i have a scorpio model june 2006, there's a big hole came up recently on driving side door, u can actually see the inner of door, earlier it was just small bubbles we thought its a paint problem but now there is a proper hole there. company says its rust problem they cant help it, but why dont it happen to other cars , i have cars older than this , its jus 3.5 yrs old car ...all other doors are also in same condition , mr kohli from mahindra called me up and say he can only offer some discount on labour charges ....i have been to their showroom on rama road delhi and saw lot of cars there with same problem....company dont wana accept that its a major fault in their painting process......look at the pictures n judgeyourself

YOUR SCORPIO IS 3.5 YEARS OLD BUT MY SCORPIO IS 2 YEARS OLD WITH RUSTING DOORS I HAD CONTACTED MORE THEN 20 TIMES AND DEALER(JAYA LAKSHMI MOTORS RAJAHMUNDRY ) TOOK PHOTOS ALSO SAID ITS TECHNICAL PROBLEM YOUR PROBLEM WILL BE SOLVED IN 4/5 DAYS AS SOON AS WE RECEIVE REPLY FROM MAHINDRA WE WILL CONTACT YOU ITS NEARLY 5 MONTHS BUT NO REPLY.MAY BE THEIR IS MAJOR TECHNICAL FAULT AT MAHINDRA PAINTING SECTION AND THE ARE NOT ACCEPTING.

    Recently I gave my scorpio vehicle for clutch plate replacement at India Garaga service centre bangalore. They corrected the probelm but in doing that someone from the service has mis-handled the seat covers and now its torn at a lot of places. Now, when I complain and ask for re-placement OR re-embursement for the same they are just playing a blame game and not responding properly.
    Its been a worst experience with the people involved.
    Please suggest how to handle these guys. It there a mahindra complaints cell where I can register my complaint and get the re-embursement. Already I have spent a lot on the vehicle for clutch plate replacement and can't take such mis-behaviors.
    Service Centre does not take care of the vehicle properly

    Recently I gave my Scorpio Vehicle No.OR-02-AP-9000 for service at Utkal Automobiles, Bhubaneswar, Orissa. They corrected the problem but in doing that someone from the service have mis-handled the seat covers and now it’s stain at a lot of places. It’s been a worst experience with the people involved.

      I AM JUBIN
      PLACE :GOA
      On 27th june 2009, I bought a brand new Mahindra scorpio SLE with M hawk engine.
      On 3rd february 2010 my vehicle covered 15,891 kms.I did a regular service of 15,000 kms
      With complains
      # ENGINE LIGHT ON
      # A/C NOT COOLING
      # ENGINE POOR PICKUP
      # TURBO LEAKING
      # DIFFERENCIAL LEAKING
      All complains were attended , turbo was repaired , differencial was resealed & several fuses were replaced as per the service adviser
      Today 15th february 2010 12 days later the same problems reoccured
      # ENGINE LIGHT ON
      # A/C NOT COOLING
      # ENGINE POOR PICKUP
      # TURBO LEAKING
      # DIFFERENCIAL LEAKING
      With this I don’t think I will trust mahindra

      WELL WELCOME TO MY WORLD I HAVE ENGINE LIGHT COME GOES INTO LIMP MODE NO POWER BOUGHT A MAHINDRA SCORPIO NEW MODEL AUTOMATIC .THEY NOW PUTTING NEW GEAR BOX NOT EVEN A MONTH OLD.NEVER BUY ANOTHER MAHINDRA !!!

        I own a Mahindra Scorpio, Model - 2007, CDRe, Regn No TN20 AP 2005. I had given a complaint on 08.02.2010 to your customer care, Mumbai. Even after the complaint registered against V.S.T Auto Agency, Chennai. They have not delivered the vehicle yet. Instead they have sent another quotation demanding Rs.58,665/- for servicing and replacing parts. This annoying attitude of your authorized dealer V.S.T Auto Agency forcing us to take legal action towards the manufacturer and V.S.T.Auto Agency, Chennai.
        If we don’t receive written reply from your side, we will file case in consumer court, Chennai against the manufacturer, Mahindra & Mahindra and V.S.T Auto Agency, Chennai, authorized dealer of Mahindra & Mahindra for harassing us as your consumer.

        I own a Mahindra Scorpio, Model - 2007, CDRe, Regn No TN20 AP 2005. Initially the vehicle had problems such as Self-Start does not work properly, low pick up, oil service, suspension issue etc.,. The vehicle has been repaired & serviced at VST Auto Agency Limited, Chennai, Mahindra authorized service centre at Chennai on from 29.12.2009 to 12.01.2010 (15 days).
        During the service they have changed/repaired lot of parts including wheel alignment, power window, suspension bush, oil etc. and invoiced of Rs.31,426/- including the service. Even after service, all the problems persisted with more additional problems such as
        • self-start not working properly and
        • have to wait for at least 5 minutes to raise the accelerator,
        • lot of vibration and steering shake at high speeds,
        • Power window failure,
        • Window beading thrown away. They have not changed the beading. Instead, they said to change the beading after 2 weeks (due to lack of stock) by paying Rs.350 additionally.

        Is this is the way you do service?

        In the mean time, the vehicle got struck in midnight and I met thorny situation. The vehicle has gone just 2700kms after service. A voice alarm sounded “Oil low” indicating low oil. When I communicated with India Garage 24 hrs center, after inspecting Muffler, air filter and engine base they confirmed that no oil present and also no leakage was seen. This shows that no oil replacement was done at the time of service which we have paid. It was said that the complaint rose because of low oil pressure and they said it will resolve by filling 6 lts of oil paying 1,284/-. We were on the highway till 3.00am with India Garage representative.

        When we enquired about the issues, the response was very poor. I gave the vehicle back to VST Auto Agency Limited for the solving the above said complaint. The Works Manager, Mr.Mohan (cell:[protected]) said after 85,000kms, oil has to be replaced for every 4000kms. Is this the Quality of Mahindra Scorpio? Till now they were unable to identify the problem and the vehicle is with VST Auto Agency Limited. If this is the way how VST Auto Agency Limited work, it is very unsatisfactory, annoying & unprofessional way of working. Why should the customer suffer for the issues unresolved. I am looking forward for a refund of Rs 31,426 + Rs 1284 (oil charges) + Rs.50,000 as compensation for harassing me as a customer. Apart from this I spend Rs.2000/- per day for my travel to office. This Rs.2000 per day till I get my vehicle back also should be borne by the company “Mahindra or Mahindra’s Authorized” who ever is responsible. I will not take my vehicle back until I get proper and precise explanation on the same with compensation. Orelse I have to take this issue leagally.

        Also I have paid the sum of Rs.60,000/- for extended warranty for up to 1,00,000kms. Still we are in 87,380kms only. Then, what is the purpose of having Extended Warranty?

