    Thought to be a great deal but trust no more. No different than any local dealer. Said 2nd hand but was 3rd. Said car is untouched but turned out to be smashed from inside. Huge maintainence work had been done which was hidden. I went there thinking it's Mahindra first choice and I can trust their verified products but seems like I was wrong .. disappointed and hurt !! I may file a legal complaint now.. it's Lally motors mahindra first choice in Jalandhar

      I bought a pre owned car i.e huyndai xcent vehicle no HR26AT2300, from first choice MG road so the sales person who showed me xcent car they took 20 days after giving token money of 20k they took 20 days to deliver so i gave token money on ashtmi which is 22nd’oct’2020 and i got my vehicle on 12th’nov 20 and that too when i forced them to release my car because of insurance the agent name nitin they didn’t release my car which means i gave my money my time but they don’t have the value of that every time they said the same thing and when i was in there office they changed there statements no one give me proper explanation that why it will take too much of time then there excuse, i said i can do insurance from my own i m from kanpur so i need to visit to my family on the occasion of Diwali i requested them multiple time and every time they gave me new delivery date time that before this date you’ll get your car at this time you’ll get your car and after then no one answered call mr nitin who handle finance he is the worst person i ever met across he is the man who never stays on his words he said on 11th that due to insurance you’ll not get your car just wait for one more day and he is the only person who called me on 11th morning that till evening you’ll get your car everything is sorted ready for you and when i went there by 8pm i made rest of the payment and at they took 2 hours for some sort of paper work and then around at 10pm he said that i am sorry you need to wait one more day as i forgot to take insurance as the insurance person is not available i said it clearly that i can manage the insurance part you just take down my signature in noc certificate and i’ll take care of the insurance then he said no no i’ll not do this i am sorry that not comes under noms and policies then this conversation again took half an hour and then he said jst come tomorrow morning by 9 by 9:30 or 10 i’ll realese the car any how kindly understand as i need to head towards kanpur on that day as day after tomorrow diwali but he didn’t understood my situation then next day he again didn’t answered my 50 call then he came office by 11am and said i was on the way so didn’t see 50 calls. So this is the entire struggle of 20 days then actually issue came to know because now they are delivering my car so at the time of delivery i found that the ac blower is not working there are scratches so rubbing not done properly then one intresting thing there is only one hsrp no. plate placed in front however the back no. plate is normal that plastic one and when i took the test drive and book the car at the time of token money i said clearly to mr. dhanraj(sales) mr siddhart(store manager) that there are some issues so kindly rectify it before delivery they said yes yes you’ll get everything fixed at the tome of delivery and on delivery date they said you’ll take the car and after diwali come to us will fix this for you and again after diwali its been a month i am reaching them to fix the issue as they are no professional staff there how can understand the situation who has some sort of sound mind.as i paid each single bills and now they treat us like they really don’t care now. So kindly help me and rectify my car issues as mentioned below:
      1.Ac Blower
      2.rubbing panting
      3.front side bumper
      4.back hsrp no. Plate
      Or else just refund my money as i am not getting any benefits with that because technically i yet not got my car which is supposed to be offered.

        Dear Concern,

        I have sold my car HR26BL8436 to Mahindra First Choice on 18th Aug and i was promised that RC will be transferred within 90 Days.
        Unfortunately no one from your company now bother to reply my mails on RC transfer status and even they have stopped taking my calls.

        Can you please look into it as i do not want to carry any liability beyond promised date?

          I had booked used car in mahindra first choice in the branch (Simaks auto hub llp perungudi) chennai. I gave token of Rs.10000 at the time of booking. Now due to some personal reason I feel that I am not in a position to buy the car & I cancelled booking. I want my token money refund.

