Sir,
I am a small time service taxi operator, doing business, with limited resources’ wish to state as under, for your serious intervention.
I have been buying scorpio vehicle No.MH 34 BG 5544 from provincial automobile chandrapur(Maharashtra) . I bought one vehicle from you. In june-2019.The vehicle performed well for two months. Without any breakdown . After that the vehicle stopped, on middle of road. As a result I am required to provide, to the company alternative vehicle .Your workshop, tells me that, the vehicle cannot be repaired because of non-availability of one particular spare part. What am I to do? I am facing a loss of Rs.3000/- per day due to the above therefore. I request you to either repair my vehicle immediately or compensate my loss. In cured, for the number of days, due to non-availability of vehicle from your side .Although the vehicle is in warranty period.
Note: the vehicle breakdown from 12th Aug in Nagpur provincial automobile in Hingna workshop (Maharashtra)

    I sold my car santro dl1cj3790, through mahindra first choice in year 2016 september, however it has been noticed that even after three years of sale the ownership has not been transferred to the current owners name. I received a traffic challan recently which implies that the car is still in my name as per rto records. This is not legally correct and highly irresponsible on the part of a reputed company. Please urgently get it transferred to the owner's name to avoid further harassment.

      Dear mahindra first choice,

      I deeply regret to inform you that your executives in authorised dealer from domlur branch irresponsible and horrible.
      As i purchased a car skoda rapid model 2013 ka19 md 2985, from domlur, bangalore a franchise of mahindra first choice on dated[protected], and mr. Vignesh from dealer has committed that he will provide hassle free service with pending work which was not completed before delivery of the car & converted rc to our name, it's very bad to say that commitment time of rc transfer (As specified in documents) 45-60 days was used up by your dealer but still demanding 90days (Discussed via mobile on 01/08/2019). I don’t worry to give them 90 days of time but my car met with an accident (Hit & run on 22/07/2019) i want to repair it in insurance either it from your dealer because rc not transferred or from my end (As per rule seller should maintain insurance to be valid until their documents transferred to buyer name) until unless rc not transferred to buyer name, in-between anything happened to car or passengers while driving as per motor vehicle norms seller is the responsible. When i bought the car delivery its specifically highlighted this point verbally with mr. Vignesh and rto agent that insurance getting lapsed on 19/07/2019 you have one month & 19days of time in-between make arrangement to get my rc to in my name so that i’ll renew the insurance, if fails to get it in time you (Seller) have to renew the insurance point was agreed by both of them in front of sales person mr. John. Unfortunately they unable to transfer rc to in my name and now they are against to their statement. Seller are not in the position to get repaired my car as they are failed in their documentation process.

      When it comes to documents process, mr. Vignesh called me on 25/06/2019 for pollution test certificate – next day sent through whatsapp and they taken clearance certificate from mangalore rto on 22/07/2019. When i ask them to give me acknowledgment copy of devanahalli rto still seller was diverting me and they are not able to give present status of this documentation. When i trying to follow-up regarding with area manager of mahindra and customer care of mahindra my call automatically get disconnect after their receive. I’m very much fed-up of this after entering into your mahindra first choice.

      As i concluded above concern will not solve without my presence in legal advisor. Waiting for your right response here.

      Dear Mr. Rohidas,

      With reference to your query on the RC transfer, it is normally take 60 to 90 days depend on the RTO to RTO & state to state.
      Also note that customer RC transfer is subject to discussion & agreement between franchisee & customer, Mahindra First Choice did not take any transfer work from customer directly.
      As per update from our Area Manager Mr. Yashpal, vehicle was sold with insurance & post expiry of insurance it is customer duty to take fresh insurance on his vehicle.
      As per last update, vehicle is transfer in respective RTO in your name & it is also updated you on call from franchisee team.
      Please find attach copy of transfer RC for your ready reference. Feel free to keep in touch with Mr. Yashpal if you still have any query on the same.

        I have serviced my car “hyundai fluidic verna – up32-gr-6027” from your workshop at phase-7, mohali, punjab for the first time in apr'19. I was quite satisfied with the service.

        In july'19 i faced some problem with my car ac and visited your workshop in phase-7, mohali. They have checked it with service charges @1300/-and finally concluded that compressor is faulty and i was given an estimation of rs. 28000/- for repairing inclusive of spare and labor charges. I was asked to come back after 02 day as material has to be arranged. I have given an advance @ rs.5000/-. For the next 10 days i was following up but material was not made available. Meanwhile i checked my car in some other workshop, where they have checked and identified that there is some minor problem and compressor valve need to be replaced. Which was repaired just in rs.4000/- only.