        If this situation continues, “Mahindra” brand name will get spoiled because o[censored]nprofessionalism of your AUTHORIZED Service stations.

        sir,
        i bought new mahindra scorpio on last month january 2010 when invoices happen and i take delivery of my scorpio sudden we will see that the bonat of the vehicle is damaged and we shud complaint it wid the general manager and sales executive of ralas motors
        they will assure us that we will change ur vehicle bonat as soon as possible but at till date we have not received any phone calls regarding this even i have call more than five times to him/her for change of my bonat
        please do me a favour and do it something positively for me as soon as possible
        i m not satisfied wid the mahindra
        Sir, i have scorpio M hack 2009 model no. PB 13V00 83. on May 14 there was a starting problem in my Car. and i called to Sandeep Moters Patiala ( Where i have Purchased my vehical and i usually go for Service). there service head harveer told me we can't attend your complaint today your vehical hs problem in self and it's in a warranty so you can't repair from local mecanic. you will come on monday we will help you. when i reached there on monday at 9.45 AM they started to open self. but at 12.30 they told me the whole self needs repair and we have no electrion so you pay for electrian we repair it from outside. but at 4.00 clock they first told me its not in warrant . when i told whole matter to service head he refused me to change it. he told me we have no self and no any part of self in stock. so you leave it now and came after one week we ordered for self. sir i request you ask Sandeep Moter to Store parts of vehicals there and don't harrash coustomers.please attend my complaint as early as possible. i can't stop my vehical for a week.

        DISAPPOINTMENT
        My vehicle (Mahindra Scorpio Ex) purchased from Brajesh Automobiles Pvt. Ltd Purnia, Bihar on 10.12.2011. It has major problem in clutch system. 1 st. clutch was burned with pressure plate and speed sensor due to mechanical fault and then changed on 30.04.2012 after 4 month only at Mahindra servicing center G.L. motors, Deoghar, Jharkhand by bill no. RBD13A000325. Again after nearly 400 km run clutch plate burned and changed at Brajesh automobile, Purnia on 6.5.2012 by bill no 1511 dated 6/5/2012. Today only after 150 km run clutch plate is giving smell. I am feeling it is more when in reverse gear. Please consider the problem for the reputation of company and customer satisfaction.

          Gearbox issues

          I have a new Oct 2009 Scorpio. It’s only 6000 Kms done and has a peculiar gearbox problem. Every time I visit the authorized service center, they end up doing some clutch adjustment and the problem comes back again. Is this an overall design fault or an heads up for a bigger issue, do we have to change the gearbox? I have also called the Mahindra customer service and requested a call back from a Mahindra engineer, but never got a call,...

          I am facing issues with Suspension for several months and no response from Mahindra as of date. the service center has been changing Suspension bush every 5000 km. i did not face this issue until 30000 km, but after the first time the suspension was services due to issue the bushed wear out every 5K.

            AS I HAVE REQUESTED THE COMPANY'S REP,SO MANY TIMES ( YOU CAN GO THROUGH MY REPEATED E-MAILS). ACCORDING TO ALL THE OLD DATES.BUT TILL DATE THEY ARE JUST MAKING ME FOOL BY TELLING THAT YOUR JOB WILL BE DONE .
            NOW THEY ARE TELLING THAT YOU HAVE TO PAY, HALF OF THE AMOUNT.I have informed Mr salloudin,(the Company's rep ) by email ,about that very same day but till date there is no reply from them.So,now I am submitting my complaint to you for your kind and suitable

            INITIAL AND HUMBLE REQUEST TO TEAM MAHINDRA ; NO: 1
            I had purchased i10 magna on13 may 2009 from Mahindra FIRST CHOICE, since then I am facing little problems in car and from the day one I am telling concerned persons about problems but they are not listening and always telling lies. While selling the car they were telling Sir, don’t worry about any thing we r here.

            (1)They told to fit new bumpers as old bumpers were having cracks on them, but they have repainted them and put them back, when i told them that these are not new they told you don’t know anything, Tell us that you want to purchase car or not(that moment I started writing application for re- imbursement of Rs10,000 which I had paid ,but I had made up my mind to buy so I didn’t and accepted that(that paper on which I was writing application , is still with me.

            (2) Committed for 4 speakers, fitted only 2 that to, 1 is not working from that day (I have, in written, by the , then branch manager in his writing what are the things they committed to do)

            (3) Remote of mp3 not working

            (4) Head light and newly fitted fog lamps are not working

            (5) Lied about gas tank capacity (9 kg) tank, but only 6.35kg is going

            (6) Gas is leaking; heavy smell is coming inside the car.

            (7) Suspensions noisy

            (8) Showing high rpm , Starting problem, Belt noise is coming when starting engine.

            .THESE TYPES OF PROBLEMS ARE THERE .They were not ready to rectify these problems and when i told them that i will write to your head office about this then they told that give us three days time then we will let you know. Today is seventh day and just now i spoke to the concerned person he told i will call you after 20 minutes and again there was no call. so i called him again then he told that few works will be done but you have to pay and you have to leave the vehicle for 2-3 days then i will see what can be done. Otherwise speak to my manager Mr. Nit in no [protected] .Their is no reply from his no tried 3 times continuously. I HAVE PAID 3.7 LACS FROM MY HARD EARNED RETIRMENT MONEY AS I AM AN EX DEFENCE PERSON.PLEASE LET ME KNOW THAT WHETHER I HAD PAID THIS MONEY TO SEE THIS DAY OR FOR MY COMFORT. I am very much worried as i don’t have time to go again and again for this purpose to MAHENDRA FIRST CHOICE AS now I am working with a private firm and unable to get leave.

            It seems that this is a regular practice at Mahindra First Choice showrooms because after my repeated mails, I HAVE NOT GOT ANY ACKNOWLEDGEMENT yet, from any of the representative of such a big and reputed company named ""Mahindra First Choice"". Atleast, someone from the concerned department should revert back, so that, I will come to know that some one has gone through my requests which I have forwarded to the company for a
            Remedy. The company has a separate help desk, but, it is not helping any one, who is in trouble because of the people, employed by the company.

At that time they told , it is not visible ,we will see , no problem ( As usual) . And now this is very much required here because of strict checking by the police people.

            I am still waiting for your call, as you told me, that I will call you in two minutes as there was another call for you, that fine day.

            DEAR Mr Salauddin,

            Your service engineer and Mr. Dubey came to me and accessed the things here
            and told me that they will talk to Mr. NITIN, they called me after a day and told me that
            only Rs1000/- can be given to complete all the jobs .So, I asked them that only bumpers
            couldn't be changed with that money .Then they told we will talk to the Manager. After that
            day there is no call from them .
            Today, I have enquired from service manager, then he told that he has been directed
            not to call you .So, I am writting to you .Now, please let me know that your company
            is ready to do the job or not. Its very long waiting upto now .
            If you are the person from your company, who is looking after the grievances of the
            Customers, then you only, have to satisfy them. And if, someone else is there, please let me

            This is my fifth mail to MAHINDRA FIRST CHOICE regarding the problems I am facing with my car .

            I am not getting any satisfied reply from any member of team MAHINDRA FIRST CHOICE till date. Its almost five months now. I don't know what is the reason behind this . I am really astonished and shattered too, with this type of behaviour of such a reputed company with her CUSTOMERS. Really, now its the height of tollerance for anybody.