            Dear Concerned,

            I have bought the Car Mahindra KUV100 K2+ MFALCONG80 from Mahindra First Choice (Noida Car Point, F-467, Sec-63, Near Fortis Hospital, Noida, Uttar Pradesh) on 24th June 2020. Car is not starting, I have connect with Mr. Adnan Ali (Noida Car Point) on 09th November 2020 and inform him about the issue, he inform me battery may be down due to light on or Charger and suggest me charge your battery after that you will not face any issue. I have given the Car Battery for charges for 24Hrs after that car was start same day and I have not face any issue in car starting same day but next day car was not start face the same issue. I have logged the complaint in (24x7 Car Roadside Assistance [protected]) on 12th Nov 2020 but not get any positive response. I have inform same thing to Mr. Adnan Ali (Noida Car Point).

            Please help to rectify the Battery Discharge issue.

              Greetings of the day !
              Kindly note that I have purchased a car (Fiat linea classic December 2013 model chassis no.613Kkz RJ 14 CU 8554 ) from “mahendra first choice” on 16 sep 2020 I have paid two lack and twenty five thousand in cash, as soon as I brought the car home, I have drive it for almost 60 kms and started noticing a weird sound coming from engine (missing problem ) immediately I have got the car in FIAT SGPL civil lines, jaipur service centre and they have informed that the car has lot of issues which resulted me in huge amount. They have given me an estimate of 30, 000 to get it repaired, which includes Ignition Coil - 3063 x 4, Spark Plug 149 x 4, spark plug cable 1158 x 4, clutch cylinder - 1898, Slave Cylinder - 2717, and other service charges. It actually shocked me with the average, as I got 18 liters of petrol and it finished within 100 kms.
              This all happened within 3 days from purchase date. I have returned the car and denied to accept it, as I thought its a fair company and deal. As per the dealer the car was certified from Mahindra first choice which should not have any initial problems. But I think I have been cheated, and given a car which already had lot of issues. Now its been 2 months the car is kept in their ware house, I have continuously following for my payment, but no one is responding to me. They are not willing to pay me back.and they want to deduct 10% of the amount even after giving me a bad condition vehicle .

              Iam also facing the same problem in Kota. Used the car for just 2 months (1200 kms), although the problems started in the first week itself. I ignored them thinking some issues are normal in second hand car, but when i contacted their customer care, they directed me to their authorised service centre who gave me a 70000 estimate for repairs.

              These people are conning customers by faking to sell CERTIFIED CARS.

                Very painful experience. Visiting mahindra first choice workshop, munger. Mr harsh kumar supervisor, Mr mukesh kumar cashier& works manager not taking proper care me and my car. I can not visit your workshop in future & not suggest anybody our known concerning friends or relative. I am very disappointed this service station due to employees.

                  i have deposited (Bank Transferred ) 10000 dated 19/09/2020 to singla vehicles dealer of Mahindra First Choice in Bathinda Punjab to there ICICI Bank A/c . as a initial money to book a second hand car,
                  but due to some personal problems, i have give up my idea to purchase the same, on very next day, i told owner that i have postponed my idea to purchase the car, so kindly refund the amount back, but they denied.

                        Dear MFC Delhi

                        I had purchased an used car from MFC (AUTO ELITE, LAJPAT NAGAR, DELHI) in the moth of NOV'2019. Its almost a year.
                        Till date I haven't received my RC. All these days I have been told next week next week, that next week never arrived. Auto Elite as well as the area manager from MFC keep on giving false statement. This is very frustrating.
                        Can some one at least resolve the issue. I have been duped and scammed by MFC as well as Auto Elite.
                        You guys should act in a customer friendly way.
                        Hope to have a positive response from atleast MFC if not from AUTO ELITE as MFC is a big company.
                        In my next response I would like to go on a legal path.

                          Hi,

                          I have purchased a pre-owned vehicle from Mahindra First Choice sales point on date 25-sep-2020. For the last 7-8 days I drove the vehicle locally for around less than 10 KM. Yesterday (on 04-Oct-2020) was my first trip of more than 10 KM towards Kanpur. After driving for around 50 KM in Noida-Agra Expressway the engine got seized and I got stuck in the middle of the expressway with my family.