        From this experience my perception is that customers are being looted in your work shop and not sharing the actual problem.

        Now i am following up with your service team at mohali for refund of my many after taking the services charges which was agreed initially. But not getting any response nor my money.

        Looking forward for resolution.

          Dear concern,

          This is with reference to the purchase of one car from mahindra choice noida.
          I have purchased one toyota etios from one of the dealer of mahindra first choice dealer in the month of march 2019, have made complete payment on very first day of taking car but even after passing of 5 months the car rc has not transferred on my name. I am facing legal issues on daily basis from local traffic police authority & going under mental harrasment of nt having my complete car paper in the abscense of which if anything happens to the car then again it will become a tedious & troublesome matter for me to resolve it.

          Kindly assist me in getting this done along with compensation of past long days passed of mine under mental harrasment as still the vehicle is not transferred on my name the dealer has no idea by when they will close the same.

          They me a fraud paper
          Even they r not transfer paoer on my name
          I paid h in me full amount
          Thats very disgusting
          I want to get orginal paper
          And want to transfer on my name
          I have sent my car for a problem at Mahindra First Choice service centre at North Salmara, Dist. Bongaigaon, Assam. The agent inform me that a small parts of the car to be replaced. Now it is nearly 8 days. No action is found. Even there is no proper reply. Is it the process of first choice.

            I had paid for a celerio on june 3rd, 2019.. The car was delivered on june 7th. We were assured that the registration would be done soon and. The papers would be handed to us in 4 weeks. I am a 56 year old cancer survivor and my husband is a senior citizen. So we were apprehensive about taking the car out without any insurance in our name and told them we would not take it out as we can't deal with any hassles in case of an accident. They assured that it would be applied for the very next day. When we contacted them on july 4, they were very evasive and would not give any answer. When we insisted on seeing the copy of application for transfer, they sent it after a few days and we found out that they have applied only on july 7th. I have not been able to take the car out. This is no way to treat old people whom they feel are helpless. We bought from them because we thought mahindra is an honest company.

              My car was taken for servicing on June 28 2019 in Pondicherry .I gave 2 main complaints to address AC and power windows and general servicing .MFCS ( the company ) gave an estimate of close to 21000 initially and then added estimate for the remaining work will come later . After 6 days, MFCS did not attend my main complaints and mentioned about the servicing work . Another 21000 was added to estimate and no parts procured in time .I was asked to pay up 20000 as advance for doing the work ( which I paid through NEFT) . I personally went and briefed them in person on 4 July that this is disappointing, they are ineffective and don't do justice for the brand name, available technology and enormous delay so far .I also mentioned that I doubt their capability . I was assured that on July 5, they will deliver the car 99.99% but did not bother to do it . I wanted to escalate to the senior management but their customer care would not share despite my requests (.My complaint Ref No. :1743542 raised with them )
              They gave a token apology on July 6 and went into hibernation . The Customer care email insulted me by offering 200 Rs discount coupon for next service with them after giving an estimate of 42000 Rs and not keeping delivery time nor effectively addressing my problem

              I had to escalate to Chairman of Mahindrs's group to escalate as a last option on 9 July morning at about 345 am ... On July 9 evening at about 424 pm it was messaged that the car is ready through WhatsApp but it was shared a few things were not done Example .The power windows problem was not completed fully. I asked for the car delivery on July 10

              For the enormous delay, harassment and ineffective ways of working I request to be compensated also .

                Dear mahindra,
                Let me start by briefing you my case. Bought vw polo tdi 1.5 from noida car ghar on 11th june and same day car broke down went to the dealer for getting my problem rectified (First problem) as the problem i complaint before buying was not done they falsy said that the clutch plates have been replaced.
                Now the new problem arose of ems (Engine management system) which you would be knowing better how critical problem it is in a car (Second problem)
                By now i knew i have been fooled but with fingers crossed i went out with my family for outing on my marriage anniversary to murthal 70 kms from my house i went smoothly with ems coming and getting rid of it by switching off and on the engine, somehow i reached murthal but when i finished my party and planned to go back by car never started again, mahindra road side assistance team (Mr. Mithilesh) never supported as they came with a luxury car without the tool box except the battery to charge my car's battery and when they found battery is ok and to my surprise they refused to check any other thing and asked me to get the car towed and asked for hefty 40 rs per km for that.
                Whole night that they till 3:30 am from 12:00 i was arguing with the service mechanic there with me and person on call from mahindra road side asistance (Mr. Mithlesh).
                Now see the funny thing here in contradiction to this a local mechanic luckily was able to repair my car as he said the car fuel pump is damaged and he by himself brought it from delhi and got my car repaired by morning 11:30 (Third problem)
                Now i am facing the problem of battery which is very old and in very bad condition as per the local mechanic every day i need to get it pushed to start.
                So now i think to the best of my knowledge elaborated the case in the best possible manner and now its upto mahindra how they take this case forward.
                Else i will be forced/bound to take legal case of harassment against mahindra first choice and i have enough evidences to prove what i went through that night with my little baby which is not even 11 months old.