            One main thing which I forgot to mention in my previous mails is about the CNG plate which should be there, somewhere near the gas kit inside the engine cabin (fitted by an authorised dealer ) is not there .This is already in the notice of your company's rep's , right here in Ahmedabad . At that time they told , it is not visible ,we will see , no problem ( As usual) . And now this is very much required here because of strict checking
            by the police people.
            I am still waiting for your call, as you told me, that I will call you in two minutes as there was another call for you, that fine day.

              hello sir,
              i own a mahindra scorpio 2.4 which was bought about 2 years back .my vehicle no is KA-19-Z-4461 purchased from karnataka agencies - mangalore. at d time of purchase i was very much excited but i am sorry 2 say that in these 2 yrs it has turned into disappointment both from d side of d car & dealer . very recently i had kept d vehicle 2 rectify d ac coil problem at the time of preparing d job sheet d service personal over there said that approx cost would come up to 5000 bugs but to my surprise when i went 2 collect my vehicle i found that d bill had cum up to 12500 bugs and when questioned about it d dealer was not able to give me a proper reply . this is 1 of such incidents which has occured a quite of lot times , no proper job sheet is prepared when we keep our vehicles 4 service ,complaints r taken down in a piece of paper . i am disappointed 2 say this but in future i would never suggest any1 to buy this vehicle . i hope u look into matter & do d needfull

                I keep receiving sms from TA-MFCWL for Mahindra First Choice Grand Exchange Carnival every week. It asks to call Bhumika motors at [protected]. I already own a Scorpio and not interested in any exchange. I called the above number to request to remove my name from the sms list. In response i got a thoroughly improfessional person who did not have any sense of how to talk with customers. He said what is the problem if i received an sms? Simply go ahead and delete it? is this how Mahindra treats its customers???? Disgusting behavior and not sure why Mahndra hires such people and especially promotes their phone numbers to existing or new customers

                  I own a Mahindra Scorpio, Model - 2007, SLX , Regn No DL4CB 1965. The vehicle had a problem that it swayed to the left and had a lot of vibration and steering shake at high speeds. The vehicle has been repaired at Sterling Automobiles, Mahindra authorised service centre at Gurgaon. The company changed a lot of parts included back rods and after a total spend of rs 22000 was done including the service. Since the problem still persisted, I took the vehicle back to them. After which they sauid that an alignment needs to be done and I said I have already got it done from outside...They said that we only approve our own Wheel alignment. They did wheel alighnement and again charged Rs 900 and said that there was a problem in the axel and that also needs to be changed. Now since I did not trust them anymore hence got the axel changed at another authorised centre. However the problem still persisted and I gave the vehicle back to Sterling Motors Gurgaon for rectification and service. The service done was pathetic as the mileage of the vehicle reduced to 7 kms per liter, the fog lamps stopped working. Now for the main problem, they said I need to give the vehicle back for 2 days. I gave the vehicle to Sterling Motors, Gurgaon again on 28/10/2009 for the same. They called me a bit later that the brake shoes of the vehicle is not fine and ghence before rectifying that we would not be able to work on the vehicle. I said I dont want to spend any money at your service centre anymore and that I am really frustrated with the same. On this they said that tehy can help it. The test drive of the vehicle will only be done once the repairs are done as required by them.

                  I am a really frustrated customer and would want to take this matter legally up.

                  Just to reiterate, teh problem of the vehicle that it was bubbling and tyres vobbling were identified by my road side mechanic that it was an axel problem. I am stil surprised why Mahindra (Sterling Motors) took 2 weeks to identify that problem along with a billing of Rs 22000...The problem was identified witgh naked eye by our mechanic just by seeing the vehicle. Are the service guys employed at Sterling Motors are people who I think lear to repair the vehicle there iyself and need proper qualifiucations which I think is lacking. The service is bizarre, employees there are pathetic as if they are doing a favour to you by repairing your vehicle.

                  I am looking forward for a refund of Rs 22000 + Rs 1000 (wheel alignment) + rRs 27000 as compensation for harassing me as a customer.

                    i had filed a case as last solution for may Scorpio (my dream car which turned into night mare ).In CONSUMER COURT and as i was right i won the case but its really sad to see that knowing the they are wrong they are still condemning the court and trying to guide us wrong . I HAD TALKED TO HIGHER OFFICIALS LIKE MR. PRANAV who further gave me no. of mr. SUMAN ([protected])I tried to contact him but he never picked up the phone nor he called back ....
                    its really sad to see such low standards of MAHINDRA ...I know small customers like me specially in hilly region dont come in your counting and wont effect you much but hoping some help and action from you ...

                    well if after the courts have decreed in your favor & still if the company is behaving in a hanky panky manner, then first approach your local police station for compliance if that doesn't help move the same court for contempt, slap personal notices to all the people your have spoken to, release a copy of it to local news papers with a copy to its editors, do not give up Mahindra or any body cannot rip you & its your right to get justice & compliance

                      I had purchased a new Scorpio M2DI from Silverline Automoviles, Jagdalpur (C.G.) on 15th October 2009 from next day onwards I am facing problem with this vehicle I are intimated the authorized dealer on 16th October 2009 that vehicle is facing starting problem they told me there is certain problem with battery and replace the battery after 4 days that is on 20th October 2009. After replacing battery I am facing same problem and told the dealer about the same. They told me to come to Jagdalpur which is 120 Km. away from my native place. On 26th October 2009 I went to Jagdalpur and discussed with dealer they are not in positioned to sort out the problem and also not giving any response regarding the same on 26th October 2009 I called customer care and told all the problems to them they had given me complaint docket No. IJ26/0065 and said that give me a day time I will sort out the problem and one of your technical assistance was in regular touch with me now that assistant is not responding my phone is send me sms that he is unable to answer the phone.
                      Now the vehicle is with dealer and they are not in position to sort out the problem. Being a customer of your prestigious organization I am facing such a big problem but nobody is in a position to help me.
                      Being a profession of Civil Contractor I am not having enough time to look only on same problem and also I am residing at 120 Kms. Away from your authorize dealer because of this I am facing economical and mental harassment.
                      Sir please help me in this regard and replace the vehicle and provide me new vehicle and also compensate the financial damages beard by me

                        It was my 4th visit to this workshop - Shiva Car in Sahibabad. As usual i gave my car for service early morning at 9-30 or 10am on 29th Aug, saturday and after the briefing to service advisor - Mr. Hari Kishore i was promised delivery of the serviced car at 5 pm sharp in the evening. To my surprise when i went to fetch my car i saw the wind screen(front) cracked near the wipers and it was a pretty big crack which anybody could notice easily. I immediately informed the above mentioned advisor and rest of the people of the workshop around him. They all ran to the car and accepted that the crack has developed and there was no mention of the same crack in the job sheet handed over to me in the morning. I obviously asked them to replace the cracked one with a new windscreen without charging me anything as the crack definitely had developed during the day when the car was with the workshop. In reply to this they said that some guy called Sanjay who will approve this change of windscreen will come on next day (sunday) at 9 am sharp and then we can proceed. I left the car at the workshop and went home. Next day from 9 am till 11 am there were 3 calls from the workshop from different people asking me to take a claim from my insurance company to get this done because supposedly there was already a small crack or spot on the windscreen and our service advisor couldnt notice the same while preparing the job sheet. I got furious at this and straightaway denied them the option of me approaching the insurance for a claim. Now uptill 2 pm on Sunday nobody called up from the workshop to apprise me of the developments about the job at hand. And when i called them back they said that the car has not been even touched, forget replacement of the windscreen since the morning as the so called approver sanjay hasnt turned up to the workshop today. I gave them options of taking the approval over the phone or email as it is their internal matter and the customer shouldnt get affected by some one not turning up on a particular day. Unfortunately as it had to be, my car was left lying without anything being done for full day sunday because of the above stated reason. Next morning I went to meet sanjay BACAUSE HE HAD COME TO OFFICE TODAY AND THE WHOLE DAY BEFORE HAD BEEN WASTED. Then sanjay spills the beans and asks for a 50-50 sharing on the cost which would come on replacement. I was totally shocked to get this angle now because i had expected a very pleasing and gentleman-ish behaviour because only due of him the car had entered a 3rd day stay at the workshop. Instead what i got was a very rude and boorish behaviour from him. He finally APPROVED the case when he saw that none of his weapons are holding fire against me. When the total fault and negligence was from the workshop's side this was the experience for me. People trying to prove without any proof that the windscreen had cracks before hand only and the stuff.

