Address: Hotel The Abode Near Gayatri Lok Apartment Kankhal Haridwar, Uttarakhand 249408 , Haridwar

I had booked a hotel through makemytrip app(Hotel The Abode Near Gayatri Lok Apartment Kankhal Haridwar, Uttarakhand 249408, Haridwar). they have not notified that lift is not working and since i am travelling with a patient, it become difficult for me to take any up floors room. In replacement, they are providing us mattress in place of bed to sleep. Since the booking was done for three people and even the size of room was different. The manager was not present their to solve the problem and even the guy there was not willing to help much( As they know that it comes under no cancellation policy). The situation was very unpleasant for us and needless to say we were having a kidney transplant patient with us). They could have tried to help us. At last after finding no help, we leave the hotel. I want you to please look into this matter and do the needful. If you will not provide us any help, then i have to complain to consumer court. Its not about money but the overall experience was very taunting for us.

    Issue of Refund for Booking ID- NF[protected]

    Hi,
    A makemytrip ticket was booked for 20th April from Delhi to Kannur. I cancelled the ticket due to covid reasons. Now its been 6 months and I have not received the refund yet. The E- ticket no is 098-[protected]. The passenger name is Sulochana KN. The Registered email address is [protected]@qburst.com. The PNR no is HQF6R. When I contacted MMT, they told that the delay is from Air India airlines side and they asked me to talk to them. When I contacted Airlines, they told me that I will have to request Makemytrip to send an application from their side to Airlines sales team, then only the refund would be processed. Now when I tried reaching makemytrip customer care, I am not able to reach them since they are disconnecting the call from their side. Anyways its the responsibility of Makemytrip to do me the needful as the ticket is booked through MMT app. I want my refund ASAP. If not, I will be forced to move legally.

      I did a payment on 25th sep 2021 from Hyderabad to Mumbai through credit card and the payment got failed but the money got debited from the account and ticket as not been booked. Help me in this.

          Hi yesterday I made a booking from Jaipur to Ajmer train the payment has been deducted from my account but neither the booking has been done neither my payment has been refunded back in my account. When I call customer care it's saying a technical issue since yesterday. Please resolve the matter asap

            I made a booking on make my trip on 28/09/2021, Amount got debited for which i have a confirmation message & email from Bank.

            However i don't see any bookings in Make my Trip.

            Very Pathetic Experience. I am worried about my refund.

                Booking ID - NL[protected]

                I would like to raise complaint against MakeMyTrip.com (MMT) regarding the wrong selling, professional misconduct, and inconvenience caused during my Kashmir trip between 12-18 September 2021 (Booking ID - NL[protected].

                Please take note of the below issues:
                - We were charged for 5 and 4 star property rates for inferior properties

                - MMT team cancelled our hotel booking on 17 September at Radisson Srinagar. We were not intimated or asked before cancelling the booking. To make matters worse, the MMT team asked us to book the hotel ourselves. Please note, we were two women traveling in Kashmir, with barely working mobile phone network and no internet access. I practically begged someone amongst the Radisson staff to lend us the wi-fi connection. We were stranded in the Radisson lobby for more than two hours. It was not only unprofessional, but also inhuman on part of MMT on-ground team to ask us to book another hotel while we were stranded. A refund of INR 3400 has been processed by MMT for this day. However, I would insist on a complete refund for this day due to the harassment caused to us and the blunder caused by the MMT team.

                - the relationship officer assigned to us was highly unprofessional, incompetent and lackadaisical. Despite persistent messaging and escalation of the above issues, she made no effort to resolve them. She was completely indifferent, stopped responding to our texts, and didn't even have the courtesy to inquire about our well-being during or after the trip.

                Mentioned below are the concerns with the three hotels.

                Radisson Srinagar | 12 - 13 September
                - First room allotted to us was dirty. Hair strands were lying on the bathroom floor. Please refer to attached images.