                  Sir, bhattad auto center, ozar, nashik, maharashtra who is ur authorized service center is misusing ur brand name by charging high cost of spare parts compare to market rate. He is aslo making huge bills when customer visits his centre. His behaviour towards customers is pathetic as he tries to take away money from pocket. Generally his final bill is 2 to 3 times higher than estimation. Please take corrective action as he is bringing bad name to ur reputated brand. Thanks.

                    Its is very sad to give complaint on a big brand like mahindra first choice wheels ltd but inevitable

                    We started a franchise of mahindra first choice service on 2017 in tiptur after six months this mahindra first choice wheels ltd people came to us and told that you have got a pre approved used car dealership and told to pay 100000 for applaction which is refundable we had a expense of 9 lakh for infra and stock and other expense we did all necessary by taking loan from a bank
                    We expected a lot and trusted them alot but there was no support and no information too how to start and when to start they given a assurance of stock from another dealer and will provide a stock loan in a bank to buy stock they did not fulfill any one of there promises even though we waited them for one year after that we called them and told that we want to withdraw and requested them to return to amount deposited amount on oct 9, 2018, 3:24 pm after sending email they told to remove all branding which was fulfilled by us of rs 35000 after removing the brand they told us to send the images of removed brand since from 6 months they are dragging us by saying us today and tomorrow we got a huge loss till today we are paying interest to loan now the they are saying that we are talking negative about mfcw and without my sattlement of my amount they have given a applaction to some other party in same region

                    I came to know some one has got the franchise which is appointed by mr. Nagaraj but till today he has not visited us.

                      I have complained in month of April that my car ac us not working. They askes me to send my car to their work shop xcars and I did that l. I paid 6000rs for consumer items after than also my ac is not working. Now after 2 months they are asking me to pay same amount.

                        Hi,

                        i have submitted my car UP32HN3151 in Mahindra first choise service center Aliganj Lucknow in Dec'18 and also i have deposited Rs.21000 (Rs.1000 Cash + Rs.20000 through Credit Card).
                        service center person fails committed to me that vehicle will be repaired maximum 20 Days. but they have taken approx. 3 Month for repairing it.
                        also they have return only Rs.14000 to me while i have deposited Rs.21000 as a security. i am chasing with service center for my rest amount but they are not responding.

                          I am Danish Ahmed S/O Anwar Ahmed R/O 41, Purva abdul wali shahpeer gate, Meerut (U.P) - 250002. I owns a car Tata - Tiago Revotorq XT registration no - UP15-CB-2744.
                          My car got accident on 18th Dec'18 around 5.00 PM in Bulandshahr (U.P) - 203001. So I called insurance company for help and they provided me details of near by service center Cena Tag Automotive (158/4, Shree Mukhiya Market, Main road Taj Highway, Noida Extension, Near Gaur City, Noida (U.P[protected]. Cena Tag Automotive is collaborated with Mahindra First Choice and authorized to repair any car. I talked to the person and toed my car and submitted my car on 19th Dec'19 around 3.00 AM at above service center and they received it.
                          I got my car from same service center after repair on 3rd Jun'19 after so many follow ups. I spent a lot money on hired vehicles. So it gave me a lot mental and financial problem. They harassed me a lot in this period and Finally I got my car after repair.
                          But now my car is not running fine, some parts was missing, Some broken, lots of sound in engine.
                          I talked to the service center executive Mr. Rakesh Kumar ([protected]) and he said that It will work fine after some time as it was not in running condition for last 165 days.
                          But when issues increased I checked my car on a Tata Motors authorized service center on 17th Jun'19 and they told me that my car engine is not working fine and wherever I have repaired my car they have used local parts or not checked it properly before handing it to me and because of their carelessness some of engine parts damaged.
                          Parts Damaged -
                          1. Injector 3 - due to dust or carelessness of service center
                          2. Engine Mounting 'A' - Broken
                          3. Steering Rack - not serviced properly
                          4. Turbo Pipe - leaked (not changed at the time or repair)
                          5. Coolant Bottle - Damaged & Leaked (not changed at the time of repair)
                          6. Alternator Belt - Used local
                          7. Auto Testers - Not done
                          Above all issues due to carelessness of Cena Tag Automotive or they have saved money from insurance amount and done temporary work and It is costing me around 67000/- rupees for parts only and service charges will be extra to fix above issues.
                          If I will not have checked it soon It will also damaged turbo of car.

