Dear sir,
I have purchased a Mhindra Scorpio M2Di model, Sl.no.72K98419, Chasis No.MAITBZGCK 72K98419, Engine No.GC74J69689&Reg.No.KL 29A 145 from your dealer TV Sundaram Iyengar&Sons LTD, National Highway, Thiruvampady P.O, Alappuzha, Kerala.After covering 5000KM the vehicle had produced like misfiring.Our vehicle service done by Sunderam Iyengar LTD Cochin and we informed them the complaint of vehicle on 12.01.08, 24.03.08, 04.06.08, 20.07.08, 23.09.08, 01.10.08, 02.01.09&23.02.09.
We are taking this vehicle for servicing 110KM far from your service station and every time we want to drive 220KM for servicing.Eight times we informed to your dealer/sevice center during servising and we kept our vehicle 15 days there for repairing. We came to know from the technician it is the fault with fuel pump and repaired several time and the complaint still persisting.
Sir, several times we informed this complaint to your Marketing&Service Department, Mumbai over Telephone in this number,[protected].In this condition you may please advice to your dealer to replace the fuel pump immediately and inform me the date when it is possible, through mail/Telephone so we can produce our vehicle accordingly.
Please take this matter seriously and help us immediately so we can avoid any contravercy.

    Dear Sir,

    We are in Chennai. We have Mahindra Scorpio SLX 7ST. We usally do service in MPL Automobiles Agency Pvt. Ltd., Saligramam. Chennai. Lastly we have serviced on 29th Jan 09. After servicing they suppose to replace some spare parts it is not done. And promised to do by 3 day. Inspite of repeated follow up there is no response and negligance in servicing. Apart from this if we ride above 70 KM there is some vobiling and wheel allignment is not done properly.

    We are facing lots of problem and not able to use the Car. As it is lying in the shed.

    We request you to kindly look into the matter and to the complaint immediately.

    I have REV116 Petrol, My car breakdown, i called up mahindra help line no, they have taken the car in their workshop. Next day they called up and said that they cant repair my car since it is petrol and they never touched any petrol vehicle. Very funny if Mahindra will not repair the Mahindra vehilce than who will do??? Im looking also one of the part called Accelerator Sensor Part No CTS 4089 A82 PBTCGF20+GB20C 0702A but nobody from mahindra people doesnt know anything and says they dont know from where i get my Scorpio Petrol Spares. When Mahindra Can't do maintenance of Petrol Vehicle than why did they made/sale in the market??????

    Mahindra Scorpio 7ST — Servicing not done properly & No spare parts stock

    Dear Sir,

    We are in Ghatampur Kanpur Nagar. We have Mahindra Scorpio SLX 7ST(UP 90 C 0786). We usally do service in V.C. Motors Pvt. Ltd Plot No. 608, 609 Rooma G.T. Road, Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, India. Lastly we have repared hosepipe, odometre, allignment, horn, door lock etc. 10th July 09. After repairing they suppose to replace some spare parts it is not done. And promised to do by 3 day. Inspite of repeated follow up there is no response and negligance in repairing. Apart from this if we ride above 70 KM there is some vobiling and wheel allignment is not done properly and hosepipe leakage again in the midway of journey. After single hour of repairing that part. That's why my vechicle breakdown.
    We are facing lots of problem and not able to use the Car. As it is lying in the shed.

    WE are the proud owner of a mahindra scopio four wheel drive and we have been enjoying it, until we experience a faulty tourbo, couplins, and other spares and we have found it very difficult to get the spares
    locally in Sierra Leone.

      i have already tell my problems to our chennai dealear mpl motors service center at salligramam.the paints r rust in front driver side beam at front glass side.they already cure my problem at last 3 month. but the same problem must be comes to my vechicle.so u will attend this complaints immediately.

