Hi,

I have booked a round trip ticket from chennai to kolkata and return on 26th jan and 28th jan resp. Due to unavoidable circumstances i had to cancel the tickets and i did it through indigo directly 4 hours before departure on 26th jan. I was told by the agent to contact makemytrip after 24 hours to get my refunds.

I received 700/- cashback in my mmt wallet and i want to use that for flight booking. I was looking to book for bangalore to goa flight but mmt wallet was not present as the payment option.
I found the terms and condition section showing that i should be able to use the wallet money for flight and hotel booking, but makemytrip is such a fraudulent company that i could not even use that for flight booking.

I am surprised by the immaturity in terms of reply i received from MMT cservice regarding my issue. They do not even look into the issue properly and respond with standard terms and conditions of the coupon which are so ambiguos and generic. Here is the issue.

I made a booking for the flight from Mumbai to Patna (NF[protected]. I did apply the FLYMON coupon code and it did show me that the same applied on my booking. But MMT says the is not applied because of that they can't process my cashback of Rs. 1500/-. When i have complained then they refunded 2425/- and claiming that i have not paid that much as it is showing in the system. They simply making it 50% lesser than their system.