                        Than in a fit of rage sanjay threw the papers(job sheet etc) on the face of a service advisor asking him to get a debit note issued and get the windscreen changed and making me feel as if he has given me an undue favor.
                        Again when i went to fetch my car on monday, 5 pm sharp after taking an off from my office just for this, i saw bubbles (around 10-12) on the passenger side of the new windscreen fitted. I was astonished as the area which these people should have put maximum focus on had been left off YET AGAIN. Again another advisor named dhawal comes and tells me that i should now come on tuesday and get my car ready. Finally i have got my car yesterday(tuesday on 1st september 2009 ) after 4 days with a windscreen which is doing thankfully fine. They have now broken the AC control knob (one) and i was so irritated that i didnt even ask for the same. instead i just drove off in my car. And i have very much in mind that my primary job of servicing was over on saturday itself but the rest 3 days were taken just to make up for something which was pure negligence and insufficiency in providing the service by the workshop people. People like sanjay who are so out of their mind that they forget the basics of service industry norms and how to treat your repeat customer whose not just pride but huge emotions are also attached with car like Scorpio. Certainly if you can make him read this mail, tell him that i can even today, without revising my MBA school marketing lessons, teach him good things about the same. As a result of all what happened above of course i am putting the case in front of the consumer court for a redressal of my emotional and physical harassment which will make him come to the court and answer what he couldnt in front of me. Then maybe Mahindra and its service employees can learn what kind of harassment one undergoes in getting a job done where in not an iota of fault remains with the customer. The same guys when i asked didnt give me the details like email ids and phone nos. of GM or the people whom i at least can expect to listen to my complaint. Pl give me the same if anyone is really reading this.

                          I booked a scorpio Sle, diamond white color in Priyadarshi Motors Patna (Bihar) in Mid June, 2009 in the name of my wife Mrs.Anushmita Dubey. The authority there had given a written commitement to deliver the vehicle between 15-20 July. They took an advance of Rs.50000/-(rupees fifty thousand only). After the lapse of the date when I visited the showroom there again they committed to deliver it by 15th Aug, 09. whereas We found in the showroom there was one Scorpio Sle and perhaps of mine but was being delivered to some M.L.A or anybody else influential.                             Really afraid to mention that, after sales, service of Mahindra-Scorpio  is horrible.
                            If you still want to listen why such hatred I posses for your organization here it is:-

                            My vehicle Scorpio-LX (TN[protected] met with an Accident in (Thondi- Ramanathapuram District) on 11/03/2009, and i have given my vehicle for service in one of the Authorized and reputed Mahindra service centre that is (Susee Automobiles (Pvt) Ltd) on 12/03/2009. The managing people asked me a time frame of 21 days for completing the work, i agreed fro the same. But when days went on with the service and repairing process i experienced the unexpected, they started to extent the delivery of the vehicle by pin pointing excuses (Mahindra is not supplying spare parts), I can’t believe that "IS IT SO".

                            I have spent nearly 10 days along with the mechanic peoples in the body shop, by putting pressure on the management peoples to get collected the required spare parts and get it done. Do u expect us to idle our time at your workshop????

                            After making me to struggle for 55 days, they agreed to deliver the vehicle on 06/05/2009 by putting some constraints forward,
                            Constraints as follows

                            1.As of now we don’t have a fresh piece of interior Dash board(vital thing which add beauty to interior part of Scorpio), will get a new one later(but payment has to made now).
                            2. Dont has Scorpio-LX badge
                            3.Interior post cover.

                            All the above mentioned things will be provide with a months time(Words of Susee Automobiles Pvt(ltd))

                            As the parts being an old one(tear and full of scratch), It doesn't suit my vehicle, even i am not able to switch on the AC. But it being an emergency situation and keeping faith in Mahindra, I agreed for the delivery of vehicle. And all the payments have been made.

                            Did Mahindra expect the customers to roll their vehicle in this fashion? Is this the way to treat a Customer?

                            But now its already 54 days over, and again the old drama continues (Mahindra is not supplying spare parts in timely manner) and my vehicle parts are yet to be received.

                            In this scenario I request the customer support team to help me on priority to get rid of from my issues.

                            Latest information i received is talking to Area service managers will help me out, so please provide me the contact number of Area managers in Chennai or Madurai.

                            Note: For each service I have to drove nearly 240 kms .

                            i have left for service with seeresh auto at marathalli bangalore, problem is fan belt loose, clutch fluid leaking, suspension problem, i was charged 22, 000 till today no wheel aliment is done, even today after 6 months i am flowing them till today they say they are busy, fan belt problem is still there, oil leakage is still there, i have decided not to buy any vehicle from mahendra

                            Mahindra dealers in Mumbai are totally awful as well. In particular stay well away from the dealership in Saki Naka (Andheri) and Prabhadevi. Even when trying to purchase a new vehicle I had to constantly chase, at one dealership I rang 12 times in a single day and still didn't manage to arrange a test drive!! Another dealership didn't even know the correct prices for their extended warranties! All in all a total disappointment, one of the worst experiences I've ever had.

                            Really afraid to mention that, after sales, service of Mahindra-Scorpio at ADITYA MOTORS showroom cuttack is horrible.
                            Am buying scorpio lx from above showroom in 28 april 2011.In 1st servicing i face lot problem due to non trained worker provied by showroom.Worker damage differential drain bolt and open it by heating and welding upto minimum 3hour.No compain work done only mobile chage and give me vehicle.

                              Dear sir,

                              First of all I would like to introduce myself as a BIG Scorpio fan. I own a scorpio slx crde model 12/2007 from Shri Mohan Motors, Rewari of which I am very proud.on my car.
                              The vehicle has been a joy to own and I am very possesive about it, but aftr 2 moths, hardly used it for 3000kms when a noise came from CLUTCH PADEL. & GOT VERY HARD.
                              Service guys said all the Scorpio of this BATCH have problem with CLUTCH PLATES & the only solution is replacement of CLUTCH Plates.But their W.Supervisor ordered them to
                              remove cl.padel spring from inside.After that I have complaint them many times, but there is no saticfaction.I have complaint to Mr.Lakhvinder{[protected]}, TOLL FREE NO-[protected]
                              Complaint No:-IC 27/0006.Now a new poblm is" main shaft rr wheel bearing broken.On Dealership they told "The Complete Shaft vll be changed i.e 8500/-".Sir, this is my last request to you.
                              Please solve my above 2 poblems.After that I will take a ligel action to MAHINDRA & MAHINDRA MOTOR CO.

                              Complaint : Clutch Problem

                              Sir,

                              I have purchase scorpio 21.05.08.