        I HAVE A MAHINDRA SCORPIO. THIS IS MY SECOND SCORPIO BEFORE THIS I HAD SCORPIO WHICH HAD TURBO CHARGER PROBLEM WHICH I REPAIRED AND SOLD AND BOUGHT THIS NEW SCOPRIO THIS CAR WILL COMPLETE 3YEARS IN MARCH. THERE IS A REGULAR PROBLEM OF SPARES IN MAHINDRA SERVICE STATION OF BAD SPARES AND SHORT SUPPLY OF SPARES. MY CAR IS GOING 4 TO 5 TIMES FOR VIBRATION. THEY HAVE CHANGED PARTS FOR MORE THEN 5 TIMES AND STILL THERE IS PROBLEM THEY SAY THIS PROBLEM IS BECAUSE OF BAD SPARES RECEIVED FORM COMPANY. IS IT TRUE THAT SPARE PARTS SUPPLIED BY MAHINDRA ARE BAD.
        hello sir, I L .PADMA had purchased mahindra scorpio on 09/09/2007 apple red colour with CHASSIS NUMBER-89313, ENGINE NUMBER-43984. SIR, i had a complaint with my cluth plate when i reported to vijai aoto sales from where i had purchased they say that clutch plate is gone i have driven it about 15867 kms & they say it cost about 9500rs, SIR i request u to help me knowing is my scorpio has this clutch plate under warranty this is to costly for a middle class persons to bare please help me this people do not respond well, thanking you L PADMA

          I have scorpio GLx 2.6 car of Mahindra And Mahindra.My problem is around 3-4 times fully get gemmed and belt of the same cut out this was happened whenever i am travelling long distance along with my family . my service station is Sai Service Borivali, Mr.sandeep sawant handels my case.Once as per thr instuction i have changed entire fully asemmbly it cost me arround Rs.40, 000/-. as on today
          i am spent more than Rs.1 lakhs, Now i m totaly lost confidance on this car and totaly lost faith on this car.

          I had purchased a Mahindra Scorpio through M/s. Premier Motors, Dehradun on 29th Jan 2009, but till data I did not get Sale Letter from the dealer, which is necessary for the registration of vehicle.

          I had communication with Jasreen, Chitra malik & Mr. Balooni, but I did not get any satisfatory reply, when will I get the sale letter.

          Pl. look into the matter at the earliest.

          NO wonder, sir. Your Scorpio is a . Somany praise it, but really it is not a world standard vehicle. Suspension is really dangerous, some sounds from clutch, remote control doesn't function properly, even there was stains on the screw... A/C switch and heating -adjusting switch turns and turns. Sound system's USB was not functioning properly and we had to bring it to a different agent, who sent it somewehre and got back only after months. And my new Mobilefone lost paint, when I kept it in the pocket of Friendside- then u can imagine the quality of plastik. Soo many ways, 8, 90, 000.00 Rupees was a lost. But they have improved in the field of engine and sound-proof glasses. I bought this SLX in 2007. I will never buy a mahindra again, may wait till they grow to a standard.
          two time timing belt broke on highway withen aweek after im proper fitting of water pump by company in jullundur dt31.03.09.

            i have a mahindra scorpio Finnance by hdfc bank every four to five days ur recovery agent call me and say pay the instollment other wise our people know how to take the money i told him so many time i have some finnance prob after this i pay all the instollment i broke only 2 instollment after this ur company agent behave like this so many time they speek like illitrate person they dont know what he say i am complain also in consumer cort i face first time this kind of prob in my life he call me for this number [protected] he told me i am choudhary i am also complain in hdfc help line & the complain no is[protected] there is no responce. can u give me any responce.

              I have a 2006 Scorpio SLX version (TN-02-V-4623). I was planning for a long distance family trip and so gave my car to "GMS Automobiles" which is an authorized service centre of Mahindra Scorpio. When I used my car at high accelerations, like during an overtake, the engine check light is lit. So, I had told the service centre to check what was the problem. The service centre had my car for a day, tested it with long drives and returned the car to me saying that there was NO PROBLEM and said that the light was a loose connection and replaced the sensor. Believing the service guy, took my whole family out and on the way when I was at high speed in the NH, the engine check light was lit and suddenly my engine stopped. As soon as the engine stopped, the power steering was cut off and I had to bring the car to a stop on the side with SO MUCH difficulty. Thank GOD, there was no heavy vehicle at the back, or else I cant even imagine what would have happened.
              Your slogan says "With You Hamesha" BUT it was my mistake trusting you guys. I called up the service centre and he says SORRY. What would have happened if we had met with an accident?? Would a SORRY account for it???
              I am planning to file a case in the Consumer Court as I have the Receipt from the Service Centre which says No Charge as there are no defects.

              problem should be service station problem in barbil area they were not provide proper service in barbil we were not face all customer facing problem.
              Iam also a scorpio AT owner. After just 6 months and driving upto 11000 kms, engine seized and its in the workshop since 15 days. there the guys are waiting for experts to come from mumbai and replace whole engine with a new one.