                          This is my first car purchase and it's like a dream come true.
                          After enquiring a lot online and Offline I trusted Mahindra first Choice to buy my dream car. I had paid a premium as compared to the market value of the car but considering it is associated with Mahindra First Choice I was assured that this premium will be paid back in terms of assurance of quality that Mahindra promises in terms of 118 quality inspections before they certify a car.

                          When i received the delivery of the car I was told Car is serviced, checked, certified so you are going to have a wonderful experience for at least next six months.
                          Now as the car engine is seized it raises questions on quality and service assurance that Mahindra promises. How a car which is serviced and goes through so many quality checks will not run for even 50 KMs before the engine seized. When I checked the Oil and coolant levels it was all empty. It is hard to believe how a car which was serviced and promised that Oil and coolant levels are up will be emptied in just a total 50 KM run in 8 days without any leak.

                          I have presented my case with the dealer and he is pulling his hands back, forgetting about all the assurance and quality of service that he was bragging about a week back when he was trying to convince me to buy the car.

                          It is hurting that a brand like Mahindra First Choice adopts such a poor level of tactics to fool the customer A branch which talks about certification, 118 quality checks and 6 months warranty and can't assure the customer for even 10 days.

                          I am asking the question below about what wrong I did ?
                          1. Am I wrong in trusting that Mahindra will do the quality checks for me and as a customer I can blindly trust them ?
                          2. Am I wrong in paying a premium compared to the market price of the car in expectation of having a peaceful after sales support which Mahindra First Choice promises on certified Cars.

                          In this digital era instead of taking this matter to social media and putting reputational pressure on the Brand Mahindra, I am writing my concern to you in anticipation that this matter will be heard on priority and will be resolved with an assurance of getting my dream car fixed and restoring my faith in the brand Mahindra again.

                              Mahindra first choice staff behaviour is very bad. I serviced my car on 19/09/2020 and there was still problem in my car. On 22/09/2020 I went there related to the issue and the service manager was saying me you should have knowledge of the car as you are driving from so many years. Worst behaviour and won't do service anymore in Mahindra first choice.

                                I was shown win for a vehicle from l&t and then therefore i went to pune yard on 11th july to get the vehicle that time i asked your employee dilesh gujaran as to when i'll get noc for the said vehicle and "you'll get it in 15 days", he replied. Then after one month i approached him and "you'll get it in one month", he replied, however, now even after 2 months i've got no noc.

                                After that 2 more activas were released for me and it's been more than one and half month but so far no noc has been provided for the same.

                                The ridiculous thing about it is: i got activa released from the yard, i also made the payment for it and not only that i also sold the activa to one of my customers but after one and half months recovery team from l&t finance comes to recover the vehicle and they speak rudely with my customers. What kind of vehicle business is this? L&t finance hasn't even updated systems enunciating that the payment was made. Why their data isn't yet been updated? Recovery agency is still been given the old data for recovery. Who'll compensate if something happens to the vehicle during this process? My customer said that i want noc at the soonest and if in case, the recovery team comes again for recovery, i'll register a police complaint.

                                I've attached a screenshot of my conversation the customer.

                                When i told dilesh that i haven't received noc yet, he asked me to email him with vehicle details as for which all vehicles i haven't yet received the noc so i did email him.

                                Then after two days when i asked him the status it, he tried to escape from it and answered: "i've emailed fcl.
                                Then i told him that this is not a concrete answer since you email the finance company after two months. I requested for a proper date as to when exactly i'll get nocs, he replied:"it's not my work, you may directly talk to l&t finance.
                                Then i told him that certainly, i'll speak to the l&t finance, however, the bidding was done through edigg.
                                Yet, i spoke to one of the employees in l&t named: vivek in regards with noc, "i'll let you know tomorrow", he replied. Saying okay i granted him the time. As there was no reply from him on the next day, i contacted him and he too tried to escape from the work and replied: "contact auction house".

