Refund Related issue on failed booking

An amount of Rs 2541 has been deducted from bank account on 9th Dec 2021 around 6:40 PM (evening) during booking a bus ticket for 3 person (Koraput to Bhubaneswar ) but no ticket was generated. Hotel cancellation refund

I have cancelled my booking of a hotel in jaisalmer at "Rumi's homestay" from 30th dec to 1st Jan which I booked at zero cancellation scheme. I cancelled my booking on 19th Nov, 2021 but already 13days have passed and I have not received any refund. I have processed for a Flight booking from Bhubaneswar (BBI) to Mumbai (BOM) for 24th November, 2021 through your web portal. While processed for booking, I had selected the First Row Window Seat (4F) for which an additional amount of Rs. 1000/- was added to the Ticket price of Rs. 5, 382/- and accordingly I paid Rs. 6, 382/- in total for the booking of my ticket under Booking ID: NF7QJ0T6J1IZYJU24284 and PNR Y2607.

Amount credited to MMT but booking failed

I was booking a hotel on 23rd Nov from MMT, at the payment gateway the amount was debited from my account but it showed something went wrong in MMT and booking was not done.
I contacted the bank and they said the amount was credited to MMT....

Ticket refund not received

I booked 2 train tickets for Jaipur to Lucknow through MakeMyTrip. I had to cancel one of the ticket on 16th Oct. MakeMyTrip told me that I would get my refund by 2nd Nov. Not able to change my old my number to new one in Account

Customer care support

As of Make my trip shows on their website 24x7 customer care support but I tried call them at 6AM morning regarding my flight tickets queries...they auto answered for 10AM to 10PM and disconnected. So how can we rely on them for any bookings issue resolution at the time of any where ??...

Mmt not refunding convenience fee on cancellation of flight due to airline

I made a booking on trujet flight for 29th-june-21 but the flight got cancelled by airline due to operational reasons.
The total amount paid was inr 2859 but mmt refunded me inr 2550 and deducted the convenience fees of inr 299 and it was mmt airline partner who has cancelled the flight and not me. Unable to Login Account and no customer support

My registered mobile number with MYBIZ account at MMT is now deactivated. Even if I have email id and password I cannot login to my account as Login required OTP sent on mobile number. Unable to download invoice

Booked flight from Delhi to Hyderbad today and i am unable to download the invoice.
There is 24×7 support numbers, simply useless as It is impossible to reach to any customer support executive.
Download invoice link simply doesn't work.
Made a big mistake booking through this website.

The MMT app says that you can transfer the wallet balance to your bank if it is due to trip cancellation.
However while trying to do so from the app, the option is not working.