                              after 23.05.08 my vehicle clutch problem started- clutch get stuck inside and for vehicle to drive have to pull clutch paddle by two hands forcefully, vehicle get stuck on the spot, so i visited your seervice station - GMS Motors Pvt.ltd., CST, kurla - they told us that, it is problem with some bush and it is not available at that time, and they set the vehicles clutch and handed over to me,

                              But the same problem arises, while i was driving the vehile at the average speed on 08.06.08 suddenly the clutch got stucked on the main road, and my vehicle suddenly stoped and we meet with an accident and my bumpers smashed, by the grace of god, nothing fatal have happened. Again i had visited your same service station - they told me the new problem and told me that, some rat had stucked into your altinator and thus the systems failed and even your belts slips, and they charge me for belt setting vide invoice no. mnm[protected] dt.09.06.08. and for the bumper they ask me to wait till insurance process, and bumper was not available.

                              my point is that, if my belt was sliped on suday how i had drive the vehilce to my residience from accident site, and again in the morning how the vehicle started and parked into the service station premises. I ask them the same question, but they failed to satisfied me on this ground, in this all mess, my major problem remains the same.

                              If i would have been on high way with a much more pace and speed, and your vehilce clutch was stucked what will happened to me and my family. you just imagine the situation.

                              I with this mail, ask you to give us reply at once. I was on heaven to purchase your vehicle, but now i scared to drive and even my family scared to ride with me, i am a busy man, need to drive about 100 to 200 km per day, if such a case why i had purchase your vehicle? kindly reply me at once. I want immediate action in this regards, Now my vehicle is into the service station, and i am not going to take delivery for the same untill you would have take gurantee for my clutch problem. OTHERWISE REPLACE MY WHOLE CLUTCH SYSTEM OR WHOLE VEHICLE.

                              Your service station ask me for a new bumper about 26, 000.00 in that, they say about 20000.00 insured, but why should i pay with my insurance, it is manufacturing fault, not my fault. I am not going to pay a single paisa, nor i can redeemed with my insurance.

                              Unless and untill, your reply in this regards is awaited, after that, i would think about the consumer forum.

                              It is a matter of me and my family's life. Reply at once.

                              Sir,
                              I have purchased my dream vehicle SCORPIO M-HAWK on 13/3/10 fro m/s SRI MOHAN MOTORS, ROHTAK, HARYANA.
                              I was surprised to see the attitude / behavior of the concerned persons in the agency. I was delivered the vehicle with following defects :-
                              1. Electrical lead missing from under the dvr. Seat.
                              2. Remote for audio sterio missing.
                              3. No body at the agency new / not trained about the electronic sensors and equipments.
                              4. Alloy wheels having tool marks as the tyres were already changed with another vehicle.
                              5. Tool kit missing completely.
                              6. Manual for audio missing.
                              7. IF YOU CAN GIVE THE TYRE DETAILS FROM COMPANY I CAN ASSUR YOU THAT THE TYRES ARE ALSO CHANGED.
                              8. Last but not the least bill given was for 968000/- and the draft taken by my bankers was for 986000/-. Extended warranty of 2 years is 9999/- . where is my balance amount.
                              When asked for the above difects the reason given was :-
                              (SAAB KISI NE BADAL DIYA HOGA, DOOSRI VLX GAADI AAYEGI TO USKA NIKAAL KAR AAPKO DEDENGE)
                              Somebody must have change these items, we will give you these items when we will receive another VLX scorpio for sale.

                                Gurgaon Scorpio Sole dealer where I booked Scorpio on 27th March09 but still not clue when I will get my vehicle.

                                Dealer: Sterling Motor Co., not even bother to call & update on the status.

                                Almost one month over, other than cancelling the booking & chasing for refund of booking amout, I had no options.

                                How to punish such irresponsive delears. Is M&M doing anything about it

                                I do agree with you. They have such an unprofessional sales / distribution team. When you demand for one Vlx vehicle, they offer you back a Sle model. My question is how do they afford to get these spare vehicles and not the actual ones as requested by the customer. I booked D-white Vlx on 28th March. contacted today by dealer telling a big sorry, no vehicle. This is after rounds of discussion and finalisation that vechicle will be ready today. I'm off Cancelling the vehicle. Very bad...

                                  I bought a car (Certified car) from Mahindra first Choice 6 months back, and there was tremendous complaints which was never fulfilled by the Mahindra First choice agent and then i got fed up and decided to see this car, I went through check up for this car from Maruti service center and shocked to see that my car is fully repaired ( Some previous owner had a massive accident and spend more then 1 lakh on it and this is the cause of problems coming in my car) I am very suprised that this is my first car and car dealer has looted me which telling me any thing about this car (History) more over they sold this car to me with Duplicate RC ( saying that this will not effect me). Could you please help me what can i do?/ I have taken loan for this car and now amd lying now where

                                  Hyundai-Santro-CNG — Resale Discount Rs.10,000/=

                                  I purchased above car on 10th May'09 from Fx Hyundai, Faridabad(Haryana) India. Sales Rep. Mukesh told to sell old Maruti-800 to any one, submit papers the Rs.10,000/= will be refunded to us. we sold to our tenent and spent Rs4000/= in selling and papers transfer process. he received and sent papes to Delhi for making cheque.On follow up he was assuring that it takes time. when followup pressure increased, after 2 months, he says that since the vehicle is sold in the same premises, case is turned down.I ask India's no.2 automotive co. why their instructions were not clear?? why we were not told at the time when we submitted papers?? after 2 months of our follow up, we were given a surprise by dealer. because of their inefficiency, we lost 10,000+4000=14000/-. It is definitely not expected from such a big & reputed company to dis-satisfy its customer.
                                  Request to the Management of Hyundai to look into the matter and take action on their Dealerships against not guiding their customers properly. Impart trainings to Dealerships and Reimburse our entitled money of Rs.10,000/- at the earliest as a token of Customer Satisfaction.

                                  You can take solace that you are not alone. I am also a victim of same fraud. I purchased Swift from their Okhala (New Delhi) Centre and I have the same story.

                                  They repainted the car to hide broken bumpers, clutch was damaged so was the suspension.The clutch was replaced by them and they charged me for that. I had no choice.

                                  Remote locking system never worked.

                                  i think we should form a group of victims and put it in leading papers and internet at least to save others

                                  this is not a new thing done by mahindra First Choice. after a Huge Brand Image they are just Spoiling the Name Mahindra. there should be 118 check points which was to be checked and i m sure they dont check even 18 of it. i recently bought a Maruti Swift Zxi from the Okhla Showroom. there was huge Sound in the Suspension. Clutch was looking for a replacement. There was no door handle for One of them. the Body was re - painted to hide the dents. Even one Headlight was not working. The Doors was making Thud Sounds when there is a pothole on road. and lot more. to your Sprise let me Tell you i m Part of Mahindra Group. still no complain was resolved. they dont have their own service station in delhi, they have a Tie up with Bosch Service station and there are lot of instances when Bosch People refuse to work for them, as First Choice people buy Stuffs from Jama Masjid or Mayapuri (Used and Waste Parts). that is why they dont want any customer to be present when there is a repairing or Servicing done on the car. ... So in Short they are Bunch of Thieves & Thugs which are fooling the
                                  I own a car bought from First Choice and recommended my brother to you. He bought an used Baleno a couple of year back which is doing good till date and I am very happy for it. Now that my brother decided to go for an additional car and we approached first choice Nungambakkam, Chennai. We were diverted to a used car mela and we picked up a Getz manufactured in the year 2006 for a price of 2.7 lakhs with a couple of major problems like "Dashboard was very sticky and in a bad condition and AC was not functioning properly". The dealer/agent (Robert) confirmed in writing to us that he would rectify all the issues and we can go ahead with the loan. We continued with the loan processing and the amount (1, 50, 000) has been debited to your first choice account I believe last Monday (15-Mar-2010) as per one of your agents. There was considerable delay in rectifying the problems and the response was very poor.
                                  We had visited your shop 4 or 5 times and ended up listening to false assurances. Finally we decided to
                                  take delivery of the car on Monday (22-Mar-2010) based on various confirmations that everything would be up to our satisfaction. However, we were not sure of the service and visited your shop on Sunday evening to have a final check. To our surprise, the dashboard was not changed and the AC function was still the same. We decided to call it off with this car as your people were not able to rectify the issues. We then suggested that we go for another car of the same make.
                                  Now the Car that we took from First choice went break down - due to Fuel pump failure within 3 months of purchase., I don't think Firstchoice is worth anymore when they don't even use thier pre-delivery checklist., and the team has to be really trained on Customer care pre and post sales...,

