    I booked a international ticket with MAKE MY TRIP with extra charges of Rs. 6500/- for flexi ( multiple free date change option) with AIR ASIA ailine for 17/09/23, i am continuously following them from 14/09/23 for change of date for same flight for 20/09/23. they are not giving any response.

    Either they are waiting for escalating of prices for 20/9/23 or they are waiting for 17/09/23 flight timing since there will be no change before 2hrs of departure time.

    please consider this on priority.

      I have applied my visa on 1st september for my 27th September travel date. MMT promised to deliver the visa by 8th sept. but I haven't the visa yet (12th Sept). I am unable to reach any support or contact person. It's just showing delayed. How can i get my visa on time ?

          Unfortunately, MakeMyTrip has proven to be extremely unhelpful in this critical situation. My 65-year-old mother diligently contacted MakeMyTrip for guidance before booking her flight. They explicitly advised her that a transit visa would not be necessary, reassuring her that with a destination visa, she could proceed to book her ticket through the app, assuring her of a seamless and hassle-free experience. Relying on their advice, she booked the ticket for Rs 88, 834. However, just one day before her scheduled flight, we received an email from Lufthansa Airways stating that a transit visa is indeed required. Consequently, we urgently approached MakeMyTrip to change the booking in light of this visa requirement, which they had endorsed and was the basis for our flight choice. To our dismay, they have shown no willingness to assist us. This ordeal has not only resulted in a substantial financial loss but has also caused immense emotional distress, as my mother needs to travel to the UK for her own husband's funeral. The treatment we have received from MakeMyTrip has been nothing short of rude and abusive during our phone interactions.

            After complaining many times i didnt get any proper responce. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible . and make sure that this to remove such misleading property from make my trip
            I am writing to express my deep disappointment and dissatisfaction with a recent booking through Make My Trip for a holiday property. Unfortunately, our experience fell far short of our expectations, and we feel compelled to request a complete refund for the following reasons: 1. **Incorrect Location:** The property's actual location did not match the location described on your website, leading to significant inconvenience and a less enjoyable trip. 2. **Poor Hygiene:** The property was unsanitary, with spit stains on the walls and floor, making it impossible to walk barefoot or feel comfortable in the space. 3. **Uninhabitable Conditions:** The entire house was in a deplorable state, lacking basic cleanliness and hygiene standards, rendering it uninhabitable. 4. **Foul Odor:** There was a persistent, unpleasant odor in the house that made our stay unbearable. 5. **Dirty Toilet:** The restroom was in such a filthy state that the female members of our group were unable to use it. 6. **Faulty Amenities:** Several rooms lacked functioning lights and fans, further adding to our discomfort and inconvenience. When we raised these issues with the property host, their response was both unhelpful and rude. They directed us to contact Make My Trip for assistance, refusing to take any responsibility for the deplorable condition of the property. As a result of this unacceptable experience, we were forced to find alternative accommodation on short notice, incurring additional unexpected expenses. This situation has greatly inconvenienced us and tarnished our travel experience. Therefore, we kindly request a full refund of the amount we paid for this booking. We believe that this is a fair resolution, given the substandard conditions and the uncooperative response from the host. Additionally, I want to emphasize that due to my health issues, it was imperative that we secure clean and suitable accommodations, which were not provided as promised.                 We had booked return ticket (dubai-delhi) via make my trip. It was a confirmed ticked. Added to emirates skyward.On the day of travel, 3sept2023, while checking we got to know pnr doesn’t exist. We called airline, they said it was voided by the agency. We called make my trip, they said it’s confirmed. I insisting, they checked pnr and said it’s cancelled and said it was cancelled by airline. We asked them to book another ticket, they told we ourself should book.
                We where left with no choice, hence booked the ticket and completed the trip,
                In the meantime, we repeatedly nailed make my trip to give us explanation for cancellation and not informing us about the the same. It’s been five days and they are saying they are investigating. Emirates had sent us written email that it’s by the agency,
                They are insisting us to send the ticket with which travel was done. But who are they? Only govt of india/ uae / passenger or the airline has the authority to ask for the ticket. It was our convenience and logistics that if we can afford another ticket with the difference of price.
                It’s my request to make make my trip compensate for this. It was highly troublesome. If we would not have checked during webcheckin, probably we would not have come to know unless at airport .
                Make my trip should be made accountable for this

                  Good afternoon,

                  Mohd Shaan this side, I've booked a ticket on 28th of August 2023, on tatkal waiting, PNR NUMBER :- [protected]. which was cancelled due to non availability of seats,
                  But they(IRCTC )transfer the amount on 30th August 2023, but not showing in the wallet of make my trip wallet,
                  Try to contact with them may times but there is no response or any subset like customer care service support, not on website or not on his app.
                  Please ensure that they reflect money to my bank account or else I will sue them on consumer court

                      I had booked ladakh trip(25th May'23-30th May'23) through MMT and my booking id is NL[protected]. Paid Rupees 45528 online.. Then, GOFIRST roundtrip flight cancelled and i had to book this trip personally.. MMT is not refunding me my previous cancelled flightfare till date inspite of demanding through MMT app.. Now MMT has shut down its Online complaint system intensionally.. Please look into the matter and bring back my hardearned money

                          I booked ticket on makemytrip just few minutes before, however I selected wrong date, I want to change the dates instead of cancellation because make my trip is charging more amount then IRCTC in cancellation. If date change is not available then they should refund full amount. Please help

                            I had cancelled two booking from make my trip ( booking ID: NH[protected] & NH[protected]) Both refunds are not yet received in my account . Every time i am calling them they are asking me to contact my bank for the refund details . my bank has clearly mentioned no money is stuck on their end . the refund amount is rs19405 and rs 11545. i had opted for a full refund which i am eligible with the booking .

