I booke mahindra thar with 50000 amount.they told finance will clear.after some days they told finance will not available.thay i told him refund my booking amount he told i will give half of booking amount.this is fraud.then i arrange cash with family friend and came patna from renting car with 5000.now he told that i am going aout of station with thar which i booked.then what i do.i want full amount of booking amount and rent 5000 of car coming from madhubani to patna.total 55000.other wise i will compliat in consumer center and court about fraud from mahindra first choice.

    Address: new bypass nh-30 nandlal chapra near hp petrol pump

    The car was submitted on 20 march 2021 survsy was also done next day and approval for repair was also initiated
    but still today the car is not repaired whenever calls the
    agency they said parts are not available .

    Like the services are pathetic.

    I am scared aftrer reading reviews that the change the original parts as well its being like a month .

      I have given my car for accedental repair under insurance cover. After two months car handed over to me after many followups.

      After that i found that AC was not working, stepny tyre was damaged, wipers were not working, wires was not in place, coolent tank was changed, old parts have been fitted, deshboard was not properly fitted etc.

      Event after so much requests AC has not been repaired and denied to repaired and told me that it has been damaged. This has been told me after 2 and half months after too many followups.

      I have doubt whether it is a standard/branded company workshop or some fraud is there. Totally road side mechanis are their. No one have full technical knowledge.

      Customer have to tell about problems they are not checking the vehicle before handing over to customer.

      Very very poor response even owner is also giving assurance not giving quality commitment

      Worst workshop. Just for doing fraud/cheating customers.

      I was conned and even after several emails/ complaints, there was no response. bought Nissan Micra for 2, 10, 000 in January 2021and sold it for 95000 in april 2021...thats 1, 15, 000 + 15, 000 registration fee LOSS IN 4 months for me.

      MAHINDRA IS NOT A WORTHY COMPANY. A COMPANY WHICH CHEATS THE CUSTOMERS.

      DO NOT TRUST THEM !!!

      Tweeting people about charity and gifting cars to sportsmen doesn't make your great Mr. Anand Mahindra. Your main business seems to be conning people selling them damaged cars in the name of CERTIFIED CAR.

        Dear Sir,

        I purchased two Toyota Fortuner SUVs from your Noida sector 63 "Noida Car Point" branch of Mahindra First Choice (MFC)

        My concern is, even after a year of purchase, the car which is owner by me now, still listed in your MFC website. This is my personal car and it cannot be listed in the Mahindra First Choice website without my permission. I raised a complaint for the same on Monday 5th April 2021 and the complain number is MFCW[protected]. I follow up on daily basis to the call center as well as to the Mahindra First Choice branch from where I purchased the car but I don't get any response from either side.

        Can you please help me removing my personal car images with number plate details from your MFC website.

        Below is the URL. I think they put my car images to attract customers to their website as it is a Fortuner SUV. They cannot do this without my permission.

          I have purchased the ciaz car number HR26CT4413 ON 20TH NOVEMBER 2020 FROM AUTO ELITE MAHINDRA FIRST CHOICE LAJPAT MAGAR DELHI.

          THEY ASSURED ME TO GIVE ME MY RC ON OR BEFORE 31ST DECEMBER 2020 TO ME IN MY NAME.

          BUT ALL ARR FAKE PROMISES THEY TOOK RS. 5500 FOR AS A LIAISONING CHARGES FROM ME TO TRANSFER THE RC. BUT NOW TILL TODAY AFTER 3 TO 4 MONTHS MY RC IS NOT IN MY NAME. ALSO THEY HAVE NOT GIVEN Me THE insurance. Vehicle insurance is still expired from last September 2020. I m asking them to give me papers of my vehicles along with form 29 and 30 to get it transfer in my name then also then denying this.

          Plez do the needful.

          Owner of mahindra first choicer. ashvin arora - owner ( +[protected] and mr. Karan singh - sales man (+[protected] both make fake promises.

          Everything which they are unable to give they put on mahindra first choice as "this is the policy of mahindra first choice"

          If i will not get justice i will go to court for this and also file FIR IN POLICE DEPARTMENT FOR THIS FRAUD DONE BY AUTO ELITE LAJPAT NAGAR.

            after your mail they will contact to my family and say collect the noc, my sister is going to the branch but the manager is not treated well he said wherever you go, you must come to me in the end.You can do nothing against me because am the manager of the branch so am not finishing this mod forever, and he speaks very poorly not like a manager and it is this the correct response for customer, and this is a customer service????