                                  Even i am also a vitim of mahindra first choice.I bought a santro xo 2006 model.On the delivery day itself i got a repair expense of Rs10000.i got serviced it from hyundai show room.when i spoke to them...they were so negligent to take the matter.

                                  NEVER BUY A CAR FROM MAHINDRA FIRST CHOICE.THIS IS MY SINCERE ADVICE.THEIR WARRANTY POLICY IS ALSO THE WORSE ONE.THEY DONT PROVIDE WARRANTY FOR THE PARTS THAT WILL GET FRQUENT REPAIRS.THEY DONT NEGOTIATE ON PRICE.

                                  best thing is to buy it from thre dealer and get the repairs done from show room.
                                  It seems Mahindra First Choice is Just Brand Name Used by fraudy dealers to sell there Car.
                                  Warranty Pathetic Its binded with 4 services in year, Then While selling they will tell Car Servicing can be done any where in MFC outlet in India..but you try out goint to other outlet than u purchased they will tell u I will service your car but there will be problem in warranty.
                                  I bought a Maruti Esteem from Mahindra a First Choice at Meerut, I was told that the Car had been certified by their Engineers & was in Perfect running condition. But the first thing I got done was the Servicing, then there was problem with the Front Brakes and again after a while with the Rear Brakes. Then the a/c was not functioning properly for which I paid a decent amount 2 get it repaired. Then again there was a Overheating Problem which had 2 fixed with the Radiator Repair & cleaning. I think that I have been taken 4 a Ride & had 2 shell out a Huge sum 2 make it run properly. I wish 2 lodge a strong complaint & sworn never 2 do Business with 'Mahindra First Choice' again. Will anyone guide me what should I do.

                                  Please do not buy car from Mahindra First Choice. I bought a Santro Car from them 3 months ago from Jaipur. They told me many commitments like free service, no problem in the car. But I found that all the commitments are lie. They are making fools. My car did not given me in good condition, even they don't gave me Jack. After many callings & compalints they gave me Jack and repair small things in the car. But I expand for that at least Rs. 1, 000 or more. They also cheat in pricing. When they were doing deal with told me other story and once I bought the car and ask about the receipt of the amount paid told me another story.

                                  This is my strong recommendation : Do Not Buy Car from Mahindra First Choice.

                                  Dont even get you car serviced from Mahindra first choice. I had given my Indica and zen for servicing and general fixing but instead they created so many problems in both the cars which were not there previously. after repeated complaints aslo they didnt bother the handle the complaints. Its the worst place ever i have seen. they just washed my both the cars and charged me 599 per car.

                                  My name is Naveen Mohan. I am working in the hospitality industry for a Hotel in Trivandrum, Kerala. This is to bring to your notice a very serious issue I have gone through Mahindra First Choice outlet in Karamana, Trivandrum. I want you to seriously look in to this matter and let me know what you can do for me.

                                  After so much of thinking I thought of buying a car from Mahindra First Choice. It was my dream to buy a Ford Fiesta Car. Since it was risky to buy a diesel car from outside and when I went through your website I saw your quality measures etc etc. I decided to go on a safer side and buy a car from your company. Please note you have mentioned 118 quality checks and accident free vehicle.

                                  On the month of June I bought a Ford Fiesta(Reg NUM – KL – 01 AQ 3383) from Mahindra First Choice Outlet, Karamna, Trivandrum. They showed me the vehicle it was fine. The kilometers done were 70, 000 kms. Unfortunately I knew the owner of the owner of the car since we are working in the same trade. He said it is a good car and all such things and in between during the conversation he told me he had met with an accident and spent Rs 100000 plus for reworking and also he said he has done the service for 105000 kilometers. I did not react to him anything thinking of your company reputation. The very next day, since one of my cousin has a Ford Fiesta; I took him and went to the kairali Ford (Ford authorized dealer for Kerala). We contacted a service advisor and really it was shock to see the History record of the car. As per history, the car has done 1 lakh plus kilometers and it has met with a major accident and the total billing was Rs 100000. I contacted the concerned people for a replacement and they could not do that and I have paid the whole money by cash and purchased the car. After taking the car I have spend Rs 10000 for A/C cooling coil and water pump which cost me Rs 5600 and a new battery today Rs 4000.

                                  The Only question is, A person like me can go to the dealer and check the service history of the vehicle why cant you guys do it. The previous owner of the car is a decent man and a very senior person in the hospitality industry and I don’t think he has not told you these things because he told me everything frankly. Either your people did not check and did not bother to go through the history of the car before selling it or it is a clear case of CHEATING customers. Please take out the 118 quality measures from your website. I feel it is better If I buy a car from a local used car dealer and check the history and decide whether to buy or not.

                                  Please make sure I want a proper reply from your team. Sir, please understand this is not a rude mail or something. It is my feelings what I am expressing. I have not told anybody about this neither spoiled your company reputation. The showroom asked me to leave the car in park and sale and I left it for 25 days and the vehicle was not sold and yesterday I took it back. . Please give me a option what you can do for me.                                   I took Swift VXI -2008 model from Mahindra First Choice on 09/07/2012. On 14/07/2012 for the first time i went to Temple with Family on my new Car, But all off sudden it got break down in the middle of heavy traffic in the night at 7 pm. I got shocked that, its a fully serviced car by Mahindra First choice, but got break down. While taking this car from Agil Cars ( Franchise of Mahindra First Choice - Nampally - Hyderabad ) told that for every car they will do 118 checks before Selling / purchasing it. Even though it got Breakdown. I have faced lot of problems to chase the Mahindra First Choice 24X7 support. Finally one technician came from TVS Service Center ( Tie up with Mahindra ) at 9:40pm and checked the vehicle then he said that, " Battery was gone and Dynamo/ Secondary also have the problem due to that high voltage is coming. If you drive this car, Battery may get blast or total wiring will get burn". We got scared by hearing those words. My family members said we won't come in this vehicle, we don't want to loose our lives. By gods grace as off now nothing was happened to us. By chance something is happened to me and my family while driving the car who is responsible. So I call the First Choice person who sold it to me, he gave a blind suggestion that park the vehicle on the road side and inform to police then take taxi go home. Our technician will take that car from the break down area and it will be moved to your home. This is what he is saying.

                                  Then I asked him what about the Battery and Dynamo as you said this is a certified Car and is also in Warranty for one year. The said " When we gave this car to that time it is good. You also travelled around 30 kilometer that time it is good. So we are not responsible on electrical failures this you need to replace it.". I tried to reach Mahindra people again and again but they are not picking the call.