                - The upgraded room had a needle-like object lying next to the coffee maker. The WC was badly stained. The bed cover was visibly dirty and stained. Please refer to the attached images.

                - In the package, this property was mentioned as 5 star but it did not match the standards.

                Country Inn Sonmarg | 13-14 September
                - The body lotion was rancid and used. When the hotel staff was informed, he argued that it is supposed to be like this. Please refer to the attached images.

                - There was a 2 inch gap below the room door. We could hear the noise from the corridor. Please refer to the attached images.

                - There was some problem with the hot and cold water mixer in the washroom. The water was either scalding hot or freezing cold. The hotel staff could not resolve the issue.

                - There was no wi-fi in the room.

                - In the package, this property was mentioned as 5 star. Is it justified with the above issues?

                Grand Mumtaz Gulmarg | 16-17 September
                - This looked like an archaic hotel with dilapidated furniture and fittings.

                - The room reeked of a terrible incense-like smell. My co-traveller suffers from asthma and got a bad throat infection because of this stay.

                - The bathroom was in a terrible state. There was no shower curtain and all the water would collect on the floor. Please refer to the attached images.

                - The cupboard and coffee-maker looked filthy and unhygienic. Please refer to the attached images.

                - This property is mentioned as 4 star in the package. However, it was badly kept and did not justify the cost or the star rating. MMT should avoid offering this property in the premium package.

                I am a MMT Black customer and regularly book holiday packages through the MMT app because of the immense trust I have in the brand and the convenience offered. However, this was the worst trip of my lifetime. I had organised this trip for my friend's birthday and the terrible properties booked for us ruined our entire trip. MMT has charged me a ridiculous amount for these properties which is unjustified. Please refer to the images and decide for yourself if these properties are worth the amount charged. Also, attached the package details for your reference.

                I requested MMT to issue a FULL REFUND for the above hotels and the night of 17 September. However, their team is not complying.

                  I already a mail, while doing transaction for train ticket with the help of Tripmoney money transaction was failed but emi generated .the credit company is telling amount was sent to merchant, so they are asking a mail from merchant to cancel an emi because they didn't receive amount .the loan ID is [protected]A.so please check and send a cancellation mail to divya.[protected]@gmail.com

                    This is to inform that today morning, the undersigned was trying to book a flight ticket through MMT from Bagdogra (Siliguri) to Kolkata. While completing the booking of the said flight ticket, even though the amount was deducted from Bank, no confirmation has been received regarding booking of the said flight ticket from MMT . Subsequently, the undersigned contacted the customer care of the Bank and it was confirmed by the Bank that the transaction has been made successfully and an amount of Rs. 6748/- has already been credited to the beneficiary account. Accordingly, the Bank has also provided the reference ID ( PRN Number[protected] for the said successful transaction. The chat history with Bank representative vide which the above information was shared, is being enclosed herewith for more clarity.

                    In view of the above, the undersigned vide email has requested MMT customer care for their confirmation regarding the credit of the aforesaid amount under above transaction reference no. Accordingly, it was requested to share the invoice and ticket details. It was also requested that in case, the amount has not been credited to MMT, the same may kindly be confirmed so that the matter can be taken up with the Bank for the refund. The above was also informed through telephonic discussion to one of the Representatives of MMT and it was assured that the problem will be resolved immediately.

                    Despite repetitive follow-ups and thereby assurance from MMT for addressing the issue, the Undersigned is yet to receive any clarity on the aforesaid issue from MMT. Moreover, the undersigned has been finding it very difficult to connect with the MMT Representatives as most of the times they are not picking the call and even when someone picking the call after numerous efforts, every time the undersigned has been asked to explain the fact again as the same person who has assured to resolve the matter immediately, is not picking the call . In absence of response from MMT, the Undersigned is not able to take up the issue with the Bank as they have confirmed the amount has already been credited to beneficiary.