              I brought Etios liva from Mahendra first choice near sodala, showroom Jaipur Rajasthan on 6th December 2020. I have given them all the correct information . they have processed my loan n everything . But at time of my RC of vehicles they have put wrong name, so I have requested them to kindly fix this & make it on my name . Now it’s more then 3months they have not fixed it . They are just saying sir we are doing give us some more time . N I cannot drive vehicle without registration. They have a very bad service.

                Hello,

                I have purchased an XUV 500 (MH03BJ8850) in November 2020. After getting the delivery in December 2020, I had raised the Hard Gear Shifting issue to the Owner (Big Boys Cars, Nagpur) & Arjit Singh of Mahindra First choice who certified the car but as per them the issue did not reproduce at their end and said that there is no issue in the car. After some days I again got the same issue and Got to know that it's a Clutch cylinder issue that needs to be resolved. I had again contacted Arjit and they made sure that the issue gets resolved under warranty in Mundhada Motors Nagpur.

                The last Saturday i.e. 13th March 2021 I got my car fixed from Mundhada Motors Nagpur under warranty and the next day I brought my car to my home town Gondia Maharashtra.

                But again I'm getting the same clutch/gear shifting issue. I'm really not satisfied with the service I got after paying a hefty amount and I have just driven over 2000 KMs in 4 months, this is not acceptable. Please take this into consideration ASAP. If I don't get the solution then eventually I'll have to approach Consumer Forum. I'm facing this issue for more than 2 months and after it got resolved once, then again it came back. This is not the experience I was looking for. I shouldn't have bought the car from Mahindra First Choice.

                Hello,

                Now unfortunately the problem arises again the next day. Again I contacted Arjit Singh and got it fixed and this time I got to know that the part (clutch cylinder) they replaced under warranty failed again. Now somehow I brought the car to Nagpur workshop where it was repaired under warranty, and BTW I had to again fix it in Sakoli Maharashtra because of clutch failure.

                Now today, I got to know that there is a problem with the clutch plate & pressure plate and both have to be replaced. More importantly, I had to bear the cost which is around 11k after driving the car for over 2k km only. 

                Please help me understand what type of service you are giving to the customer. Do you think I'm enjoying this experience? I'm really tired of this now. 

                If you can help then please do otherwise tomorrow I'll get it fixed on my own and left with the worst ever experience.

                  Dear,
                  I purchased a Honda Amaze 2013 Model, from Rana Motors, RS Pura Jammu, Jammu and Kashmir in the last week of December 2020 to the tune of Rs. 3.75 Lakhs.
                  Whenever someone speaks Mahindra, the first image comes to one’s mind is of Anand Mahindra, a towering personality of India who stands for Trust, dedication, magnanimity but in my case all these qualities have been dashed to ground. Below are point wise reasons for the breach of my trust.
                  1. On the very 5th or 6th day, car didn’t start and when got it checked, found that the battery was totally dead.
                  2. The electronic meter of car shows the reading as 69, 000 kilometres but when I got it checked from the Authorized Honda showroom at Sidhra Bypass Jammu, they informed the meter was tripped as the car was last serviced from the company in Mid-2019 and at that moment the car meter was showing around 99, 000 kilometres. Going by the average of six years and 99, 000 kilometres as per a rough estimate, the car had run around 1, 35 000 kilometres but electronic metre was showing 69, 000 kilometres it means a fraud of 66, 000 kilometres.
                  3. The Chamber (Engine chamber) of the car was found damaged by the mechanic and suggested to get it replaced.
                  4. When I got the car serviced, it was found that all the oils, Break-oil, engine oil, gear oil, coolant, in the vehicle were of some inferior quality and of locally made, making it vulnerable to damage the vehicle.
                  5. It is also found that trunk (dickey) of the car is leaking as water used to enter inside it and it still needs repairs (denting).
                  6. As I was in dire need of the vehicle, so while purchasing from Mahindra First Choice, I banked my trust on Mahindra as Anand Mahindra’s image come to my mind, whose image and name is enough for trust but even in the case of the genuine price of the vehicle, when I checked it online the price of 2013 Diesel Model to the Third owner, I came to know that the price of such vehicles are not more than 2.30 to 2.50 Lakhs.
                  If I had purchased a vehicle from an individual, then I would be solely responsible for all these flaws in the vehicle and would have got the vehicle at much lower price but by banking upon Mahindra, I felt totally deceived, looted and shattered by this experience. I still have faith in the person like Anand Mahindra but I have lost all my faith in First Choice and the name Mahindra should be taken back from First Choice as it is damaging the reputation of a person like Anand Mahindra.
                  Please do needful and refund me the extra money, I had paid in the form of vehicle exaggerated cost (quite high than online cost) as well as the money spent on repairs and other remaining repairs’ cost. Apart from this to retain trust in Mahindra, you should also need to take corrective steps, so that same will not happen with other customers.

