391.im paid entire amount.they onlhy change rear break shoes .after im taking myveichle .my veichle was have the same complaint.they put lot of extra charges my god i saw my bill no one can observe the bill ,breake lining cost rs 1572,labor cost rs 1260,im in motor business only i never seen in my life like this .