                    Therefore, the undersigned is forced to raise the matter in this forum with a hope to get a resolution at the earliest.

                    Will MMT please attend to my grievance and kindly confirm whether the amount has been credited to them or not so that the undersigned can take up the same with the Bank. In the event, if the amount is already credited as confirmed by the Bank, then kindly provide the Air ticket and invoice immediately.

                    Despite several follow-ups, i am yet to receive any response from MMT. I am also enclosing the Bank transaction details towards payment of Rs. 6748/- for reference. Request MMT to resolve the issue at the earliest.

                          I have issued 3 tickets last year for bom goi travlleling month was apr, as that time lock down was announced so airlines gives full refund for all tickets what i received from my other tickets issued but 3 tickets which i have taken from agent woh issued tickets on makemytrip still that amount was not received, i have send so many mails to agent and mails to makemytrip but no reply from both of them, please help me to get the refund back from makemytrip either from agent woh issued tickets on makemytrip id, he is blaming makemytrip only.

                            I booked a hotel in Anantapur named OYO 35561 Hotel Amar Inn for a night's stay through makemytrip.com and paid an amount of Rs.1000. I booked a double room stating all the details for[protected]. I had an interview the very next day in Anantapur and since I am a female, my cousin brother was with me to safeguard me and take care of me. Even while booking I have clearly stated the names of the people checking in.

                            But to my extreme shock, while we reached the hotel, the reception person treated us very harsh saying that a male and a female cannot stay together. I asked for a refund and he asked to contact makemytrip.com since I had paid to them only. I called makemytrip.com and requested the money back which I had paid for the night's stay since the hotel has not allowed me to check-in.

                            They said they cannot refund the money back. I asked them we were not allowed to check-in and we were treated very rude and we are standing without even knowing where to go to and how can you say that you cannot refund my money for the service you have not rendered to me. The customer care executive said that we will process your request and you will receive a call back from our special team shortly and the call was ended.

                            I have never received my money till now and my issue was also closed in their website. Please get my money refunded.

                              I have tried to book railway ticket from it. And it got cancelled two times in a row. I have tried this with two different bank accounts. For 1 account refund is complete. But for another I have still not received the refund. Nor it is showing in the app.

                                I have booked a stay with family that was unfortunately fully paid and non re fundable

                                Act of God!

                                My wife got Covid +ve

                                There is no where I can ask for a help!, for a date change or anything... I am helpless! No phone numbers, e mails, no where to seek help, Hotel says they can't do anything since IO booked through this app

                                I lost my 6000 Rs, I think under this situation, people shouldn't be looted

                                  I have done a partial cancellation of ticket from silchar-kolkata-bangalore as the flight from kolkata to bangalore got rescheduled.I have cancelled the ticket around 20 august 2021 and in the portal it shows Rs 4338 initiated and have already been processed .I have not received the refund still in my axis bank credit card account yet.

                                    This happened today evening, I was sitting with my young niece and at the same time had opened my make my trip app to manage a booking my neice tried to snatch the phone and somehow a booking done by me on MMT for Purple Palm Resort Coorg for 1 to 3rd Oct got cancelled. I immediately realised this and called the costumer care within a minute. The customer care executive was uncoporative and didnot provide me with any technical advice or support. As we had spent huge amounts of money on our trip and have already booked air tickets, I want to reverse this cancellation. Also the booking was non refundable, we would not receive a single rupee for this mistake. We have been loyal costumers of MMT for long and have always paid before hand to MMT before the trip. This is your chance MMT to prove that you are available for our assistance in case of an error and we didnot make a mistake by paying your company our hard earned money rather than directly paying it to the hotel.

                                        I booked two separate tickets on makemytrip for Bengaluru to Delhi (indigo flight on 25th Sep evening). Booking made on 22nd Sep.
                                        First ticket got booked. the second did not though the amount got deducted from my UPI.
                                        Called customersupport multiple times but no support from them.
                                        please refund asap