                    I bought a Second hand NISSAN MICRA 2013 model from Khatri Auto Care in Kota Rajasthan on january 2nd 2021.

                    From first week, the Car started giving Troubles. The car is not certified, the Power window is not functional, AC needs repair, Suspensions are damaged, Fuel injectors need replacement. When i contact Mahindra first choice, they asked me to contact Bosch service centre, where an estimate worth of 70000 was handed over to me by Bosch Service Centre ( MAHINDRA FIRST CHOICE authorised and suggested me ).

                    My warranty product is CERTIFIRST plus, so the company rejected the repairs estimate approval as they said my PACKAGE doesn't cover the repairs.

                    my first question, Why in the name of certified car you have SOLD ME A TRASH CAR.

                    I HAVE BEEN COMPLAINING TO mahindra since week 2 of my purchase, but MR. RAVI PALIWAL ( AREA MANAGER, KOTA MAHINDRA FRIST CHOICE) told me that they did a favour selling me a tope model for just 2, 10, 000 so i should be happy.

                    And kindly let me know what are the 118 check points protocol the Company follows, because i never felt like i bought a certified car from MFCWL, it was and is still really a bad experience. The front tyres are punctured when i bought, MFC seller tells me to repair it myself. If i had to everything on my own, i would have bought the car from another user for far more less price, Why would i chose MFCWL, the trust and transparency is lost in transition with MFCWL.

                    I Bought a Second hand Nissan Micra XV-D at Khatri Auto care on 2nd January 2021 with Certi Plus warranty. There are a list of Complaints and issues I want to share with your team.

                    1) The front Tyres were already Punctured couple of times and Repaired Before the car was delivered to me. When i asked them, Rajendra Nama, the manager told me they are just punctured but the tyres still have life. I just trusted MAHINDRA and took the delivery, once in every three days iam filling the air now. The Front tyres are a lost cause. Now he tells me that we dont give warranty on tyres. But my question is why has MAHINDRA delivered me PUNCTURED tyres in first place.

                    2. The manager clearly told me, iam the 2nd owner of this car, as the first two owners are father and son and they had to transfer between them due to some personal matters. When i checked with vahan portal, the owners were completely different, and iam sure because they belong to different religion altogether.

                    3) The manager said, insurance was expired in october 2020, although he issued an insurance now. WHAT HE SAID WAS A LIE, as per the VAHAN portal and he doesnt have any documentation on that.

                    4) Mr. Rajendra Told me, he personally spent 8000 on the service before delivery, but there is no documentation and the VEHICLE too doesn't feel like its serviced Properly.

                    5) The back trunk shockers are not working, and its just 1 day since I purchased the car. When I complained, he said it was like that from before, but once again MAHINDRA doesn't offer a warranty.

                    6) The Music player volume rocking button doesn't work properly, , Mr Rajendra once again said, it's there from the start and MAHINDRA doesn't give warranty on that.

                    Sir/Madam,

                    Now my first question is if i wanted to buy a second hand vehicle as it is condition why would i prefer so called MAHINDRA FIRST CHOICE.

                    and coming to the owners and insurance, i would have had no problem, my issue is with that LYING MAHINDRA FIRST CHOICE MANAGER, Why there is no proper transparency during a purchase.

                    Now also I am not expecting much from you because more than anger I am hurt for spending my hard earned money in buying a trash car, which is unfortunately registered on my name now.

                    Now i have to live with this bad decision, until i can afford another car again which i am sure i won't be coming anywhere near to MAHINDRA FIRST CHOICE again.

                    one more thing to add, just check the below conversation

                    ME : Mr rajnedra, if i had to just buy a second hand car, micra would come under 150k ( a car which ran 90000 kms with 2 owners, music player not functional, two punctured tyres, back trunk shocks not working, Unserviced car. Why would I choose MAHINDRA FIRST CHOICE.

                    MANAGER : Sir, you are talking about big cities MAHINDRA FIRST CHOICE, but we are in a small city and you have to compromise.

                    Congrats, Mahindra first choice. You are successful in conning a customer. and yes seems good for your business but not for middle class customers like us.