                                So, i asked him, what do you mean by 'auction house'? Please mention someone's name so that i might approach the right person, however, he never replied.

                                For your reference, i've attached the screenshot of my conversation with him, please have a look at it.

                                Now you tell me if i'm getting such deceiving answers, answers wherein people push their responsibility on others, what should i do and whom should i approach?

                                Dilesh walks and talks in such an attitude as though he owns the company. No company owner would ever show such an attitude.

                                I made payment on time for each vehicle i got approval for even when some vehicles were greatly damaged and broken and i did no complaints about it. But if your employees will show such a great attitude and answer as though they've got no responsibility there then i should also say: "we'll do it later" for making payments.

                                For this very reason, i did not make payment for one vehicle only and immediately they blocked my ediig id. You may block my id for the specific finance company for which, the payment wasn't made but why has this been blocked for other finance companies for which i made regular payments?

                                If in this way you keep blocking ids for all customers then no customer would show any interest in it.

                                As you know it very well that your employee has blocked many ids before and if he keeps blocking ids for all then how will the company run it's business?

                                The only best way to run a business is have all come together and bind the customers with good service so that they'll stick to it and will not depart from it.

                                A business needs support of each other to be maintained.

                                    I booked my car service in one of your service station on 05.09.2020. I was told that the vehicle will be returned on next day i.e. 06.09.2020 due to involvement of some paint work. However, I was provided the vehicle only on 07.09.2020. Further, the paint job done was very bad. It was very unprofessional as it left some visible white spots at lots of places. On pointing the same to service centre, they told that I am not allowed to take the vehicle without making the payment for this work. I was ready to make the payment for other work but not for this work. I have to involve police for resolution of this matter. Very poor work culture and customer treatment. The service station, I used was Alt X Autoworks, Sector 27c, Faridabad, Haryana. After this experience, I wonder if this is the quality and customer experience, Mahindra First Choice provides.

                                      Dear team,

                                      Greetings of the day! Hope you are doing well.

                                      I was shown win for 3 vehicles in an auction for manba finance. (One of them was jupiter in blue (Mh 48 bj 7196)

                                      It was written as jupiter zx, however, in actual fact it was jupiter standard.

                                      I had set an auction considering it was zx but later on when i found out that this vehicle wasn't jupiter zx, i requested to cancel on the same day, however, they won't let me cancel as they've sent the report to the manba finance and it cannot be cancelled after the report is sent out - they enunciated.

                                      On the very next day i got approval for 3 vehicles and i was asked to make the payment, however, before making the payment, i got a call from one of your employees not to make payment for one of the vehicles (Mh 02 fc 6163).
                                      Just because it was a good conditioned vehicle it wasn't given out to me and i was forced to make payments for damaged vehicle.

                                      I've attached both the photos which were shown to me and the ones which i've captured.

                                      Note: the photos which were shown to me are watermarked as: autoinspekt

                                      When i asked for the reason, i was told that the owner of the vehicle paid the money and took back the vehicle with him, however, that vehicle wasn't taken by the owner and was given to the other dealer. - this was informed to ediig by manba finance via email.

                                      Then i requested to cancel this jupiter which i won in an auction, however, i was told that this can't be cancelled and this will lead to the cancellation of your id.

                                      Therefore, i made the payment for jupiter, however, the condition of this vehicle was worse than which was shown in the picture. Attached are the pictures for your reference which i clicked after receiving the vehicle.

                                      I request you to please exchange this vehicle for me or at least reduce the amount of sales.

                                      For Manba finance, even your own staff are not allowed to inspect so how can customers go and inspect?

                                      You may allow customers to inspect vehicles from other finances, however, for Manba they don't let us inspect. Even when I had requested to inspect one of the vehicle from Manba Finance, I wasn't given any reply for the same by your staff then how come you come up and say that you should have inspected wherein inspection is not allowed for vehicles from Manba finance.