                                  So i fed up with Mahindra First Choice, and I decided to make a complaint against to Head Office - Mumbai through toll Free number[protected]. But that number was always busy. Even i tried to reach them continuously 4 hours. Like this i tried 2 days but no use. I hope they intentionally keeping the phone on engage.

                                  Finally i decided to approach the Consumer Court and file a cheating case against Mahindra First Choice.

                                  I bought this car in the month of jan -12 where in i was promissed that it will not have any

                                  Since the time i bought this car i had some issues very first a/c in the car was not working
                                  which was bought to one of your representatives notice names ( MR HULE). However he said that
                                  it will be taken care in first servicing which was a complete lie
                                  I had to spend around 3000 for the maintainance of car a/c servicing on 19/02/2012.
                                  After that i went for my 1st free servicing in which we noticed that my car had no proper oil
                                  and other things that were missing i had to pay another 5000 rs for my 1st free servicing on
                                  29/03/2012 ( WHAT KIND OF A FREE SERVICING WAS THAT )
                                  and then in the month of june i did my free servicing for which i paid 1100 rs on[protected]

                                  Again in the month of july i paid 5412 rs cuz power steering pipe had got bad this was covered
                                  under your gurantee however i got no help i paid 5412 rs on[protected]
                                  All the receipts are attatched. and now i have a big problem and i need you to resolve this i
                                  noticed that water gets in my car at front and at the back so i asked you guys to help me i
                                  was sent to AUTO PLANET Again and he tried something which had no resolution, However i paid
                                  400rs and AUTO LANET said that the ISSUE IS RESOLVED.

                                  choice again and they asked me to go to new grage that will resolve this problem i was under

                                  This is regarding service inferior quality provided by Mahindra First Choice. Have been fighting for the justice with Mahindra First Choice Services since last 7 months but to no avail. They do not seem to want to understand the 'real' issue behind [started after the service they had done] and have been trying to wash their hands off the matter.

                                  All in all, it was an extremely disappointing experience through out. They are apparently charging high for the ‘quality service’ but providing quite inferior and incomplete solutions. It is generally expected that the vehicle operations are smoothened after the service whereas in this instance, it has deteriorated after the service. Even the properly working components went bad after the service.

                                  I am also the victim of Mahindra First Choice, the so called India’s No. 1 Multi brand Certified Used Car Company. Just based on the subtitle “CHOOSE FROM A WIDE RANGE OF CERTIFIED REFURBISHED USED CARS WHICH HAVE UNDERGONE A RIGOROUS 118 POINT CHECKS” of their websites home page and advertisements across many websites, I bought a Santro Xing XO model from aGIL CARS, NAMPALLY, HYDERABAD in Nov 2012. The post sale service of aGil was so impressive especially of Mr Syam Sunder and Sachin that without any other thought customer will fell in their trap. To lure the customer they go to an extent saying under warranty you can replace any electrical or mechanical part without paying any charge, which is never possible.

                                  My problem started when I have taken my car to Hyundai service station, to my horror I found the tampering of about 50, 000 km in meter reading and when I raised this issue with aGil and told them to either take the car back and return me the complete amount including registration charges and warranty amount or revaluate the car based on the meter reading and return me the difference amount they simple denied any help instead asked me to park the car at their premises for resale and they will help me to get the best possible price. And when I approached MR SHASHIKANT PARUPALLI, Area Manager, Mahindra First Choice, he has a new story, he says 118 point checks of MFC doesn’t cover meter tampering. It is very surprising that the basic thing to be checked for a used car is meter tampering and MFC doesn’t have it under its list. However Mr Shashikant came with a solution saying they will exchange my car with exactly same model and same features, and from Feb2013 he kept me waiting saying they are still looking for a car to exchange. After a long wait when I told them I am even ready to exchange the car with some higher version like i10 and ready to pay the difference amount, they found a i10 car for me at the same store and surprisingly I found they are selling this car to me at a higher value than compare to the value what they are quoting to the other customers.

                                  My problem is still not resolved numerous email to help.[protected]@mahindra.com is of no help, there is no one to reply or at least confirm the receipt of the email. I tried contacting even their Zonal Manager MR. THUSHAR but still no help. Meter tampering is major issue which I am facing other than that, aGil sold me the car saying it has remote lock, Audio with rear speakers which needs repair and asked me to come later for it. The other day when I visited them, they denied saying they ever committed about remote lock instead they said it has central lock and asked their mechanic to repair it, and when there mechanic checked he confirmed that, it even doesn’t had central lock ever. Audio, there are no rear speakers and it never functioned.

                                  Neither I nor MFC has given up yet, I am still chasing them and they are still giving me new excuses and false promises. They are so smart that they will not give you anything in written to avoid legal issues.

                                  6 months back I bought Honda Civic 1, 8 automatic from Mahindra First Choice MG Road Gurgaon this car was sold to me as accident free with warranty upto 2015 from Honda I surprised to unearth that car has met with an accident and also Honda Refused to honour warranty as car was not serviced. Further mileage meter is also tampered
                                  I took up with authorities at Mahindra First Choice right upto Chairman Anand Mahindra's level and now they say they will honour warranty upto 2014 if Honda has refused and we will repair the car.

                                  I bought a Tata Manza (DL 3C BV 3403) from Mahindra First Choice sector 63 NOIDA on 31st July 2013. This car is under warranty
                                  which expires on 31st July 2014.
                                  The front left suspension of this car is leaking and needs an immediate replacement. It is mentioned in the
                                  warranty booklet that a suspension would be replaced free of cost if the car has run less than 65000 KMS. My car has only run 45000 KMS.

                                  I went to Mahindra First Choice Vasant Kunj about 3 weeks back.The person responsible for handling warranty (Mr.Rafi) took copies of all the related documents and asked me to wait for a couple of days for an approval. It has been over 3 weeks and I have been following up on a daily basis, but there is no update on the approval. Now Mr.Rafi wants me to leave the car in the workshop for 2-3 days (which sounds completely disgusting). I have earlier faced this issue with Glow Plug (despite of this being mentioned in the warranty booklet, these guys don't provide a replacement).