              COMPLETELY HORRIBLE...pls. think 100 time to go with scorpio AT.

              hallo iam having mahindra scorpio running on road at 20000 km/ph would like to service to be done.pls contact on [protected].
              On July 1, 2013 I purchased a motor vehicle from your dealership India Garage Bangalore a Mahindra Scorpio Vlx (Temporary Registration). Unfortunately, the vehicle has not been satisfactory because it is leaking water from the AC unit due to which all the foot mats and the interiors are wet, engine check light was on and the vehicle stopped functioning middle of the road, Scratches in the inner cabin (on the dashboard), body alignment (front bumper is not aligned properly), shifting the gear from 2nd to 3rd is not smooth. In past 20 days the vehicle was taken thrice to the service center at IG Workshop (Peenya), Bangalore. Your mechanic inspected my vehicle and agreed to fix the problem under warranty, however, when I collected the vehicle and started using it again, the problem was still there. At the service center, they fixed AC unit (wasn’t helpful), Main Relay was replaced because of the short circuit.
              Few days ago again engine check light started flashing, on giving to the service centre they replaced the complete fuel system after being checked by the experts from Mumbai..
              It's a new vehicle and till today it's still in service centre..

                THAT YOUR FRONT GLASS WAS COMEING OUT, THAN I WENT TO THERE WORK SHOP

                AND THEY SHOWED ME THE PROBLEM, FIRST THEY SAID THEY WILL CHARGE

                BUT THEY DID NOT CHARGE , ONE GREAT THING WAS THAT ON THE GLASS

                FOR THE TIME OF THE DELIVER THERE WAS NO STICKER OF PASS CERFTAION

                Hello Dear,

                My Self Baljeet Singh, I purchase a New M-Hawk Scorpio Model in 6 Feb 08 form Sterling Motor Co. Gurgaon (Haryana).I was happy with the Vehicles it was good.

                After 3 Month in April we are facing same major problem in my vehicles.

                1) Speed control Switch is not working properly.
                2) Some Bad noise comes after stop the Engine.
                3) Driver Side footrest bulb is not proper working.

                Regarding for the same problem we concern your Dealer service station person for check this problem. Some one checks this problem & said to me come after 4-5 days. I am going after 4-5 days but no body can give me positive reply. In the duration period on body give me a single call .After 1 week I am again going for service station & concern some senior person there for these same problem then he short out my problem.

                Secondly your appoint dealer person is not giving positive & proper response on service time & not give signal phone call for due service time.

                Apart from the same problem I call Sterling Customer care person & told him .I will compliant to Mahindra & Mahindra .So he put down the Phone.

                I have also a Maruti Car, Maruti Service station person make a call on every due service & given a positive response on service & short out the problem on the sport. I am happy with Maruti Service.

                Know I think, I am totally west my money (10.25 Lac) for purchase Your Scorpio M-Hawk Model.

                This full story I have written because your service center what you’ll have appoint they are not good.

                You have look in this matter as soon as possible. I am not happy for this entire thing.

I am going after 4-5 days but no body can give me positive reply. In the duration period on body give me a single call .After 1 week I am again going for service station & concern some senior person there for these same problem then he short out my problem.

                Secondly your appoint dealer person is not giving positive & proper response on service time & not give signal phone call for due service time.

                Apart from the same problem I call Sterling Customer care person & told him .I will compliant to Mahindra & Mahindra .but no response properly .

                I have also a Maruti Car Zen & Santro, Maruti & Hundai Service station person make a call on every due service & given a positive response on service & short out the problem on the sport. I am happy with Maruti & Hundai Service.

                Know I think, I am totally west my money (10.25 Lac) for purchase Your Scorpio M-Hawk Model.