                          It happened because of carelessness and fraudulent of Mahindra First Choice & Cena Tag Automotive. I want both to bear the cost to repair my car and compensate me for mental and financial harassment done by them for 165 days. Because if they have done work correctly than It will all be covered in Insurance and I will have to pay less but now all cost on me.
                          I have also mailed to mahindra first choice when my car was more than 4 months in service center and one person called me and said that they will escalate the issue but no one called and replied on mail again.
                          I have twitted on twitter directly to Mr. Anand Mahindra after I received my car and lots of issues found in my car again someone called me and said they will escalate but again no call back.

                          Finally I am asking for law and order to help me out because they Mahindra First Choice and Cena Tag Automotive has given me a lot depression.

                            Hi Team,

                            I purchased used car from Mahindra First Choice. They provided me 9 months car insurance along with used car which was registered with the previous user name.

                            I met with an accident within 3 month of buying the car and contacted to Insurance company to claim, they said that if your car registration and insurance papers are registered with different name then you can not claim the insurance.

                            My query is that why did my seller not inform me prior to sell the car about this legal fact and if I met with an accident then who will be bear the cost in this conflicted situation (previous user or seller) because I paid the insurance amount along with the car cost at the time of buying.

                              I had bought Ford Figo 2013 model (diesel) bearing from Retona Motors, Ernakulam, Keralam on 2nd December 2017. My warranty book number is WF2016 and Warranty Registration Form Number - 42070.

                              The car problems began to show up on my first service. I had covered 5000 kms within few months by then I had'nt received the warranty booklet, so I had to do the mandatory car service to ensure the warranty and I did at PVS Ford Service Centre, Meenchanda, Calicut (Authorised Dealer and Service Centre in Calicut). The mechanic had raised many complaints with the car. He mentioned that many of the parts are in bad condition and I have to make urgent repair works. Looping of the wiring in dash board and engine may have been carried out.

                              Sooner I started experiencing problems. It all started with Engine oil leak, Suspension issues, Gear box complaint, AC issue and so on goes the list. When inquired with the Warranty assist phone number (First Choice), I was told that either I should have the certificate showing ownership of the car or the warranty book.

                              By that time I had neither received RC nor the warranty booklet. I had been pressurising the dealer since my purchase and when I finally received the warranty booklet, I decided to inquire with the service authorised dealer.

                              Bosch, Sulthan Bathery, Wayanad, Kerala was the service authorised dealer near my location. So I went by him and asked to check the vehicle for oil leak and AC issues. The employer informed me that AC (switch) doesnt cover under the warranty and also no parts are available for the car, if I have to get parts I have to take the car to authorised service centre in calicut and there is no other issue with the vehicle. And he even told me that the oil leak is fixed.

                              But, the oil leak started again, I dont want to wait for further troubles with the car. Hence I took the vehicle to authorised service centre for Ford in calicut, Kerala. The Mechanic inspected the vehicle thoroughly and prepared a detailed estimate and parts to be replaced.

                              I gave my vehicle for repair on 14/07/2018 at PVS Ford and the car was delivered after covering almost all problems on 31/07/2018. The bill amount including body works came to Rs 61, 228. And my Vehicle registration was successfully completed by then. I enquired with warranty and received a claim amounting to Rs. 36, 631.

                              That was just the begining, I had another set of repair works by February 2019 for an amount of Rs 38, 805, which have not been reimbursed. Also, i was able to found out that the reserve/ stepney tyre provided was of some other car which doesnt fit my car.

                              Just after the service the car started misbehaving again. Now its with wiring, as the wiring was done from outside the company by the previous owner/dealer Iam experiencing sever difficulties while driving. Iam not able to drive reverse in car without accelerating indicating lack of power. Also, while riding uphill not enough torque is generated. When enquired with Ford First choice I happen to know that the dealer who sold me the car (Retona motors, Ernakulam) have been terminated from your contract. Then I happen to enquire with the First Choice representative regarding warranty for the vehicle as it was about to expire. He told me that engine wiring doesnt come under the warranty. So, there was no point in renewing the warranty without any use.

