I booked a domestic flight from Coimbatore to Mumbai using my debit card, the amount was debited from my bank but after a couple of minutes the session timed out and i couldn't find my booking in my trips. I tried to reach customer support but everything is an automated response. I probably wouldn't book anymore using MakeMyTrip if there isn't any real customer support. I have applied for transfer of balance in my wallet of Rs.4598 on 5.8.2021. My wallet balance shows it has been transferred to my bank account however on checking with bank i haven't received the refund. No customer care numbers are working....

I had booked an Indigo return flight from my parents through makemytrip for 8196/-. Airline has cancelled the return flight and agreed for full refund. But makemytrip refunded only Rs 5236/-.

I have raised multiple requests through their webform and spoken with their agents multiple times. MMT promises to refund my amount every time but it never shows in my bank account. Now it has become impossible to reach them via phone...

I hereby lodge my complaint against the air ticket broker "MakeMy Trip" who holds my refund.
I had taken the ticket of go airline through the broker mentioned above.
When it was found that the first(depature)flight was canceled due to some technical റീസൺസ് from airlne, the second date of the (return) flight was changed to July 27 and 28 (midnight)with the help of Go Air lines customer care...