                    Thanks once again for teaching me a lesson for trusting you.

                    it's just 17 days but i don't feel attached to the car. if i had extra conned money like you guys, i would have thrown the car to trash now.

                    AND ADDING SALT TO THE INJURY, i get to known from your authorised service centre that the CAR'S suspensions, Injectors, engine mount, steering alignment ( some parts need replacement) are all completely faulty and need to be replaced. This too in just 2 months and 1200 kms usage.

                      I had purchased a vehicle in August 2020 bearing registration number: MH43BM4056

                      I was asked by Dilesh Gujran to make the payment against this vehicle and so I did as I was requested, however, there was a technical glitch from bank's end and therefore Dilesh couldn't see the payment that I had made and he straightaway blocked my Id for making auctions without my consent.

                      Infact, the vehicle for whichy Id was blocked is with me and the release against the said vehicle was made on 5th September 2020.

                      Since then my Id is still blocked and I'm not able to do business with the company.

                        Greetings of the day, hope you're doing well!

                        I need to bring this to your attention that even after so many months I haven't received NOC for the said vehicle bearing registration number: MH14HL6620
                        Agreement Number: 3754872

                        I request you to please clarify if the NOC has to be obtained from Mumbai office or Pune office and if Auction Centre has any role to play in it?

                        Please note, it was purchased from Pune auction centre, it was released in July 2020.

                        I was told by Dilesh Gujran (staff from ediiig auction centre mumbai) that the NOC will be given within 15 days, however, so far I haven't received any NOC.

                        Now when I'm contacting Dilesh Gujran, he asks me to directly contact the finance department i.e. L&T, and a staff from L&T finance department said to contact auction house.

                        I also had visited Thane L&T branch, and I was told that I have to have visit Pune Branch when Pune branch says it's not necessary for you to visit Pune office as this can be done in Mumbai as well since you stay in Mumbai.

                        There's no response for a long time now.
                        I want NOC within next 2 days.

                        Your staff Dilesh doesn't speak as a responsible person, rather opposes the work which he should have done.

                          Bought our pre owned Honda City CVT VX from the prosper wheels goregoan on 22nd of Feb. Suggested the retailer to check Battery Tyres AC function etc with a checklist given by us before delivery but the same day of delivery the battery was dead (it was a 4 yr old battery) and we had to face issues late night to call garage mechanic to jump start the car. It was a bad experience on very day one. Post having talks the battery was replaced by the dealer and Rishabh was helpful for the same of accepting the issue and resolving it. We took the car for a complete check to Arya honda bhandup very next day, Post check with the honda service center who inspected the car and gave the results i.e. All 4 tyres 100% worn out (this is very critical which was not checked by the dealer / service center who gives certified status to cars even after our several requets), AC needed service which too was highlighted by us. We got it serviced n paid from our pocket. I have already raised and incident on Feb 26 with mahindra FC customer line but no action has been taken so far and no updates from Ravi Shankar which is alarming (representative), atleast a work progress is expected. The certified checklist available on mahindra website clearly states that the tyres should be atleast 40% in condition while selling the car to customer and approx 118 checkpoints are covered before car is given certified status and sold to customer in this case i am sure this is not followed. Please resolve the main issue of tyres as replacement would cost me extra 20K - 25K which is not acceptable if we are buying a certified car from Mahindra FC and not a local garage. The breach of trust, experience and extra cost is pocket is pretty sad.

                          Its been a week to written complaint and almost a month to verbal complaint to MFCL call center . Post talking to and repeating the same complain information to 8-9 representatives no status update forget resolution. With brand like Mahindra this was least expected. This is forcing me to take this up on open social media.

                          One more call by the representative named Bhargava from MFCL on 25th March. Asked to repeat the same incident/complaint 9th-10th time with no strong resolution and only assurance that it would be escalated and tried to resolve. Fail to understand with a trusted brand if the situation is this than what's the use of going for a brand like Mahindra than a roadside garage and buying a vehicle in less price and spending money in wear and tear which anyway you end up doing here along with a breach of trust and bad experience. waiting for a resolution.

                              I bought a car WB06B 1919 from Universal wheels in Kolkata, West Bengal on 12 Nov 2020. During the purchase it was told that RC will be changed in 1 month. I went for the full package that is the car and the RC transfer. Even after repeated follow ups the RC is still not transferred in my name. The Insurance will be lapsed on 24th Feb 2021. I am not even able to do the Insurance in my name. So After 24th Feb I will not be able to drive my car. Even a call to your customer car has no effect.

                              Please try to help me out.