                              Flight booking not updated on the app

                              I have recently booked a round trip flight from new delhi to leh. Despite having the payment deducted from my account and booking acceptance, it has not been updated on the MMT APP!
                              there is no history or proof of this booking.
                              what is the problem with mmt app and why doesnt my booking show on "my trips" column...

                              I have made a round trip flight booking from New Delhi to Leh, the booking was made on 29th of august. however i DID NOT RECEIVE my E- ticket. Neither is the flight booking updated in "the trips" column on the app.

                                MMT Case Reference no:[protected]

                                1.) On 12th July 2023 our Flights were cancelled from milan to new delhi due to strike in Italy on 15th July 2023 by Turkish Airlines
                                2.) Based on conversation with Adarsh Roy ( mmt executive) all necessary actions for cancellation of the ticket were initiated after initial ruckus on July 12th 2023
                                3.) On July 29th 2023, it was confirmed by mmt executive that Turkish airline didn't respond asking for a feedback form number which was not available with the customer executive, who asked me to get in touch with Turkish airline directly
                                4.) On July 30th 2023, I reached out to Turkish airline to find out that tickets were not cancelled and rather the system stated that we had missed the flight, Turkish airline asked me to raise a feedback form to resolve the issue
                                5.) I raised a feedback form with Turkish airline and called mmt customer helpline to ask them to get a confirmation on the cancellation which was actioned by Sophia (MMT Executive).
                                6.) Sophia(MMT Executive) responded back on Aug 4th confirming that turkish airline has responded with a. Confirmation that the ticket has been cancelled and the amount should be refunded within Aug 11th
                                7.) On aug 10th I have received a mail from Turkish airline to connect with service provider (MMT) for the refund
                                8.) I had immediately forwarded the mail to MMT and reached out on Aug 11th 2023 for the status
                                9.) Shalini(MMT Executive) confirmed that the ticket refund has been initiated by Turkish airline and is pending with mmt accounts team to verify and update the system, the refund amount confirmed is 31369/- and will be refunded within 48hrs in my account from the date of confirmation by Turkish airline i.e. 10th aug 2023
                                10.) Since aug 12th 2023, I have been reaching out to get a date of confirmation for the refund however mmt support executive has been averting all queries and asking me continuously to wait another 24-48 hrs as they have been checking with accounts team for confirmation.
                                11.) I have been requesting an audience with senior member to get clarity on what's been happening including a dedicated relationship manager and a mail to mmt account head to get confirmation on the refund but to no avail.
                                12.) I have spent almost a month chasing after different mmt executives to get a clarity of the situation but to no avail showcasing sheer incompetence of the customer care framework
                                13.) Due to customer service failure at mmt end we have failed to initiate our insurance claim for the flight cancellation which would cover the payout of extended day stay due to the flight cancellation on July 15th 2023, the amount of which has been 20857/- + 1% dynamic currency charges
                                14.) Insurance team has responded stating that the will not process the refund due to a delay of 1 month in provisioning required documents
                                15.) on 17th Aug a senior executive responded stating that a 48 hr updates will be provided, it has been a week since I have received any updates from MMT even after continuous follow up.

                                    I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and disappointment regarding a recent experience with my flight booking made through your platform. My name is kshitij rana, and I had made a round trip flight reservation from London to Delhi using the Makemytrip website on 23rd August.The original booking had my departure scheduled for 4th September 2023 and the return date was confirmed for 16th September 2023.

                                    To substantiate my complaint, I have attached a screenshot of my original booking details, clearly indicating the return date as 16th September 2023.

                                    However, I was shocked to discover that my return flight date had been altered without my consent or prior notification. The revised return date was automatically changed to 16th October 2023. This change greatly inconvenienced my travel plans and caused significant disruption to my schedule and commitments.

                                    Immediately upon noticing this discrepancy, I contacted Makemytrip's customer care for a resolution. I explained the situation and voiced my concern over the abrupt change in my flight itinerary. The customer care representative informed me that my entire flight booking had been voided, and I was charged an approximate cancellation fee of 2000. I was further informed that the refund process would take an additional 7 days to complete, subject to airline confirmation. This has put me in an extremely inconvenient and frustrating situation, as I am now left without a confirmed return flight and facing uncertainty about my travel plans.

                                    I am deeply dissatisfied with this outcome, as it was Makemytrip's error that led to this situation in the first place. Not only have I been unfairly charged a cancellation fee, but I am also required to now book a new flight at potentially higher prices due to the increased demand closer to my travel dates. This not only causes me financial strain but also significant stress and inconvenience.

                                    I kindly request an immediate and comprehensive resolution to this matter. I expect Makemytrip to take full responsibility for the error in my booking, including the date change and the unjustified cancellation fee. I request a complete refund of the cancellation fee, as well as assistance in securing a new round trip flight booking for the original dates, 4th September to 16th September 2023, at the exact same price as my original booking.

                                    I understand that errors can occur, but it is the responsibility of the service provider to rectify such errors in a manner that ensures customer satisfaction. I trust that Makemytrip values its customers and their travel experiences, and I look forward to a swift and positive resolution to this issue.