                              At present the car is in PVS Ford Service Centre, Calicut. The estimated amount including engine wiring comes around Rs. 1.50 lakh.

                              Now regarding the warranty terms and conditions, clause 4 - warranty is not applicable from use of non-genuine parts other than those approved by respective manufacturer. In may car, there were many parts which were not genuine and installed either by previous owner or dealer. So what happens when failure of those parts occur or serious damage (like short circuiting) occurs due to use of those parts? Isn't it the responsibility of the dealer to ensure that all the parts in the vehicle are genuine? Or to properly check the vehicle and replace damage parts before selling it to customer? The mechanic in the PVS authorised service centre told me that panels and BCM (body control module) were damaged due to the fault in rewiring which was carried out from outside. They also suspect that PCM (power control module) might be damaged as Iam experiencing power issues.
                              I believe there has been a fault in the Dealer (First Choice) as I was given a vehicle which was not properly checked by the dealer. I have spent more than 1 lakh on the vehicle since purchase. And its not possible for me to spend another one lakh on the same.

                              Hence, my proposal is either to cover the upcoming expense for the car for the current work and bumper to bumper warranty for two years from now or you can take back the car and pay me the expenses incurred till now (including the cost of car).

                                And today only i drove for 25kms and Car is showing fault in ENGINE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM.
                                Since its because of Mahindra First Choice I bought this car, and on the first day within 2 hours and while driven mere 25kms I have no trust left so I want to return this car and want my money back.
                                Please help it is my very hard earned money and I want to return the car back.

                                  Mahindra first choice dealership auto elite lajpat nagar from them i purchased an xuv500 on 30th march from that day onwards car is not in running condition after checking here and there i found that the car was accidental too from the very first day its coolant is leaking i told the dealership they clearly denied it and said car is in warranty call mahindra first choice warranty toll free number then i called them somehow they helped me a little bit and tell me to take the car to car care center sector 28 faridabad i took my car there and they found some problem is in house pipe or something they repaired it and given me the bill of 5000rs no warranty i have to pay from
                                  My pocket only now again coolant is leaking after checking from them only i found that whole head is decompose due to rust water whole engine head is decomposed and rusty even the car was not serviced it was out of engine oil air filter oil filter diesel filter brake pads front shockers and ac problem also no one is listening now from last two days my car is in car care unit waiting for confirmation of mahindra first choice team means after spending 8lakhs rupees i have to travel in the bus metro take my car to garages again and again and no work is going on it from the very 1st day it clocked just 100km max again and again new problems are coming from it seriously a very fake and fraud company it is now i dont have money to buy new car and even im paying emis for this also and im travelling it the bus only seriously thanks to mahindra first choice for fooling me thank u so much

                                    I bought a car i-20 asta crdi on april 21, 2019 from mahindra first choice, automotives india, 111/9, aruna asaf ali marg, kishan garh, opp. Ncg pump, vasant kunj, new delhi-110070. At the time of booking, it was said that this car was drove upto 67415 km. Their staff mr. Lalit & mr. Ajay said that its genuine and trust us we are giving you a good car with good condition.

                                    On 8th days from date of purchasing of car, i have faced a lot of problems in this car.in 3, 4 days, at the time of driving, i got noise of break down of break shoe. I took the car to hyundai service center to get it fixed and therefrom i came to know that till july 31, 2017, the car was already drove 83000 kms. I went to car dealer at mahindra first choice, after confirmation by mahindra first choice dealers from their car agent, it is confirmed that car was drove more than 1 lacs km. The meter of car is reduced from 1 lakhs kms to 67000 kms. At the time of buying, i clearly asked to first choice staff for meter counting genuineness, they that this is genuine.

                                    I raised a complaint with respect to this with mahindra first choice team within one week, but initially, they were reverting on my mail, but after 3, 4 mails, they stopped to revert on my mail. They are ignoring my mails now.

                                    Please help me what can i do? Else, i will take police help against these fraud people of mahindra first choice.

But now team is saying manager lied you we don't give such kind of service and warranty. Then why was confirmed me. I simply believed on mahindra first choice and he too told mahindra first choice is a company who don't do grade with customers. Customer satisfaction is motive. This a issue i raised on portal...

                                      I have entered in a yearly scheme by paying rs1200/- towards 6 washing, teflon coating, rust coating etc. My scheme book no. 1599 has been misplaced somewhere but i am having a copy of same. Today when i went to the w/s, they refused for washing without the book. Is it fair on part of mahindra first choice s/c, near argora chowk, ranchi, to return customer for this only reason?