                This full story I have written because your service center what you’ll have appoint they are not good I will told my frnds also don’t purchase Any mahindra Veical . Bcz your services very poor & Dirty.

                I Gowrishankar having a scorpio AP31AW 5769 placed the vehicle in Automobile workshop on 18/5/2000, at visakhapatnam branch of AP. Till today i didnt get any proper information regarding the vehicle, in spite thrice i requested to the help line. They are telling me simply the rare parts has to come from corporate office only. First time I facing this type of problem from manufactures in India More over it is strange that the equity share of M&M is running so high 580... with this type of attitude with customers.                 Mahindra dealers in Mumbai are totally awful as well. In particular stay well away from the dealership in Saki Naka (Andheri) and Prabhadevi. Even when trying to purchase a new vehicle I had to constantly chase, at one dealership I rang 12 times in a single day and still didn't manage to arrange a test drive!! Another dealership didn't even know the correct prices for their extended warranties! All in all a total disappointment, one of the worst experiences I've ever had.

                Out of many issues current main issue is :- Scooter engine giving White smoke, Engine damanged internally due to your service department employees and against Service station R.S Ajit & Co., Wazir pur service station.
                1. After the purchase of rodeo scooter, just after 1st service we found that there is too much decrease in average(just 20 km/liter) then again I went for second service, your service industry didn’t satisfy me thought again n again as per their advice, I changed twice the engine oil from them and they checked the filter..a slight increase in average was noticed.
                2. Meanwhile issues came in “Automatic meter” of this scooter.
                3. Just few days back I went to service station again the scooter was completely right in terms of engine, no while smoke was there…but what in evening I came back and checked it a Damn white some came out…they(service dept) said don’t worry we will do some “Adjustment”..and your engine would be in repaired in warrently…
                4. At Present scooter is in your service dept custody…
                Tell me what should we do???there are four-five Mahindra scorpios in our family but your scooter is such a big mistake for me..tell me what should we do???
                Assign me a senior person who will check all these issues..
                Otherwise next time :-
                1. We would go to customer court and my lawyer would be the first person to contact you.
                2. And secondly we business people would surely reconsider to buy your Mahindra scooter/cars or other Products.

                I the owner of your scorpio MH04BS5130. Engine No. BD34J53956 which I had sent for repairs at your above mentioned Authorized services centre against your job No. 12477 dt. 22/12/09Immediately I had faced the same problem within a span of fortnight. I now again I had sent my vehicle to the same Authorized service centre on 05th jan 2012 for entire engine work against your RO. Bill No RBC12B010457 for which I was told the my crank shaft has broken and it has to be replaced and they gave my vehicle after a month when ever I asked them what is the progress on my vehicle they gave me a reply that the crank shaft is not easily available for which I incurred an expense of Rs 63269/- after a period of 20 days appox. My vehicle had a problem on the 24th Feb2012 for which your service centre told me that one of the pulley and tensioner has fallen off. Know again a span of 4 to 5 days my vehicle had stopped some 40 km away from my residence I had to tow the vehicle and get It back to my residence. The next day my person called your service centre for help they had to again tow the vehicle to the Authorized service centre and form than I have not received my vehicle it is still at your service centre. After inquiring they informed my person that a bolt has broken in the engine. I am extremely sorry to tell you that this Authorized service centre is not serious in serving your customer and I can’t understand that the Authorized service Centre has got some knowledgeable technician or do they do the job from some roadside Tech. Now can you please guide me what to do, in spite of spending so much at your Authorized Service Centre and I have to face so much tension. You are hereby requested to kindly do the needful at the earliest and in a proper manner, so that you don’t compel me to take your Authorized service centre to the consumer court.

                  We had Purchased Mahindra Scorpio from Sireesh Automobile, bangalore. We are getting Problem in our Car Glass that is White Water Dots Appears in all the glasses. we had given compliants more than Ten times. the Sireesh automobile, bangalore. doesn't taking proper care. Their moto is only selling the vehicle nor service. they are taking through phone that they can change and give but they are not at all keepup their promise. Their customer service is very bad. already first we had purchased scorpio again we had exchanged that one. this is the second vehilce for us. pls give attention to our compliants. we hope you will take neccessary action against our compliants.