                                  I have bought 2010 Model Xylo Car on[protected] from Infinity Cars (authorised Dealer, A-14, Kailash Colony New Delhi, Franchisee First Choice ) with Rs. 505000. I have taken Rs.3, 50, 000 car loan from bank for this car. They ensured that car run 55K and I have believed due to First choice and also meter was showing approx. 55000. But today[protected] I have taken complete history from authorised Mahindra car service center and then come to know that actually it run 128000 approx. Car meter run reverse to make it 55K. Infinity Cars -First Choice have cheated me and sold car with wrong information. I have trusted them due to First choice.
                                  After this wrong commitment, I don't want this car now and want return back to Rs. 5, 05, 000 amount with penalty. Please do needful help.
                                  I had my Ford Ikon car serviced from Noida Sec-5 workshop last month and had a terrible experience...1. Car was delivered to me late in the evening without vacuuming or polishing. I refused to accept then I was told I will get it next day.2. Next day I got the car but the polishing was still bad and when I started to drive to my office the AC fan was not working. So I went to the workshop and was told that the fuse was loose which they fixed. Ruined half day office.3. For polish, i was told that the material of my car was not holding the polish, as if it was made of wood. Stupid!4. The silencer hanger/rubber got broken and I asked them to fix it during service, but they tied the silencer with a plastic pipe from scrap that got burnt after I drove a few kilometers making the silencer fall down.5. Most importantly, after the service, my car is now leaking engine oil and when I complained the guy said my car had this problem before service. I told him that the car is old but there was no oil leak that fell to the floor prior to the service. He said they cant do anything and advised me to go to Ford.6. Last but not the least, the average of my car has dropped after service and there is nothing I can do, I wrote a mail to their customer care but haven't got a reply for ages. Their is no improvement in my car functioning as it normally happens after servicing.The answer is NO - Q1. Please clean the headlamp reflectors or change the bulb as light is dim - Ans: Sorry you need to go to Ford or install a kit from local market.Q2. You have spoiled the packing due to which the oil is leaking, now at least fix it - Ans: Sorry you need to go to Ford we don't have the required packing.Background and conclusion - I bought (was made to buy) the Rs 699/- mahindra customer's choice package that included one free service(labour charge), three services with with 50% off on labour, four car wash etc., and I then availed it for the service of my car thinking it to be a good offer that wasn't to be considering their performance and result. They are unprofessional, do not have good mechanics (at least the Noida Sec 5 branch) and unwilling to help, sometimes rude too.Mahindra First Choice has damaged my car and I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICES to anyone.

                                  I bought Maruti Swift Red before 4 months.From the 3rd day the car started troubling, I visited the place Pandav Nagar Bharat Motors to complain about the car having problems as well for the appropriate solution.Bt the first thing is that the information and the commitments they had given to us was wrong and they are the no.1 fraud.They know how to cheat the customers very well.I am also one of the frustrated customer without getting any help from any one and expecting to get any solution to make the problems clear.
                                  My car shockers and bumper are fully damaged.Compressor sounds like hitting something hard inside the car.Driver side door keys are damaged, Base part of the car detached yesterday.Many more problems. I am totally depressed from the service they are giving to the customers.Someone should take actions against them.

                                  I bought i20 in the month of April May 2015 asta from Nasik auto world Mumbai naka branch with in two their was work both the front shock observers totally fraud certification and now branch head has put his hand though they promised to repair but due to that person left the job now it's not possible to do.

                                  Totally fake company policy and certification so personally I have informed all my relatives never buy a car from mahindra first choice as their promises are fake.
                                  I am also facing issues to get RC & Warranty card form Dapodi Mahindra First Choice, i brought Wagan R 2 Months Back had some issue in reverse ghare so i given them to check and repair the issue instead of repairing they miss-use my car for around 232 Km and replayed we tested your car for issues but still problem is not resolved and yet to receive warranty card, RC card & insurance papers.

                                  Now filling I did Big mistake purchase car form Mahindra first choice Dapodi.

                                  friends if you have other option pls don't go with Mahindra.

                                  Yesterday i with my family went to Mahindra First Choice(Pune Bhavdhan, Branch) to buy resale car. The post service is impressive when exploring the cars then i finalized Hyundai Grand I10 - 1.2 AT mahindra offer me 3.5lakh cost then after 1.30 hours of negotiation we finalized the cost of 3.28(including 1 year warranty) But me n my brother not that technical to verify the cars properly so i asked my friends come down n check/ verify the cars. But he was somewhere 15-20 kms away from that Bhavdhan location so he asked to wait for 1 hours the time is between 2 pm - 3pm its lunch hours i requested them please hold for 1-2 hours and they agreed with it even i asked do i need to call for any hold on things they said just come within 1 and half hours we will hold it for you so i am happy that in first hit i liked the car which actually i am looking for. and then for lunch we just we moved to restaurant which is 15-20 min away from the location But when we will be back from lunch mahindra first choice gives us shocking news that they have sold a car to some other customer with what ever rate.

                                  Its like we are fooling there for 2 hours even after this incident all(Mahindra first choice excutive) are not sorry about what ever happened n more over they are explaining me how i am wrong not they, The way they are talking its like monopoly, Mahindr's marketing head told me that they have first cum first serve policy so i am the who shoes interested and negotiating on cost just i hold it because i need to verify it by some expert.

                                  How Can anyone buy a cars without checking it completely?

                                  I felt like fool that i have spent my 2 hours there and i have got nothing and at end they proved me wrong..

                                  I think Mahindra first choice(Bhavdhan branch) didn't care about customer time n emotions. I felt bad my friend came there for me far from 20 km but its waste of time. Its like there is no value for words. Everything is about money that's it. They sold their ethics for money.

                                  I was really happy that i have chosen a car in first hit without exploring more but mahindra's policy and customer service gives me explanation that "(Ye CAR APKE NASIB ME NAHI)" this is bull reason. Who is he telling me about "NASIB" n all.

                                  Post introduction they are very friendly but after that every turns loud n attacking. I am shocked no one feel wrong, sorry n anything about that.

                                  I need justice someone should take some serious action against it. There are already very few option in the market for TRUSTED resale cars i thought Mahindra first choice is one of them but service which i got is really very pathetic.

                                  Kindly someone should take action against it.

                                    Hi,

                                    I had booked a used car from Mahindra First Choice, The booking amount was 15, 000/-. However, due to some person issues I wanted to cancelled the booking. However, the dealer is not refunding the money saying it their in the policy. However, they never communicated this policy to me at the time of booking the vehicle. I took the test drive and then I booked the vehicle. However, after 3-4 days when I wanted to cancel they are saying the money is non refundable. They took around 5% of the cost of the vehicle that is 15, 000/-. I have also received a receipt for the same. I checked the receipt later and in that receipt it says booking amount non refundable. I am not sure how much the policy of the company says so.

                                    Even i too have faced this issue with Mahindra First choice, car planet, thane. they have refused to refund booking amount on pretext not in policy. This appears to be a very serious issue. this is some kind of conning the customers.

                                      Dear Sir,

                                      I ve a brand new Scorpio LX 2008 (TN 02 AE 0682) from GMS automobile and hardly used it for 3000kms when suddenly one day it stopped moving. The service guys arrived one day late and checked the vehicle and said they have problem in diesel tank and need to tow the vehicle to their garage.

                                      One day later they said that the diesel tank has corroded due to faulty diesel and need complete change of the tube costing Rs.5000/-. This change would not be covered under warranty.

                                      This came as a shock and after requesting, the service manager agreed to reduce the price of service and charged Rs.4000/-. The agreement was that the tank would be emptied and 10litres of diesel would be filled by the service guys for which payment has to be done separately. The vehicle was sent back through a THIRD PARTY driver who took more than half a day to reach our place which is 29km away. Every time I called, the driver said he is on his way.

                                      Later at midnight, the driver called and said the Diesel got over and the car is stuck in the middle of highway and he needs to fill it up. It was a callous attitude on the part of the driver and the management to send the vehicle without filling up diesel.

                                      Also, I dont know what type of diesel and from which petrol bunk he filled up. This is very important because I fill up my diesel in our own petrol pump and no where else. The important questions that remain unanswered are:

                                      How can my diesel tank pipe get corroded if I use quality dieself from a known petrol pump ? That too for a brand new car which has clocked 3000KMS ?

                                      How can the GMS motors be so callous in sending through a driver who is irresponsible ? When the complaint is due to DIESEL how can they send the vehicle without diesel through an irresponsible driver ?
