Hi,

I need support in deleting my travel history or complete accounts for personal reasons. Accounts linked to [protected]@gmail.com and [protected]@gmail.com and my phone [protected]. Refund for Cab Booking

Lock Price and Pay Later Feature

Hello Ma'am/Sir,
I was trying to use the feature "Lock Price and Pay Later" on your website, and I got to know from my friend is that the price paid during "locking the price" is adjusted with the full amount paid under the booking period. Delete Booking or my account

Dear Customer Support,

The booking ID - NH[protected] was not made through my account. My email ID was used only for receiving the booking confirmation. However, the booking has been subsequently cancelled. However, the booking is showing on my account. Either delete this booking or delete my account associated with email ID [protected]@hotmail.com

Extreme delay in refund

Unable to download e-ticket

I have booked flight from kochi to Delhi using make my trip app in airindia . I haven't received email/ WhatsApp/ sms confirmation from make my trip / the airlines regarding Booking confirmation. For MMT Booking ID NF[protected] I raised refund request on 24-Dec-2021 due to flight cancelled by airlines and I got acknowledgement. But when I checked MMT app after 1-Jan-2021 my trip this trip vanished from Completed trips section. MMT customer care number has IVR only no human representative to talk about this issue. Urgent deletion of make my trip account

After being harassed for years..i want to permanently delete my make my trip account..i have called customer care ladline some 100 times and no one has helped me and in fact the customer care representatives are rude and highly disrespectful..i have emailed to grievence email too..no one has replied back to me..i got one email with a link which doesnt even open..as a customer its my right to keep or delete an account.....

Non refund of convenience fee when flight was cancelled by airline

I booked an Indigo flight ticket in Makemytrip for travel from Kolkata to Dibrugarh on 14th January 2022 (Makemytrip Booking ID NF26S7MYSAS2RYNM0472). Indigo canceled many flights on their own because of the 3rd wave of COVID. My flight was among them. Since Indigo cancelled, I initimated MMT and asked for refund of the amount 6708 that I had paid.

However, MMT refunded only 6108 deducting the convenience fee. Now I understand...

I had booked indigo flight for 23 January Delhi to Bombay for my father around 12:30 flight, since flight had been rescheduled to 14:30 therefore ihad to cancell it. Since Indigo refunded my amount after deducting 95 convenience fee(thats not a problem).