                                Hi, I booked a used car redi go in my name BHARATH KUMAR N in mahindra first choice (velavan motors) in chennai. I made a payment of Rs. 10, 000 for booking on 24.01.2021 and add on to this, they made a commitment that if booking was cancelled and they will refund the full amount but I have to inform them within one week from the date of booking, due to my personal reasons and finance situation I changed my plans to take a car and I planned to cancel the booking and I informed them that I am cancelling the booking. After that they start showing negligence to me to speak and they finally said like that they will charge 1000 rs and they will refund only 9000 rs and it is charged for taking the test drives from them. Test drive is the common thing which is given by free of cost of all car dealership and without test drive how can a buyer buy a car? And finally I negotiated and told to branch manager to refund the total amount. He also accepted for that and told me that he will make the refund processing and amount will be credited on 01/02/2021 . But still is not refunded and j am following up with sales executives and no updates from them.
                                Kindly refund my amount ASAP.

                                  My colleague Prashant has booked a Car (Hyundai Era Plus Petrol) from Mahindra First Choice, Sir Car, Faridabad located Dealer on 5 jan 2021 with an amount of 10000 Rs by Credit Card. Due to some issue like loan approval or any case, he has cancelled his booking on the same day but now the dealer is not refunding the amount. He is continuously saying no and not giving any response. Dealer behavior is very rude and does not respond for refund.

                                  I request to take a suitable action on the dealer and refund our booking amount. As per the policy, If any small deduction will apply, It will be acceptable from our side.

                                  Your services are very poor you are the brand only by name your work is zero. Franchise is not giving the refund so in this case, you have the responsibility to talk with franchise and request for refund but you are just ignore the matter.

                                    I have booked a Honda City car in Mahindra First Choice at the cost of above 4L. But the car doesn't contain the following basic needs in it
                                    Seat cover
                                    Basic Music system
                                    Basic Speakers

                                    I would appreciate if these were provided by a reputed car dealers like Mahindra first choice as it is all basic needs of a car buyer. I believe the standards of these kind of reputed sellers and that is why we are spending so much in a used car to have a quality product.

                                      I bought a car from mahindra first choice Honda City I said so many times that Engine light is glowing in dash board they say that this is not important (making fool) then I order OBD reader from Amazon and check the fault then I found that P0141 fault {Heated oxygen sensor (HO2S) 2, bank 1 heater control circuit malfunction} is there then again I informed them then they saying that is is not an important sensor then I searched on YouTube role of the sensor I found that it is playing good role in mileage and if it is not resolved then car catalytic get damage they are not resolving this issue now.

                                        We had bidded Mahindra Bolero Stinger thru Ediig Auction Portal (Mahindra capatalized automotive) on 13 October 2020.

                                        Car Name - Mahindra Bolero Stinger
                                        Number - MH 01 AH 2656

                                        Car Details as per RC are - Also attached Original RC with this email.
                                        Mahindra Bolero
                                        DI Engine
                                        4X4
                                        7 Seater
                                        Red Color

                                        Actual car we got is,
                                        Crde Engine
                                        5 Seater in actual
                                        Blue Color
                                        2 x 2 Model.

                                        & None of this information is mentioned in RC

                                        When contacted Ediig MFCWL contact person - got a singled liner reply - " All the vehicles are listed for sale on “ As is where is basis. We are requesting Bidder to inspect the vehicles thoroughly before bidding and check the details .

                                        During Auction - Original RC was not uploaded on the Portal.
                                        It was manually uploaded without complete details.

                                        This is clearly documentation-al/Specification error from Mahindra Company side because Mahindra Auto cannot sell a Car with incorrect Specification & register a car with different Specifications.

                                        If we wouldnt had raised this concern then someone else could had raised this issue who has bought this car.

                                        This is an error which was been done by Mahindra Auto Company Side when car was registered in 29/08/2008. RC copy attached.

                                        We have called point contact person from Ediig - MFCWL & they are not responding the emails or calls.

                                        Thats why I am raising a complaint on this portal & dont mind even taking this issue to consumer court for selling a car with incorrect car Information/Specifications.

                                        Company should have corrected the details before listing the car in Ediig Auction Portal.

                                        Considering your company’s very good brand reputation and highest level of integrity and ethics in business dealings, I am surprised and
                                        disappointed to know that the vehicle handed over to me had multiple informational errors and does not match the standards declared in the pre-bid information by your company.

                                        Hoping this be sorted out asap, Else I dont mind knocking Court doors for this scenario.
