travel insurance policy not provided

I booked an international flight in makemytrip.com with booking id: nn[protected] for 3 months duration for 2 people. I have selected apollo munich travel insurance during booking.

After booking was confirmed, i never received any insurance policy document and on too much followup after 4 days, mmt came back with a policy for one person and that too was incorrect and was only for a month rather than a 3 month travel period....

name correction on international air ticket

I have booked an international ticket in makemytrip on Emirates and mistakenly captured the Initial instead of the full name (Last name) (As per the passport).
Though the First name is captured correctly, Makemytrip refuses to correct the surname based on the passport copy i have shared.

delete my account

I have been trying to reach make my trip regarding this but i have not found a solution and it is very disappointing. I need to delete my make my trip account. It is frustrating that i have no facility to opt to keep or delete my account. My login id is [protected]@gmail.com. I want my account deleted at the earliest. cancellation charges for hotel booking cancellation

I made a hotel booking in varanasi on feb. 14th, 2019 using makemytrip website, i started with trivago and was directed to mmt site as they were having the best rates for the booking dates.

I made a booking through mmt from bangalore to bhopal (Booking id:nf[protected]). I applied the coupon code mmtwed and booked the ticket. But after booking is done i didn't receive any notification regarding cashback of rs. 1500. delete account permanently

I accidentally created an account in make my trip with another email id. Now i can't access my first account. There's no option in your site to delete account permanently which is really weird and annoying. My registered email id is [protected]@gmail.com. Kindly delete this account linked to mmt permanently. Or i might consider registering with another travel site for better service than mmt. This is the second time i'm submitting a complaint....

I want to delete my mmt account permanently.

I accidently created an account on make my trip. I tried to delete it by looking into the account but couldn't find an option 'to delete'. Why doesn't make my trip have an option to delete while every other site does.
This is very annoying so please help me out. I would be very pleased if you could delete it permanently for me. Kindly do the needful....

no option to update an email id/ remove my account

Make my trip doesn’t provide an option to update an email id of an account. They would ask us to raise a request to update an email id but if we raise a request they would come up with the same answer saying that they don’t have an option to update email of the account.
Even they provide an option to delete an account unlike other travel apps.. Which is quite irritating.

make my trip coupon not applied

I made a booking for the flight from patna to jammu (Booking id:nf[protected]) from my account ([protected][protected]@gmail.com). I applied the "mmtwedpr" coupon code and it showed me that the same successfully applied on my booking. But mmt says that it is not applied and because of that they can't process my cashback of rs. 1499/-. I contacted mmt support team and as per them i have not used that code for my booking whereas i remember clearly...

mmt gives travel insurance with wrong values in passport number and dob

I booked an international flight in makemytrip.com with booking id: nn[protected]. I have selected apollo munich travel insurance during booking. Once the ticket was booked, i received a travel insurance with complete wrong values in my passport number and dob fields. I don't know from where these values have been gathered and incorporated in the insurance.

invoices showing other charges and fees when asked for gst bills

I recently booked international travel tickets through MMT and the invoices provided to me show one head as ‘other charges and feees’without any information for customers as to it’s details -seems there are some hidden charges which the company is not disclosing to customers.
If there are charges there should be the clear breakup of it with intimation to the customers that such charges would have to be incurred by them.However...

When i call ed customer care they sent me the gift voucher which contains both gift voucher number and voucher pin.

I asked them to cancel the voucher and give new one as 10000 for a medium class people is lot.

Other person can use it n i'm informing it well in advance...

reschedule of bus with a time delay of 1.30 hrs.

One e-ticket for bus booking id nu[protected] from kolkata to mandarmani on dtd 10.02.18 against snemita paribahan (Ticket no. 232n7dcc & operator pnr 232n7dcc) is changed by travel operator and reschdule at 08.40 hrs instead of 07.20 hrs on dtd 10.02.18 and it is confirmed on dtd 09.02.18 at 08.00hrs.

I have booked a round trip ticket from chennai to kolkata and return on 26th jan and 28th jan resp. Due to unavoidable circumstances i had to cancel the tickets and i did it through indigo directly 4 hours before departure on 26th jan.
